Great atmosphere and service! Usually get hot chocolate for the kids and they love it. This is our new weekly spot! I’m personally not a coffee drinker but I do love their latte and mocha.
One of the best areas to get coffee.... Their breakfast pastries are either made in house or from other local places! Staff is extremely nice!!! I promise you wont have a better experience anywhere else.

My favorite coffee shop! My wife and I live in Hillcrest and if we are anywhere near downtown Binghamton we will go the extra distance to visit Sole City. Best iced mocha latte in the Triple Cities!
A gem in Johnsons city. Its new and had potential of growth. The owner and the parista are amazing and so thoughtful.They offer fresh roasted coffee, dessert, and a place to work or hang out with friends.. Dont miss it, there is parking just behind the building 👍🏼.
Absolutely the best coffee house weve ever had in the Triple-cities. Coffee and espresso are roasted and brewed perfectly, and they bring in the best baked goods from the area to complement it. I cant recommend it enough.
Im a coffee guy thru and thru. Ive travelled the world for coffee, and have had some of the best. Sole City Coffee is a legitimately top tier, high class brew. The decor is incredible: a historic building repurposed to a lovely coffee shop, with a modern flair. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the very friendly staff. Blown away! Were so incredibly lucky for a shop like this, one of the best Ive ever been to. It will be my newest regularly attended place... GO!

Fantastic experience at this awesome new place! Met the owners and one staff person, who are all wonderful, and got a delicious drink and donut for my trip to Cooperstown! I will tell everyone I know back in Minnesota, that if theyre ever in this part of New York, go to Sole City Coffee!! 😊

2022-06-20Loved visiting this local gem! Plenty of flexible and nested seating, kind staff, and great ambiance - plants, exposed brick, and artwork make coming here an experience. I had an iced latte with milk and honey. Loved the taste of the espresso, and they made my drink with just the right amount of sweetness (not overly sweet). If you’re wondering if you should come here - consider this your sign :)

2022-06-08Such a cute little cafe - friendly staff, perfect seating and vibe, and stellar muffins (im big into pastries and banana nut was YUMMY!) Tasted fresh and not too sweet. Will try the coffee next time. Great to see such a nice shop in a struggling area among the triple cities, yet has so much potential!!

Beautifully done, modern, clean interior that makes great use of the historical elements of the building, and unique and and interesting local EJ Shoe Company artifacts pay homage to the areas history. Outstanding Coffee and baked goods in an exceptionally friendly, relaxed environment. The owners and staff are top-notch!! So nice to see Main St. being revitalized! A+++! Highly recommend!

2022-05-20Just heard about this new shop and had to run out to scope it out. So great seeing downtown JC get some new business, and what better than a solid coffee shop!?Staff was super pleasant: took time to say hello and chat about the business; connected with the customers in the store at the time; and just generally a nice place to be. Se several people wander in for their quick fix of caffeine too.As for the coffee, I got a mocha and the chocolate flavor was so good, not too sweet, and much better than your typical cup of Starbucks (or nearest Starbucks clone).Beans come from a roaster in Ithaca, and are reasonably fresh if thats important to you.Heres hoping we get to keep another great coffee shop right in the heart of a revitalizing downtown JC!
