Drives so recklessly and obnoxious! When I got dropped off at the airport I was getting my bag and he dropped a huge snowboard bag on my head and didn’t say anything. I was extremely unhappy and will never use these people again. They didn’t do anything for me and the person at the counter when I told them barely said anything. He asked if I had damage and laughed.
This was my second time using this company. The first time was a good experience every was good. The second time started good got drop off on time. When I came back call to let them know I was back after I have all my luggage ready was told go and wait on the pick up area ( theres when everything went bad) I was told 10-15 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up. Waiting for 30 minutes I call to find out what is going on. I was place on hold for 10 minutes then was told the driver was stuck on traffic in the entrance of my terminal. ( there was not traffic at 11:00pm) finally the shuttle shows up the driver didnt get off his seat. I put the bags on the car help my pregnant wife. After we were seated the driver look back and set everything is OK on a way that sounded challenging. I didnt what he was trying to get at but I just wanted to pick up my car and be on my way didnt want to start arguing with this person. When he drop as off at the lot ones again he didnt move to help us out (couldnt stop his personal FaceTime call).
Had a reservation @ SmartPark JFK. When traffic made us really late, they put us right into a van and whisked us off to the terminal.Then our flight got cancelled. We went to pick up the car about 4 hours after we dropped it and they didnt charge us ! That was very kind - we will definitely use them again !!!
Great service. Quick drop off and pick up. I made a reservation online about a week prior. When we arrived at the lot, we were helped to transfer our luggage from our vehicle into the transfer bus. An attendant takes a full video of our vehicle to document the state of it (any scratches etc). We we were dropped off at our gate with no issues.When we got back we called and the bus was waiting for us as we walked out of the airport. We got back to the lot and our vehicle was waiting for us near the front office. We went I and paid and then headed back home. This is a convenient service that I swear by when traveling.
Very good service. No haggling or any issues. I left my car with them for a week. They are prompt in answering phones and help with any questions you have. You call them once you have picked up your luggage from JFK. They had the car ready by the time the bus from JFK reached the parking lot.
Used SmartPark JFK for the first time during a 10 day European trip. We couldnt have been happier with the level of service we received. Upon our arrival to SmartPark we were welcomed, checked in and shuttled out to the departure terminal in less than 3 minutes. The process was flawless. When we returned back from our trip we contacted SmartPark once we retrieved our baggage. They provided instructions on where to meet outside of baggage claim and arrived in 5-6 minutes. When we arrived at SmartPark our car was pulled up to the front of the facility waiting on us. We confirmed and completed our transaction and were on our way home within 3 minutes. Service, communication, professionalism and overall ease of doing business was outstanding. I would highly recommend SmartPark and will be using them every time we use JFK for any travel. Our thanks to the entire SmartPark staff for a job well done!
Great service! Arrived around 5:00 on Christmas morning and was quickly shuttled to the American Airlines skycap. Only took a few minutes to get there. On our return, was quickly picked up, our car was already pulled out and ready for us to go. Was on the road in only a few minutes. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!
I first started using Smart Park a few years ago when I got tired of the high prices at the place I was using. I travel 2-3 times a year and have never had an issue with this place. They get you to the terminals quickly, even if you are the only customer on the shuttle bus. Ive never waited more than 15 minutes for a pick-up upon returning, and that was on a busy Saturday night. The free earned days seem to come quickly too with no run around about receiving them.. Everyone on the staff is always friendly and helpful.
We have used SmartPark at lease 20 times in the last 12 years or so.They have a keen understanding of the importance their customers time and the relative speed and efficiency in which they bring you to and back from the terminals is commendable. Check in and check out rarely takes longer than 5 to 10 minutes. It eases the stress of travel considerably when returning from a long trip and seeing your vehicle pulled up and ready for a speedy departure back home.Well DOne.
I have been a long time customer and today was awful. I waited almost 15 minutes for shuttle and then instead of dropping off departing customers first, they picked up arrivals and then dropped off the departures. So, it took us close to 40 minutes. The driver was very nice but, the staff inside were very rude. As I said, I have always been satisfied with SmartPark, but after this experience, it may be time to look for another option.
Always courteous and prompt service for pick up and drop off, my car is warmed up, if it snowed when I was away, it’s been cleaned off, and there’s always a hot cup of coffee available to keep me awake for the long drive home. Since I began using SmartPark, I haven’t gone back to trying out other parking services, as I’m consistently pleased with the service. I once had a problem, and they dealt with it in a respectful and very generous manner. Added benefit: their orange and white vans are the most easy to spot among all the other vans! I highly recommend them.
It was such a great experience I drop my car off in about two minutes I have a shuttle take me to my gate at JFK! When I got back I just gave a quick phone call, they came and pick me up my car was already waiting for me how cool it was! And the price was just perfect for five days.
I always have a great experience. Made my reservation, paid in advance. On travel day there was no delay close to JFK and on return called once we got our luggage and waited 15 minutes for pick up. Got to the lot my car was in front waiting. Picked up my keys, no damage to my car and left. Seemless!
First time using this lot and first time handing my Tesla key over to a valet in general. They kept my car safe and secure and just as I left it. I was tracking it during the week via the Tesla App. I booked in advance for the online discount and when we arrived we were quickly shuttled to JFK Terminal 4 in about 8min. Pickup coming home was just as easy. I dont fly out of JFK often but when I do again SmartPark JFK will be the first I try.
Quick and easy. The shuttle left the lot almost immediately when we were leaving and pick up on return was fast also. Our car was ready and running when we arrived at the lot on return. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We have used them before and will again when we fly out of JFK.
The service was very convenient; however, my car was covered in leaves and debris when we returned from our trip. The attendant stated that we must have been there for an extended period (we were away for 5 nights); therefore our vehicle was likely parked in the back. Perhaps a quick rinse before returning the car would be nice.
First off, I LOVE THIS PLACE. I havent tried any of the other long-term parking lots nearby, and there are a few, but I tried this company for the first time in 2015 and have been using them ever since. Thanks to the bright orange colors, this lot is easy to spot. You drive into the lot, an employee greets you immediately to take get your reservation information, who also helps your luggage, if any, out of your vehicle. Quickly after, youre boarding the free shuttle to your airport terminal. Everyone Ive ever encountered at this establishment is always so friendly and helpful. As long as this doesnt change, I will always use Smart Park.
Used Smart park for the first time when flying out of JFK last week. Very impressed at how this company operates. We pulled in and within 5-10 minutes we were on the shuttle headed to airport. When we returned from our trip, we called, they directed us where to go for pickup and again within 5-10 min we were on a shuttle. Our car was waiting parked in front of the office. Within minutes we were on our way back home. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend to anyone flying out of JFK.
We have been using SmartPark JFK & Newark for over 10 years, both for business and leisure travel. The staff is always courteous, helpful and professional. Rarely have we had to wait more than 4-5 minutes upon arrival at the airport, and our car is always parked conveniently outside the office. We especially like the drivers, a great bunch of people! The points we accumulate on business travel make it really inexpensive when we travel for pleasure.
I highly recommend SmartPark! I got an extremely affordable rate on Groupon for 7 days, they frequently offer coupon savings! Well worth every dollar, the service was extremely fast! In fact, much quicker than I anticipated. When I first arrived someone immediately greeted me and I was on the shuttle to the airport within 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me with my luggage. The fast friendly service remained consistent when I returned home. Once I landed and retrieved my baggage I simply called the number on the ticket they provided and gave my terminal information. I was instructed on where to wait outside and a shuttle was there to pick me up within minutes. Honestly, one of the easiest parts of my whole traveling experience. I will definitely be using them next time I travel from JFK!
Easy process. Come in to lot, unload your car. There will be someone waiting for you to give you a ticket for your car, leaving your keys. Buses to and from the airport are pretty frequent and didnt have to wait long at all. Prices are reasonable (for NY airport), especially with promo code. Friendly staff, quick dropoff and pickup and easy booking online. Would recommend as a good option when flying out of JFK.
I used Smart Park JFK on 11/10 and 11/16 and was impressed with both their professionalism and efficiency. The transfer between the parking lot and the airport literally took less than 10 minutes and upon my return, my car was already parked and waiting in front of the office. It doesnt get better than this! I will definitely be using Smart Park in the future.
Honestly, this was too good to be true! Arrived and was in a shuttle within two minutes to JFK. When I got back, I waited another two minutes for the shuttle to pick me up. I paid (no line) and my car was pulled up waiting outside. As a female traveling alone, I was somewhat concerned about feeling safe and Im so glad I went with SmartPark. Very professional... awesome service!
I use Smart Park whenever I fly out of JFK which is normally twice a year for a one to two week stay. I have been a customer for the past five years. The service here has never disappointed me. I am always treated extremely courteously and politely by all the employees. There is never a wait for a shuttle to the airport and shuttles returning from the airport always come quicker than I expect. When the shuttle returns me to Smart Park, my car is always parked and waiting for me. The bonus for me, driving up from southern NJ, is the convenient on/off access to the Belt Parkway.
This location always delivers perfect service.Speedy service to the check in and fastmpick up when u land!!! Amazing!They also take great care of the cars-never a scratch after any stays! They also help with the bags!!They take the stress off of us on our trips out of town! I really recommend Smart Park above all other services at JFK!!!
We arrived to SmartPark at 4:00am to then be taken to gate for our international flight. They were quick, prompt, and professional. Coming back, we called to be picked up after getting our luggage, as directed, and they were at airport in 15 minutes. Prices were reasonable and service was excellent! Will definitely use again!
I have used SmartPark JFK several times and have had fine service whenever I traveled. On my last trip, in August, I realized that I had made my reservation for one day later than i was leaving. I called SmartPark and they assured me that it would be no problem. They took my car the day before I had reserved and only added an additional days parking to my bill. There was no penalty or hassle.
Terrible experience! I was super skeptical about using any service where you leave your keys, and based on my experience I was right to be so.Wed arrived off an international flight and were tired, upon picking up the car we noticed it was dirty but attributed that to the rain while we were away. We walked around the car and didnt see any issues with the body work so drove the car away. Upon getting home (+underneath the dirt) we noticed some scratches to the left side of the bumper. I immediately called up and was told a claim had been registered, and wed hear back in 2-3 days. I called 3 days later, and was told to call back after 10 days. After 10 days I called up, and was told that they didnt have a claim registered. Diego registered the claim today, and Ive forwarded some photos. Im not optimistic about hearing back given my experience to date, and would encourage anyone reading this to either choose a different option and / or check your car extremely closely on pick-up (especially if it is significantly dirtier than when you dropped it off).**Added on 07/24 - after a response was added by SmartPark**It is not clear from the video whether or not the damage was made prior to entering the parking lot (I tried zooming in but the glare makes it impossible to reach a conclusive answer). The video showed you doing a physical inspection at the time of service, is purely a false claim unless retrieving luggage and making sure I have all of my belongings constitutes this. If SmartPark have additional technology to help clear this up Id be interested to see. Please re-open this claim.Regardless, the customer service I received after was unacceptable and my review stands.
Ive used Smart Park more than a dozen times to fly out of JFK and its always a great experience with this company. They get you in and out quickly and efficiently. Never more than a 5-minute wait for the bus at the terminal and my car is always ready and waiting for me to jump in and head for home on my return.
Easy entrance and departure. Upon return flight to JFK, Smart Park van picked me up within 10 minutes of baggage claim. We did have to stop at several other terminals which caused a small delay but understandable given this was a group share. Second time I have stayed with Smart Parkand both times everything went smoothly.
We have used SmartPark twice while on vacation and one other company in between. With SmartPark we were immediately shuttled over and on the return we were picked up in 10-15 min and in our way. We waited over a half hour to be picked up with the other company. We did have one issue with SmartPark but they were quick to resolve it. We won’t use the other companies anymore.
Had a really great experience with these guys March 2017. We arrived for our flight with little time to spare, and they were quick to get the shuttle ready for the quick drive over....when we arrived at our terminal, I realized the front wheel had fallen off our stroller. I was able to jump on the next shuttle within 10 min, and he drove me directly back to my car and to the terminal again...made my flight by minutes.We did end up waiting about 20min for a pickup once we returned...I recommend calling as youre walking off the plane...otherwise all was great.
Overall great experience. I arrived and they quickly took down all the information they needed, gave me my ticket, and took me and several others to the airport. I waited maybe 5 minutes in the lot before they shuttled us all over. When i returned my car had no damage, and only 1 additional mile on it, same gas, and with no items missing (though i did take out most valuables). Pickup from the terminal took maybe 7 minutes from when i called, and one additional stop was made to pick up others making the total travel time from airport to the lot about 20 minutes, which was good. I found their service to be good, not all that friendly, but not rude. Use a groupon to save some money and this is a good place to park.
We used smart park for a recent family vacation and it was an excellent experience. When we arrived around 6:30 am there were 3 shuttles waiting to go and you park your car right next to the front door and shuttles. While I was unloading my kids from the car they loaded all of my luggage into the shuttle and immediately we headed to the airport. When we landed we called them up, they arrived within 5 minutes and took us back to our car that was waiting right up front and ready to go. I will use them every time!

The people at SmartPark went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out and I’m a very happy customer.I’ve used SmartPark once a month for over a year now and the service is exceptional. They’re organized, efficient and professional at all times. I’ve never had to wait and I’m always at the airport before I know it. For me, its the least stressful part of my travel days.When I return, the shuttle is usually quick to pick me up and the drivers are friendly. My car is waiting for me under an awning by the office door, warmed up and ready to go. Its great that I don’t have to clear snow off it or load my luggage in the rain.Recently the staff went above and beyond my expectations, though. My new registration sticker didn’t come in the mail before I left for my trip and I was concerned about getting a ticket. I emailed the staff at SmartPark and asked them for help and they were more than accommodating. I had the new registration sticker forwarded to SmartPark, and they placed it on my windshield for me. When I returned, I had nothing to worry about. I SO appreciated not having to put that registration sticker on in the dark after a long day of travel. Thanks so much, guys!One other comment I have. Before I tried SmartPark, I used to think off-airport parking was risky. I was concerned about my safety and the security of my belongings. But when I park at SmartPark, I never have to wander through a huge parking lot, alone, to find my car. They bring my car to me!The staff at SmartPark is the best! Thank you so much!
Excellent!! Being from Central Pennsylvania and not being familiar with JFK Airport, it was a great choice for me! I drove my elderly mother and myself to Brooklyn to pick up my daughter for a family trip outside of the country. From Bed-Stuy, it was extremely easy to find and to get to SmartPark. Some other lots may be a few dollars cheaper per day, but I cant imagine those other lots being as courteous or as efficient. We dropped off the car, and they immediately loaded our bags onto the shuttle and took us directly to our terminal. Upon our return, the shuttle picked us up within 10 minutes of our clearing customs, and had us on our way. Our car was ready, they loaded our bags, and the price was exactly what was quoted on our reservations. Also, my driving back to Brooklyn was also very easy. People from rural areas like myself tend to be afraid of driving to JFK. Using SmartPark made it so easy! I would recommend SmartPark to anyone who chooses to fly out of JFK.
Reasonably priced, clean, efficient and very friendly, I use their service without hesitation or worry. The facility is easy to get to and shuttle is located in the same area - so theres no unnecessary wait or transport. When I return, my car is parked by the office and out of the elements. Honestly, include this service when flying long term from any NYC airport.
I have to say it was a great experience! In the otherwise hectic travel experience parking here was definitely the easiest part of our trip. We were treated well by the staff. It was nice to have our bags taken care of. The trip from the lot to the terminal gave us a moment to get all our IDs and tickets out and ready in a calm setting.I have tried the gamut of airport lots and I have to say that hands down SmartPark is the best of the lot!
I have been using JFKs Long Term parking for years now.... I Finally tried SmartPark JFK on a trip a month ago.... I have no idea why I have been waisting my time literally by using the long term parking.. SmartPark was easy to find and so convenient. As soon as I got to SmartPark I was literally leaving fro my terminal within 4 min. They carried my bags onto the cool, clean shuttle and off we went..When using long term parking I have to lugg my luggage to the tram that takes you to the gates, what a pain in the a** that has been since I usually travel with a few bags and equipment.... the best part is when you return home you just call SmartPark up and they come grab you and your bags in a very short time.Plus the best part is the very reasonable rates!!I HIGHLY recommend to all travelers! Especially the ones debating using long term parking!
Dropping the vehicle off and transportation to JFK was amazing. Coming back was a 1 hour wait outside in the freezing cold. We were told to wait at B, we kept seeing buses ride right past us. The bus finally came and it was packed there were 4 standees. The driver did show empathy and explained about the call outs and the holiday weekend. The drivers were pleasant, this was just very time and energy consuming.
Let Me Start By saying WOW!! What an amazing service! At first I was a little hesitant because I never Left my brand new car anywhere, but because of people that wrote great reviews I decided to give it a shot! I placed the call for them to come and they picked us up within 15 mins. Gentleman pick all my 6 bags placed them in the Van and took us to pick up the car. When we arrived temperatures were about 15 degrees and there it was my car nice and warm for us. When We first dropped the car off they take a video of your car just so they know in what condition the car was left on. What An Amazing experience! Definitely Will use you guys again!!! Thank You!
Very easy to find, lots of big signs. Pull right in and they valet your car. Got us right into the shuttle bus and to our terminal in just a few minutes. Return was quick as well, just call them and a shuttle was there in less than 10 minutes. The car was upfront and ready to go. Prices are consistent for the area.
Service was really good but when the car was returned to me it looked like they drove it through a salt flat. I washed my car a week before and it was clean when delivered but when I got it back from them it was a bit dirty. Be careful with a nice car as you would anywhere but otherwise great service and would definitely use again. 👍🏼
Excellent service, both dropping off the car and then the pick up process after the flight.Wait was only a few minutes leaving the parking lot and only a few minutes after calling to be picked up. Everyone was polite and courteous. Price was good. The directions we had for finding it from map quest were inadequate and we had to ask directions from another airport parking lot.
All seemed perfect from drop-off to pick-up. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who provided me a ticket and accepted my keys. Almost immediately I boarded a small bus and was whisked right to my airport terminal. A week later, as directed, I called the phone number on my ticket and met up with the same small bus within moments of arrival at JFK. My car (2010 Audi A3), was even waiting for me facing out when we pulled into SmartPark. After taking care of payment and receiving my keys, I hopped into my car and started it. The music was blaring (not how I left it), my seat was all the back, the lights were dialed to the off position and the mirrors had been severely adjusted. I understand the valet would have to make a few minor adjustments, the problem is that my car had been driven. Whoever drove it beat the crap out of it, so much so that the idle was off, so much so that the car would die while idling. When I got home and turned the car off, all of the dashboard lights came on flashing, something I have never seen my car do before. I was nervous driving it home. The car required immediate service and $400.00 for new parts. In speaking with friends who asked about my experience and urged me to call SmartPark, I decided to call. I discussed the matter with the manager, who stated the obvious about the seats and mirrors being moved. He also went on and on about there being cameras everywhere, irrelevant to my situation as my car had clearly been driven further than the lot where overage is parked. Although nice, offered nothing other than an apology. I doubt Id use the service again because it was such an obvious violation my trust.
You pay for them to park your vehicle and provide some level of protection (as opposed to simply parking on the street), to then find out they damaged your vehicle and do not take any responsibility for it. Manager is conveniently away for 2 weeks and no one can tell me what their corporate office number is.FYI, claim was made prior to leaving their facility upon pickup. I had photos to prove damage and they could not and did not produce the video they took of my vehicle. Again, how convenient.Update:. Smart park revisited my claim and owned up to their responsibility. They covered the cost of the damages on my vehicle. Updated to (2) stars.
Great place to drop the car off when travelling. Close to JFK and the shuttle is fast providing your not late ; )Happy to use them again, and again like I have.Don’t waste your time on a discount place. Once I used a place because Smart park was full. You pull in to this unpaved dirt parking lot, drag your nice luggage through all the puddles in you best shoes and cool outfits(you know who you are) Only to find a bunch of unorganized staff and long lines of confused travelers all trying to board a super late shuttle bus, oh and your a little late for your plane.Good luck with that, don’t do it!Pay the money earn some rewards and park for A fraction of the hassle of looking for a cheaper place.
We have been parking here going on 10 years. I can honestly say that I have no worries while on vacation about my car. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is very conveniently located to the airport. It has never taken more than 10 minutes or less to arrive at our terminal. Pick up from terminal is easy and quick.
I have used SmartParkJFK on at least 4 occasions over the past few years (Im not a frequent traveler). However, I have been very pleased with their service. On one occasion, my travel plans got screwed up at the airport so my trip was cancelled. They did not charge, even though they brought me to and from the airport. On another occasion I must not have closed my rear lift door completely leaving the light on, draining the battery. They boosted the battery and had the car running when I got to the lot. Most recently, I messed up my accounts with them and customer service straightened it out and got me free days for my upcoming trip.All their personnel have been friendly and extremely helpful. Pricing is very competitive. Picks ups have been very timely.I do not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone flying out of JFK.
We left our car here for five days and everything was as we left it when we picked her up. They were very polite and accommodating. They were even nice enough to not charge us an extra day despite our being two hours late picking her up. We also used a Groupon, no issues. We would use them again!.
I recently used SmartParkJFK car parking facility. Excellent. Easy to get to, close to JFK, took my luggage from my car and placed it on the shuttle for me, and immediately transported me to JFK on their shuttle. Friendly, pleasant, helpful on the phone when I called for pick up after I got my luggage upon my return. Once I called, they were there faster than I could get to the pick up location, but I saw them and flagged them down. They stopped, helped me with my luggage and brought me to the parking area. I was the only one on the shuttle in both directions. Nice conversation with the driver. The driver placed all of my luggage in my car for me. I recommend them highly.
When i arrived to pick up my vehicle after paying i end a huge dent on my care the manager filled out some form and told me to take it to a body shop and email him the bill not to go through insurance this to me was very unprofessional. they didn’t even tell me anything was wrong had i not checked my car before getting in i would have drove away and not noticed the dent. they didn’t offer to refund me my money or anything.
We have been using SmartPark JFK each year for the last 6 years. Their website allows you to easily reserve your parking dates. The daily parking rates are reasonable. You get a free day for each full week booked which is excellent. They allow a 5 hour grace period which is very good when traveling at the mercy of the airlines. They have now started a Points program which helps to earn free days of future parking.They use a secure off-the-street lot. Check-in has been quick and we have not had to wait too long once we have boarded their shuttle-bus to get to JFK. Their shuttle-buses are relatively new, in good condition, and the drivers get you there quickly. SAVE THE NUMBERED CARD THEY PROVIDE FOR WHEN YOU RETURN. When you return from your trip just use their toll free number and they will inform you where to wait for their shuttle to pick you up at JFK. Our car has always been brought up front & ready when we get back to their lot. Great service.
Always professional and always quick service to and from airport. I don’t travel that often- maybe once or twice a year - but have been using them for years. And at both locations- I am happy to see them grow. If they open one in Newark I would never use any other company.
The only reason to use this place is if you have a trip to the in-laws and want to miss your flight. Arrived at 6:15 AM this morning. Flight at 8:00 AM. The lot at SmartPark overflowing. No one available to check in arriving cars. Eventually went inside to register. Told bus would be there in 5 minutes. Bus arrived about 15 minutes later. Then bus driver proceeds to get out and park the cars in the lot. Myself and one other customer went to the office several times to inform them that we would miss our flight. Doing all we can was the response. As the bus sat for 20 minutes the various employees never once responded to our ever increasing concern and, in fact, the employees wouldnt even look at me let alone offer a response. Got to the terminal a few minutes after 7:00 AM - a mere 47 minutes from arriving in their lot. As predicted, missed our flight as international check in 60 min minimum. And then they wanted to charge me for parking!!!!
This was my first time using SmartPark and will NOT be my last. I was nervous since I was traveling solo and usually use a car service, but they made it so quick and easy to get to my gate on time, and I saved a lot of money. The return process was a bit complicated due to my own mistake, but the dispatcher patiently walked me through it! Thank you!!
Had a very good experience right from reserving online until I took my car back. I had parked the car at this place for 3 weeks. Everything was well organised. The free shuttle was available as soon as I reached the garage. They took my car, gave me a ticket which i had to produce when I returned.Shuttle dropped me at the terminal as soon as I took all my luggage from the car. On my return I called them as soon as I had come out after collecting the luggage. They asked me to be available near a particular gate and picked me within 5 minutes. My car was ready when we had reached the garage. Got the keys as soon as the payment was made. Thank you Smartpark once again.
Easy to book and prepay online. They park your car and take you to the airport promptly. You call them after getting out of the airport and they come fairly quickly and to a place usually easy to understand. You get to the lot and the car might be ready for you or a short wait.
Have used this company for the last 6 years at least 3 times per year never noted mileage and gas before until they were the news. In February I decided to take a picture of the mileage and gas upon my return my gas was below half a tank and 10 miles added when asked was told they had to move my car to another location. Ok I took that left. In October parked again came back this time 15 miles and my gas was almost on empty from the half a tank left. Will never use then again.. please take note of your mileage and gas.
I left my car here over the weekend for a trip to PR. They provided valet service for the car and the shuttle bus service was very prompt. The bus was waiting for us both times when we dropped off and got picked up. They had my car ready for pickup when I came back. Highly recommend and cant beat the price.
Had super early flight out of JFK, so arrived at smartpark around 330a—the check-in process was a breeze and a shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport. Check-out was also pretty seamless: called them when I landed and a shuttle was there within 15 mins. I used a groupon and it was extremely easy to check-out. My car was returned to me as I left it (and was waiting for me when I got out of the shuttle).
I have parked at smartpark at least 15 times. My car is always there when I return and so far undamaged. Thats what I pay for. Online booking is easy and they have points for free days when you park regular. The bus that picks up and drops off are ok and drivers seem happy enough. Expect delays at terminal 5 because of the construction chaos. Not bad overall. Better than the parking spot in my opinion. Parking spot is next door but very gangster feel with bait and switch pricing.
We recently used SmartPark JFK for parking while on vacation. Everything worked wonderfully - dropping the car off was simple and we were quickly taken to our terminal. On our return the bus showed up about 5 minutes after we called. Our car was ready when we got back. However, the battery was dead (I believe an interior light stayed on, my problem). They happily gave us a jump and got us on our way. Would definitely use again.
The staff that assisted me this afternoon were incredibly professional and courteous. They helped a bad situation with mine and my significant others flight less upsetting. I was skeptical about using an off site parking but I would highly recommend this place based on the service I received today and will definitely make my next reservation here based on how helpful and well we were treated.
I Love Smart Park JFK. I have used this place many times and it makes parking at JFK very easy. You pull up to the place, Smartpark takes your luggage, and you get on the van. They drop you off right in front of departures at you appropriate terminal. Upon returning, once you get your luggage, you call them and usually within 5-10 minutes, thereis a shuttle ready to pick you up. When you get back to Smartpark, your car is pulled up in front so you are ready to go...Again, this place isgreat and the staff is really friendly too. I strongly recommend usingSmartPark JFK.
Great service! Once I got to the location, they came out gave me a receipt and took me to the airport. Once I came back from my trip I called the number from the receipt and they picked me up in 5 minutes. Overall the transaction went very smooth.Would definitely recommend this company I was very pleased.
Feels like red carpet treatment from the moment I arrive: smiling parking attendants open my door, grab my bags, take great care with my car and provide super fast terminal transportation both outbound and inbound. They even provide umbrellas in the rain! I’m a huge SmartPark fan at JFK and LGA!!
Departure was fine, but only had 1 guy working on a Saturday night. Took an hour from time I called for pickup until I got my car.UPDATE: After contacting customerservice email I got a phone call from the owner apologizing for the delay and wanting to make it right. As a result of the call, Im raising my review to 4 stars.
Best parking option for JFK. Conveniently located, professionally operated and a safer option than leaving your car in the long term parking lot. Our driver bypassed the airport traffic and dropped us at the terminal, avoiding the conjested drop off area and leaving us right by the escalators up to departures. The return trip was also seamless, and our car was waiting for us upon arrival. SmartPark is the best option!
Parked my car there for vacation, picked it up with a foot and a half long crack in my windshield.Filed a claim, and they told me it wasnt their responsibility.Use caution when using this company if something damages your vehicle on their property they are not responsible for it.*update* after much fuss they reimbursed me my original payment to use their services, and they said they would pay for the windshield replacement, they sent a check covering only a portion of the cost.Changed the rating to two, though they did try to make it right after a long time of back and forth it doesnt change the fact that my experience using this business was not a good one and i do not recommend this business.
My horrible experience on April 16th, 2016I made a reservation on 4/11/2016 to park my car at your JFK facility from 4/16 - 4/18. This reservation was immediately confirmed by email and I also printed out a copy of the confirmed reservation. When I arrived at your facility on 4/16 at 11:30 AM, I was told you had a computer glitch that caused overselling of parking spaces. Now I had to go and find another place to park. This caused me extreme grief and stress and almost caused me to miss my flight.I ended up having to park in JFKs long term parking facility, which ended up costing me more money than SmartPark charge would have been. It also took me much longer to get to the Delta terminal because we had to take the Air Train.I hold your company completely responsible for this screw up and feel that you should cover my cost for having to park at JFKS long term lot.I previously sent your company an email on 4/16 and to this day I have still not heard back from anyone in your company. Whatever happened to good customer service???If you are not willing to cover my cost of $42.00, I will express my dissatisfaction on social media. I would not have given any stars to this review, but their system will not let you post a review without choosing at least 1 star. I am thoroughly disgusted and will never trust using your parking facility again.
Arrived at around 3am for a reservation. There was no one around when we arrived, so after I called the front desk I was standing next to, two employees emerged from the back room half asleep. I understand that it was late, but we made a reservation so they shouldve been aware we what time we would be arriving. Check in was quick and thorough. They recorded the milage and did a walk around with a camera to notate any pre existing damage. Drive to the airport was quick and uneventful. When we arrived back home, pickup was easy and the shuttle arrived within minutes. Arriving back at the lot our car was waiting for us. Check out was quick and we were on our way. Would use again.
Just dropped off my car at jfk smart park on a Sunday morning. These guys are great. There was an accident near the airport entrance which resulted in huge traffic jam. The guy driving the shuttle bus was however on top of it and got me to the terminal on very short time using all back roads. I would have missed my flight otherwise. Awesome.
Always used Smartpark without a problem until today. My travel agent recommended using a groupon for them so I tried it. Big mistake, I was to be away 6 days, paid for a groupon for seven at $91.00. When I picked up my car I was told I owe $16.00 tax. I showed the employee the email for my reservation which was for $91.00 including all taxes. She insisted I had to pay the $16.00 tax or I wouldnt get my car. Seeing I had my wife and 2 children with me I didnt have a choice. They provided no bill itemizing the charges or dates of stay. Needless to say this will be the last time I use them and will use Parkplus from now on. Very disappointed with the service and extra charges seeing I didnt even stay the seven days. I am contacting groupon as well as they didnt seem very pleased I had coupon.
I have parked in this facility and I really liked the service. My flight was at 8 in the morning, on arrival at the parking there was a shuttle waiting and the Valet parking was really quick n easy. When I returned the other day I waited for less than 10 mins for a pickup. My car was ready at the parking. I would recommend this facility
Last week Sunday, January 25 I had made a reservation three months before and a snowstorm came ! When I went to them to drop off my car with a reservation they already got paid through my credit card and refused to take my car and left me no choice and missed my flight and said that they have no room because of the snow they didnt even tell me a day before So I could plan another way to get to the airport to drop my car or take a taxiThey are very rudeIn the past when I use them they are always late and unreliable please be aware that they will drive your car and vandalize it please use someone else like Smart park the one before fast park they are excellent
I have been using SmartPark JFK for over nine years and never had an issue until today when the employee refused to honor a Groupon, arguing that we were in the blackout period when the Groupon stated the blackout period ended yesterday. We are talking about 4-5 dollars maximum. This is a small amount of money to justify upsetting a long-term customer. The business you are losing with me parking somewhere else from now on, clearly exceeds the 4-5 dollars you did not honor.
Came back to scratches on my right front bumper and it hanging by the wire. My vehicle is a large SUV, so it had to be a decent impact for knocking off all the screws to my bumper. The front desk people don’t seem to give a care nor did the drivers. Never coming back to the place again.
Last year on the way to the airport my eyeglasses dropped out of my bag and I left them on the seat. We were going to the UK. I checked in at British Air, ,cleared Security and sat down a a bar to have a very well deserved drink when I decided to switch from my contacts to my glasses. I was frantic when I could not find them. There was no way I could go to Europe for 2 weeks and not have my eyeglasses. I thought I left them in the car. I called dispatch and explained what happened. They were going to check the car and call me back to let me know if I should come back to the lot to get them. I immediately gathered my stuff so I could exit the terminal to get a cab back to the lot. Before I even got out the door I received a call from your office advising the driver found them on the seat and that he was going to drive them back to the BA terminal to deliver them to me personally !!!!!!!!! I had the week from hell and was totally spent before I ever got to the airport. I was so grateful that they found them but to actually send a driver back to the airport to hand deliver them was above and beyond. It was not only great customer service but it was a true act of kindness. I tell everyone about your great company. Thank You!!!
This was the first time we parked here after The Parking Spot closed at JFK. I wish we could have said it was a positive experience, but it was not. Very chaotic from the beginning with no one to greet us or tell us where to go to get on a bus. There is no place to stand that is covered and out of the elements. Worst was that they damaged our vehicle and tried to cover up the damage. Weve sent them our own video of what the car looked like after picking it up. Hoping that they take responsibility for this and pay for the repair.
Very unprofessional. I would recommend elsewhere..My first and last experience:When dropping off the car, the valet uses a video camera to record any previous damage. I thought this was very smart and I really appreciated it! When I returned, I had a doubtful suspicion that there was a new scratch on my hood, and frankly, I didnt want it to be true, because I didnt want to deal with filing an insurance claim. So as I was paying, I mustered up as much politeness as I could, and asked if I could see the video for some reassurance. As soon as I asked that question, the girl there flipped her attitude and very immaturely started scowling and became very short with me. I managed to speak with the manager, who then showed me the video, but she was very threatening and made rude comments about my car. When I asked for a copy of the video, she refused. With this kind of lack of professionalism, this company really needs to reevaluate who their customer is in order to run a successful business.

Guys and girls are awesome and very professional.Diego (GM) is THE MAN! Helped me once when I had really difficult situation with my vehicle. Choose only this parking place. Love them. I use Smart Park every time I fly. I used to use their competitor but moved to smart park when my wife suggested it and she had a coupon. I havent looked back since. Drop off and pick up service is usually as rapid as you could possibly expect at such a busy airport. I left something in my car on my most recent trip and they actually drove me back to pick it up and then dropped me right back at the terminal! I fly often for business, and used to use the Air Train...Doesnt make any sense anymore and I will not change!
I been using SmarkPark at JFK for several years now. When you park hundreds and perhaps thousands of cars in a situation like this, YOU are bound to have a few problems.As I consistently remind my my wife, pay attention to the details. I would have given SmarkPart 4.5 stars, however the small problem was both mine and theirs. We took a flight overseas, dropped my car off, they removed the luggage and placed in on their well kept small buses.I had previously prepaid for a reservation AND It was necessary to shorten my trip and return early.I took out the STUB (for my car) and call the pickup number. Was promptly given directions where the Bus would pick us up (to say the least - this area was crowded and the time was NYC rush hour.) The bus arrived within ten minutes, considering the traffic.The driver made his way to my location (as I was flagging him down) pull as close to the curb and proceeded to grab the heaviest bags from the cart and load them on the bus. As soon as the bus was loaded, we were off to SmartPark lot. Where the problem occurred, (remember now...we were on the plane for 12 hours... there was a delay taking off) I was in a little of fog.They did deliver the wrong car (chuckle), which was rectified very quickly.While they were getting the right car, I went into the office to settle up.I handed the cashier my copy of the receipt of the online reservation, AND a coupon I had for one FREE day when you stayed for eight or more days.The cashier did her thing... and told me how much was due. I looked at the receipt and it didnt seem right. I mention the coupon and she said it was included.For NOW, I just accepted it.The next day, I reviewed my receipts and discovered SmartPark, DID NOT give me credit for the day. A phone call placed to the office, and a sharp Clerk and a few minutes everything was fixed and they emailed me the correct receipt while I was holding on the phone. A perfect Job... to say the least.While I have seen some of the horror stories about this organization, considering the number of people they deal with day in and day out; I tell those people look at the DETAILS, and be prepared for an occasional problem; and work with the organization.See you guys next flight out.....FOR SmartPark Manager - keep your VOICE MAIL box cleared LESS you want people to think SmarkPart is a place to FIND PROBLEMS.....
What a great company- everything was quick, easy and convenient.We left our sons suitcase in the SmartPark parking lot by mistake, and they went above andbeyond to help us retrieve it and send it to us..printed out UPS receipts and called me withtracking numbers- we talked to Shabana several times and she really helpedus out. If there was a ZERO star option, Id go for it.Im not going to give them half a$$ compliment because one part of the service was great and the other not. If the whole experience is not in sync, then why bother? WE ARE PAYING FOR THE BEST SERVICE - NO MATTER WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING. We are the ones shelling out the money!Anyway, to the point of the story with this place, the check in was somewhat in-line with what I expected. The shuttle experience, no complaints. But the part where you check out, and you notice MORE THAN HALF of your gasoline is gone, AND YOU TOOK A PHOTO of the miles when you left to prove it, and there was miles added. Better off, I had filled it locally, JUST before going into there, because I knew I had to go out east when I landed. I dont think it takes much gas to move a car around a parking lot. Yes, I have a convertible Mercedes, so they took it for a joyride or two.After explaining this to the overnight clerk (I landed in the middle of the night, maybe 3 am or so) he would not hear me out!! So I paid and left disgruntled.Yes it took me a while, but I just found my receipt from the summer (July 22) and now Im writing a review before I throw it out. Just thought Id share with you all...or warn you, however you want to look at it. :)Want my advice? USE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION! THESE PLACES ARE AWFUL! I use SmartPark every time I travel. I found them on the on the internet several years ago, when JFKs long term prices went through the roof. I have not been dissappointed with my decision to use them. The shuttle drivers are very friendly. My car is always ready and waiting when I get back from a trip and the prices are reasonable. With the new frequent parker program I have already accumulated several free days. I would and have recommended them to my friends.
I’m giving one star for the deal I got on Groupon but I am disappointed. They were aware of our departure and arrival time which was Wednesday at midnight. Our flight ended up arriving earlier at 11:50pm. We called the number that was given to us for pick up and no answer. We called for a whole hour with different phones thinking there was something wrong with my phone. At 12:50am my boyfriend and I ended up taking a Lyft to their facility and asked them why they did not answer their phones. They were just sitting there texting on their cellphones! The guy at the front desk called the number and realized “the phone wasn’t working”. Are you kidding me?? So you did not find it weird that your phones didn’t go off not once for a whole hour or however long it was disconnected for??!! And that’s not all, not once did we get an APOLOGY, not one person said “sorry”. Then he dared to ask me to pay an extra $11.50 when we ended up paying the lyft $13.50! He told us he gave us an extra day, no jerk you knew the day we dropped off our car how long it was going to be there for and you did not say anything about an extra day. We came back from a great vacation to this! I’m not sure who the manager is here but I sure hope it wasn’t the guy at the front desk!UPDATE: They never reached out after I emailed them!
WARNING!!! DO NOT PARK HERE!!!They put MULTIPLE LARGE GASHES on my rear bumper. I have a rear camera and sensors and they still managed to badly scratch up my rear bumper. They were also very conniving and made sure I paid first before pulling my car up. I confronted the staff and manager who were very indifferent and they told to file a report. After a couple of days I heard back from them (not their insurance company) and of course they refused to pay for the damages. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT PARK HERE!
Smart Park took me in on XMAS Day for an evening flight without a reservation even though their lot was full - they had empathy for me... when I explained their competitor Jiffy Park cancelled my reservation - Really Jiffy Park cancelled when I arrived to park my car as they were full..... Why have a reservation at all??? Smart ParK bailed me out... I am forever a Smart Park person
Look, when it comes to these types of parking lots my rule of thumb is service and price. They do all the work and drop you off. The price was reasonable. BUT the x-factor here was I stayed there 3 times and had free days waiting for me. I simply placed my reservation and logged in and applied free days to reservation. My previous stays were just over a week so on my 3rd stay I had 2 Free days in addition to the every 7th free. My reservation for 8 days only cost me the price of 5 days. Thats 3 days free and I did nothing except choose to park there. Just makes sense.
ABOVE & BEYOND a parking lot!We used SmartPark JFK last week during our trip to St. Thomas get married. Upon boarding our flight we realized we had forgotten the WEDDING DRESS AND SUIT in the car… with no time to go to retrieve them we called the lot for help. They took time from their morning and without delay found our item in our backseat and Fedex over nighted the package to us in St Thomas. We received the dress and suit 2 hours before the wedding the very next day and will be forever grateful for their unbelievable service and understanding far beyond a shuttle service. Parking and collecting the car was a breeze and the shuttle service was literally a 30 second wait. We will never park anywhere else when traveling from JFK. Thank you Suzue!!!!Jen & Matt
Quick professional service as soon as we pull in someone greeted us and signed us in .. next we on the bus going to our terminal ... when we returned called to let them know that we are ready to be picked up and in 10 minutes a bus picks us up.. when we get back to the car we were already set car was running ready to go
I used smartpark at JFK for long term parking when I recently went out of country. Very simple and quick and nothing but good experience. If I had one complaint it would be directions to get to the lot but cant fault them for that. I would recommend if parking at JFK
I left my car here during a family vacation only to come home and find it had damage on both sides of the vehicle. An incident report was filed and customer service was emailed but no one has yet to step up and take care of the issue properly. The night attendant even allowed me to watch the inspection video with him to be sure the damage wasnt existing, but even with that Ive felt with defensive management and staff that only seem interested in swindling their way out of this.Ive had to call police for a report, meet with a lawyer to file a claim, and file a MV-104. I and you should save yourself the headache and just take a cab. Accidents happen but as a customer honesty and integrity is appreciated in dealing with these matters. This company has yet to show any.Ill update this post if and when the company responds accordingly. And if they claim the damage was existing on this post as they have with other bad reviews I challenge them to upload the inspection video and photos to prove it, but they wont because they cant.UPDATE:I have sent a complaint about damage to my vehicle during its stay at your lot August 14-19th.Your manager came to my home and took pictures of my vehicle and refused to take pictures of the area of major damage claiming he saw it in the inspection video. I know this is false and a blatant lie because I personally watched the video with your attendant.Your manager told me I could receive a copy of the video so Im requesting the inspection video from the morning I arrived on August 14th and August 19th at about 3:30 AM when I asked your attendant to take another video before I left the lot.It is a shame that as a customer I would have to feel bullied by a company that is clearly in error. I will not stop pursuing this matter until I am compensated for damages to my vehicle.
Damage found / broken window on my vehicle when picking up on 28 July. Claim paperwork handled well by Perla when identified and now waiting on manager Diego to address and pay for the damage. Message left today with Samantha for Diego to call me. Will update review pending how Diego handles the claim! - UPDATE 18 Aug - check received for full reimbursement of damage. Professional response to the problem and I will be back!
I come back from a long trip...dont need to worry about a dead battery...the car is cold on a hot day, the car is warm on a cold day...the shuttle bus is very fast...attendants very friendly...I love going there...more convenient than a limo!!! (I can make stops on the way there and on the way home)

2021-07-16The only parking lot I trust leaving my car with when I’m flying out of JFK!Super easy process checking in and out.When arriving to the lot you just have to pull up to the marked stop sign. Leave your keys in the car and someone will come out and hand you a ticket. If no one comes out just go inside someone will assist you.Keep the ticket as it has the number to call and for you to provide your ticket number, so when you return just call. They will tell you where to meet the driver and when you arrive at the lot your car will be parked up front.If you prepaid online the keys will be inside your car ready to go. If you have yet paid you have to go inside in order to get your keys.Shuttle bus was clean and the driver helped with my luggage.Also, I usually book online on their website but the last time it said the dates I chose was blackout dates. So I called and there was availability on my dates. So even if the website says blackout give them a call to double check.So…what are you waiting for? Book now! :)

2021-12-02Great Experience! My first time ever doing long term parking and I was nervous about leaving my car. I could not be happier with Smart Park! They made drop off and pick up a breeze! They take pictures of your car, along with the mileage and the staff informed me they have many cameras and keep it locked up at night. My husband realized he forgot his cellphone back at the car when we were almost at the airport and the staff was so helpful they not only found his phone but had the next shuttle drive it back to us! When we returned I just gave a quick call to them after baggage pick up and within 10 minutes a shuttle was there. Once back in the lot my car was ready and warmed up for us! After coming back from a warmer climate and a cold NYC it was so nice to not have to be cold and wait for the car to warm! Thank you so much Smart Park for keeping my baby safe while we were away! We will most definitely be back again next time we need long term parking!

2022-07-06Outstanding service! I was very concerned leaving my 2021 expensive truck here heading out of the country for two weeks b/c my prior vehicle was returned to me with water damage several years back (driver side power window never worked again - attendant left window partially open). I was satisfied with the answered questions to my many questions. Shuttle service to/from the airport was awesome and swift. Upon my return, I called the office once I retrieved my bags. The shuttle picked me up within 15mn. Once at the SmartPark garage, my vehicle was out front. After my walk around to view the exterior and interior for any damage, I am pleased to say all was still in excellent condition. I will continue to use this next level airport parking service.

2022-05-31I dare say this is the best long term parking lot near JFK at a reasonable price. From first phone call to book until I drove my car off the parking lot its five star service. Professional and courteous. Drop off and pick service is excellent. Barely after coming out of terminal building our ride was waiting. Our car was ready at the lot. If you are planning long term parking near JFK then this is it.

2022-06-28At the end of the day nothing is more frustrating than waiting. They don’t want you to call till after you get your luggage but will take an additional 30 plus minutes to pick you up. After a long day of the travel the last thing anybody wants to do is wait more. This is in addition to the fact that they won’t wait an extra 10 seconds for you to come outside. Time to step it up !!!!

2022-04-26I dont travel very often, and prior to Covid, I used to park my car at Park Plus (just a bit further up the street from SmartPark). The last time I used them, I recall it took a while for the shuttle to come pick us up at the terminal, so I decided to give SmartPark a try for our first post-Covid flight.There was horrible traffic on the VanWyck that morning, so we got to the lot later than planned and were cutting it close for making our flight. When I brought the car in, I let them know we were running late, and they checked me in quickly and got us on a shuttle to terminal very quickly so we were able to make our flight.When we returned, it was a bit difficult to hear the dispather on the phone after we got our luggage, but that is just because the baggage claim area is not the quietest place in the world, and isnt SmartParks fault. Despite that, the shuttle showed up to get us back to the lot within minutes and my car was waiting for us when they brought us back. I had prepaid for my reservation, so we were able to hop into the car and head home as soon as we got out of the shuttle.Top knotch service!

Friendly staff, seamless and quick processing - In and out no time wasted if you are going to board a flight or driving back home. 2021-09-13Smartpark JFK is truly a stress free way to park when you go on vacation.Their location is easy to find and the people who work there are super nice. You pull in and your luggage is whisked onto a van, you climb aboard and within a few minutes you are at your terminal. The drivers help you with your bags and are very polite. When you return you call the number on the ticket and very quickly they are there to pick you up and take you back to their location. Your car is always waiting for you and paying is quick and easy. Keep up the great work SmartPark JFK.. we are very happy customers!
