I bought a auto mower from Scott at Sissons last year and it was the best purchase we made,Scott and the sales staff were super knowledgable and they went above and beyond during the installation to make sure it ran perfect and it did , there customer service to help me during the process was outstanding also. I even cut the line that makes my mower run cutting a tree down and Scott personally came out and fixed it within hours . It’s a great family and I will keep buying from sissons .Customer service, customer service, customer service!!! Thanks Scott .
Great place to get all your fireplace and yard working equipment. They have a wide selection of high quality equipment, Husqvarna and Stihl. They have many fireplaces and inserts not just on display but actually working so you can test them out. The staff is very friendly and very quick. I had an insert installed in my house and they did a great job. They were very clean and respected my house with putting down drop clothes. They were in and out in under a day, and very helpful in making sure I didnt have any questions and explaining how everything worked.
Staff were awesome. Went in to buy a part and ended up buying a new saw. The part I needed for my old one was expensive and buying a new saw was smarter and I ly a few more dollars
Called about part needed for garden tractor. Clerk stated part was in stock. Part was ready at counter for me when I arrived for pickup.

The guys Sissons are as good as they come. Some of the best customer service Ive had in decades. They really care about their products, and even more so about their customers. They also carry quality products at incredible prices for retail sales. Its disappointing when my chainsaw has issues, but I know I can get the parts I need at a fair price. In conclusion they are all very helpful If you have a question they have the answer. I live a mile from Tractor Supply, 20 miles from Sissons. Even if I need a spark plug, Ill drive 20 miles to Sissons before Ill drive a Mile, Foot, or Inch to only be disappointed.

We bought a Lopi pellet stove that after a year refused stay lit. Scott and crew stood behind the product and got us squared away. These guys know their products inside out. I would highly recommend using Sissons for any new or replacement install of a wood or pellet stove. Kudos to Sisson.

Piss poor repair service had 2 saws fixed and neither one worked properly when I went use them better off having the amish fix them wont go back again and the stoves they sell are bottom of the line

2021-07-19Awful service. We purchased a fireplace with a woodburning insert. It was missing a part and I had to keep calling to see if they ordered it. After several months it was finally mailed to us.After less than 2 years the blower has stopped working. I have called for a service appointment and they just give me a run around about how busy they are. They never return a call and act as though you are bothering them.

2018-06-30Went and bought a trimmer and the sales guy made us feel like we were a burden and a hassle buying $400 worth of machine. My dad has been a customer for years and is always treated with respect and great customer service. I know theyre capable of better and I know the owners expect better from their sales people.

2020-01-24I drove an hour to shop for a fireplace and was more than pleased. Scott is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the features and options of the different fireplaces. Within one visit we had our fireplace picked and are excited to get it installed!!!

2014-02-22The employees are super! absolutely super! I called about 10 mins before closing, as it was on a weekend. They took the time with me & give me price quotes & service I needed! I spoke with Dave, but all of the workers there take the time with you and help you get the best price. I have done business with them many times before, with my family, and they are as thorough as can be.The driving distance there is around an hour or so, but its worth it!There wasnt any waiting in person or on the phone for assistance. I feel very comfortable with them and will continue doing business with them in the future.I recommend Sissons to anyone.Their services and friendliness really means a lot & reflects with my review. You want to go to a place where you get the best prices and are treated with kindness and the respect that you deserve. Dave really took the time with me to figure out which snow blower & stove to purchase..even if the price wasnt with them!Take my advice and go there! 2017-04-24They gave me a deal on 2 expensive chainsaws on separate occasions. Helped me dearly on equipment for work both $ and knowledge. They did not have a cover for my chainsaw bar and I had to wait, I forgot and went back nearly a year later and they gave me a cover with a smile. So far so good they have been good to me. Sometimes they are a little slow but I think they give an honest effort to be a helpful, honest business.
