Great car wash I use it rarely but when I need to make my vehicle look good this is my choice
Car wash broke down after paying, before going through. Facility was unable to get me back in, was told to go to a different location. Paid for nothing. Go somewhere else.
Well I had my experience with them Christmas eve and my windshield got cracked and there saying it didnt happen there and I know it did cause I cleaned the inside of my windshield before I went there and worst Ive called the manager three times and get know call backs merry Christmas smart wash thanks a lot
Love this carwash. They have a scent sprayer that makes your car basically smell new.
Would be better if it was bigger and could fit more wash in the bay. Not as clean as the competition gets your car. Twice as pricey.
Horrible experience. Was very happy with miserable man who lets cars thru. Backed up and went to Hoffmans on Quaker.
Paid $19 for the deluxe wash and had soap and bugs on my car still when finished.
The one guy there is amazing.. if your unhappy he will re wash ur car for free...
Dont use the shampooer on your carpet, it doesnt work good at all.... Total waste of money

2019-12-13Car was filthy. Got mid tier wash, vehicle left with a shine. I’m very happy with the wash overall. I also have the understanding that the wash just got new equipment/tracks/etc (within the past couple months). Just something to keep in mind when reading other reviews :)

2021-01-24By far one of my worst experiences the attendant was rude and not helpful just trying to rush everyone, he didn’t align me up correctly and my car got off the belt and when he came up he started yelling at me and I had to proceed outside with soap all over my car!! Will never go there again!! This all happened on Sunday January 24th 2021 at 4:05 pm... not happy with how my car came out!!

2016-01-28I just used the newest Smart Wash location on Quaker Road in Queensbury this weekend and I was very pleasantly surprised! The attendants greeted me at me car with a professional and friendly attitude as if they were happy to wash my car! The car wash itself was very well done. Happy to have such great service - keep it up :)

2020-01-10So we usually go to the quaker rd wash and the top washer and side spinner doesnt work we tried this one and the side ones dont work. We consistently get a monthly pass however we are thinking about asking for our mobey back to find a new car wash since these problems are consistent.

2018-01-24$7 Got the cheapest carwash, just to clean off salt and gunk from car. It was their wacky Wednesday discount 2 dollars off express wash. Attendant was nice and greeted me as I was trying to make my wash selection. He offered me help if I needed any. The wash was just what I expected. Also got a vacuum token. Ill use it next time Im here.A little disappointed that the self spot shampoo machine was out of order. Thats what I originally came here for. Oh well, good for a cheap carwash.

2020-11-26I just went there to use one of their vacuum cleaners! Two of the turbo vacuums were out of order!, so I had to use one of their regular vacuums!, it did NOT work to well at ALL! But it was only $1, and it did last awhile! A little disappointing to say the least! Oh well!

2018-07-29The attendant was very friendly I’ve NEVER experienced such a helpful worker at a car wash. I will be back again and will tell people I know. Top it off my car looks great.

2018-02-02They close your side view mirrors which actually prevented them from being able to get clean. I had bird poo down the inside of one still after the wash and road salt still on the mirror. And then after the wash I had to stop with a line of cars coming out behind me to get out go around and pull them back open before I could pull out onto the road to safely drive. I have a small scale suv/Jeep Compass. That was my 1st and last time. So much for touchless wash I will NEVER go back because of this. I was disgusted by the lack of clean.

2019-03-25Literally the worst car wash I’ve ever gotten. Paid $15 and my car didn’t even get dried. Also the only car wash to ever mess up my mirrors. I get a lot of car washes and I will never return here
