I have five children (8yo Twins & 3yo triplets) who all attended Solnishko day care and absolutely LOVE it. Ilona, the day care director is the kindest, most sincere person who genuinely loves each and every child like her own. Her staff is second to none too, the BEST in Brooklyn! Homemade meals, dance, yoga, singing, art, early education instruction and so much more is provided for the children. My older twins are now in gifted and talented classes in elementary school and are award winning competitive dancers and it all started with the programs and instruction they received at Solnishko! I highly recommend the care and services at Solnishko and wouldn’t trust the care of my family with any other place.
My son has been attending Solnishko Daycare for the past 2 years and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the daycare including the home made meals, and the programs offered including music, dance, yoga, art, math, and English lessons. I can’t say enough thanks to the owner and the wonderful teachers that have been taking care of my son since he was 20 month old. They make sure that each child receives personalized attention and they really care about the well being and development of each child. My son had issues with eating solid foods and the owner helped us come up with a plan on how to overcome that and thanks to Solnishko Daycare my son was also potty trained within weeks!! On top of it all Solnishko Daycare has the most beautiful shows for mother’s day, fall ball and winter holidays with beautiful decorations, amazing costumes, singing and dancing. Thank you for everything that you do!
Solnishko Daycare should be the standard that all daycares are held to! My daughter has attended this daycare for the past year and a half and absolutely loves her teachers, as well as the food and activities (including singing, dancing, English lessons, drawing, painting, etc.) that are provided for the kids. The owner and teachers in this daycare know and cater to each childs individual needs, love the kids as if they were their own, and treat everyone like family!
My daughter attended this day care and we loved it! Everyone is very caring and treat the kids as their own! We always knew she is well taken care of and when we picked her up, she was always happy and had a great hairstyle to top it off. Even after we left for UPK to another day care, we came back a few times to visit the teachers. The holiday times are especially wonderful as they put on great productions and invite families to watch. We miss this day care and if we had younger kids, this would be our go-to day care without a doubt.

I have a chance to observe staff members creating atmosphere of care and love, well fed, groomed and happy children. I am very impressed with variety of activities kids participate: yoga, dance, singing, reading, story telling and play time. I had two kids attend this wonderful daycare. The staff is great, the same teachers have been working there for years. The kids are always fed, cleaned and entertained. English, music and dance lessons from professional instructors are included at no extra cost. They are also open until 6:30, which is a major plus because it gives enough time to get there from work. And unlike the stories you hear about other daycares, neither of my kids got sick, which I think is because they keep the place sanitized. I was initially taken aback by a requirement to bring a pack of baby wipes every other week but then I realized that it was only a tiny price to pay for having healthy kids! All together we used this daycare for 3 years and couldnt be happier!
This is wonderful daycare! Both my girls went here and we still come back and visit. They learned so much! The teachers are warm and caring, they have delicious homemade food cooked on premises. They do wonderful holiday shoes for parents for New Years, Mother’s Day and graduation! The rooms are bright, there is a ton of tots, dance classes, nice back yard for kids to play in. This is wonderful choice for kids and parents!
Solnishko daycare is one of the best daycares in Brooklyn. I am grateful for everything they have done and the attention they give to my daughter. All of the teachers are incredible; they make sure your child feels comfortable and special.
My daughter attended Solnishko Day Care for 2 years. It was the most wonderful experience. The owner Ilona and her staff were always kind, attentive and showed great care towards my daughter and all of the children. I would highly recommend Solnishko Day Care.

Wonderful day care! So grateful we were part of it for 3 years! Great teachers who work there for many years teaching kids so much, caring. Healthy Meals cooked on premises like soups and cashas. Amazing utreniki!!! Extra activities included for no extra cost like dancing, music, English.... Great preparation for school. Incorporates gifted and Talanted preparation that help kids to get in great schools!
We love solnishko Daycare! I had my oldest there from a young age, My 4 yr old just leaving end of August. And we are very sad to leave. I have a 10m that I already reserved a spot for!! The teachers and owner are very caring , treat the kids like their own. Nutritional meals!!- I’m never worried they will b hungry, I don’t even have to feed breakfast at home if running late. My son always eating all the foods with extra , at home he doesn’t even touch the same foods. (And Unlike my daughter in UPK was constantly hungry in school) My kids have learned so much and were prepared for UPK very well.
This is by far one of the best daycare centers geared toward Russian speaking families. Our son was there for 3,5 years and the effort the owner and the staff of the center put into him and other kids is nothing short of phenomenal. Education oriented place, their shows are in the best traditions of old Soviet Union school, and this says a lot. Highly recommend this place. We are out of NY and now our son goes to the best America has to offer - I still think Ilonas Солнышко is on par if not better. Thank you Ilona!
5 star, top of the line day care. Starting with their menu of healthy nutrition meals going to all the activities and amazing staff! Had i not moved to Jersey i would of sent all my kids there. Its truly an amazing and trustworthy day care! The utriniki proves how much effort and time they input into our children.
Thank you for being so kind and professional. Your stuff just amazing. My kids were so happy, always clean, and well educated by the very talanted and proffesional teacher Ilona Furmanova, she gave a lot of knowledge about the world, and skills in writing, and math to them. My doughter had always nice hair do, Try this place, you will be blessed with how they care for kids, and she gave me a lot of support, help, and good advices when I was need it. Ilona Furmanova is always so helpful and understandable person, she is amazing woman, very human, very good teacher, and like a mother to all kids. She is taking care of all kids like of her own.Im very concern person about everything, but I really trust to that place and to all people who are working there. My kids are in the K grade and pre-K, but they still love to visit Ilona and her little wonderland “Solnyshko”.I highly recomend this place, even to those who are looking for expensive day care, montesori school, ect..., trust me, this one is better!
Absolutely the best! My older daughter went there and now youngest going there and she loves it. Staff is very kind and professional. They do lots of activities like dance, music, and singing. Will recommend this daycare.
Really good daycare to give your kid to. We went there almost for 2 years and definitely will come back. A lot of activities for kids like dance , music and etc. AWESOME CAREGIVERS!!!
Kid enjoys alot. As an example, there are shows few times a year. Whole family practices at home for weeks 😀😀😀 under kids strict guidence. Lol. Awesome time.

Our best and most beloved kindergarten! ❤️Great principal and teachers! You have become like a family to us. The child is always happy to go. He always tells something new, songs, poems, the alphabet, various fakes, dances, concerts, much more, education, classes and care are all at the highest level, we are sadly leaving you in pre k🙏🏼🥹 Thank you very much for your work , patience, and great care for our children! 2022-08-16This daycare is a great first step for all infants. It teaches children how to eat healthy food, how to use the bathroom and stop wearing diapers, as well as how to eat alone. With the help of these amazing caregivers, children become more independent and self assured!If I could give 10 stars to this place, I would definitely give 10. It was very important for us to find a kindergarten that combines the development of the child, cleanliness, homemade food and the maximum attitude towards children with great love. The children were filmed every day, dancing classes, singing songs. And how this made the holidays unforgettable. The children sang, danced and played, you just needed to look at the beautiful costumes they wore (which were included in the monthly amount of payment for the kindergarten- no extra fees). I highly recommend to all parents who are looking for the best for their child.We are very happy to grow up with these caregivers. Love forever ❤️

Special thanks to Ilona for running this day care the way she does, the holiday performances are just like in my childhood…awesome job👍🏻 huge thanks to Natashenka I Marinochka for everything they’ ve done, you’re now a part of my family. Lianchik is missing you so much. I also would like to mention their chef Kristina for making delicious meals for our little ones and express my gratitude to the dance and music teachers. 2022-09-10We love this daycare and were very sad to have to go. They truly love and care about every child. They always serve excellent homemade meals. My son has several food allergies and they were always very understanding, accommodating and very careful about what they gave him to eat. I felt safe knowing that my son was looked after by such caring and loving people. They took the time to potty train him, they really care about his wellbeing. They have many different activities for childrens development and my child learned many new things here. My son loves this daycare and so do we. He was always very happy to go every morning. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

2022-08-10I am so grateful for Solnishko daycare. All four children in our family went there and we couldn’t be happier. Wonderful teachers that foster a very warm and loving environment. Kids are always well fed and well taken care of there. Kids loved the music and dance classes that were offered and they really contributed to their development - parents always looked forward to the seasonal shows to see all the songs and dances that the kids learned throughout the year. 2022-09-10Day care SOLNISHKO is the only place I could leave my daughter with no doubts and come back to my work till evening. It was so much fun every day. I could see smile on my daughter’ face and willing go back every day there.You can be sure that your little one always will be fed, clean and having good nap.Another important detail I would like to mention is the teachers. They have really great personalities and they know how to keep kids interested and feel like they are at home.The owner put not only her time and knowledges into this cozy warm daycare but also her heart.Daycare Solnishko is the ONLY day care where you ll meet all your wishes and concerns.

Teachers are so caring🥰 My son used to wake up happy knowing he had to go to Solnishko daycare. I knew he was very happy there as he was truly loved by Ilona, Natasha and Marina. I can see how much effort and dedication they put into every child development. Big thanks to Kristina for making delicious home made food, to music, dance teacher and Ilona for making those terrific performances. It is so sad we had to leave, but I promise we’ll come to visit you. 2021-11-06Amazing Daycare! My daughter attended Solnishko for over one year from Sept 2020-Oct 2021 (then we moved) and I cant say enough good things about this incredible center. The owner Ilona and teachers care for the children as if they were their own. The food is homemade, healthy and fresh every day. The activities are endless and always targeted to the age and abilities of the individual child. My daughter came home happy, singing and dancing everyday. They also helped me with potty training which was huge. They are clean, COVID compliant and safe with regards to sicks days. I highly recommend this daycare!

2021-05-20My daughter have been going to Solnishko for 2 years now and we have been very happy. This place and people there are fantastic! Everything is clean, organized and there are a lot of activities to help her grow, develop and keep her busy and entertained. These are not just some babysitters! They actually really work with the kids by doing different classes and events which also get professionally filmed and you are provided a copy. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a quality daycare.

2019-05-15Every morning, whem my daughter recognizes from car window her daycare she becomes happiest and most excited child in the world!!! I am very happy myself to see how every morning she is greeting caregivers and dives into magical, adventerous, educational, safe and caring environment!!!
