Changing weather always troubles my HVAC Unit. I hired the amazing team for repair. Results are good, they were technically expert and knew the unit well. Diagnosis was quick so was the repair work. No parts were replaced. Charges were reasonable and the team was cooperative. I recommend them strongly
I have a very old model of air conditioner at my home. Usually technicians these days dont have expertise to repair it. I found this company through a friend who offers complete services related to heating ventilation and air conditioning systems whom I contacted for minor servicing and replacement of one of the part of my air conditioner. They were quick and I would say very reliable and honest. The technician arrived on time and repaired my aircon at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended from my side

I used them for my heating and air conditioning service needs. Their technician was very detail oriented and transparent throughout the whole process. 2022-02-22They didnt make a mess! Im so happy that this HVAC repair company offered an affordable heater repair. It was them that managed to handle the problem of my unit, and I was lucky enough to have them. I will be using them again for my AC services as well. Highly recommended service!

This company knows what they are doing and the best thing is the are honest and respectful. Reasonable price for the honest and hard work they do. 2021-09-26I had called Mr. Tikka for A/C repair service on Aug 21st for water leaking issue. He performed a hack job ( see pics ) and left. My problem went from a minor issue of water leak to constant flooding of my basement. After speaking to him on phone, he continued to promise to fix the issue. After making numerous attempts to reach on the phone, i finally decided not to call anymore. If youre looking for someone to make your problems worse than they already are, call this guy. Extremely unreliable, dishonest and unprofessional service at its best.

2021-07-04The team at Smart Air were professionals and worked diligently to install our split AC system. Mr Tikka is knowledgeable and guided us along the way and we are happy we listened to his suggestions. The units look and work great. That’s just one picture of three units they installed.

2022-01-19Mr. Tikka is professional, honest, and everything you are need in an HVAC contractor. He is very responsive, patient with all manner of questions, and does high quality work. He has installed two WSHP heating units for my apartment, and I havent had an issue. The installation was very neat and timely in the middle of a cold snap. He is extremely knowledgable, even took the time to explain the different types of units and how to maintain them to get the most out of them. You will not regret hiring him and SmartAirNYC.
