I had such a great experience at this dealership. Tom the finance manager did everything to get us the best possible deal. He even purchased lunch for us while we took time to make a decision. He took the time to get to know my wife and I instead of just forcing a sale. Zaid was also wonderful and very knowledgeable. He made sure to explain everything about the car we were purchasing. Overall A+ experience.
Tom our Finance Manager was extremely helpful in finding the right car for us. We had a specific budget and he spent time with us finding the right car, and we are extremely happy with the purchase and actually feel like we got an amazing deal which is an uncommon feeling to come out of a dealership with. I would highly recommend them as youre sure to find exactly what youre looking for and they will spend the time with you to find the right car for you - true white glove treatment which can always be appreciated. Gerald, the salesperson was also very courteous and helpful throughout the process.
I bought a Toyota Camry SE of my choice. The sales person Hassan was very good. Their GM Antony was very helpful and very cooperative. They offered to correct some of the issues in the car. The negotiation went well and I believe that the final price was reasonable. I did not get good rate on the loan though I had an excellent credit score. Was convinced that I could prepay the loan with no penalty. Overall I am happy with the purchase. Thanks to South Shore Mitsubishi for helping me in this purchase.

Picked up this amazing Sakhir Orange BMW M4 last week from South Shore Mitsubishi. And i must say Steve was amazing to work with, he made the transaction simple and extremely smooth. This is definitely one of the easiest experiences at a dealership. Also a shoutout to the guys in finance Oliver and Yusuf, 2 great hard working individuals that are really helpful. I will be definitely be resorting to them in the future when it’s time for a new car. If you’re looking for a car i would definitely head to them asap.

It was a great leasing experience. I got an Outlander and worked with Shania S., who handled all my questions professionally and sincerely. Thanks to the wonderful Shania at South Shore Mitsubishi I had an easy, smooth and hassle free experience buying my car. I was a bit nervous on my way in as buying a car can often times be stressful, but she made the process so easy by breaking everything down and made it all easy to understand & also worked with my budget and got me a wonderful deal. She was very informative, friendly, patient and made sure all bases were covered and I left with my lovely new car the same day. Everyone else I met there that was apart of the process (in the finance dept, etc) was also wonderful and helpful. Went in there with my guards up because me and the wife dealt with a few sneaky car salesmen before going there. The sales rep, Shania, was able to take my guards down and make me feel like were not being scammed here. Overall experience is really good and she is a wonderful sales person who follows up and communicates with us after the sale. Awesome place, awesome manager.
Gerald Augustin helped me trade in my Jeep and purchase a used car. He was very helpful and made the process easy and painless. I was surprised to be leaving the same day with my new car!Tom (in finance) was also incredibly helpful. I was very overwhelmed with all the different financing choices, prices, etc. He sat down with me and really broke things down until I felt comfortable. Everything went very smoothly. With all the craziness and inflation prices of cars in the past few months, ive been extremely fed up and frustrated. Ive been Searching for a semi- reasonable price and was loosing all hope until i finally came to South shore mitsubishi. Steve G handled everything with ease and gave me the best pricing i could find from Long Island to Jersey. My experience here was made pleasurable and steve had me in a new car within no time. Horrible service. Brought my car in for routine maintenance and they gave my car more problems. Dont do your differential here. Dont do any major work that isnt simple. They do not treat your car with love, And will give your car faulty issues just for you to return for them to charge you an arm and a leg to fix it. These people are a scam and will ruin your car so you can spend more money. If I could give them negative Stars I would.

South Shore Mitsubishi was perfect🎉. I had a horrible experience at Millennium Toyota on 257 N. Franklin St. in Hempstead. The representative at Toyota had me sit for 6 hours, promised me three different cars only to be told they couldn’t help me and turned me away. I went to South Shore Mitsubishi the very next morning and walked out with a new car! My seller was Shane. He’s an amazing representative, super compassionate and will not snow ball any one into a sale. He is sincere and dedicated. He turned a bad experience from one dealership to restoring my faith in car dealerships once again. Shane’s motto is “…I GOT YOU” that couldn’t be more accurate! SHADY! I bought a car from them and my driver side door wasn’t attached to the automatic locks. Then they told me they fully cleaned my car but I found dog hair all over my car. No way it was properly cleaned. They were pressing me to write a review before I could even get in the car and now I know why. They were hiding that the car had damage on the passenger side. Beware!
Since my lease for my Mitsubishi eclipse cross was ending I knew I wanted a new car but something bigger. I decided to try a new Mitsubishi then the one I first purchased my car . I went to South Shore Mitsubishi in Freeport and I knew right away it was a great choice. I work with Shania and explained to her my concerns from my past experience that I had a high interest rate and I definitely wanted to get into something more nicer and much bigger. Shania had recommended to me the fully loaded Mitsubishi outlander black edition. I love it the color , the blacked out trim and wheels , she was professional And well equipped on knowledge of the vehicle .I love my new car !!!!!!!!!! I went to buy a 2019 Acura Rdx with 39.000 miles that I have been talking to their sales person Maria for about a month, so I finally find to time to view the car and take a ride. The car price move from sticker price of $30.000 to $45000. . I wanted to put down $.7000 and finance the rest instead of subtracting my ,$7000 downpayment they add it to make $37 000 and with tax and their other skulldugry bring it to $45000 this place is the most deceptive you will ever come across.
I had requested for an appointment for recall and oil change. But when I arrived they had not recorded my request was for oil change but accommodated it the last minute. They did not offer to setup my next appointment. They quoted 69.95 on phone for oil change but in arrival said 89.95. not visiting this dealership again.
I was there looking at an x5 , everything was good until the finance manager show up , told me you need to put else 7000 down which it was fine to me but I ask him can he make sure that’s all I need first, he replied ( I won’t do anything until you show me you have the money on hand ) I think that’s very disrespectful not to mention I have my kids with me ,I’m wearing a Rolex with designer clothes , so I walk out from there, also I took a 2nd look of the car and see a paint job was done on it , they tell me the car have a clean , and they can Polish that off, I feel like rest time going there also got very disappointed with the way The finance manager act , if I can put no star I will do it
I have a good baying experience at this dealership,I came in to find out information about the outlander and Rafael received me in a very friendly way and provided me with the information I was looking for. At that time he did not have the model Available that was looking for, but the next day he received the model I wanted and immediately he called me. I ended up buying the Mitsubishi Outlander SEL . If you are looking for a dealership during the pandemic and don’t want to pay inflated prices, this is the place to be. The sales staff is very courteous! However, the salesmen that stand out the most is Steven. He was able to walk us through all of our questions and was readily able to correct any discrepancies if need be.
Amazing experience buying a car for the first time, Steve took his time to explain pricing to us as well as Anthony the manager making my family feel welcomed and properly informed. I normally dread going car shopping because as a single woman with no knowledge of cars and pricing I tend to feel intimidated. Upon my visit I was introduced to Gerald who later became my salesperson. He asked what I needed the car for and I explained to him that it was mostly for commute to and from work in the city. He gave me ideas and recommended that I get a car that is good with gas etc. After choosing my car (that i love so much) I was introduced to my finance manger Yusef. He was very polite and detailed in explaining my contract downpayment and monthly payments. I had a great experience and I would highly recommend checking them out.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. Gerald Augustin and Anthony (manager) was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would like to compliment STEVE!! For taking good care of me. After losing my car in the storm/flood I was left without a car. Went to so many different dealerships, was not able to find what I wanted, and in my price range. At one point I gave up on looking for a car and life smh, because I felt like nothing was working out for me. I kept asking myself to hat have I done wrong in life and why is it so hard, I cried on my to work Saturday afternoon . While at work I decided to try one last time to look for a car, so I went on south shore Mitsubishi website, looking for cars came across few cars in my price range. I received a phone call from Steve (sales associate) on Saturday, about my interest in a car that I view and was interested in on the website. I told him what my price range was, he said “I got you” for me to give him a text Monday morning. This morning I texted him with pics of the cars I liked and was affordable for me. Steve asked me to send him over my info so he can take care of everything, because I wasn’t able to go in due to school, so I did send him what he needed. He call me with good news, he was able to get me something better than What I send him and in my price range, a brand new 2021 Mitsubishi Outland sport. All I had to do when I went in was sign some papers and collect my keys☺️ Lucky me right!! STEVE thank you so much for your help I really appreciate it and you made my day. Thank thank thank!!!
None of the prices are correct. I just finally spoke to the manager and he said hes sorry but the car listed for 35,999 will be 41,000 before taxes. This dealership is a scam. Stay away from these scummy people. Plenty of companies out there that will be straight forward with you. Straight scammers. 0 stars if possible.

They was amazing at first! Bought a car from them and during the buying process they were helpful but within a week the car started shutting off on me on the highway … was losing money taking Uber’s and they were very bad with communication to help fix the car … really seemed like they didn’t care… back and forth three times and finally got it taken to Jeep and it’s now in decent shape but i felt very ignored the entire time trying to fix the car.
This dealership is super amazing and so is the staff!! Kerly was amazing and helped me choose the car that was right for me! they helped me out with all the paperwork and insurance for the car to get a great deal. I recently inquired about a 2013 328 BMW for my daughter‘s 18th birthday at South Shore Mitsubishi . I requested information about the vehicle within 10 minutes a lady by the name Elysha contacted me I was so surprised on her quickness but was grateful because I have a birthday deadline coming up which I explain to her. Elysha helped me set up my appointment to come in gave me all the information I needed about the vehicle.From carfacts on the car to even a FaceTime call to ensure me that the car was exactly how it looked on the website. I was traveling from Newark New Jersey and was not familiar with the area. I texted Elysha and she called me within minutes giving me step-by-step directions which I greatly appreciated. When I came in I was greeted by the warm smile from reception Jahnari Who gave me a complementary cup of espresso while I waited on my sales person to arrive .Steve greeted me and took me to one of the best test drives I think I’ve ever been on . I jokingly ask Steve if he used to work for BMW because he had so much facts and information about the car that I never even knew. They got me the lowest interest rate and the lowest payment because I expressed to them that I I really want this car to be affordable for my daughter to take over to give her a sense of independence. The numbers were great , the service was great and after that I even met with an amazing finance manager Oliver and a very helpful sales manager by the name Anthony.
Terrible experience. Came from Westchester County for 2014 Mercedes c-300 that was advertised for $14,752. The salesman tells me it does not include a $2,500 down payment and $3,500 certified status for the vehicle.Clearly false advertisement . I sincerely advise not to step foot in this dealership.
My fiancé and I went into the dealership not with the intent of purchasing a car. We were greeted by Ralphy who began to show us the different models of the outlander. We both knew it was the car for us but had to ensure we didn’t make that known right off the bat Ralphy showed us the few trims they had for this car and we ended up going for a test drive. Ralphy was very informative, honest and made the experience enjoyable. A few hours later we drove home in a new 2022 outlander. Process was smooth and Raphy and Oliver were both great from start to end!
BAD SOUTH SHORE MITSUBISHI, BAD!!! I was so happy that Freeport had open a mitsubishi dealer for I live in western nassau county. Im a EVO owner and love my car. I called to bring my car for service and dude was super rude he told me to go somewhere before I even finished trying to explain my situation. He put me on hold to find someone that can help me and just hung up. I called for the next 30 mins trying to get someone on the phone, granted it was 9am so people probably walking in. After calling for 30 mins finally got someone the same guy, super rude again but finally transferred me to the service department.( Which is was calling from the begin, but the parts guy kept picking up). Anyway service told me there wasnt any room to leave me car so they will call me back when space was available. Never got a call back. So I bite the bullet and sent my car to Pristine mitsubishi in Commack, which is the best place ever outstanding service super polite even when answering the phone. So I would rather pay for the extra mileage to Commack to know my car is taking well care of.

I would like to thank Anthony one of the managers at South Shore Mitsubishi for the courtesy extended for our inconvenience, and because he is amending some issues on a 2017 BMW x5 car that was sold to use by one of his agents by the name of Steve Gustos. My husband and I are happy to see that Anthony has stepped forward to address our dissatisfaction with the condition of the car and our overall experience. Anthony has addressed some issues after we brought the car back in yesterday. My husband and I are looking to have all addressed fully after the New Year. I am so happy I made the choice to purchase my car from South Shore Mitsubishi!! The whole entire staff were super friendly and accommodating. They listened to all of my concerns and made my purchase such an easy process. My salesman Carlos was wonderful to work with, his service is outstanding and he was very attentive to my needs and so patient with me! Carolina in finance is so easy to work with very knowledgeable and explained every detail to me without making me feel pressured. Theo the sales manager made sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed! Other than Mitsubishi they have a huge selection of luxury used cars in great condition! In searching for a reasonable priced and sized SUV started at a few dealerships which did not go well from pushy sales people and sales people who did not listen to the needs I was expressing. My car leasing journey ended at Southshore Mitsubishi in Freeport. I was welcomed by a pleasant receptionist and greeted warmly by Ms. Kerly who listened to my requirements such as price point, style and options required. The first day was not very successful as I could not get the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted and walked away a bit disappointed. Ms. Kerly reached out to me and advised she had a vehicle similar and at the price point I wanted. My second trip the deal was made and I am very happy with my entire experience. My vehicle is beautiful the experience was seamless and I left the dealership excited and confident.Thank you Ms. Kerly you are a great customer focus minded individual and you are quick to think outside the box and give options instead of saying the typical No or just put more money down. You showed that you care about your customer and want to ensure they are happy with their purchase.Once I can I will be purchasing a used vehicle for my college age son and will be requesting Ms. Kerly to assist us.

It was my first experience buying a car and it couldn’t have been a more perfect experience. After researching cars for months my husband and I came across South Shore Mitsubishi and I am so glad that we took a chance and visited the dealership. I was impressed that our temps were taken and everyone was spread apart at the dealership. Nicholas greeted us and immediately and was there to find out what I was looking for after showing a couple of cars he showed me a car that literally was the first car that I saw when I entered the dealership. He was so patient and did not rush me into deciding but rather gave me options and wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal and the best reliable car. He showed me a brand new car which I never thought that I would ever be able to get and I loved all the features and any questions I asked he answered. While waiting for my paperwork and application he came every so often and let me know exactly what they were waiting for. He kept us up to date and he made me a owner of a brand new 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross! In a beautiful blue! Not only did he make sure I got the best deal with the best features but went so far as to deliver my brand new car to South Jersey which is a 3 hour drive from the dealership not to mention bridges traffic etc. He met me at my home and made this process so stress free! I can’t thank him enough for bringing me my car and going above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back for a car for my husband!

I went there to look at cars because I am pregnant. Steve did not disclose the price of the car to me until after he ran my credit for approval and tried to convince me that paying $17,500 for a car that has 79,000 miles on it was a great deal. After I decided to take the evening to think about it and consult with my husband who is currently active duty military, I decide against it. Ofcorse before I left, Steve watched over my shoulder and waited as I submitted a great review for him and Carolina (even though I had not even made any decisions yet) I called Steve first thing the next day to give them the news and get my refund of $500. They put me off for weeks consistently calling me to try and get me to change my mind and never refunded me the money even after promises that the refund was processed. After I was requested to give them my entire bank card information to refund the money, I realized they were never going to try and refund me. I had to file a report with my bank. *****Do not go there and work with Steve or Carolina. If they make you promises, get it in writing. If they refuse, just walk away!! It’s not worth the headache.*****
WORST dealership ever. atrocious customer service they ignore legitimate questions and fees you lies they hide prices and they wont even give you a real invoice until you run your credit first and the apr rates they offer are criminal. this place is all around bad i was warned to watch out for john the gm carolina and steve and all the 1 star reviews are 1000% ACCURATE. this place is a huge cluster %^*# i mean the level or disrespect and lies they spew is shocking.i was 100% prepared to write a check and buy a car there but i couldnt get a straight answer as soon as they realized how much i could afford the price jumped 10k thats UNHEARD OF - i was expecting a bit of a price jump w dealer fees tax etc but this place is criminal. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE trust me im saving you the head ache and wasted $ not only majority of the cars sold here end up needing a lot of work. find a reputable dealer ship there are many good ones i love a good dealership but this one is BEYOND TRASH!!! the GM is 100% a scammer and the sales rep is an entitled angry woman you can tell shes bitter deep down and prejudice very sad situation some of the most ignorant people ive ever encountered.
Had an amazing experience buying a car here with family and friends. Zaid was an amazing help, he was very knowledgeable about cars, very patient, and supported us every step of the way. His service was phenomenal, and we are extremely happy buying a car here. Zaid made us feel welcome and comfortable when we were there. Already recommended this place to friends, and will definitely come back to get a future car.
DO NOT go to this dealership! this place is a scam. I met with them twice in person, and on my second visit I sat with a sales rep name Kerly, who went back and forth to discuss what I was looking for with this invisible sales manager of hers. We finally came to an agreement, got to a monthly price I was comfortable with, she had me fill out a credit application, they ran my credit, came back and told me to put down a deposit and to come back in 2 days to pickup the car. This all happened on Saturday, and on Monday Kerly called me in the morning to tell me the entire deal was different now; the agreement we had come to on Saturday was not going to work, even though they took a deposit from me, ran my credit report, and I have her hand written notes on what the deal was. I asked to speak to her manager who basically did nothing and owned up to making shady deals with customers. Im still waiting for them to refund my deposit. Save your self a lot of trouble and unnecessary damage to your credit and STAY AWAY FROM SOUTH SHORE MITSUBISHI!
Gerald Augustin was an amazing help… I was really nervous about buying my first car even was more nervous but he kept reassuring me that he wouldn’t try to get over on me … by the time that I actually bought the car I was 100% confident in leaving that I made a good deal! … would highly recommend
I called about a Honda Accord that they list for $15,998 on autotrader . I told the woman I wanted to pay cash and she said the price is actually $23,500 . I questioned why all of a sudden that car is not $15,998 and she gave me some story about financing thru their dealership .. I asked why the autotrader ad says $15,998 and she tried to explain to me that the difference is in the fine print below the pics . Most ads for Autotrader list the price of the car and thats it -- there is no long story about this fee and that fee and financing thru them ... blah,blah,blah . This is extremely deceitful with this bait and switch type garbage. Would be better served to just list the price they want for the car. This is part of the stigma with these car dealers . Very dishonest-- be wary of dealing with these people

We contacted the dealership by way of Cars.com in reference to stock MU1149. Attached is the add placed. Upon arriving at the location the sales person ran upstairs to the finance person who stated that the car we were there for was actually the price for a 2016 model and the price for the vehicle is $48990.00 Of course we did not believe the bait and switch for a moment. As we were walking to our car, we encountered another customer there for a car purchase. An hour later as we were at the BMW dealership in Huntington we encountered the customer we passed on our way exiting. He too had the EXACT issue, they told him that the price he saw online was for a 2016 car and not the car he was there to purchase. Happy ending for Habberstad, 2 purchases while shady Southshore Mitsubishi will continue to deceive and advertise fraudently.
Just took home my first new car with the help of Nick Clara he was exceptional very easy going and helpful. The sales manager Photios and financial manager Carolina were nothing but forthcoming with information to help me make the best decision. Doing this by myself and as my first time I would 10 out of 10 recommend this dealership . Thanks so much guys !!!!
I came here not expecting to get a new car on the same day. I was introduced to Oliver and he was extremely helpful from the beginning. After a quick look around we were not decided on which car was going to be the best for us but thank to Oliver who helped clear our doubts and advised us, we ended up getting the best deal we could’ve imagined. 2022-04-10New car alert! Went to a few dealerships in Brooklyn and didn’t find anything that caught my eye. We ended up going to this dealership in Freeport LI. As soon as we walked through the doors, the entire atmosphere was welcoming. The employees were amazing. They confirmed my appointment and we were offered a seat and a salesperson was with us within no time. They were willing to answer any questions that we had. They really offered phenomenal service and was able to find me an auto loan with the lowest interest rate and payments that fit my budget. It’s a win win. A big thank you to the entire staff!

2022-02-07I walked into this dealership after being denied by 3 other dealerships. Not knowing much about finance because this was my first autoloan- Tom the Finance Manager here and his team went above and beyond to get me approved with minimum down. I am beyond words on my experience at this dealership, not only did I get the approval I was hoping for but that too on a brand new 2022 Mitsubishi Mirage!! Tom explained the entire breakdown and how Ill be helping my credit in the future. If you have bad credit or have never had an auto loan in the past are looking to get in a car - call this place and ask for Tom!! Youll be glad you did. 2021-10-21Steve was amazing! I live 2 hours away and we did it all through phone calls and text. He was attentive and REAL! He even texted me pictures of the car with his phone so that I didn’t have to go off of the professional photos listed. I highly recommend south shore Mitsubishi. Vinny was able to get me the best rate. They are straight shooters, which I really appreciated. They even gave me top dollar for my trade in. Don’t hesitate to call them. Their showroom is insane. Every car is perfect.
