We brought ticket for a boat ride that was set to leave at 1:00pm and return at 4:30, however; we sat there until about 1:45pm and it appears that everyone had different ticket because people kept coming to the boat upto 1:30pm. The boat returned at 3:20pm I wouldnt recommend the boat ride there from empire cruise. Music was nice though.
Excellent parking lot for events taking place at Skyport Marina. Not cheap but thats NYC for you. A bit tricky to get to if youre coming off the FDR, Im actually really not sure how all the traffic flow signs work there cuz its right underneath the FDR, but I think if you either just from straight down 23rd street from the West going East youll just hit it straight ahead of you and you can go right in, or you can also (I think) get off the FDR Northbound and ride the ramp / exit lane all the way down along where it says 20 - 23rd street, follow along north until you get underneath the highway and then make a right into the lot. There is a sign which says no turns though, which is where it gets confusing , but there is a gas station there as well which you can turn into.Parking is not valet, but the there is plenty of parking in the garage, its multi level and the ramps to get to the upper levels were not super hard to navigate. Good luck and enjoy youre time in the area!
Parking attendants are very dishonest. Parking rate says up to 12 hrs is $25.34 + Tax, which comes to $30. Call management the twice to verify the rate. Which was verified on each occasion. Today the parking attendant wanted to charge $40, claiming SUV you pay more. Nothing on the their sign says nothing about SUV....Dishonest Bleep Bleep!!!!!
Good people, but garage is getting run down - drips and stains on cars. Crazy during the boat cruises.
Price for parking during an event is expensive and the elevator wasnt working I had to walk down 4 flights with heels onThank God the party was 🔥🔥🔥
Well, entering at 12.16 PM and leaving 1 hour later costs you 40 bucks straight up! Half-hour rate only applies to, well, half an hour. Afterwards you get charged for 12 hours + 10 dollars SUV charge plus TAX = 40. Nah, forget it!

First of all it sucked all around pricey service horrible.we were told we were gonna be out there for 4 hours and we were there for 1 hours and 30 mimutes.its horrible service we sat in this stupid boat for 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for people to come.it was my first time and I hated the experience dont waste your time and money.its a rip off.

Pretty average cruises, standard cruises go down to the statue of liberty and around the south end of the island a bit, no shade and nothing to do while waiting.

2021-09-11Very nice place, didnt give me any hassle. the garage was clean and it had the charging station. I came during the night time, i was a little worried about parking my car there, but the employee who worked the night there said i have nothing to worry about it. that my car is safe. I parked the car for 30 dollars. he gave me a handicap parking available. it wasnt expensive at all. Thank you so much.

2020-11-19I reserved my parking and paid a day in advance. I was informed that my parking spot was reserved and would be held. When I arrived to the parking lot the attendant tried to wave me away. I called her to my car and told her that I already paid and was supposed to have my spot reserved. She informed me the lot was full and it is not her problem. I reserved and prepaid to avoid this issue, so I will never use this garage again. Also, the attendant needs customer service training.

2021-11-23Literally pulled right up to the water @ the bp gas station & here i was. Small, not really any room for a truck, a semi shouldnt pull in here.
