Skylark is a true gem and offers real value . It is a must visit website for all travel and hotel needs. Almost every booking comes with perks sometimes with a value equivalent to the room rate.Live a little take a weekend getaway last week we went to Vegas and enjoyed a free upgrade a late checkout breakfast and a food voucher all because we booked thru skylark!!

We had the most amazing time at rosewood bangkok, as we were upgraded to manor suite with butler service. The service and the attention to detail was impeccable. This hotel will be my go-to hotel in bangkok from now on.the breakfast food was high quality and delicious. The mini bar was includedI also stayed at the four seasons dubai which was great, i was upgraded three level up to the nicest room they have . Food was great and service was truly exceptional. Complimentary Breakfast was a feast, one of the best in dubai. The swimming pool and the private beach were truly amazing.Thank you Skylark for providing 5 star service

When we were looking to book a trip to the Condado Vanderbilt in Puerto Rico, I did the typical search on all the travel websites and I even priced our stay at the hotel website directly. They all came in about the same price for the room we wanted at about $1825. After a few weeks we searched again and Skylark Travel came up on the search for $1675. A savings of $150. Additionally Skylarks deal also included a $100 hotel credit, a free upgrade if available and breakfast each day. I was happy with the savings, the breakfast and the $100 credit, but was reallysurprised we we actually got an upgrade to a butlers suite. We got everything they told us. All in all I will be checking Skylark on all of my future trips and the experience was fantastic. Cheers.

I do not recommend this travel agency. I booked my hotel stay in Bermuda with them and was billed incorrectly and overcharged for services that Skylark advertised would come complimentary with my stay. When I brought this issue up with Paul Tumpowsky, the CEO of Skylark, he confirmed with the hotel that they did not handle the Skylark perks correctly but did not do anything to rectify the issue. The followup email I sent seeking assistance was then simply ignored.There are plenty of other luxury travel companies out there and I would not recommend this one. The customer service offered is far from personal and falls extremely short of what I would expect from a company marketing themselves to provide a better booking experience. Companies like Expedia do a better job at addressing and correcting issues when they arise and if Skylark cant provide superior customer service and live up to the perks that they are offering on their website that makes them different, you might as well go to Expedia or any other booking company for your travel booking needs.

Originally booked through Skylark bc it was the best price. Was blown away when I experienced what they meant when they promised to be more than a booking site, but more of a digital concierge.Bc we booked through Skylark I’ve been upgraded at every hotel, gotten early check in and late check out and even received a spread of welcome goodies each evening bc I’m a Virtuoso member.The CEO personally made sure things were taken care of when travel plans changed and followed up afterward to make sure all went well. As a frequent traveler, I needed to applaud their service. It’s the real deal. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I booked a trip through Skylark that had a technical glitch upon confirmation; in correcting this issue, the Skylark team was extremely responsive, personable and ensured the issue was not only fixed but resulted in an even better rate. Their customer service is top notch - thank you to the exceedingly polite and resourceful agents who helped me!

Rooftop with a view of the Empire State Building. Plus if it rains (like it did in our case), theres an indoor spot on floor down that has a chic, lounge vibe and lots of windows.

View is amazing, it’s all you go for! The cocktails are.... interesting / unique. Pretty to look at, but can’t drink them.
