Employees are crooks, they charge based on the car you drive. I saw a customer with a Mercedes get charged $50 for 1hr when the rate on the board was around $29. I was charged $37 for an hour. I would strongly encourage the owner/management to monitor their employees. I bet they keep that extra cash they are making.

Im a construction worker and i parked from 630 am so first off I was told a price on how much it would be when I got back to the lot and 11pm the price I was told was diffrent by 20 bucks . second thing the man telling me the price could never be so instead of hearing me all he did was keep repeating the price I told him why would I park here for that price when three places around are half the price. So needless to say I had to pay. Dont ever use this place there a rip off and there a bunch of litres to get you to park
This is absolutely the worst place to park. The staff are immensely SLOW in every way. they are the most Prejudice set of crooks Ive ever come across, it all depends what type of car you drive. They are STUPID, unprofessional and rude. Do Not Park Here!! It could cost Free, Do Not Park Here.
What a rip off at the beginning i ask the guy for the fare he said it was 26 all day when i show up to pick up my car a few hours later not even 3 hours they ending charge me 56 dollar i try to look for explanation but that fat guy was very rude givme my change and ignored me what a dissatisfied visit what worse place to leave your car
I work in the area and do daily parking. It takes them so long to park my car. There has been several times I’ve had to wait almost 30 mins or more to park my car. I’ve been late to work a few times and that’s with me arriving almost an hour early. This is unacceptable!!!! Many of my colleagues have stopped parking their cars at this location for this same very reason. What makes the situation worse is, most of the parking lot attendants in the morning time are inconsiderate, sarcastic, and rude to customers. They have never been rude to me directly but I’ve seen and heard statements they’ve made.

2022-04-24Worst garage in NYC. They think it’s normal to have you wait 10+ minutes just to be able to pull your car in to park even as a monthly paying $700+. They consistently leave cars unattended blocking the ramp in. They also never know where they park your car, it takes me longer to retrieve my car than it does to drive to NJ. They also offer a texting service yet never use it and never have your car ready. I’ve been a monthly in garages that when you text your car is waiting and when you come back you can pull it in and just get out without having to wait for them to attend to you. The service at this garage is not the nyc norm even though the attendants seem to think so.

2022-07-15I don’t know what they did but the interior of my car stinks after leaving it with them and I can’t get rid of the stench. Very difficult and time consuming getting in and out as well.

2019-01-05So I thought this place was going to be a standard parking garage that you pay for a few hours. After being told it was $45 the whole day I said “no worries ill find somewhere else. “They told me they couldn’t possibly open the gate until a minimum of three hours unless I stayed, and paid the $45. They told me they couldn’t reach management on the weekend (they did) and they tried taking $15 off when I told them I wanted to leave. The 30 minutes had past until they finally let me leave. And I suggest that none of you waste your time here.

2022-06-04THINK TWICE BEFORE PARKING HERE. EMPLOYEES WILL RANSACK YOUR VEHICLE AND STEAL FROM YOU. AND WHEN YOU CALL THE MANAGER TO COMPLAIN, HELL SWITCH OFF HIS PHONE. Who knows what other type of illicit business happens here.

2021-08-31The staff here were rude to us from the start. Almost didn’t honor our parking pass from a parking app. When we went to go pick up our car, one of the staff members, somehow picked up my partner was Hispanic and pulled my partner aside then spoke to him in Spanish knowing I wouldn’t understand. He told my partner “ and our tip?” And went on about how much he earns and guilted my partner into tipping him before being able to leave. A tip was going to be given but after that much hassle and harassment for one, we decided to leave. Not planning to come back.

2021-09-12We came here for a short 2 hour stay and used Spot Hero. We have a Tesla and left the car to not automatically lock, turned the pin to drive off and left the key in the car. The attendant had us park at the base of the entrance and asked us if we left the card in the car and assured him the car would not lock. We leave come back after 1.5 hours and the same attendant proceeds to yell at us. He accuses us of locking the car on our phone which led to them not being able to move the cars. We said it was unlocked the whole time (we checked on the app about thirty minutes after we left). He proceeded to yell at my partner while I checked us out and kept blaming us. When we got in the car to leave he came up next to our car and said it was our fault. If you are a Tesla driver or just a driver in general, do not use this place. Extremely disorganized, unfriendly and quick to blame the customer.

2021-10-24If I could rate this garage a 0 I would. Staff was so rude and kept pushing me to one person to another. I went to pickup my Zipcar, one guy told me to go to another guy because he was so busy, then I went to another guy and I told him I was picking up my Zipcar and he said “okay and?” He told me to pick any car and take it. I didn’t know how to use Zipcar or the process of unlocking the car. I waited an hour from what I had to pick up my car and then the car had damages. Overall, it was a disappointment.

2018-11-21I would not suggest this location unless you just want convenience of parking next to the World Trade Center. The person I was dealing with when entering didnt speak much English, and didnt tell me about the upcharge they were going to charge me due to my vehicle size. Which is family size for me as I have 7 people in my house. I wonder if they consider Minivan as oversized vehicle also. Also I had to wait almost 20 minutes and call someone by yelling at them multiple times as they were just taking new cars and wouldnt allow me to leave after I had paid for my vehicle.

2018-08-01This garage has the worst customer service Ive ever received. They refused to honor the parking coupon I purchased earlier in the day and held my car captive until I paid the entire daily rate. Instead of apologizing for the mistake they made me and the other customers who had the same problem feel like we were the ones at fault. And the manager was declared to be off that day, or at least he might have been hiding to avoid the the huge line of complaining customers. So the car attendant had to communicate everyones complaints by phone, which made the entire problem much more frustrating. Basically I felt like they ripped me off. In all my years visiting NY I have never experienced anything even remotely similar. Thankfully, there are plenty of other reputable garages in the area.
