Kelsey did an incredible job selecting, sourcing, and installing my hand-tied, Invisible Bead hair extensions! I used to work in magazines (both regional and national), and I assure you that her work is right up there with the best of the best. Her integrity and skill will delight even the pickiest, savviest beauty connoisseur.
Jenna is absolutely the best of the best! I am so thankful I found her a few years ago. I have never had anyone else do my hair after finding her. She also has always been so kind and amazing with my 5 year old daughter! If you’re looking for someone to do your hair look no further!
Absolutely loved all of my experiences at SLEK Salon. The Stylists are all very welcoming and professional. The salon is very clean as well as updated. Jenna beliveau always completing a different blonde look for me for each and every season, while assisting me with her creative vision to try a new SLEK look. She never disappoints!

I have been seeing Kelsey for years ! I refuse to see to go anywhere else . Her talents and knowledge are truly extraordinary. I have been seeing her for more then 5 years. Kelsey has helped me through stages of hair loss and rehab, going from black to blonde and literally everything in between ! Not to mention the salon is bomb 💣 and has great music !

2022-02-23Kelsey is professional and very knowledgeable. I had such a lovely experience getting the BEST hand tied hair extensions. The outcome was perfection. Kelsey went above and beyond to make the whole experience enjoyable and I left the salon feeling so beautiful.

2022-06-01I can’t say enough, what a great experience this was. I had done a lot of research prior, on the best and safest kinds of extensions, and saw that Kelsey had gotten rave reviews on individual beaded extensions (IBE). She was so thorough and detailed, spent so much time with me, and checked in with me every step of the way to make sure that it was what I wanted and that things were working out well. She gives great instruction on aftercare, and she matched my hair seamlessly – both in terms of color and cut. She is also a really thoughtful person, who makes you feel comfortable and is interested in your life. I am on my first night tonight of the extensions, and I don’t feel any pain or problems at all. Best of all, I look like a million bucks!

2021-10-14Kelsey is absolutely the best hair stylist 💇🏼♀️ in the Capital Region. During the pandemic out of frustration, I cut my elbow length hair above my shoulders. Whoops. We’re long hair girls. She helped me when I was desperate for long hair again to feel more like myself as I’m going through crisis after crisis. I found her after complimenting another woman’s long hair. This is our 3rd move up together; and I went for a third row with Slovakian hand tied, hand beaded & woven in hair; 24” (to my butt) length. Her work is flawless. We laugh the whole time. And, I’m in heaven having the longest perfectly color matched & cut hair. She’s a great educator, a wonderful collaborator (adding my peekaboo reds for sass), & a detail-oriented perfectionist creating a masterpiece. She’s a true artist when it comes to extensions, coloring, styling, color matching, & after being in the chair for hours—all of her stylists have the same A+ service. Positive vibes & bright airy space.

2021-12-28Jenna at Slek Salon in Guilderland is one of the most talented hair professionals I’ve ever gone to. She is kind, considerate and truly listens to your hair requests. She offers great advice for style options and hair products, and never disappoints. She delivers a fantastic hair style every single time! I have received so many compliments from friends and family since she has started doing my hair. There’s nothing better than that fresh out of the salon feeling, and I feel so lucky to have her as my hair stylist!!

2022-08-11Kelsey is amazing! She did an absolute wonderful job putting my extensions in! The length and color was perfect. She also gave advice on what products I should use for my hair to help maintain healthy hair and promote growth. Recently I had my hair extensions taken out. She colored my natural hair and took a few inches off. I was amazed how healthy my natural hair was and the growth from the products that I have been using. I’ve never been so happy with my natural hair. You are in good hands and Slek Salon! I highly highly recommend them!

2022-03-19I arrived to Slek salon for a consultation after a horrible hand tied extension experience that had been installed elsewhere. Kelsey was nothing short of Amazing from start to finish. From an impromptu trim to try to help blend the extensions I still had in, to removing them after I’d had enough, to the day of our appointment to make the switch to IBE. She kept in contact with me along the way, making sure to provide me with as much information as possible, helping me make decisions that were best for my hair (and my wallet) and made the process that had already been a pain, so much easier. The day of our appointment, she made sure to run down all of the aftercare and expectations of the service before we even sat down- and then worked for a solid 9 hours to give me the hair of my dreams. She gave me real expectations and choices and executed the service flawlessly. I came into the salon afraid to even show my head in public, and left feeling like a million dollars. Not only was Kelsey great but the ladies in the salon were nothing short of wonderful. The vibe is nothing but positive. 10/10 recommend to everyone to stop in and make your dreams come true. The best extensions for sure, indisputable.

2022-07-18Kelsey was great throughout the whole experience! I have never had extensions before and she was super helpful and knowledgable from the consultation to the installation. She color matched the extensions perfectly to my hair and had all the hair products for my hair type. Overall an amazing experience!!

2021-10-09Kelsey Gabriele is FABULOUS! I just got my first hair extensions from her today and I finally have the mermaid hair that Ive always wanted! She has been the first stylist to ever really give me thorough information during a consultation for hair extensions. She took her time to show me every option and listened to my every need and concern. During my appointment, Kelsey was above and beyond! She has a keen eye, pays attention to detail, and takes your hair very seriously! She made sure I was feeling comfortable the whole time. Her general nature is so welcoming and she was a pleasure to spend the time with! Had so many laughs! The nature of the salon is so inviting and everyone who I spoke to there was kind. I HIGHLY recommend!
