I found it to be hit or miss... The prices are great but my windows always seem to have something on them after its cleam
Due to neglect, an unoccupied vehicle slammed into the back of mine because the workers werent paying attention. The manager refused to acknowledge me or call me back. I filed my claim today.ZERO STARS!
They are good but sometimes workers don’t bother to clean properly. But i still tip them
Horrible service ! Horrible wash !I paid for “ the best “ + $4 dollar fee for the carpet.Every car wash I have been too always wipes down the interior for dust etc.. with a full service wash. I wasn’t expecting the car to look brand new , but there was still dust on the back of the seats , & the carpets were still dirty. It was dust , so it means they made little to no effort to clean . I’m basing my rating on experience with other car wash paying either the same or less for the same service I paid today . NEVER GOING TO THIS CAR WASH AGAIN , they are making money because of location , no other reason. I would never try to down talk a business , tried addressing it to the manager . Who directed the workers to wipe the inside & the workers response as well as the suggestion of the manager . “ you need to pay the $38.xx service for us to wipe the dust .EVERY CARWASH I BEEN TOO , sprays a bit & does a quick wipe of the interior with an exterior / interior price wash.I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE .

I came here to wash my car due to excessive bird sap on my car. I believe this is one of the best carwash in my opinion. My car was fresh and clean after the service. Highly recommend.

I was somewhat disappointed with the service at this car wash. The workers made no effort to clean the inside of my car. My drivers side door and was dirty they never wiped it or my ffront window. I was appalled by there behavior when I ask them if they can wipe the door. I would not recommend this place with workers that they have.
I was given a $100 gift card to this car wash last year, and I also use a “loyalty card”, which is supposed to give you a “free” car wash after 7 or 8 washes. I had 6 washes on the card and when I gave it to the cashier add another wash on my card, he told me that the loyalty card was expired. I asked how a LOYALTY card could expire. Don’t you want my loyalty? This was never told to me when a got the card (which they charge $1 to get, some loyalty), so now all the previous washes (at $17 a pop) don’t count towards a free wash. I asked him if the gift card expires, since nobody offered that information either and he said it expires in 6 weeks. So now I guess I have no choice but to use the rest of my gift card that was already paid for in 6 weeks or I lose all that money as well. This is HORRIBLE customer service and ZERO LOYALTY to those whom they want loyalty from. I will NEVER use this place again.

Absolutely the worst car wash ever especially for $22! Passenger side windshield window never touched streak marks on the back window. Rugs were not properly vacuumed, rims had black marks and had not even been properly cleaned. Got home spoke to manager Martinez who said I should have said something at the time. I didn’t think I needed to inspect the car assuming they would do the right thing and only inspected it when I got home. I live 8 miles from the car wash and the manager told me on the phone I should bring the car back now. I explained I have a wedding to go to at 6 o’clock and family with me and will not be able to get back there till mid week. Smart car wash doesn’t give a damn about their customers only about collecting the money and moving the cars through. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the stress and money and go somewhere else.

Out of the 5 times that Ive been there, only once was very disappointed with them for not having cleaned the windshield properly - a bird had left a sticky, yellow stuff on. But overall I am quite happy with their service. People are kind, it is conveniently located, there are clean restrooms and the waiting area is nice, with a TV. The big window lets you see where your car is and how it is being washed. Between 10 am -12:00 weekdays and after 6:00 pm usually you dont need to wait. Recommended!
I felt it was only average. They left a lot of spots on my car not clean. They just rushed right through to get the next car and it wasnt busy . They need to spend more time to the little details. The price was good though around 15 bucks for super wash but still Ive been to better ones. I went here because I was right by it at the time

This place is alright when all u need is just a simple little cleanup. Just make sure u dont leave anything in the car. The car wash Quality is not so good They always miss dirty spots and never do their best with wiping the car down. I got my journey detailed and completely missed some storage compartments . Didnt clay bar as advertised. Also BEWARE what you have inside the car. They took my french fries that was in my glove box. I wouldnt trust this place
This is the best local car wash in queens. Marvin & Carlos did an amazing job. Every other car wash no matter how much I pay doesnt get the cupholders or the inside well. This car wash left every inch of my car spotless.
I had asked them not to use broom on my new car and they did it anyway. When my father or husband asks them, they listen. But for me they pretend they dont speak english. Asked for manager n none available. Will be back with a few guys next time n watch they all will suddenly know how to listen to the customer
I agree with Lee. Unfortunately I read the review after the fact. AND i had gone here previously and felt my car was left dirty but gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was busy that day. So I went there with my WHITE SUV after I had parked under a tree and was bombarded by birds that day. I payed the extra money for the Super Wash and was ultimately left with a dirty car that still I had bird droppings on it. The wash had been rushed because after I had pulled up, a line of cars had developed. I wanted them to run the car thru again, just a regular car wash and the manager gave me every excuse why the car couldnt get cleaned. He told me it was too cold outside and the dirt was frozen. Long story told I would never come back here again. The service was rushed, sloppy and the Manager when presented with a problem was rude. Take your business else where youve been warned. Pound that LIKE button if you liked the review and keep others on notice about this place.
Spilled a huge bowl of soup in the backseat of my SUV. There was no way I was going to get the stains out myself. Did a full interior detail and within 5 hours they got 99% of the stains removed and floor-mats dried, seats conditioned. Thank you!
So there are a lot of bad reviews here, but to be totally honest, this is the only car wash in the area I’ve been to that really cleaned my white car and didn’t give me excuses as to why it wasn’t clean. The car was literally sparkling clean. Receptionist was really kind to me and everything there was clean. The only thing is that one of the younger guys came up to me like “you have a tip” in a way that sounded like he was demanding it from me and that was a bit much not to mention rude. I explained that I was happy to give a tip but demanding tips from people doesn’t come off well. He walked away with an attitude. Management here really needs to train their workers to be more polite because your customers are paying you and if you treat them poorly, they will go elsewhere. Still giving 4 stars because the car was so clean.
The worst car wash ever!!!! Will never go again!!! They are Liars and dont clean cars at all. I paid $40 for a car wash and after words the guy told me to take a rag and clean it myself. Supervisor Martinez should be fired!!! He was looking at me as if he wanted to heat me because he didn’t want to wipe down the inside of my car after he told me in the beginning that that is what is going to be done....

Very bad experience, been here in the past and usually a good car wash. Pulled up around 650 pm on a Saturday (8pm closing on Saturdays) there was a car midway through the wash in front of me. Two workers pulled the gate down with no explanation as I waited. I questioned them with no response. I was so angry, this place will never get another dollar from me again.
Terrible place. This is a poorly run business. I broke the promise to myself and went there to inquire about a detail job on my utility pickup. The manager barely acknowledged, looking at his phone while answering any questions about a potential $200 job. Decided that it was better to put the money in a storm drain near by that give it to that business. Very rude and so are the other people who work there. Theyre poorly are poorly trained and every time you ask for what you pay its a problem. They always forget to put the shine on your tires which comes at an additional $2 and once, when I tried to do it myself I was asked to live and never come back. And boy did I follow that order for 3 years until last week! As a mater of fact I never went back there for business. I made sure that they never again saw my $30 (car wash twice a month) and $10 in tips( $5 each time). Also I did a very good job in spreading the word around. I did go back to try and speak to the owner but he was never there. Some people have it good. He will be alright until someone else opens a car wash near by and take at least 70% of his customers, easily!!!
Windows were wiped with dirty rags leaving it even more dirty w/debris and the car was still dirty (we picked “the best”. Getting my kids in the car and securing my toddler to have one of the workers slam his hand on the trunk window to hurry up.
Cheaper than most not the best job that slightly higher paying car washes would do but if you need a quick rinse and vacuum for 13 bucks during the day this is definitely the spot to go-to and enjoy without breaking your bank. If you have husky liners which I do or weather tech they take em out and rinse the holy mother of God out of them too.
Beyond horrible. Mediocre car wash. A small plastic part of my bumper came off my 2018 BMW Convertible. I alerted staff. Reluctantly I received assistance. Part was found damaged. I asked cashier for manager assistance. She was not interested in helping. She said he’s busy eating lunch. I told her my car was damaged, she replied, people don’t usually like to be disturbed when they are eating. AVOID AVOID AVOID. NEVER AGAIN!

Usually a line on the weekends but lines move fairly quick. Guys work quickly so the car gets clean but a lot of missing dirty spots still left on the car after the wash. This place is alright.

The wait was not very long. The cashier was pleasant. The car was well done at a decent price. I would return if Ever I were in the area again, but I was just passing through and was pleasantly surprised.

I went to this car wash for the first time yesterday. I pass this car wash quite often and it is always very crowded so I figured they had to be good. I got the Superwash and the guy asked me if I wanted them to clean my mats, so I decided to have them do it. As I was waiting for the group of guys to finish with my car there was a side conversation going on with another customer - he couldnt find his car mats. I was flagged over that my car was done; so when I walked over I happened to notice that the car mats that were in my car were not mine. I asked the other customer if they were his, they were - so he took them. After a conversation with many of the workers that were around I came to realize that they had put my Weathertech cars mats into someone elses car who had already left the car wash. Rather than rectifying the situation right away, the manager gave me the run around for about a half hour. The Weathertech car mats I own are $100. I told them they needed to refund me, not only for the car wash, but for my car mats as well. The manager wasnt having it. Once it was clear to him that I was not leaving he decided to call his boss. The only offer they were giving me was to choose from the car mats they had and I could take whatever I wanted for free. That was not good enough, as Weathertech car mats are high quality mats that were misplaced because of their carelessness. Finally, after an hour of arguing, the manager decided to give me $100 so I could purchase new mats. He did not refund me for the actual car wash (which wasnt even that great) but I wasnt going to keep arguing with him. I will never go back to this car wash again - they clearly do not care about their customers and their employees are extremely careless. Ive worked in customer service for a number of years and Im the first one to tell you that the customer ISNT always right and I am extremely conscious of what managers can control and what they cant - but, in this situation they took something from me and were refusing to accept that they made a mistake. Do yourself a favor, dont go here, ever.

Went this morning. Horrible job. They did not wipe down the inside. I complained, the manager said I should have gotten the better package. I go frequently and always get the same, since when dont they dust down in the front interior? But never again after this.
I find this car wash to be the best in the neighborhood and far better than Little Neck car wash which is the one I used to use. They pay attention to each car and is not rushing to get you out.
Took my car here on 7/21/2016 and the service was poor. The service attendants were rude and I requested they not speak to me in that manner. I ask for the manger and found the person yelling at me was the manager. I asked him what was his name and he responded Barack Obama. As an African American I felt the comment was disrespectful and racist. His job was to wash cars and he struggle to that as the service was also very poor.I will no longer give this establishment my business.

They do an ok job cleaning. It’s not that hard to vacuum down a car.The men who you see first when you get out of your car are all rude. They’re exchanging snide glances at each other, while conversing in Spanish. It doesn’t help that I’m a woman, and whenever I even walk by that side of the street, they call out to me, whistle, and shout things at me in Spanish. It makes me so uncomfortable to be there to the point where I always cross the street, even if I have to be on the other side.I reported the catcalling to the manager at the premises. I doubt they’ll do anything because the men will say, “it was all a joke” or “we’re just playing around”.I just want them to stop.

They clean your car quickly and professionally. They cover minor scratches with colored wax. My car never looked better.

Its a car wash that I use because its close to my house, but its a crappy car wash.. After washing the car, I have to wipe it with a dry rag once again.
It took 8 hours to wash my car, its not right, Im sorry, but I have to say it.

2022-01-08Very fast and great car wash system they have inside, it isn’t very cheap with the soap which is such a good thing. The only reason this car wash didn’t get 5 stars from me is because the guys at the front don’t do a good job vacuuming and they throw your mats without placing them back into position. Other than that, it is a great car wash!

2022-04-28Definitely a big language barrier. The also try to get you to choose the most expensive package. All I really wanted was for the interior if my car to be well vacuumed. Shouldve done it my self....smh. Lets not talk about the dash board wasnt cleaned either. They do a rush job and its not worth it if you have still go back and do the job yourself.

2022-03-08I am not the type to bash somebody’s business but this was the worst car wash I have ever got,I purchased “the best “package , The truck came out still dirty they didn’t wipe any water off , the rims were still filthy , half the tires had Armor shine bottom half had nothing “ guess he didn’t want to bend now “ used dirt rag on hood and door left grease stain . Will never go back againUpdate on what i that was grease stains .. they are 2 deep scratches in my hood because of the plastic guards they have hanging at the exit . 🤬 brand new truck

2019-12-28For the amount of money that you paid, $20 for The Best package, they do a pretty bad job in cleaning both the inside and the outside of the car. The cup holders were still dusty and the top of the car looks unwashed.
