I am very pleased to have my eyebrow done with Shirley. She makes them balanced and very painless compared to my experience before. This place offers very good price. In the very first week you do this procedure, it may look too thick, but will appear to be very natural afterwards. This is a very calm and peaceful place.
Skin station on Eldridge is my go to place for facials. Not only are they reasonably priced (especially if you decide to get a bulk package) but they are the best! The team is so gentle and accommodating. They are easy to book. The space is clean and calm. And my skin has never looked better!!
If you’re thinking about getting your eyebrows tattooed, go to Shirley. She’s amazing. I’ve had mine done 3 times over the last 8 years by others and am so happy I found her - she does a very thorough job getting the shape right, and it’s the most painless experience I’ve had. So happy!
I made an appointment for a customized massage as I have some tight areas in my back, so I was hoping for a combination between deep tissue and Swedish. The masseuse, Eva, came in and introduced herself and everything seemed very normal. As soon as she started to massage me I was very skeptical. It felt like she was flinging my body around, barely touching my skin, and she put enough oil on my body that I am still greasy. I asked 3 separate times for more pressure and verbalized that I didnt like what she was doing. She played it off that she massages everyone this way. I get frequent massages and said I have never had a swedish massage like this. It was so bad I made her stop at 30 minutes because it was straight up a waste of time. The manager asked if I wanted another masseuse and handled the situation well, but I am convinced the woman was not licensed with how terrible she was.
Ive been coming here for my facials for about 3 years now. I love them. Very kind staff, professional and knowledgeable. The place is simple but clean. I always walk out feeling half my age lol. I do wish the rooms were a little more sound proof, but what can ya do. Other than that, its a rvey relaxing atmosphere.
I had a very positive micro-blading experience at skin station! As you can see in the before photo (same eyebrow as shown in the collage but I took the before photo with my front facing camera so its flipped) I had very skinny eyebrows before the process & she did a great job giving me a natural, enhanced appearance. When she began, the pain was virtually non existent. It increased as the numbing wore off, but nothing intolerable. The best part - I got a Groupon and saved a ton! It also includes a touch-up after 4 weeks. So once I have that appointment I will update my review with more photos of the second time results. My only suggestion would be for the staff to give more instruction for post care. I was simply told to apply vaseline to the area and not to scratch for 10 days, but since I did such extensive research prior to having my eyebrows done I knew that there were a lot of other things to know.As far as the general micro-blading process goes, not as it relates to Skin Station, my biggest piece of advice is to consider the muscles in your face when you are deciding on a shape, not just the way your face looks when you are completely relaxed. If you look at the photo of both of my brows you can see that one is slightly higher arched than the other. When I was laying down on the table deciding on a shape they looked perfectly even, but when I am upright the muscle above my brow give me a higher arch.I would say that after 8 days I was pretty much done healing. I know everyone says 10, but it just depends on each person. I still avoided makeup for the full 10 days, but I started getting more careless with water and sweat once I saw that all of the scabs had fallen off. They can get very itchy!! I had a couple of days (days 5-6) where the itching was really irritating and sort of prickly pain in my face. They will start peeling around day 5 - to be honest, I totally peeled some of the skin off myself. There were big pieces hanging off and I couldnt help but pull it off. The peeled skin will appear to be pulling out the pigment, but unless you are pulling at scabs that arent at all ready it wont actually have an effect on your results. After about 8 days most of the scabbing will be gone, but I continued to flake (Like a sun burn) until about the 12th day.
Horrible place. staff bad mouth customers among themselves. tricked customers with facials. I bought 10 facials at a discount. however each time we went they made us sign for 2 facials. so I did not get a discount at all, in fact I paid 180 dollars for the facial each time. so 10 facials at a discount around 900 dollars. but only able to use 5 facials. so be warned. go somewhere else. there are a lot of spas for facials out there with better prices. do no be duped by them. they shave time and facials and if you don t know what you are getting exactly they will lie. I speak chinese and I got duped. so be warned.
The spa and waiting areas are extremely clean. The entire staff is professional and friendly as well. As soon as you enter the spa, it smells nice and the soothing music places you in the mood to be pampered.the spa ambiance is really peaceful with comfortable decor. I can really feel the relaxation as well!
I LOVE coming here. Its very clean, they do a fantastic job at making sure not only my extractions are done well but also that my skin doesnt become irratated afterwards

I come to this place for the best Massages and Facials. I recently did Microblading by Shirley and am so in love with my results.
Got the microdermabrasion facial and my skin feels smooth and soft. Service was amazing! Definitely would recommend!

2022-06-28The female receptionist at the front desk was super friendly & veryyy welcoming. I loved the offer of cups of water. It was very much appreciated. I wouldnt change a thing about this spa. Jenny,one of the estheticians, had me leave this spa with noticeably healthy fresher and glowy skin. I immediately booked a package after my facial service. I am so happy that i now have a new home to go to for great facials and massages.

2021-08-01Had a wonderful experience at Skin Station! Their Deep Pore Detox Facial was so relaxing and also got the job done. More affordable than other places but the quality and thoroughness is great. Definitely notice a very clear difference in my skin after my session. I also love the amount of facial massage that they incorporate— one of my favorite parts of the treatment.Thanks to May for an excellent experience! Bought a package afterward and will definitely be going back next month.

2021-09-12Ive had great experiences going there. I started through a Groupon and then purchased a facial package that has definitely improved my skin over time. They do suggest products for purchase (slowly over time, not in bulk) but its not pushy and with the results Ive gotten they were all products I wanted to incorporate into my skincare routine.EDIT: reduced to 4 stars because of scarring left post-extractions and also for the pushier product sales tactics lately (despite spending $100s on products so far)

2019-12-17I had many facials in the past but this experience was the best! The esthetician made me feel very comfortable, she took her time, was gentle and she was very thorough. She recommend some skin care products to me but wasn’t pushy at all. The spa is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend and I’ll be back!
