Skyward Roofing was one of three estimates that we got to re-do my families warehouse roof. His pricing was right in the middle. One guy was was over and the other guy was cheaper but seemed a little shady so I went with my gut and hired Skyward. Bob answered all my questions and the job looked great when it was completed. He showed up on time and there were no surprise overages either. We really need more contractors like him. They are hard to find.
I had the pleasure of working with Skyward Roofing on a roof replacement for one of the properties that I manage. My experience was excellent from the estimate to completion. Their pricing was very competitive and the quality of work and level of customer service was wonderful.
Called 2x. The second time was to check the status of the first request and the lady didnt have my information. Robert called to apologize immediately and went to the property to investigate the leak. Turns out it wasnt the roof thank goodness. Robert was awesome about addressing the needs.
We almost spent $21,000 on replacing a 3 level roof but had Skyward Roofing come out (responded immediately) and took a look. We were told the roof was in good condition and we should call a plumber to check out drain pipes. Plumber came and water leaks were indeed coming from the drain pipe area. We called Skyward (again responded immediately) to come back to patch and seal around both drains. Wesaved over $17,000 thanks to Skyward Roofing.Its truly amazing to find an honest contractor nowadays.EHR @ Community Resource Center./dd
We got a bunch of bids from local Bronx companies and decided to go with Skyward Roofing. We are so pleased they did an amazing job with our roof. Their team was very knowledgeable and took great pride in their work.
Actually, my experience with Bob from Skyward didnt include him doing actual work. It included complete honesty. He came to inspect my roof and he discovered that my leak was due to a very minor issue. He could have easily ripped me off but he didnt. And I am extremely grateful for that. I called Skyward Roofing for a gutter cleaning and a roof inspection estimate but was skillfully sold on an expensive gutter leafguard system. I asked Bob to open my roof access so I could see what my roof needed for myself. After viewing the condition of the roof, I saw I needed more than just gutter leafguard. I told him I had to cancel the leafguard system and needed to discuss other options. Bob became angry and refused to do any further business with me.I have since gotten estimates from 2 other companies who have given me proper estimates. Mr. Bob: leaf gutter guards and cleaning, $2500.Needed roof repairs: replace flashing, extend and repair roof hatch, reseal any seems and bubbles and install leaf guards and clean gutters; estimate #1: $3500. Estimate #2: $2200. The numbers speak for themselves. Shame on you Bob!Beware of this business! He did no gutter cleaning, he only opened the hatch. I cleaned the gutters myself. I offered to pay for opening the hatch but he insisted the only payment he would accept was the $2500.Thanks for opening my roof hatch. If I was able to see the condition of my roof before I agreed to your leafguard estimate this review may have gone differently. You refused to negotiate not I.
Great work! Very honest and helpful in talking through the job. On the spot with the start time and the cleanup was fantastic. Took pictures of everything to document; very thorough and brought peace of mind to the job. Highly recommended!
Got roof replaced with Skyward Roofing after some hail damage. Excellent quality materials as we now have the best looking roof in our neighborhood. They were prompt, responsive, conscientious and within budget.

I had my house inspected and they were able to fix the issue right away by coming out onsite, which saved me time from having to go through all those uncomfortable steps during the closing process! The employees seem really friendly too - its been so easy getting acquainted while waiting for this inconvenience done fixed itself 😍
Skyward roofing has worked for me on the rental units I have in the Bronx. What they say they will do they do. Price is fair and they actually fix the problems. Overall I have been satisfied with this company.

2022-03-07This company did such an amazing job roofing my home and fixing my chimney and adding a chimney cap. You and your crew were professional, courteous and had a general concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded my expectations. They definitely know what they are doing and have years of knowledge and experience. I appreciated the clean up that was done at the end of the project. I will absolutely use them again for other projects in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone.
