I love this place! They have the biggest selection Ive ever seen for any and all smoking supplies...vape stuff too...and even their customized shopping bags are really cool and made of nice material, so you definitely want to save that bag!
Love coming to this smoke shop, they have all my needs, very mellow atmosphere and calm energy.
Lots of inventory... all kinds of smoking apparatuses for the conventional and non-conventional smokers, plus items needed to aide in smoking, and misc items. However, this store is a bit on the pricey side.Grinder - $8Cones - $3I also bought a glass piece - $13, but that broke within a few times of using it.

No refunds or exchanges DOESNT mean all sales are final! I can not believe how poorly the staff treat good paying customers. I frequent this store often and spend $100s there a week for my hemp/cbd business customers but will no longer be a patron, ever. I purchased a $30 novo 2 kit with extra pods and when I got it home, it would not charge. I called the store and told them the issue and was told to bring it back and they would give me one that worked. So I did and when I got there, there was a someone different on duty. The girl told me (like I was a child) all merchandise is sold with no refunds or exchanges. Fine. But this was sold DOA. I was told oh well, read the signs, nothing they WILL do. Then I explained to her it was illegal to sell new electronic merchandise without replacing it if it was a broken unit. No exchanges doesnt mean all sales are final and it does not state that on the receipt. I was treated like a shop lifting child in front of other people in the store. So I went home and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Ive been reimbursed through my card company which will recover the funds with penalties through them and I will never spend my money in a place that doesnt appreciate my business and can treat a customer like a child being scolded. The owner should pay closer attention to his staff and how they are treating his clientele. They are costing him $1000s in business and I will now drive to Horseheads where my business is appreciated. All over a $30 device. Unbelievable and unnecessary. If you plan to purchase any merchandise there, pay with a credit card so you have recourse because what they did was illegal.

Its got ALOT of items that are double the price that other smoke shops/ online sell for lower...and even if you dont have asthma the incense sticks are so over powering. Staff is pretty damn cool but sadly had to give a three for the store its self.

Prices are relatively expensive but you get what you pay for ... you can buy most of what they have online on other vape shops for much less ... your mainly paying for the speed and convenience this shop offers instead of waiting for your items to come through the mail .. they sell cigarettes bongsAnd other cool smoking collectibles such as Rick and mory pipes and colored non prescription contacts...i would highly recommend this shop if you need a quick fix to your vaping or smoking problems ...

2022-02-22Very helpful staff, today was my 3rd visit here and was the most informative. I believe Jacob was the cashiers name and I didnt catch his colleagues name he was very knowledgeable as well. Being new to the whole industry theres a ton I dont know and this visit was incredibly informative before I even expressed an interest in buying anything.I didnt feel like they were trying to sell me on anything, instead they tried to ensure they asked enough questions to discover what was going to suit my needs and wants.When they werent sure of a product they would tell me instead of trying to fake it, they even opened packages to look over specifications with me.Im very appreciative of all the insight they shared and hope that my next visit here is at a time theyre working. Thanks Jacob & Colleague!!PS including my receipt so that the proper staff get this feedback

2022-06-13Ive spent hundreds of dollars here and I will no longer spend any money here. Staff is VERY rude. Seems staff changes often. Has a point rewards but isnt active. Staff is making the store lose business. Seems customers are money and not treated with respect. The young lady made nasty remarks about me to the other person working. Seems like I would be treated like a good loyal customer who spends lots of money. Instead I am insulted and treated like Im the one who did something wrong. If this stores goal is to treat the customers very rude, then theyre number 1! Never again will I spend money here. Owner should be ashamed.

2022-03-09Today was the 2nd time I visited and combine Ive spent over $1000...... and let me say it was all worth it. From the beautiful selections of glass to the accessories that enhance your sesh, I found everything I was looking for and more. As for the costumer service.... Phenomenal ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The first time I visited we were helped by Jake and he was so pleasant and listen Im indecisive and he had patience and took care of everything, he made the 1st time experience very welcoming, we came back a 2nd time and was helped By The Manager (I forgot her name ...Im so sorry 🤣) She was Amazing Very knowledgeable, helpful, she was so welcoming, telling us experiences with glass and about her preferences really relating to us and helped us make decisions.... I have found my new favorite Smoke Shop...... Smoke Buddys will forever have my Business ......... #KamiKazeChKn

2022-02-05Prices are outrageous for everything here. Dont waste your money on anything here. The lady behind the counter even said the price was wrong and too high on an item then when I come back they never changed the listed price then she acted like she didnt sell me it at the lower price last time. I hope you go out of business, paying double retail price for items isnt what I will do.

2022-03-20If I could give them 0 stars I would. They gave me the Wong coils not once but twice then wouldnt give me store credit or fix their mistake. The store employees were very disrespectful about the whole exchange considering they gave me the wrong coils. No store credit, no replacement, just out almost 25 dollars for no reason. Will never get my business again

2022-03-21Had the misfortune of being inline behind a total jerk (John Bacon) who posted a bogus review. This man child was screaming like a petulant toddler with Tourettes.. he bought the wrong item then tried a different one then refused store credit. His review is a lie, there were witnesses dude. I had to follow behind this joker ( they were way more patient than I would have been) and I got great service. Thats my 5 cents peace out.

I do NOT appreciate buying ANYTHING BROKEN as Im sure the owner himself does NOT. MY fault also for not INSISTING TO LOOK ITEM OVER BEFORE purchase. BUT, the PROFESSIONAL STAFF PERSON MUST HAVE SEEN IT; OR HE SHOULD HAVE! YA KNOW... SINCE THEY ARE TRAINED PROFESSIONALS!! LMAOI SAW THE BREAK IMMEDIATELY. SO YEA... 3 STARS BECAUSE THERE IS DEFINITE ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT.

2022-03-31They will not tell you the prices of their products over the phone and have no website to check. What kind of store wont tell a potential customer the price on the phone havent they ever heard of comparison shopping ? I will not travel the distance to their store just to find out they charge more than other local smoke shops.
