2018-12-02The worst service and attitude ever. Im sorry I did not read the revs before buying from this store. They said they will deliver to us a week after paying. Then they said it was over a week! Okay, they brought the mattress over a week, and the pillows were missing. They do not even give a receipt. We just got nerves from such an attitude to customers. Do not recommend !!!

2016-12-17Worst customer service Ive EVER experienced! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I went there with intentions of purchasing a mattress along with a bed set, unfortunately their mattresses didnt fit my liking, however I was interested in buying one of their beds. The manager by the name of Alex, REFUSED to sell me the bed because I didnt like his mattresses! After Ive spent over an hour in his store with his sales associate discussing my purchase. He demanded i left the store and went somewhere else. Then he changed his mind, and sold me the bed for $100 more than promised and delivered the WRONG size a week later! I called the store right away & they apologized and scheduled a date when the beds can be switched. The day before the said date, they called me telling me that I have to wait another MONTH for my bed because they didnt even have my size in stock!!! Please save yourself from a headache and do not waste your time and money on this place. I wouldnt wish anyone the problems that this place has caused me. They do not even deserve one star.
