South Shore Vapor Lounge has some of the BEST house juices on Long Island (likely the Northeast) Staff is friendly, informed and professional. I highly recommend.
Ive just recently become a CBD user to help with my hyper anxiety. Heres a place I go to get my gummies, pens, oil, etc. The staff is friendly and its a nice environment.
Great place very nice helpful staff I went there to find an option to stop smoking and they did not try to sell me some expensive multiple piece vape just recommended an inexpensive juul which for me has worked to eliminate cigarettes from my life. Happy customer here and its the only place I go for my refills!!

2022-03-16I’m so happy I found South Shore Vapor Lounge. I’ve spent years going to different vape shops because I was never satisfied after the first or second visit. This place is great! The first time I visited the shop, I had called first to make sure they were open. Michelle had told me that they were actually closing up but offered to wait for me to rush over… talk about going above and beyond for your customers. I had a few questions and Rick was more than knowledgeable, in regards to all my questions. They always have the coils I need unlike the other shop, near my house, that I use to frequent. I’ll gladly drive the extra distance to be their customer. Friendly and knowledgeable; they are the perfect example of what a great vape shop should be like.

2021-11-08I cannot believe I waited this long to give SSV a 5 star review. Ive been a customer for many years and the consistency no matter who is working is great. Rick is awesome. No matter what question i have, silly or not he always helps me out. Michelle, the owner is a sweetheart. They really care about their customers.

2019-03-15This place is awesome. I love the flavors they have and I had one made for me for the first time and I don’t regret it. I recommend it to anyone. The place has a really cool vibe. The guy Rick who helped me knew his stuff and was helpful, cool dude. I figured out the reason my coils were messed up. This is going to be the only place I go from now on. Had to write a review.

2017-06-25Doesnt have my usual juices, but they were able to show me a delicious new one within minutes. Above and beyond a typical shop, the employee warned me that this particular line has a top that tends to pop off, and, to save me from dumping juice on myself, he offered to transfer bottle to one of the shop bottles and even carefully peeled the label off and transferred it to the safer bottle he gave me. I think this may become one of my new regular vape shops.

2017-03-24Best vape shop serving the greater Patchouge area, and Ive been to a bunch of them. JP and crew are always willing to help me try to fix whatever issues Im having, and are great for recommending any new products or flavors I might like. They also take phone orders so I can call up and order my house juice so it is mixed and ready to go as soon as I get there. Oh and I like the loyalty system they have in place, very nice and has some good rewards. Tell them Nick sent you!

2016-06-04Great experience! My husband and I are from Chicago and this was his first cape place to check out in Florida, the service was amazing not only were they extremely helpful but they created just the right flavor he was looking for. Will definitely return when we are in town.

2017-11-28Been a customer for about 2 months here, first time bought a aspire breeze. I was having battery issues with my vape; brought it in today and before I could finish my sentence about the problem the owner was pulling out a brand new box to replace the unit for free. I dont know much about Vapes but if you want quality reliable service this is the place to go without question. Best customer service Ive had in a long time. Customer for life here.

2017-07-22Love these guys!! I wont go anywhere else they help me for free if my vape is broken and put it back in place, they let you try any of their stores vape oil before you buy (which is essential to me!) To see if you like it. They dont do that at many other places.

2018-05-25Love this place and the people who work there. I was definitely disappointed they wouldnt do a cash return for me and only gave me a store credit BEFORE TAX. Other than that whole strange and unheard of policy I adore the place
