At this point, Im confident that exceeding expectations is merely business as usual at Smedford Carpet Cleaners. They go above and beyond for me every time they clean my oriental rugs, and theyve demonstrated that they’re definitely the best in the area. Some friends and a few family members rely on this team as well.
Smedford Carpet Cleaners is beyond compare. They make the other rug cleaners I was hiring look wholly inadequate. They have all the tools and products needed to thoroughly clean a rug, and they use a state-of-the-art facility. If this isn’t a five-star company, I don’t know what is. I’ll be a customer of theirs for as long as their doors are open.
So satisfied with the rug cleaning service of my vintage Turkish rug . Technian came to pick up my rug and told me it would take 7 business days. To my surprise it was returned within 5 business days. Love those kind of surprises. Will be calling them again soon.
Now that I know about them, I never have to worry about my favorite Moroccan rug being unsightly. After they cleaned it, I had guests over, and it seemed like my guests couldnt help but compliment the Moroccan rug. Some of them even thought it was brand new! That should speak to this company’s work quality.
Along with the five stars, I need to give an A+ rating as well. These wool rug cleaning specialists are exceptional. Moreover, they’re very accommodating, and this is what sets them apart from the other rug cleaning services Ive used. Im going to be a Smedford Carpet Cleaners customer only from now on.
Right now, I’m over the moon, and thats because all my area rugs and runners are not just stain-free but germ-free as well. And the smell of dog has been removed from them as well. Their service quality is unparalleled, and clearly I hit the jackpot when I found them.
Hell will freeze over before they fail me. Since 2020, they’ve been my go-to heirloom rug cleaning experts. They cleaned my heirloom rugs, at my house no less, during the heigh of Covid, when all the other businesses refused to come inside. If this doesn’t show their reliability and commitment, I don’t know what could.
Unmatched service is what I was after and unmatched service was provided . Simply spectacular. My Tabriz rug looks like it was just woven last week. It feels, smells, and looks incredible. I’m in total disbelief.

So my kitchen sink was clogged and at night water started overflowing from it, when we wake up the entire first floor was flooded, the entire Wall to Wall carpet was wet. We had water damage, called you guys right away to repair my carpet, there was a whole group of techs at my house doing the work it was just wonderful, I felt that I receive the service that I paid for and more tbh, thank you guys you rock!
Finally got the chance to try their rug restoration services after my dog made a huge tear on my Karastan rug. The results are amazing. Cant even find where the old tear was now. Thank you!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called and made an appointment. They were scheduled to come to my house between 2 and 4. On the day of the appointment I left work early to be there in time. At 4, I called for a status update as I had not heard anything. I was placed on an extended hold, after which I was told there was some confusion as for the area where I live they wouldnt come without a $750 fee, and would not be able to make it today. Mind you I am 10 minutes away from the Medford location. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager I was told I could call back between 3 and 4 the next day and someone should be available. Honestly this was the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time and the owner should be embarrassed.
Im writing a good review for them now because they truly deserve it. I dont know what I wouldve done without this Medford upholstery service.

They did everything that was necessary to make my rugs germ-free, dirt-free, grime-free, and fresh smelling, and it was a pleasant surprise when they got the rugs back quicker than I expected. 2022-02-28They didnt charge a lot to perform a comprehensive Turkish rug cleaning service, and the cleaning specialists they sent were quite friendly and really helpful. By helpful, I mean they gave me rug maintenance tips after they were done with cleaning so I wont need cleaning as often. Loved that!

2022-07-08In several respects, Smedford Carpet Cleaners is vastly different from the rug cleaning team I was using prior. The last service I had with them was one I won’t forget. They bent over backwards to get the job done quicker than I expected, and because they did this I was able to get back to my clients quickly and without having to rush the rug cleaners. Im so satisfied.

2022-06-12Don’t waste money with subpar rug cleaners. I was doing this for so long and I still feel like a fool. Oh well! The important thing is that my rugs will never be too dirty again, and that’s because Smedford Carpet Cleaners cleans them twice a year, sometimes three times. They care about their workmanship, and I believe this is why it’s consistently impeccable. Stay golden!

In fact, they did much better than I expected. I guess the company I was using before them wasnt as good as I thought. I had no idea my Turkish rugs could look like this.
