Sky Zone Trampoline Park in other cities:
Wow I just have to say I had an absolute blast here at SKYZONE. Me and my tots came to bounce like a ball and boy did we hoot baby . LOL. Such kind staff work here. One young man was outstanding as my son Eric had a broken toy (nobody wants a broken toy) so a nice young man with a cool beard showed us the right way in such delicate form. Will be returning and telling many friends and family you guys rock!
The place is a little clean. When I got on the trampolines I’ve seen trash tossed on them and by the ends I saw holes in the protective thing and if someone wasn’t looking you may slip in. It gets super busy and the line to get in is out the door. Otherwise go here if you want but just be careful
The dodgeball area have people just staying in the game every round, some of them being the staff members. Other bounce businesses do not do this. And they put them all on the same team. So people go in, face all experienced people, get eliminated. And then that same experienced team, after everyone was eliminated, played a game amongst themselves before letting the next set of people waiting go. Dodgeball is a popular trampoline game but SkyZone staff have made it completely unenjoyable.
Great place if have young kids and you want to put them to sleep bring them here and let them run around if you have older kids or is an adult youll still have fun and see if you out of shape or not but its really affordable and its a blast that will give you a work out
My kids love this place. The current promotion allows you to buy unlimited time for the month for a little more than the regular price of admission. You have to commit to 3 months, but if you are in the area, it is well worth it. A great way to get the kiddies to do some cardio and wear them out. My teens break a sweat, and they are pretty active anyway. I would love it if the staff were a little more present and kept an eye on the kids when it is crowded (my 7 year old was clotheslined by another child), but otherwise, no complaints.
As a parent not very happy. We went for a kids birthday was was not available so forced to rent a locker for some security. After room become available the staff did not change the name on the door. My son played arcades hit 2 jacpots so we had a lot of tickts and the girl giving out the toys either dose not know how to scan or count so she cheat us out of almost 300 tickets. I did not really want to start an argument of 300 tickets. I just know i will not be going there again. My son did have some fun jumping and playing that is why there are a few stars
Its ok, nothing to go crazy about.Just dont like the fact that if your kids go as a group they really cant play together.Kids love to play together. when you separate them then they dont enjoy the activities by themselves. Then they get bored quickly especially playing basketball or jumping in a bed of sponges.I believe this place could be much better and encourage more kid togetherness activities.I gave 3 stars only because the staff was very nice. Otherwise sky zone deserves a 1 and half star.
Not worth the time, energy or price of admission. Super small! Two attractions were closed! I felt like a bunch of teenagers work here, which is fine but the level of customer services reflects that. My kids were so bored and ready to leave after less than an hour. We typically go to the Sky Zone in NJ ...we will keep going there!
We visited sky zone for the first time. They have a dodge ball pit that is really dangerous and unsupervised. We had a party of 6 young kids. 4 out of the 6 kids got injured. Three 8 year old girls and one 12 year old boy. The staff which are young teenagers had 17 year old giants throwing the balls at the children very hard. The the huge teenager threw the ball and hit my daughter friend right in the face. You would think that the staff would have the kids play be age group. I had to go to the front desk and complain every time. No much happened as fair as accountability. Its a nice place, its too bad that its not managed by adults. This place ia unsafe for younger children beware.
Honestly glad I got my money back. Why would you make a rule that the parents can’t jump with their toddler. Tell me how it makes sense where you have a section for 5 and under but the parents can’t assist and jump with their child. You should advertise that when you sell tickets. ALL PARENTS MAKE SURE THAT YOU KNOW THAT YOU CANT JUMP WITH YOUR TODDLER. Also fix your staff of 18 year olds they are rude and don’t know how to handle customers.
Love the trampolines. My complaint is there are no cubbies or anywhere to put your shoes, nothing to eat and little choice of drinks. Little too expensive for children under 4 yrs old, that cant jump for an hour or their parents, yet have no other lower amount of time, so $80 for one parent and child for 30 minutes, was too much even if it was an hour. But very helpful staff and clean.
Food court employees are very incompetent at their job. Took over 45 minutes to get a portion of our order. While waiting to ask about it, I saw one employee give a pizza order to a group of his friend who did not have a receipt or pager while another patron and I waited for the rest of our food. Ended up having to return the portion of my order I received because the food got cold and we still didn’t receive the rest of our order. Bad service.
Rip off place is either putting new stuff or renovation are being done. They are still charging full price. The price of food and drinks are insanity what makes it worse has to be cash and the TVs with prices are off. I have been coming here for years this will be the last time. Please dont waist your kids time and just to make it that much worse Brentwood is the only location with no coupons on Groupon or anywhere else. I understand Covid hurt alot of businesses; People with kids were also hurt and trying to find some normalcy so taking advantage of most people are here and wont deny there kids food or drinks and will pay. IT IS Very disappointing what this company is doing.
Price is decent! My daughter and her friends always have fun here. The facility is kept very clean. The staff at front desk are professional, respectful, knowledgeable and very helpful. They recommend packages, guide you where to go. The staff at the courts are extremely mindful of the bouncers and there safety. Always watching out for the small ones bouncing around. Bathrooms are clean! They have this awesome massage chair that is so so worth it. Highly recommend. Cool place!
I took my kids there today 08/01/2021The place was clean and staff kept wiping down everything. But the girl at the OFF THE WALL WAS DISGUSTING. SHE KEPT ITCHING HERSELF,SMELLING HER HAIR AND PUTTING IT IN HER MOUTH. SHE LOOK LIKE SHE DIDNT EVEN TAKE A SHOWER TODAY JUST ROLLED OUT OF BED AND WENT TO WORK.. IT TOTAL GROSSED OUT A FEW PPL INCLUDING MYSELF.
It’s Saturday night, I brought my nephews and nieces for some fun. Packed on Saturday night of course, no problem . My issue is the bathrooms were closed. Our session was about to start we had already checked in and the kids needed to use the bathroom, turns out they were closed. I had to drive out and find some place for them to use the bathroom. So ended up spending 20 minutes out of the 90 minute session to go out elsewhere.. not fair when your spending $28 per kid to come and have some fun. Might as well close the place since so many kids and their parents come to this place.
Although it was nice to have a time dedicated to toddlers....We went today for the first time for the 9-11 toddler time. I was appalled how filthy the woman’s bathroom was especially for 10 in the morning. The toilets were dirty, the stalls hadn’t been cleaned and the floor was disgusting. It was like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. When I have to go into and out of 3 stalls with a toddler before finding one that was even usable (and there are only 4 stalls) is unacceptable. Even a woman in the bathroom with me commented she would not be returning due to the lack of cleanliness. I can’t imagine what it would look like at 2 in the afternoon. Not to mention every single employee looks miserable. This place needs work.
Came here for a 10yr old Saturday birthday party and my child had a good time. Its like a playground on steroids, but the staff keeps it manageable. A young man named Kevin was in charge of the party and was very facilitating. There was a little confusion when we first got here as to where to go or what to do but that was it. Bathrooms could use some TLC but the rest of the facility was solid. Definitely would consider a patty for my child here.
Tons of fun things to do. High price socks and food. What can you expect: lots of people. Not enough seats, staff looks like they are board out their minds and could care less about a person falling and possibly going to hospital. My kids like it though sooooooo yeah 3 stars.
Great place to come with friends and family. Make sure youre on time if you have a reservation, and fill out your waiver online beforehand. Youll also need to purchase socks, so keep them after your visit for the next time you come. Theres a small section for toddlers, but everything else is open to older kids and adults. They have basketball hoops but no gladiator battle platforms. Food is limited, as is parking. Party rooms available.
How do you allow all those people, including a four year olds birthday party and have a sign no bathrooms, sorry for the inconvenience Really? And to top it off you offered a measly $100 off a thousand dollar bill. You should be fined for serving food and drinks with a lack of facilities.
Plenty to keep 2 young gymnasts busy non stop for 2 hours. Clean and well maintained. The girls loved the smoothies. The adults didnt try the food so I cant speak to its quality. There are plenty of other options nearby including coffee and snacks at the barnes and noble down the hall. Plenty of inexpensive parking too.
We brought my 13 year old daughter here to celebrate her birthday along with other family members and we all super enjoyed ourselves. One thing I must say is that I have had leg surgery and at times I need to rest for a few seconds nothing major and I for one want to thank the staff for allowing me to sit from time to time as it is their policy to not allow anyone to sit down on the trampolines. They understood my situation and also constantly checked up on me which I truly appreciate. Thank you for providing a great pleasant time for all of us! Specially the birthday girl.
Theyre all about money and time, very expensive for a family now a days. 20.00 per child an hour + $3 for socks and not much to do for kids. Nothing challenging, and they keep asking you how much time you have left. My kids have more fun at the McDonalds indoor playground which is free. I most likely wont be back and definitely wont recommend.
Went to a birthday party for my 5 year old son it was pretty cool never knew about this place staff was friendly place was clean. They kinda got you over a barrel for the refreshments but its to be expected in places like this because they know your kids are gonna want a slushy or a pretzel or whatever.
This is an awesome place for kids and adults alike it is a great workout for me and my 9 year old kid cousin enjoys going so much that we make the trip from queens to deer park every other weekend just so she can go and jump for a few hours. If you go Friday night they have a session called glo were everything is in black light and its really really fun for both adults and kids.
I brought my 3 year old here because he had done it in Mount sainai and loved it. On the website for deer Park, they advertised toddler Time from 12:30-2:30. When we arrived at 12:30 they told us that toddler Time was only until 2:00. Once we started jumping, we realized that there was no designated area just for toddlers. My 3 year old was jumping with kids that seemed to have ranged from 2-16 years old. They finally opened a section just for toddlers at 1:30 which have us 30 minutes of good play time instead of the 2 hours they advertised on their website. Poor job guys.
While the employees here are very friendly and helpful, the set-up needs a lot of work.Because we purchased our tickets in advance online we were directed to stand on the fast line. My husband stood on the fast line, and I stood on the regular line. I reached the cashier first. He was still in the back of the line. They have a large seating area, with limited seats. So people are literally sitting on the floor eating. While Im sure Permission to freely jump and bounce is a dream come true for a child.. It was a nightmare for the parents trying to find somewhere to sit, eat, and store the belongings. I forgot to mention lockers are limited as well.
This place is great if you have kids 6 and up. I had kids 5 and under when we went. They made an error and charged my husband and I full price when we could not go into all areas with the kids and the areas we were allowed in adults could not jump. They refunded us some of the money for my husband and I but we spent $80. It was expensive and my kids couldnt do anything. Not the cleanest either, and it was hot.
Fun for the children! Great place for them to jump their sillies out. Would have been 5 stars, but the facility does not have a clear procedure for helping individuals get out of the pit if they get stuck there...in fact some employees simply stood around with a smirk on their face without offering assistance or getting help for a person in that situation.
Excellent place for children and adults to burn energy. Also there was an area for parents/guardians/chaperones to wait for children which allows you to keep an eye on the children. Make sure you have plenty of water with you. We chose to jump for half an hour. The children said that was too short. Next time we will stay longer.
Great place for kids to go and work out all of that energy. Theres jumping and flipping, basketball, dodgeball, foam pit and even a wall to run up and a DJ. What more can you ask for. The parents can just come and sit and let the children just run wild. Also the concession stand is good.
Jackie at the front desk was amazing!!! I brought my son and his three friends here and it’s hectic enough and the first counter person I went to the girl with the blonde poneytsil and glasses on Sunday at 1 pm2/17/19 was HORRIBLE! I don’t want to know her name and don’t need too! She refused to be nice and complained about me because I forgot one of my sons date of birth and I said it wrong and that was it she refused to help me at all terrible she had the nerve to go to a manager as if I was a criminal relax but JACKIE WAS AMAZING!!!! SHE IS SWEET AND HELPFUL AND KIND AND I TRULY THANK YOU SO MUCH! THE boys are having so much fun!!!! Your awesome!
Only gave 4 stars only because I havent had the full experience. Had a great time when I went there for the first time for my husbands companys family outing. I couldnt jump because I was about 6 or 7 months pregnant, but still had a great experience. Now that our sons here, this year Ill be able to participate when we go.
Short story: payed for 2 hours but only got 1. Long Story: The place was obviously overcrowded so even though we got there on time (3PM), we didnt past check-in until closer to 4PM because of the long and slow moving lines. At 5 oclock, our 4 kids were told they could no longer jump because their sticker says they came in at 3PM. Complained to the manager and got absolutely nothing out of it. That is a great way to loose customers. I will definitely not set foot in another Sky Zone thanks to this experience.
My sister paid to have a party here for my sons graduation, and we had a blast! It was our first time visiting a Sky Zone, and as stated by the staff, we chose a good day (July @4PM) to go because it wasnt crowded. Our host was Ray and I have to shout him out because he was extremely cordial, and totally awesome!! Our package included 1hr jump for 12 individuals, and the party room with pizza and drinks all for a reasonable price- thank you Groupon! So if you want to have a GREAT time like we did, I recommend you come during the Summer and if youre having a party, ask for Ray!
The membership is 100% worth it if you and your family would make it at least 2x monthly. The staff is friendly, but also follows rules to keep jumpers separated by size and thereby avoid serious injuries. Theres a huge court of trampolines, a foam bath you can jump into, basket ball and Dodge ball among others. The only thing to be aware of is that kids under 5 are quite limited in where they can jump which can get tricky if you also have older kids that you want to be aware of.
Its was nice and relaxing for me while the kids was having a blast i was getting a massage from the massaging chair. There was no line no wait and they even got to play in a tournament of dodgeball. I brought my tickets off groupon and they took it with no problem. ..you have to pay $3 for their socks and if you already have socks from previous visits you can bring them too.
Great for the children. Always overcrowded on school holidays but if you visit when kids are in school w/ toddler place will be EMPTY. Snack area needs to offer more healty choices and the locker rentals need to be improved. Foam play blocks need to be replaced as many of them are picked at and gross.
I never knew jumping on a trampoline could be this much fun. I did it when I was younger on a single one but now there are so many and they have activities with them. The one I like the most is dodgeball. You can be so cool while playing jumping real high while catching the ball. It’s friendly games there. Usually it’s children or people younger than 18 there but sometimes adults go and it’s also fun there too. The basketball dunking is fantastic.
My sister went there for her birthday and we just had a HORRIBLE experience. Everyone was disappointed and employees were unprofessional and confused. They were at a loss when explaining the policy. They need to learn how to speak to paying customers without being rude and to assist people who arent aware of some of their policies instead of making it so difficult.
This is a fun place for a birthday party for preteens, or a few hours with the family to blow off some pent up energy. The place is staffed by teenagers and there isnt really anything for the adults to do but wait around. Some of the clientele look like criminals and seedy, tattooed hook folk.
Unique experience. I took my 7yr old autistic-non verbal son, and my daughter one afternoon. The staff paired my son up with one of the managers-I believe his name was Michael Comminsky. He grabbed my son without hesitation and headed for an area for children with special needs, and allowed us to follow. We, as well as another family with a special needs child bounced for an hour and a half and had a great time. The staff here does a great job, and the owners are even hands-on. I met one of the owners actually manning one of the lines for a trampoline.Bouncing could be a little dangerous, but the staff here goes to great lengths to ensure safety and fun.The manager Michael was not only helping us, but others as well- a true professional. I would absolutely recommend this place for an afternoon of unique fun. By the way, bouncing is no joke, its a real workout. They also do a day-I think Monday for children with special needs.**Update 9/1/16**Always a great experience here. The place is clean and the employees very helpful. I bring my son who has special needs and they are quick to accommodate and we really appreciate it. Parking is plentiful and the employees are vigilant in keeping everyone safe. I highly recommend this place for an afternoon with the kids. 1st monday of every month is a special needs program--thank you Sky Zone of Deer Park.
Unprofessional staff. We bought the tickets and they forgot to give us the wristbands so they didnt let the kids get in the trampoline grounds and wasted 15 minutes of our time (admission is per hour). Then finally they went to the cashier to get us the bands after wasting our time. The time they wasted for us was not compensated.
Place was clean... Bathroom in the ladies room should have been cleaned... Pizza could have been better and the female cashier can use some manners behind the counter..The manager however was well respectable..But other than that ,we enjoyed our stay there.. Reasonable prices for you to enjoy
Ive been to bounce and love it. This place makes you wait for next session. At bounce you start as soon as you get there. It took us a half hour to get waiver signed and tkts. They also make you pay for socks that are mandatory. If they are mandatory they should provide them.
I’ve never been to sky zone and for this being my first experience I had an amazing time. What really pushed me to write to serve you was the staff. Unfortunately I am quite overweight and jumped into the foam pit and struggle to get out. I did eventually get out and realized on my cell phone had fell out of my hoodie. I then had to do a walk of shame to the front desk and ask for the manager. Gladly he was already at the front desk along with several other employees. Without hesitation he and two others are came to the ball pit and jumped in with cellphone in hand and flashlights ready. It took about 10 minutes but eventually they were able to find my phone and I couldn’t have been more grateful. Unfortunately our own only remember the young lady’s name so thank you to Alex and your manager. My little cousin really enjoyed sky zone as his birthday present.
Very fun place, my 11yr old gymnast daughter loves it. We had her 10th bday party here. Usually an ok experience for me. Would be 5 stars but Ive had some small irritations: flies in the garbage near table area (this is indoors, no reason for that), and concession food overpriced and may or may not be available. Sitting here now, the kids really wanted $5 icees, but they havent been working all day. I asked for a diet soda but thats not available either. Ended up with a regular coke and its flat and tastes odd. Usually I dont post this nonsense but my soda was almost $4. The kids then tried for the dipndots machine and it wouldnt take our money or card. They got pizza but no water bottles because $10 wasnt enough for 2 slices and even 1 water bottle to split. They used the water fountain.
Normally sky zone is great but on glow night it becomes skell zone. Certainly would not leave the kids unsupervised. Saw a few sketchy characters in the mix and the vibe is extremely loud and not what youd expect if youre normally there other then glow night. Definitely a different feel.
SkyZone has a wide variety of different activities available within the establishment beyond just the trampolines. There are multiple trampoline dodgeball courts, a set of three warped-walls of varying heights (8, 10, and 12), basketball hoops of varying heights, foam pits for big acrobatic jumps, a rotating set of padded arms set up inside a cage to try and avoid while jumping on a trampoline, and one major trampoline jump area.We were there on a Saturday afternoon/Evening for a birthday party and the facility was PACKED. It made it hard to see how you would enjoy jumping on the trampolines without running into another person. There were lines for most of the other activities and the spaces were all designed to separate the guests but it left the experience a little disjointed and didnt seem to flow from one experience to the other.
0 stars! This establishment use to be a nice place for kids. Now its filthy, unorganized and filled with teenage staff (who by the way have no idea how to control the areas). I met the owner last year, very nice woman, but I must say that am not pleased with the atmosphere, staff, and GLOW in the dark event.I ordered my tickets online - my order included shirts and jump time, when I arrived at skyzone they had only adult shirts — which was a total inconvenience because I had small children with me. (Online has all sizes). It looked like a jungle inside - people were skipping the line, sneakers and garbage everywhere....Children were fighting! I mean really going at it. The monitors just stood there and watched!!Hardcore rap music was played ALL night. Some music didn’t have the clean versions of the song.Another disappointment- there was NO dance contest due to the speakers being out of commission. And the sound system was outdated (very staticky)!Seems like at this location the kid-friendly culture has gone down hill. I don’t recommend GLOW in the dark for small children 10 years or younger. However, I like the skyzone franchise so I’ll check another location out - more than likely I won’t be going to the one in Deer Park!
Please dont criticize me for this four star review, but I have reasons for it. The dodgeball was unavailable for the whole session that I was in. On top of that their snack options are very limited. For example there was only chocolate bars like Snickers and Twix in the candy section. What I really do love though are the new installations that they are putting in. The ninja wall and the wheel (I dont know what its called).
The kids seemed to enjoy it the one thing that annoyed me is that if I wanted to reserve a Time online and put a $5 Deposit they make you pay a dollar for a service fee which is pretty bogus all the wise the jumping is good kids seem to enjoy it the pizza was very good there and 90 minutes goes pretty quick for the kids they need a few more Groupons but like I said that dollar fee should be taken out
Limited space esp compared to their location in Houston, TX. Expensive and not worth it for my 3 & 5 yr old who got injured even in the dedicated toddler section (free fall jump on the foam area) as they allow full grown up in their aswell and they end up crashing in to each other!
Totally disorganized, dirty and overcrowded. My son came here for a birthday party and the kids had no idea where they were supposed to jump. They had an hour to jump, but the kids barely got to jump due to the overcrowding and confusion.Somehow they managed to get the orange spray paint on all the railings to be worn out and sticky at the same time. Horrible place.
Very expensive and this must be the place that hall monitors graduate to because its rules galore. I will not be bringing my kids back. As an adult dont be tricked into paying admission for yourself only to be told that you cant participate with your kids because the trampolines are sectioned by age group. Thats the kind of information they ought to give you before charging an admission fee.
I normally never write reviews; Until now nothing has been bad enough for me to take time out of my day to write something of length. To say I had the worst experience is an understatement. The staff is so disorganized they arent even enforcing the posted rules. The staff comes on their free time to jump, acting like they are royalty and the rules dont apply to them. Dodgeball was the worst, the employee refereeing didnt even know the rules creating decided them as they went along. During one game of dodgeball a player (an off duty employee) was slid between the springs with half of his body hanging out just sitting there; this is definitely not the kind of safety influence we need for our children. On top of that the employees walk away from there posts to talk to each other, all the while people are braking the rules and performing dangerous acts that could harm them and/or others around them. The trampolines definitely need maintenance, and maintenance is putting it extremely politely. Many of the pads were breaking and needed to be fixed or replaced. I actually slipped on an old trampoline, colliding in to an open set of springs, thus causing my foot unknown injuries (Pending x-ray results). The front desk employees were focused on communicating amongst themselves rather than helping customers. After finally getting the staffs attention, their manor was rude and unaccommodating, having little to no customer service skills. In conclusion I nor my friends and family will neither recommend nor return to this establishment, until the aforementioned problems have been resolved.
We went for a day out. It’s the only trampoline place that doesn’t let my 4 year old son jump bc they jump by ages. You hurt my kids feelings. You hurt mine. Fix this.i understand it all for liability. But when there’s kid shorter than my son jumping but you single him out. Not ok!
My family and I really enjoyed ourselves but they only have one issue I pre-ordered my tickets online by the time I got to actually buy my ticket I didnt have my full-time to play in the park other than that my time there was great I believe they should start the time the moment you buy your tickets and not from the time you said to be there because there was a long line before purchasing my tickets.
I have been here 2 times with my friends, this time will be our last, we showed up with 8 people, enjoyed free jump and foam pit, we moved to dodge ball were 2 staff members were so wraped up in messing with each other that the games went unsupervised and people were getting pegged in the face, one member was aziz if i can remember, and the other i couldnt catch his name, i reported it to the manager on duty who seemed to be all buddy buddy with these 2 kids, this ruined our entire time here, we grabbed our stuff and left, none of us will ever be back here again. i do not recommend this place to anyone but everyone to their own.
I’m very disappointed with the security team. Our students were given a rack to place their personal belongings while we jumped on the trampolines. I wasn’t aware that our belongings would be left out in the open for the public to be able to take things. One of my students sneakers were stolen and inside was his Apple AirPods. When I alerted a team member all I got was excuses instead of answers. We traveled to the facility from Brooklyn and now I have a young man who is going home with no shoes. What is the security teams role during jump time and why wasn’t our personal belongings secured in an area with NO PUBLIC ACCESS?
This place is so much fun! Im a mom of 3 and we always have a blast. My youngest is almost 3 and they have a special section for toddlers because theyre small. They have a part where you can jump and dunk basketballs in a hoop and they have dodge ball games (my daughters favorite) every 15 minute interval. Theres almost a foam pit. I got stuck in it once, not my favorite. They also have a place to buy food. I never bought any so not sure of the price. You have buy special socks and sign a waiver but you can do both online. You only have to purchase socks once, just remember to wear them every time you go. The waiver you have to do everytime though. And you dont have pay to be with your toddler in their section but you do have to buy the socks. Also VERY IMPORTANT, how skyzone works is that you buy a time slot to play in. Theres 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute intervals. You select the time and day and then you play for that period. For Example: select 11:00 am tomorrow 90 minute interval, then you would play from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. You want to arrive early so you dont lose any of your time.I always buy my tickets online, its very easy. Their website is one of the easiest websites to navigate that Ive ever been on. The only downside to Skyzone is that it can be expensive when you have a big family. For just my 3 kids, I pay around $96 and if I play, its over a $100.00 so we only go once in awhile. But I do love this place and highly recommend it if you like to jump really high :)
The workers here act like we owe them something even though we paid to be there. I got kicked out just because I was jumping on the trampoline while someone was in the foam pit. I didn’t jump in the foam pit, I just jumped on the trampoline and waiting for him to get out, but before I could go, I got kicked out of the foam pit. The workers here act like they own the place even though they don’t.

2022-02-27We were very excited to come to sky zone for the first time with our toddler. After an hour of jumping on the trampoline he wanted to collect credits to buy small toys at the price counter. We waited at least 30 minutes for an employee to come and help us. Even though there were several employees sitting doing nothing at group check-in and generally walking around.

2022-06-04Went for a party they had a good time feel like it was a bit too small and crowded so they went back and forth on three in running up a wall one time.

2022-05-02Attended a 7yr old birthday party. It was fun but you have to watch your child. I brought my 2 yr old and he almost got lost. The place had a lot of people and honestly someone can get lost in the crowd very quickly. So keep an eye out.

2022-04-26It has been awhile since I been in Sky Zone. Planning to have my daughters birthday party in May (coming up). The young lady that attended us (Alexandra) was very nice, informed of what was questioned to her, and informed on changes withing the area . I was a bit disappointed in knowing some of the activities will be changed but will make the best of it.

2022-04-17Every time at this one place at the ride they kept on saying you need “sky zone socks and you can’t go on the same trampoline” and when I was trying to go and get water they were saying please get off of the trampoline and go on your own but I wasn’t even trying to go on the trampoline other then that it was amazing especially the wipe out the wipe out is so fun I was running because of it but I kept feeling because of my cousin go to sky zone. The only reason we gave them four stars is because of there wonderful rides

2022-05-31Its okay, the food service was awful. They had one young man working the register and the kitchen at the same time, everyone that ordered food waited for an hour to get the food. The menu posted above the food court had wrong prices and items displayed. Was not impressed

2019-11-20If you want to get your kids tired, bring them here! They will bounce non-stop and have no problems sleeping at night. But seriously, this is an amazing place for kids, teens, and grown ups. There’s a section for every age, so everyone can have fun. I would definitely recommend this indoor trampoline park to all families!

2022-02-26Overcrowded, overpriced, check in system needs to be upgraded (wastes your play time). Some young staff members are quite helpful & pleasant to deal with.....others are quite arrogant and you cant do anything about it because Supervisors are equally arrogant.😂😂
