I really like going to this place, they do a good job. But the receptionist is super rude. I asked a question and she had a terrible attitude for no reason. I tried to be polite and even said thank you at the end, she just ignored it. I felt super bad. Not coming back EVER AGAIN!

I left a suit there, they cleaned it but I took 3 days extra. Over all they have good service, just make sure you get an exact quote on when it will be done by.

I consistently use Solution Cleaners and they are consistently reliable with their dry cleaning service! Their pricing is excellent and everyone provides wonderful customer service. Please note I have not used them for any alterations or special orders.

If you would like your clothes ruined and shrunk and a owner that yells at you when you complain about it. This is your place! They have ruined over 3 thousand dollars worth of pants that are now to small and they did nothing to help.

Took in my grey down jacket to get washed. Literally went in and said wash this jacket when i go back to pick it up the seams of the jacket are all bright pink. I now have a grey with pink striped jacket, and I am a man! They told me they dry cleaned it, the tag on the jacket clearly says do not dry clean. they did not offer me money for a replacement or atleast waive the cost of the service.I gave them another chance and brought in my black down jacket another day and when i pick it up the jacket is completely flat. I told her why isnt it fluffy she said she recieved it from me like that i then get home and find out the jacket is still wet inside.
