They showed up earlier than the time the promised me. So courteous, kind and very quick. I had a very bad experience with another towing company last year and I thought I would have a similar experience. I’m so glad to say they aren’t all the same. I will always call skyline!!

Leaving Putnam Hospital, my toyota got stranded on the dark road late in the evening with dense fog and pure darkness all around, I cant thank John enough for towing my car to the bronx which was 50 miles outta the way and coming over there quickly. Would not hesitate to call again if needed. Thank you very much and be safe!!
Went to autozone to have a code read. Unfortunately their reader couldn’t read the code I had. Went right up the road to them and they were awesome enough to take 5 minutes out of their work day to help me. Got my code read (and I had already done the necessary repairs) and they helped me clear it.No charge! I’m grateful and appreciative! Most would’ve wanted to charge a diagnostic fee. They’re reply “if I can help someone in 5 minutes it’s my pleasure.”Thank you guys very much!

Had an unexpected problem with my brakes. Used AAA which linked me to Skyline Towing. Due to the timing, I wasnt going to make it to the mechanic I had in mind because they would be closed by the time I was getting the tow. Skyline offered to take my car to their shop and fix my brakes. I wasnt aware they had a mechanics shop so this worked out well . It was close to the time of them closing but they were kind enough to stay open so it could be fixed. All of their workers, the driver, owner and secretary were very polite, helpful and accommodating.

We had an unbelievable, horrible, traumatic experience with a different tow company who our roadside assistance sent to us when we got stuck on an icy driveway and who wound up abandoning us after we told them we wouldnt pay them 500 dollars when were covered. Rob from Skyline wound up coming houes later (we had to wait a while for a truxk to get to us but it was 1000% worth it for someone who was considerate, humane, and did the job effortlessly in minutes without complaint). If you want someone who is going to treat you like a human and not take advantage, then i would recommend skyline over other competitors in the carmel/mahopax area.

Wonderful person (andy) - tried to suggest ways, my son could pop his motorcycle into gear, but when that didnt work, he was so helpful - came as soon as he could, respectful, good natured, quick and communicated to me throughout and even when my son was home safely. btw, most dont tow motorcycles, so we felt doubly grateful!
My son was in a accident and the police called skyline towing . Never again $330.00 dollars tontow the car less than two miles. Storage fees for less than 24hrs was $125.00 . The girl said they gave me a break not charging tonwinch the car

These guys are crooks. They charged over $1500 to have my car towed.. they take advantage of people because they know there isnt much competition... please try to find someone else for towing...

GREAT! Its always a bad time when you need a tow truck. But I was glad SKYLINE made it okay.

2021-09-16When our car broke down 60+ miles from where we were headed, John was able to pick us up late night and tow us to our final destination. He was fast, professional, went above and beyond in getting us home, and on top of that hes an excellent storyteller, which was a great bonus for the long ride. I cant recommend Skyline enough, excellent towing company!

2021-06-23Had my classic car towed by Skyline to my mechanic. John took exceptional care of my baby and made sure that the tie down straps werent going in spots that would damage the car. Also made sure the convertible top was fully locked and seated before driving away (it wasnt, thank god he checked!). Tow truck was in the driveway less than 30 minutes after calling, very professional service and extremely happy with the entire experience. I was very nervous to have it towed but everything went smoothly. Thank you!!

2021-06-02I can’t say enough wonderful things about John and his staff. First my battery was dead and they jumped started it. After they left I went to drive away and I couldn’t get my car out of “Park”. John left a party to come and help me. In 2 seconds he was able to get the car in neutral and quickly loaded it onto his flatbed. He is professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t use any other towing company. Skyline is the best!!!!

2021-03-21Highly recommend Skyline for service! John came early morning to jump start my car and opened his shop on a morning when he was closed to replace the battery. Even more impressively, the whole call out and change took less than an hour. He and Joe were professional, helpful and really just great guys who resolved the problem quickly.

2021-09-16What a pleasure it was to see John and his rig show up after disastrous assignment of my Emergency Towing need off the Taconic in Mahopac! The 1st Vendor I was assigned to by my Insurance Carrier was a complete disappointment. After lying to me that a truck was on the way, I waited over 3 hours to no avail! John showed up in 20 mins. and provided service over and above what one might expect! I highly recommend using Skyline for any Roadside Assistance you might ever have! Extraordinary level of service!

2020-11-27We needed a tow at 9 PM on a holiday. We are from CT, and I called numerous places near the Carmel area, all of which did not answer due to it being a holiday. Skyline answered immediately and was to the truck within 25 minutes (with a flatbed as our vehicle is heavy duty and required a bed). It was the fastest I’ve ever witnessed a towing company get to a customer. We were super appreciative of the immediate help given the holiday. In addition, they towed the vehicle to our dealership in CT (over 40 miles from where we were broke down), no questions asked, for what we considered an extremely reasonable price.I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience. Thank you Skyline for taking a bad situation on a holiday and providing unparalleled service to get us home safely and timely. 10/10

2020-09-07Skyline was very Fast & profession. John got to me in 20 minutes from the time I called. By that time, I had already been waiting over 2 hours for a tow computer through my insurance. The price was $50 less than the next closest quote, and I had called 3 other companies. John also explained how I might be able to get my insurance company to reimburse me. And all this on Labor Day. I cannot thank you guys enough.
