Very clean, the only thing that has unsettled me, the owner wrote down all credit card data including CvR. And a bit expensive I found it too.

2019-06-03Rooms were extremely clean and well kept. They were dated to some degree, and not fancy, but not short on anything needed. We are anglers and had a boat and they were extremely accommodating to our needs. It is right in between Auburn and Skanetlees so there are plenty of restaurants and things to do with a few min. drive east or west. I would highly recommend staying here. It would get a 5 star rating if the furniture and decor were modernized and if there was ice and a continental breakfast. I dont need any of those things, but I know some do, so kept the rating at 4 star.

2017-02-23Popped in for one night en route to our hometowns further upstate and this was a nice stopping point for us (first time in the Finger Lakes!) Great proximity to Skaneateles. Great little place, even with a 6 month old; would stay again! Clean without the typical hotel chemical smells, cute mid-century atmosphere.

2014-10-13We just returned from the Finger Lakes area and our stay at Sleepy Hollow Motel.Our trip was a last minute decision and I thank Trip Advisor for directing me to this vintage motel. The motel was comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was quiet and we had four restful nights of sleep.Sleep Hollow took me back to a kinder and simpler time: my childhood. Cant remember the last time I spent the night in a motel and I am glad we found Sleepy Hollow.Should I return to the Finger Lakes region, I would return to the Sleepy Hollow Motel.Ernie, the proprietor, welcomed us by name and was very helpful in directing us when asked.

2018-01-02Ideal location between Auburn and Skaneateles. Very quiet and comfortable. Pretty spacious room, queen size bed, couch, desk, small frig. CLEAN. Owner and proprietor Ernie extremely nice, helpful and accomodating. Looking forward to next stay.

2011-05-08RIP OFF! I have not actually stayed in this motel, but I did reserve three rooms and then cancelled them over a month prior to the reserved date and was charged $30 PER ROOM for a cancellation fee. I looked back at the confirmation that had been emailed to me and in small letters this was specified, but as is with most people, I did not read the small writing. STILL, since I had the rooms reserved for only a couple of days and cancelled over a month prior to the intended stay, I believe this to be pretty excessive. Dont you???

2014-11-19A nice motel, very quiet and very clean. Has nice amenities for boats with outdoor electric and extra boat parking. This motel is pet friendly - a plus. We travel in this area a lot and will be back!
