I loved this place when it was owned by Sara and Annie but I went back after new owners took over. Sad to say it wasn’t same. Mainly what disappointed me was that the lady didn’t sanitize tools she was using to do my pedicure. I didn’t notice it first but when i was sitting there waiting for my polish to dry, I noticed her using the same tools on a different customer. VERY VERY UNHYGIENIC specially during this times.
I love Sis Nail & Spa! They are clean, kind, and do a nice job! I also like that they never over book!*Edit*I went last month and everything was normal. I went again yesterday and they were under new ownership with a new design and no longer accepting the Sis Nail and Spa customer cards (that give discounts)They still gave me a nice mani and pedi, but its not the same warm environment that I loved!
Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Not only was the young lady who helped me so professional, she was so kind. You can tell this place has a different vibe than most salons. And that is good vibes! The young lady waxed my eyebrows and they came out impeccable. I am so happy to know about this place and will be coming here more often. I swear no one else does better eyebrows.
Clean and quick. In a pinch, I walked in and they were friendly and had an opening right away.
Great experience at this salon! They were able to take my daughter and I right away for our pedicures, and Yoona and Anna did a fantastic job. Anna massaged my legs and shoulders, and for an extra $10 she gave my upper back a deeper massage that was one of the best I have ever had — worth every penny! Our nails came out great, and The staff is very sweet and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this salon to my friends and family.
The best nail spot on Old Country Road! The ladies that own and operate this place are so great and so friendly. They put so much effort into making each job look amazing, and best of all they are very realistic with their time. So when you make an appointment they take you on time, and when you walk in they tell the truth about how long of a wait it will be. They are priced incredibly fairly and are absolutely amazing, I cannot recommend them enough
Finally a place I do my nails and they still look gorgeous the next day. Staff seems very attentive with customers. A little pricier than other nail salons, but if you want clean, this is one to go.
I went to this place while my husband was in the phone store next door. Oh my goodness this place is amazing !! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I got SNS done on my manicure and the lady that did my nails her name was Susan she took her time and meticulous. I did not feel rushed and I got to sit and relax. Plus I got a free shoulder massage while my nails were drying. Sometimes some of the massages aren’t free or you have to pay for them or sometimes you don’t get them at all. The other lady I didn’t catch her name but she was sweet as hell! She wanted to know my name and I felt like she actually cared. Plus I got a membership card and if you get enough points you can take money off your manicure or pedicure or whatever else they offer there. Overall very happy from this little gem place I found in Hicksville !
I love my nails! And I like the ambience of the salon, it was pleasant.
This place is great. I’ve only been two times but they take their time and make your nails look amazing. They seem to want to know about their clients, which is nice. The oooonly downfall is I do powder gel and they really don’t have the best selection of colors. I will continue to come here and just hope they get more SNS colors soon.
Sis nail is the most professional sns dip powder place in Hicksville. It’s fast and stays strong. And place is super clean and comfortable
I moved out from NYC to the area couple weeks ago and made a huge research on google and yelp about nails salons around, because I got used to my masters in the city. I’ve chosen to come here and it was the right decision! Excellent service, high professionals, relaxing atmosphere, slow music, card points system! I’m so happy I found my new favorite place!
Sis is my favorite nail salon ever! Everyone is so sweet and awesome. From Sarahs happy greetings to Annas miraculous hands....Only place Ill ever go for a pedicure, brow wax and massage! 10 stars!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very poor service , new management did a horrible job , only changing the interior doesn’t help , my nails were not done well , out of shape , color was horrible!! Never going back !! Miss the old management ,,,
Friendly and attentive staff who provide excellent service. The appointments are made so that you are promptly served and the salon is not overcrowded with customers. Truly a relaxing experience.

Their business hours say they open at 10am everyday except Saturday, it is now 10:30 and still no one is here?? Door is locked lights are off. I just think that is very unprofessional.

2022-06-07I finally found a place on LI where the price and the quality are worth it! John was an amazing nail tech who showed gentleness, knowledge, and skill! I had a mani pedi done and all staff were extremely friendly and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to go to. I love the work done. Simple but high quality.

2022-05-31Service was nice. But the male nail technician did not know how to do gel nails properly. It was uneven and super unclean. Regular pedicure was pretty decent.

2019-05-31They take their time when they do your nails even if it’s just a regular manicure. Their tools are sterilized using an autoclave. They now have gel options and powder gel too. The manicurists are all super nice & they give you a membership card with points you can use towards your purchases.

2021-09-26Great service and friendly staff. Ive lived on LI for about 4 years and this is the best manicure Ive gotten here. ❤ I get the powder dip, and they usually fall off or break within 2 weeks, but when Anna at Sis does my nails they never break or fall off. 10/10
