Horrible service. So after apparently being there less than ten mins guy keeps telling me i had to move my car immediately for the next car Couldnt even finish drying off my car. Wanted to go for a wax even had a little bit of soap left on my car but nooo i got rushed to get out of there and this is only my second time going! Didnt know the jeep behind me had special privileges and that i had to stop cleaning my car because the jeep is more important. Wont ever go there again!
Definitely the worst car wash Ive used in Buffalo, which is really saying something, because the majority of the self washes around here are very poorly maintained. I washed my car when it was chilly out and I was the only person there, yet the water was ice cold. The water pressure was very poor. There was NO SOAP except the occasional appearance of some bubbling, and you annoyingly get more suds on rinse and spot free rinse--when you obviously dont want them--than on the actual soap setting. Very disappointed. Now I have to go through an automated wash and spend another $10. I didnt use the vacuums, so I cant comment on them.
Would be 5 stars if all washing spots were operational. Only 2 car wash stations.
Needed to power wash something. If I did it in our driveway I would have had a sheet of ice ;) Water pressure at wash was great. Takes cash or card.
Only one bay open, no air for tires, small parking area. But it gets the job done.

Nice place for the do it yourself person. Can get a little expensive if you are not a fast worker, every thing is on a timer. When done the car looked amazing.

2022-04-12Presoak has been out for a good month or so, my truck is still dirty after it dries off. Wash is useless without it as the soap is very diluted. Please restock, Ive lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and use this wash everyday sometimes multiple times I wont be back until its fixed.

2022-08-02This weekend I took my car here and a supposed manager who claimed he was the owner came up to me in an alarming and hostile manner. Very nasty and cocky telling me in essence to read the sign. It was stated this individual is a firearm carrier and often branishes it when he is bullying customers. Unbeknownst to him he only poses a threat to himself. Although the car wash is wonderful and price right for troubling economy beware of the imposing threat of a balding Caucasian male claiming to be the owner driving a black GMC/Chevy pickup who may attempt at bullying you believably due to color and stand your ground or do not use this carwash. PERIOD 🙄

2022-05-31They used to have lousy water pressure. That has been rectified. $2.75 for the wash, unlike 4 beans in the burbs. Ill be going back. 24 hours works for my late night rinses.

2022-03-12Love this place plenty of vacuums for busy times and always stocked with supplies and change. Been going here since I was a kid and first started driving and never had an issue.

2021-05-11Ive been charged for more time than Ive used here, now several times. Im attempting to contact the owners/management with little success. There is Zero contact information at the business itself.. Pay attention to how much time you use, yesterday I paid for $5.50 worth of time and my bank account says I was charged $10. Not professional. Im definitely seeking to be recompensed and am taking my business elsewhere in the meantime. I wash my vehicle several times per week at a minimum for rideshare purposes, miscalulations of this nature effect my income, you do the math. Pay attention folks.

2021-07-07Like everyone else has said here, expected to pay something like 3$ for a self service car wash, was charged 10$. Good equipment and a decent amount of time to use it but false charging is no bueno

2021-07-07Has gone downhill. All the vacuums are put together with duct tape and my last visit the one I was using was clogged with something so I wasted my money on that one. The place has a foul odor and the customers reek of pot while cars are blasting out loud profane rap music so its not a place to drag your little ones along. Very sketchy and scary if your the only female there.
