Jennifer is a great property manager, shes really helpful and knows what she is doing.Weve enjoyed living at Skyview Terrace, it was challenging to find a pet-friendly and budget-friendly apartment complex, in a good neighborhood. So when we found this place, we were pretty happy. And since we moved in, they even just installed a dog park!

I absolutely love living at skyview terraces. It’s calm and quiet. The location is so convenient as well. Jennifer, the property manager, is amazing, she’s on top of everything. She has made sure our transition here was easy and seamless. Definitely a wonderful place to live. Highly recommend as long as you’re an easy going person. I don’t want any grumpy neighbors! 😂

Great location, great quite setting but unfortunately proposed amenities within former extended stay and suites converted into rental condominiums/ apartments complex are still in conversation finishing because not all offered amenities for the comfortable, joyful living accessible yet. Overall and future projected style of quality of living within this community is quite excited.Thanksgiving greetings to all from our family to yours!!!

Convenient to Albany International Airport, local shopping centers, public transportation and plastic surgery facility with medical care facilities too. Mercedes-Benz dealers and Homeland Security-related services.
