The Food is Crazy Great and the Service is even better! Prompt and Polite employees make ordering and delivery easy breezy. Everything I have ordered has been delicious and cooked well. Horrible customer service. I order a xtra large pizza half cheese and half sausage. I receive a pizza with all sausage. I contacted them to ask to replace the incorrect pizza and I’ll bring back the other pizza. They refused. I am deadly allergic to pork and they basically forced me to eat something that would kill me and refuse to return back my money. If I could give no stars i would.
Ordered both the fish sandwich and fish dinner and came out horrible, there was no fish fried, the fries were dried out, ended up having to throw out whole meal and order somewhere else. Would recommend going anywhere else for food.
My wife and I ordered from South Side Wings and would not recommend this place. Very very poor service and there food wasnt at all what they calm there food is. If I could I would take back that one star. I wont order from these bums ever again.
Small shop with friendly service. Chicken seafood pizza desserts. Fast orders but kinda let down because fish was big and fried well but dry. Mac salad was average but cheesecake was top. Prices was somewhat average.

After a horrible experience with another place not delivering our food but claiming they did, we called South Side Wings and they delivered our order faster than expected and it was hot and fresh.The eggplant parm sub was perfection😍

NEVER ORDER HERE. they will charge you extra in hopes you dont question it. Theyll blame it on management if you still question it because the total is still way to high your order will be canceled. Im never been so disgusted by a pizza place! If you want better food and the prices advertised call the one on butternut.
Lemon pepper sauce was excellent on the wings. The garlic wings were good, but could probably be kicked up a notch.

Had to go to the store to order, phone was busy for 20 minutes. Ordered a sheet pizza with half pepperoni and sausage, half mushroom and extra cheese. Was charged for 3 toppings ok technically, 3 different things, even if only half the pizza had it... I can see it. It took an hour and a half for our food to arrive, again busy friday, I get it. But the pizza was cold and the wings were hot. It travelled 1 block from the store. I was disappointed, we order semi-regularly we dont usually have trouble, but this time was very disappointing.
Have eaten here many times before and love their chicken, variety of flavors and the chicken pockets are out of this world! However. ..called to place an order for delivery and the person who answered was beyond RUDE! I just moved to my current address and wasnt sure if they delivered here so that was my very first question. He said sharply oh hell no, BYE! Call the other chicken place, rattled off the number and slammed down the phone!! Ummm...ok. What Mister Customer Service of The Year Award didnt know is that I like their food so much, that I was willing to place the order and GO PICK IT UP!! But were good: I follow instructions VERY well; I called the other chicken place and had no trouble placing m order. You will not have to worry about me EVER placing an order here again. As much as I love the food here, I absolutely cannot deal with blatant rude customer service because some else will gladly take my business. ...
Looks can be deceiving. This small little restaurant serves food with big taste. Also, dont let the name fool you. Not only do they have wings, they prepare all sorts of food like, pizza, calzones, pasta and much more.I will definitely visit this place again.
2hr delivery...cold food and incomplete order. The driver said he would be back with the rest of the order and never showed. I called and was put on hold for ten minutes and finally just gave up on them. Horrible food and service. Waste of money.
I ordered two sub sandwiches to be delivered to my home. One sub was described as as an Italian mixed cold cut sub. When I but into it it had no ittalian flavit and when I looked the mice was ham and hard salami which is not much of a mix and not a real big flavor especially with all the mayo. I guess if o drank a beer with it I would have not noticed but I do not drink. I call the business to let them know I was unhappy with thier product and the owner said I was worse than a drunk because I had the hall to call and complain. Now I never asked for a refund or replacement as I ate most of the sandwich that I could. Because I waited and hour for it, I was hungery!

Will I never order from these people again. They forgot some of my items in my order, and I called the store numerous of times and the man who answered was rude. And said that the delivery guy was out and going to give us our missing items. That was a little after 8pm and its now after midnight. Im officially done with this restaurant, will never order again.
Awesome chicken. One thing that would make it 5 stars is to have the chicken just a tad crispier. The woman who answers the phone is fast, efficient, and polite. Glad to have decent eteries on the Southside other than fast food.

Got 2 calzones one with ham and pineapple - the pineapple they forgot but it was hot the other calzone was green peppers, Onions,mushrooms No ricotta cheese and extra mozzarella cheese mine was so cold the cheese was hard tried to call manager he got in at six haven’t heard back yet I won’t be back oh ya it’s not wings over Syracuse anymore under new management will not be going back

Go there for lunch occasionally, as far as quality they are above and beyond any chain fast food joints, i havent had everything on the menu yet but working on it, their deli offerings and fish are top notch which i wouldnt have expected from a wings and pizza place by the name on the sign

2022-02-07I ordered two Philly cheese steaks that took over an hour to be made and delivered, and when they came they were literally empty. A few pieces of meat and a little cheese and that was it. I used to really enjoy this place but since the pandemic its clear that management no longer cares for quality. I mean I paid for food and got almost nothing.

Wings are great not too big or small, they’re usually crispy I always go with classic hot for my sauce, throw in a personal (ny style)pizza for $5 with some wedges… smh the place is genius! Great customer service too!

2018-09-28How are they still in business? By far the worst pizza and wings I’ve ever had. Ordered pizza and wings. Takes over an hour to be delivered and when I finally get it, everything’s cold so I have to re-heat it. Bite into the pizza and taste something sour. The pineapple is spoiled or something and is absolutely awful. Try to scape off the rotten chunks and the cheese looks like it was about to go bad too. The green peppers were so dry you swear they pulled them from a desert or something.Opened the box for some wings and immediately toss them out. Doesn’t even look like it was cooked. Just slapped some sauce on them and made sure they were defrosted enough to send out.Do not recommend in any form or fashion

2018-06-04I ordered food at a little past 7:30pm I was told 30 mins. Almost a hour plus I got part of my meal. I ordered a 20 piece chicken with wedges and a soda. I got the wings and soda. I called back at 9:05pm to find out where the food was. After another 10 mins I got my food well part. I called back and spoke to Joselin; who told me that she was sending the driver back out in 15 mins to bring the rest of my meal that now I’ve waited over 2 hours attempting to feed kids and all. After a entire hour NOTHING...🤬🤬🤬. I call back and ask to speak to somebody in charge. I was pasted to three different people, which nobody helped. They wouldn’t answer why I had to wait for the rest of my meal. The driver got on the phone and kept asking me “what do you want, what do you want” “why are you complaining” are you serious I paid $25 for food that I didn’t receive and you’re asking why I’m frustrated. I didn’t curse or threaten them which the breaded chicken was overly seasoned extremely salty and over cooked. Yet I didn’t complain about it, I just threw that part away. Finally the driver come over to bring me part of my money that I learned would come out of his pocket. Which is wrong, although he was extremely rude and nasty in the phone why should he have to pay out of his pocket? Then the kicker is because I had the nerve to call back and complain they had the nerve to tell me not to call back and order. Cool. You all lost a customer because you all didn’t pack my food correct OR know what customer service is. As you can see how many times you have to call to get through and then get served as if “just give me your money and go away, you have no right to complain...
