Flushing is pretty difficult to find parking. Had to get my hair done which was estimated to be a 5 hr process. Didn’t want to deal with running to feed the meters Ect. Ended up being a 7 hr process. Parking costs $14 once you pass the 6 hr mark. $14 will cover you for 12 hrs.
The parking lot allows quick and easy access to the mall from multiple levels, and is very reasonably priced. The problem is in trying to get out. The lines that form to exit the location are terrible and it took 20-30 minutes of stop-and-go (Id say it was like a parking lot - but it literally was a parking lot) to get to the gate and out of the lotThis was bad enough mid-day Saturday, but I cant imagine how bad it is during rush hour when the streets outside are packed. It is going to be a nightmare during the holidays. Give yourself plenty of time to exit.
Skyview parking lot is huge. You would think youd be able to find parking easily. Its also very confusing. Ive been going there for the last 2 years and still trying to figure out. I suggest they they live video and or pictures of the sign and the surrounding store level. A lot its packed very fast.
Management should not charge parking for less than 15 minutes. The store I would like visit closed early than scheduled business hour, and I was still charged for just 5 minutes parking. Parking attendant was saying the other stores are open, then you need to pay for the parking. Please try to avoid this parking lot.
Theres a lot of space in this parking lot and the prices are reasonable. Its much cheaper than street parking which recently increased its price. I would rather park in the Skyview parking lot during peak hours than scour the Flushing streets in Flushing traffic to find a parking spot that costs more. The plus side is that I can pickup small items at Target or the supermarket on my way to the car.
The parking lot on different levels is pretty large. So to maximize, they created alot of parking space to get more bang for the buck. There is plenty of parking spaces most of the time throughout the day, less so on weekends. But the actual size of the parking space itself is so crammed up, that you wind up hitting the car to your left or right when you open the door. Why not loose a couple of spaces to make for an easier entry and exit for everyone?
Love this parking lot, a lot of space and cheap price compared to other parking lot nearby, especially in a place like flushing, this parking lot has make my life easier when I come to flushing. Only about 2 blocks away from Main Street. Also a option where you buy certain amount of groceries in BJs or Skyfood you get the first 3 hours free, if you pass 3 hours you just pay the difference yourself.Price for first 3 hours are just $3! If you buy from skyfood or bjs over certain amount you get your first 3 hour free
Very cheap parking for an area that has very limited parking options. When Im out in Flushing, I either take the train or park here. Walking through the mall on your way back is also a pretty convenient way to get your errands done. Minimum is $3 for up to 3 hours, but the rates are pretty fair with an early bird special to boot.
Average parking lot that charges $3 for the first 3 hours. On weekdays you wont have to worry about finding a spot. But weekends the place tends to get busier during afternoon rush, you might have to circle a few times. The coil ramp going from first floor to second is too narrow, go slow.
The toll collector was unreasonable. Today I entered Skyview parking lot at 11:38am and got 3 hours free parking from Skyfood. And I already got car out 20 mins early. But I spent about 20 mins to wait in line to get out of parking lot. When I at toll was about 2:41pm. The tall lady with short hair asked me to pay additional 4 dollar because I exceed 3 mins!? I search online I knew that customers have extra 20 mins to exit parking lot. So why should I pay that fee. That lady was so rude and unfriendly. She need improvement and training. This my first to happen that. Other employees I met was very nice.
Except for holidays like Christmas when everyone is shopping, this garage usually has a parking spaces. Be aware that the minimum cost is $3, and you will pay that even if you find nowhere to park. The garage provides access to all the department stores and the entire SkyView Mall.
Very cramped and confusing. Had to ask workers to direct me to exit. The parking rates were okay for NYC prices, but Its def far from the best parking, but it might as well be the best option if you want to drive to flushing and not have to deal with looking for parking.
Parking garage does have a lot of spots. Usually clean and markings are for the most part clear. Thats a plus. The negative. Some parts are very tight. Use caution while turning, going up or down the ramps. At times it can be busy where people dont cRe where they are walking. Use caution or you will hit someone. Pricing not bad.
I used to like this place, when it was free. Since parking has a price, I am not encouraged to go shopping at SkyView. I think all the companies and shops should contribute towards a free parking lot. The outcomes can be great and beneficial for everyone. Aside from that, it is hard to find a decent spot during rush hours. I sometimes had to go up to the last floor to find one. Because of this, it is better to walk to SkyView.
Never returning. Firstly, the entrance is 3 lanes and so is the exit. Thats not enough for the volume of cars that visit this mall. Secondly, the lines to exit are always fifteen minutes long because someone goes into the lane for the ticket and they dont have it. The drivers are terrible. This is in the heart of main Street and Roosevelt ave. Fees for parking are minimal but I would rather drive to Roosevelt Field, get free parking and have a better mall experience overall. If you take the bus or train its more worth it but this mall is always over packed and the elevators are teeming with dirty corners and kids wiping their boogers on the wall. Guess you could say its a family spot but not if you want to shop peacefully.
Management and staffs are horrible! I paid my first 3 hours parking fee at the machine 20 minutes before the time expired and was leaving the mall but there was someone blocking one of the two exits and jammed up all the cars that were exiting, many of the drivers went over the expired time because of that and I was over by 2 mins when I got to the gate as well. The staff told me that I had to pay extra $4, I tried to reason with him it was because they couldnt resolve an issue with their customer and caused the heavy traffic exiting but he said he doesnt care and I had to pay whatever the machine said. I paid and left then called the number on the receipt to complaint but the lady on the phone told me that its not their fault and they cant control the traffic. I have dash cam to recorded that it took me more than 15 mins to exit and conversation with the staff. I then submitted complaint to BBB but they also ignored the complaint. They are very irresponsible and make customers pay for their mistakes! Im not going back to the mall any more, there plenty of other choices in Flushing.
I want to give negative 5 points. I came a snowing day, all store were closed. They asked us to take a parking ticket to get in. Then All Stores were closed. They still asked us to pay parking. And the attitude of a staff is so bad, he said garage was opened, he didnt care about if mall open. If garage open, they charged parking. So bad! I wont parking there any more!!!!! Please changing company and staff!

2022-02-16It’s extremely hard to find a parking in Flushing, more so when they are tearing up old municipal parkings for extremely expensive small condos. Love that there’s a space like this in this busy neighborhood, I don’t mind do a lot of walking when there’s a place to park. The mall offers a lot of things too. The lot is spacious and the rate is very reasonable. For all the people complaining, try to find for a parking out there yourself.

2022-05-31Be careful parking your vehicle in this parking lot. I need to return a pair of tennis shoes for my son that I purchase previously from Adidas. I stop at another store. I shopped a hour tops. when I returned to the parking lot my mirrors were stolen off of my BMW.I reached out to security I was told that this activity was normal but usually Honda and Toyota were the vehicle of choice for theft in there parking lot.No help was giving no assistance at all it was like no one cared.I recently traveled back to the mall to try an find assistance with this matter.I was giving a name and number to contact management. Lets see what the outcome will be

2022-06-30Overall good experience, but buggy kiosk and some of them are out of service. Even if you paid and reprint your ticket using the kiosk sometimes you got stuck by the gate. Luckily the security at turnstile can help.

2022-06-05The parking rates are not bad here considering it is getting more difficult to find parking in flushing but they really need to improve the pay station machines. My fee was supposed to be $3 but because it wouldnt take my credit card and cash payment i went to a different machine at another level and it costed me $7 for the extra time spent.

2021-09-30The parking lot is great, and there is enough space. I just don’t understand why they still charge you $3.00 for less than 10 minutes? At least $1.00 for the first 30 minutes.

2021-11-20There are many levels, and most likely, you can find parking space sooner or later. The ramp to each level is not wide, and has to drive very careful. Its very hard to find parking in NY, so I am glad to find this parking lot, and some stores do give generous validation hours. So even the space could be tight, I am still thankful to be able to park here and do a lot of shopping in the mall.

2022-01-28Horrible parking garage. Would not recommend for anyone who simply needs to park there simply to pick up items and go. The signs to guide you where to turn to go up and down the levels are most of the time hidden and can be easily missed. Felt very uncomfortable.
