Absolutely a God send. Thank you so much Gil and Eric. My mother had passed away suddenly and coming from out of town with two dogs and family on the way, no beds to sleep on…the stress was becoming insurmountable. Gil and Eric came with two beds that same day, helped remove my moms hospital bed and other medical apparatus’s that would have been beyond my strength to do physically and emotionally. Truly you guys made such a terrible time so much easier and now our family can be together instead of spread all over in hotels or bnb’s an hour away. I cannot thank you enough. Your kindness is overwhelming and will never be forgotten. Thank you so so much. Bless you forever.
I visited Sleep and Spas in Latham yesterday, I was impressed with a massage chair. Gil took the time to explain how beneficial this chair is for my back and legs. I certainly recommended it.

Stopped in to shop for a mattress. Was basically challenged with every question I had. Then looked around on my own while salesman was on his cell phone and then walked out. Left the store feeling like my questions were stupid and salesman had no time or patience for price comparisons.
Beautiful showroom, staff very knowledgeable, came in to buy a mattress and now we’re planning where too put a hot tub as well! Great experience!
My wife and I stopped in the store the other night (pretty close to closing time) to look at the spa selection and had a wonderful shopping experience with Gil. Gil took the time to ask us questions, listen to our responses and then go over the pros/cons of the different brands, models, sizes and features. We were both impressed with his easy going approach as he presented all of the needed information to us, answered all of our questions and then let us make our own decision. We ended up purchasing a beautiful spa and look forward to its delivery. If you are shopping for a spa, I highly recommend you stop here, speak with Gil and make your own decision. I do not think you will be disappointed.

2022-06-28It was quite a wonderful experience. My wife and I went to Sleep and Spa in search of our first Spa purchase and we were met by Gil. My wife and I had a general idea of what we were looking for but nothing specific. Gil was able to help us determine the best spa to fit our needs and wants. He was extremely knowledgeable on the products and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. There was no stupid question for Gil. His dog definitely made the experience a lot better. He is such a friendly pup. Gil and his pup made the whole experience wonderful. Gil will be receiving any and all of my business for my Spa needs. I highly recommend him.

2021-12-12Stopped in to look for a new mattress and was greeted by Gil. Gil was incredibly helpful in looking at all the great options they had to offer. He was very through in explaining all the different types of mattresses they had to offer. He also listened very carefully to what type of mattress we were looking for and how we slept. He produced two pillows for us and we tried out several beds until we found the Sterns and Foster bed we liked. We had no plans to purchase an adjustable bed base but Gil explained and demonstrated to us they MANY benefits an adjustable bed offers. We were very pleased at how comfortable and versatile it made the mattress. We decided to purchase the basic head and foot adjustable model. After our purchase Gil kept us in the loop on delivery and were very happy to hear our bed would be delivered in about a week and a half after purchase as the mattress are ordered directly from the local Sterns and Foster Albany area factory. Gil later informed us that the adjustable base we ordered was on back order for several weeks and he, working with the owner upgraded us to another more expensive model at no additional cost, so our delivery would not be delayed! Now that is service!! We look forward to delivery this week! With service like that we will certainly be coming back for all our mattress and spa needs in the future and highly recommend them to all our friends and family!

2022-01-09Gil did an amazing job showing me the various options with hot tubs, which lead to buying a mattress as well. Very clean/sharp looking store with outstanding service. If you’re in the market for a hot tub and/or mattress, it’s worth the trip and chat w/Gil.

2022-06-26My husband and I came in searching for a mattress for our bedroom a few months back. Gil was very attentive, helpful, and took the time to explain the different types of mattresses, the pros and cons of each type, and our financing options. We are still waiting for a few items to arrive that were on backorder, but we are very happy with our purchase and the time Gil took to make sure we picked the best mattress to fit our needs. We will shop here again for all our spa and mattress needs, and recommend to all our family and friends!

2022-05-11Had a great experience shopping and purchasing my spa at the Latham location. The salesman, Gil, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He made the experience so easy and fun! I would definitely recommend checking out this store and talking with the excellent staff if you’re in the market for a spa!

2022-05-11Cant think of another business Id want to, get into bed with. Seriously though, great selection and prices. Floor manager Gil knew the product and was able to help us pick something out tailored to our sleeping needs. Never felt pressured.
