South shore alarms did our video surveillance system at my home and I am extremely happy with the service Matt and Ron provided. They were on time,courteous and very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking there security services.
We’ve been using South Shore alarm for over 4 years and couldn’t be happier. They always answer the phone and are super nice and helpful. Matt and Ron took their time and helped us troubleshoot a new door sensor right over the phone. Highly recommend!
Matt did the surveillance and audio at my business, Scharff & Sons Tattoo. He was very friendly and arrived on time for all appointments. The work was done quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgable and was able to walk us through anything we needed.

The absolute WORST alarm company there is in Nassau County.An alarm company should not cause hardship but rather set up a reliable system which they have not done for me. Theyve also been dishonest with regards to billing. Stay away from these guys at all costs.
We Have Been with South Shore Alarms For over 10 years. They are Always there when I need them, extremely professional and just great people to work with. I would recommend them to everyone I know, and I have!!
So I had a problem with my motion in my bedroom. Called his office yesterday.. by chance had someone in the area as I was calling sent them over with 1 hr. I was all set up and running.. Now I know not to expect that all the time but it was so NICE to see a small business that really cares about there customers!! Thanks so much South Shore Alarms

The worse experience I have ever had with a security company. Really any company.Service is slow and lethargic. My System has not worked properly since installed.They make appointments and dont show and to this day my system still does not work properly.
Great company, great service. Been with them for 7 years never one issue. Ask for Ron he is the owner and a straight up guy.
Tragic customer service on par with ADT... Which in its self says a lot I would not recommend them or there services as they are out dated and obsolete.

2022-07-22I have been working with south shore alarms for almost 18 years and they have been an asset to our company. Not only for burglar and fire alarm support but there help with tech on a timely manner has saved us a ton of money and time. Customer service is top notch and I highly recommend them.

2017-11-17South Shore Alarms is an amazing security company. I recently had a system installed by them and they were top notch. Ron is very professional and a pleasure to work with. Matt really knows all about the newest technology and is very helpful guiding and explaining how everything works. The installation went quick and easy thanks to Matt. I would recommend them for all your security needs.

2018-03-03South shore alarms is the best you can hire. Their professonalisim is unmatched and they are extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of home security. The two gentlemen that came to do the install were beyond helpful and they really did go above and beyond to do the job right and make it look amazing!!!! Ron was a great guy to deal with, who went out of his way to accommodate me on short notice. Going forward I will use South Shore alarms for anything I may need in the future!!
