I’m from the city moved to upstate never tasted the real pizza no matter how fresh it is until I hit this place and I was amazed by the quality of the pizza they make and the fact they sell beef pepperoni and beef sausage is so sick ❤️❤️❤️ will defiantly recommend this place 100% to everyone
Staying at AMC for a procedure with my husband. Delivery time was okay but the initial order was tough due to what seemed a language barrier and the man taking the order was very gruff. Chef salad was very good. The pizza was horrible. We do however thank all those that continue to try and stay afloat during these difficult times. Godspeed.
Hey Sunday September 19th I have to rate them this star any other time I have been here the pizza has been fantastic but tonight far from it. I had a mushroom pizza the toppings the sauce was perfect but the dough was very dry the crust was very very dry I usually eat the whole pizza not tonight. I was very disappointed but normally your pizza is out of this world they have so many different choices to choose from. As for the soda that I purchased to which was a can of Coke I cant a Coke should be very cold the can of Coke was like room temperature I dont get it theyre Coke and can is very cold not tonight disappointed again but the customer service and the person who served me was very friendly and they were fast and they listened to what I was looking for and they did well but the food was not good at all disappointing
I ordered pizza through door dash at least an hour and a half before they closed. 30 mins went by and the dasher was at the restaurant...next thing I know they canceled my order and refused to answer the phones. I was going to tell them I would come and pick it up being that its only LESS than a block away, but no response and no food. Im dissatisfied to say the least.
Great place for a slice….. or two ….or three. Simple set up, order at the counter and grab a seat outside. My wife had the veggie. I had the sausage and pepperoni. They came out quick, hot and crispy on the bottom. Sauce and cheese ratios were very good. Several options to choose from. Stop in while strolling down Lark Ave. you will not be disappointed.

I frequently get pizza from Soho and I am never disappointed. They almost always have multiple fresh pies ready for walk-ins and the workers are always friendly and quick to help you with your order. I highly recommend them to anyone that likes good pizza!
So, we get back to our hotel after midnight and ask the desk lady if she knows anywhere we can get some food. She hands us a menu for soho and says they deliver there and are open to 3am. My first assumption is that its probably basic okay for being drunk at 1am pizza, but no. Absolutely not! We ordered a Margherita pie and some wings and it was amazing! One of the best Margherita pizzas Ive ever had, great flavor, great quality toppings, great crust! The wings were also great. What a great place to cap off an awesome night!

Ordered a pizza, wings and, mozzarella sticks. The driver came handed me my food and left. He never had me sign or gave me a receipt. I went inside to check my order to see that no mozzarella sticks where there. I called back and was told I never ordered mozzarella sticks. They wanted to charge me another $7 and wait 45 minutes. I disputed what I was being told and asked them to provide me with a receipt. They refused. I asked for it to be emailed or even a picture of it to be sent to me. They refused. After trying to resolve this over the phone they said they would bring the mozzarella sticks and the driver was on his way. Nobody ever came. I have been ordering from here for years. So 12 wings and a large 2 topping pizza for $40. I will never order from this place again.

Good thin New York style pizza. Fries were good and crispy. There crust is tasty. They did forget part of our order, So we had to drive back but they did resolve the issue.

Took 30 mins for a chicken salad. They purposely gave me the wrong piece of pizza after i said cancel the chicken salad because they were taking forever. Also they all eat pizza everywhere in the cooking area while cooking. Disgusting pigs in there
They dont care about the customers! Because of the pandemic, you have to stand far away from the window where the pizza slices are. They still expect you to know what pizza they have. I asked the server what kinds of pizza they had and he listed them off, but I couldnt hear him very well over the fan. I had to lean in close for him to hear me and for me to hear him, which ruins the point of making all customers wear masks, since he was not wearing a mask. I asked if they had any broccoli slices. He said yes. I said Ill take 2 broccoli and 2 cheese slices. After receiving the pizza, I looked in the box and noticed that the broccoli slices had chicken on them. I am vegetarian and was looking for slices with only broccoli. They usually have more meatless options, but today there were apparently none. I told him Im vegetarian, asked if he could take the chicken and broccoli slices back, and asked if they had any pizza without meat. He said they have veggie pizza but only one slice. I took the veggie slice and another cheese slice. The lack of variety was disappointing to day the least. When I got home and started eating the veggie pizza, I realized there was sausage on it. I inspected the pizza before eating it, but still didnt notice the meat on it. Now, Im enraged. I havent eaten meat in over 3 years and probably ate some due to this places negligence and lack of communication. Additionally, none of the 6 or so workers (including the delivery guy) were wearing masks or gloves! I dont know the laws surrounding this but it seems pretty obvious that every one in food service should wear a mask right now. I am not coming back!
Not sure why this place has such a high rating. I ordered the chicken pesto pizza which was super dry and had no flavor. The crust tasted like it was a previously frozen pizza. I ordered curbside pickup, but when you call the number listed it doesnt go through, so you have to go in anyway.
I started to order a pizza base off of prices online and when I called the prices changed I asked if the prices are correct on Google they said yes and still continued to charge me moreUpdateThe prices on there personal website are slightly higher then Google. By 2-3 dollarsI see this as a business problem.Google is how people find your business That needs to be addressed sooner rather than later.
Wen I got some pizza from them it wasnt even done all the way wen I tires to call them back they wouldnt even answer the phone.
Ordered a cheese sub and some mozz sticks. My cold sub was warm, really warm, lettuce and all! The mozz sticks were cold, and soggy. Put them in the over and the sandwich in freezer. Not a good experience.

Im from Minnesota and I travel for work. Pizza was my first on the list for New York. Parking is very difficult with a 23 foot vehicle sadly. Best pizza I ever had requardless of the parking. Next time Ill do uber I guess.

I ordered a large margherita pizza that set me back $22. At that price, I thought it would be good, but this may the worst pizza Ive ever paid for. They skimped on every ingredient, seemingly having only a vague idea of what a margherita pizza is supposed to be like. Its like when someone buys something from a sketchy website and it looks nothing like the picture when it arrives. Im so disappointed and I regret wasting my money.
I came to Soho with a group of people and they were very accommodating to me and a group of 9. It was late and rainy and they were warm and cheery! I am really excited to have this slice melt in my mouth! My first time in Albany and I will be back!

He told me he owned the place. I was ordering a large order for my out of town employees and he asked me if I was drunk!! Even if the food is great STAY AWAY. No one should be treated like that from someone trying to give you business. RUDE

Good pizza for when you don’t have a lot of money to spend. Can grab two tasty slices that fill you up for six bucks; can’t beat that in the area. However, (and this is given the current time period) we are currently living through a global pandemic. Right now, most stores/restaurants do not let you enter without a mask. Soho has a sign on the door requesting everyone who enters the store wear a mask. If that’s the case, then why was no one who was working wearing a mask when I picked up food last night? Seems counterintuitive and also dangerous on a public health level. In this time, please require your employees to wear masks and gloves. Makes me question the sanitation of the restaurant as a whole.

I got the buffalo chicken pizza. My friends made fun of me for eating the crust first , but it was so good. It wasn’t overly salty and thin like the other pizzas in the neighborhood. It was very filling and satisfying.

This pizza was great. Crust was thin but not soggy. We got the Supreme and it was loaded with veggies and meat with a nice blend of sauce and toppings. Servers (owners?) are pleasant. Be forwarned though- they do not have a public restroom so PB4UGO.

2022-06-12Been coming for years with exception of the last year. Pizza used to be the best and they USED to have very surprisingly good gyros. Got one today during Gay Pride Parade-it was basically a chicken wrap. Instead of tzatziki I thinks it’s Mayo, and the chicken was frozen and reheated at least a few times, probably. This is my first bad review & I’m not one to complain about food ever but it just seems like the owner is starting to cheap out on ingredients. If you want fresh ingredients avoid this place…

2021-12-22Ordered pizza and wings and was not disappointed. Just moved here from Buffalo and these are the first legitimately good wings I’ve had (small sample size, to be fair) since. Ordered the hot and spicy wings. The blue cheese dressing was perfect as well.

2022-04-23While I was at SOHO pizza today, a man stopped in who was hungry and had no money. He asked if he could get a slice of anything and he could maybe pay in a couple days.The guy behind the counter gave him a slice because thats what humanity is all about. We take care of each other.SOHO has the best pizza in downtown Albany and they show their humanity to the people in the community.When you stop in to SOHO pizza, consider buying a slice in advance for someone whos struggling and vulnerable. ❤️

2022-05-23I’m Staying For one night in the capital District. I asked the clerk at the hotel to recommend Italian takeout restaurants he gave me two one of which had a minimum which I wasn’t able to meet. So I called Soho and ordered an egg plant Parmesan dinner with pasta. The person on the other end of the line told me 40 minutes, an hour later the food arrived. I was shocked being from Long Island I’m used to really good Italian food but my expectations were a little lower for upstate New York. The cheese was the cheapest mozzarella I have ever tasted it was almost in edible. I expected a good amount of eggplant and found three little pieces underneath the cheese basically the whole dish was pasta which cost them about two dollars at the most. I was hungry so I ate it all and then three hours later I was in the bathroom with diarrhea and stomach cramps. This was the only thing that I ate all afternoon and evening. I don’t have any idea about their pizza but I definitely would stay Away from their dinners unless you want cheap cheese and very little protein.

2022-04-24Customer service was terrible. There were 5 or 6 guys behind the counter and after one took our order and cashed us out, they forgot about it. No one attempted to make our order and at a certain point we had to ask for a refund for everything except the pizza that could be warmed up quickly. Terrible customer service.

2021-01-22Literally the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It didn’t taste seasoned, the sauce tasted like it was store bought, and there was a thin layer of cheese. The “beef sausage” was crumbles of frozen ground sausage you buy at a store and didn’t even taste like anything. The garlic knots tasted like they were bought pre made and re cooked.
