Great quick lube and car wash. Ive been bringing all my cars here for over a decade and have never had an issue.
I spent over $100 this morning in this place. VIP car wash is OK, not really good. 2 cashier girls are sweet. But, the short Latino mechanic Jose ( cashier told me his name) is very rude and unprofessional. I tipped him first and told him to expedite my service. He took my tips and yelled me if you are in rush, dont come here to do inspection. After he done my car inspection, he ask me to pull out my car out of garage. I pulled out my car myself. No argument with this low life. Not recommended!!!

Always quick service and great service.Went in this time for inspection and oil change.Yes the guy always tries to sell you the carbon filter change.. its his job to upsell.. plus is the free car wash..Car wash guys do a great job vacuuming and wiping down..But today one of them took the time to remove some green paint on my white car.. thank you!!!
They were pretty fast and professional when servicing my car. It needed a brake flush and they very knowledgeable as to how my car should be serviced.

The most expensive clean-up project and the cheapest project are identical in terms of service. It cost me $45 and the project didnt clean up any of the dirt just machine washed the shell

They provide fast, reasonable oil changes which include a free carwash. The carwash is also relatively fast but thorough and the interior cleaning afterwards is also well-done.

Awesome car wash - staff was able to vacuum and remove all the dog hair from my SUVs interior - which now sparkles. Oil change service is excellent, too.
They did an amazing job, just didnt feel the difference between the packages, I paid for the one with body wax, but all the cars went through the same washing processes didnt see any wax being applied, next time I will be paying for the basic package which will get me the same result
Almost $30 later and my tires were left with dirt still on them...never again
They do a decent job, but lost a star because the automatic brushes and sprayers are dated, dirty, and malfunctioning.
Expensive,slow and undermanned. Just to give an idea of its prices,the tire shine or Armor all is 4 dollars. I used to like it better when they were open 24 hours,thats not the case anymore.
Come all the way from forest hills to wash my car here I own a silver car with black and rims believe it or not some carwashes the car comes out more dirty then it did going in .. the cars paint and rims shine like new definitely they put there attention to details. For 23$ you getting the best wash your car will ever have , definitely gonna try the other service where they shine the interior , I highly recommend it and the machines they use don’t damage my car and rims since my car sits low !! I paid for most expensive car wash they have and my interior was cleaned with oil not amoral but cheap oil my car was slipped by the step and my steering wheeler stink and also was slippery and the inside was not cleaned at all. They use the same towel to dry your car from the outside to clean the inside never again I’m i coming here.
Came here for an oil change and they used very cheap oil and a very cheap oil filter (service champ) look it up it’s one of the worst filters if not the worst you can put in your car and damages your engine. Dont ever get an oil change here do it yourself they charge over 100 and use the cheapest quality parts.On top of that sometimes they find “problems” in your car when there isn’t even a problem.

Fast and quality, only concern is that the guy that took care of me for the oil change didnt know how to drive manual transmission, almost hit another car. Supervisor should take a look into that, since no one was hurt it was an amazing experience.

Paid 32 Dollars for a Superwash with rainx and the inside of my car remained dirty, coffee splatters in the cup holder and my floor mats look disgusting as they did when i entered. On previous occasions theyve scratched my car and then acted like it was there when i got there and just being generally careless with the vehicle your trusting them with.

I recently got the VIP wash. My only complaint is the actual detailing of the car. The inside they vacuumed and cleaned well. They didnt clean the base of my trunk so the water from the wash accumulated there and dried. I didnt see this at the time. Some creases around the car doors werent cleaned. Maybe job was rushed due to them being busy at that time of day. Wasnt a horrible job. Just wished those details were addressed
The cleaning service is really fast and efficient but the guy who parked my car, had an attitude and I showed him the recieve and he took it and completely ignored me after. I had to talk to the cashier to actually get the key back. She even asked me if I speak to the guy in Spanish. I loved the service in the beginning but at the end of their service, I was really disappointed. Who knows why he didnt give me the key back after showing him prove that I paid.Aparently, speaking Spanish is a requirement to get a good services or good communication with the people who clean your car.Unbelievable 😑
Its kind of pricey but the one good deal is the synthetic oil change from them and you get a free car wash thrown in.

The staff, the quality of work, the premises are all amazing! The reason Im rating it 3stars is that they do not have/dont enforce a mask policy for customers. Despite the fact that all staff were wearing masks, this is dangerous especially due to the high volume of traffic that comes through this establishment. Every customer, whether for a car wash or auto service, must enter the payment facility, and so this creates an unsafe and high exposure risk. While I was there, 50% of customers who entered did so without any mask. Visit at your own risk.
I had a road trip, so went to that car wash. The employees, they were not professional about their job, they were rushing while they washingmy car. End of the wash the car was still dirty, still death bugs all around my front and windshield. I asked and showed one of them that my car wasnt wash properly. He answered something with different languages and walk away. Im still looking at my dirty car and regretting.🤦♂️
Never thought Id be writing something bad about this place. Ive been going for over a decade and never had any issues. I never questioned them when they said I needed this or that service on top of an oil change. Well, this past Saturday I went in for an oil change and I went out of my way to find the guy who had worked on my car to tip him. The next day, my car starts stalling for no reason. I couldnt figure out what was going on. Long story short, I had to have my car towed and found out that my car was overheating due to NO COOLANT. Last time I checked, its standard to check the coolant level for a full service oil change! WTF! Do yourself a favor and make sure they do everything theyre supposed to or you may end up with extra bills that should NEVER HAVE HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE!! Not that they care, but theyve lost a VERY LOYAL customer!!

They are a bunch of thieves! Someone stole my mobile speed pass then just recently they were so hard up they stole my valve cap. Over priced. They lost my biz! FYI, check your car thoroughly before leaving or watch them from the time you enter until leaving. If they are very busy they rush the wiping down.

What a scam. Spent $30 on a single car wash and my car didn’t even get its interior wiped. Staff didn’t even wipe my car’s windows. Business is not really done this way. Please train your staff to know how to serve people. People come to you guys with great expectations. Please don’t disappoint them.

I used to come to Northern car wash for 3 years and never satiesfied even one time. However, Sparkles car wash does their job better! Its my second time having my car washed here, and I will continue to come here. Its better than Northern car wash
Shout out to the oil change guy that decided to take the cabin filters out of my truck. Shows me how “dirty” they were, and when I go to change them myself later I find out nothing was there and he decided to throw them out. Great work.
I went there yesterday to get rid of coffee spills on the back of my car. I picked superwash and paid $21.75. I forgot to check before I leave and when I got back home I saw coffee spills were still there. It was gone for the most of the part but not completely gone. My car is white color so its really annoying to see those on it.

They did an okay job for the basic carwash, but its pretty intimidating and confusing if you arrive on the wrong side of the block. There need to be clear signs about where to enter and cash only (thats what they told us the day we went).
After a recent car wash, I lost my Portable Air Compressor Pump and a pair of figure skates kept in the trunk. This is the first time it happened to me. I should have checked my belongings before I left.
Booked an appointment for oil change and car wash on their website for the Castrol basic bulk change for $36 dollars. Came in and they told me for my car it was $95 dollars. Mind you, I drive a 4 door Volkswagen lol.Haha classic bait and switch. What a waste of time.

Use them every time I need my car cleaned. Always do a good job . If you see something they might of missed it will get done and they will tripple check the car. They even remove the tree sap by hand .
From my experience, all NYC carwashes are not worth the money you pay for! Since most of us live in areas without access to a hose, were forced to use facilities that do more damage then good! Be nice and youll be treated nice. Walk in with a demanding attitude and youll be treated rudely.

Came here in the morning for a wash and paid $21.50 for a basic wash. The place was not busy probably 3-4 cars. The car came out the same way the $8 car wash would have done. Not worth the price and I dont think Ill come back.
Good not great job, spent about 20 minutes there. As usual with any car wash had to go over spots when I got home. Did not clean where the window is covered by the vent shades.

This car wash used to be a Five Star Car Wash. Now it only gets two stars from you. They slacking off a lot after a car wash I have to rewipe my windows and rims and tires. I shouldnt have to do that after a $22 wash. I had paid for a towel and after I wipe down my rims the guy started to complain on how I dirtied his towel. I will no longer come to this place to rewash everything after a $22 wash. Sorry Sparkle I will be going to the 24 hour car wash in Long Island City on 21st Avenue if anyones interested

This place tried to UP SELL me engine flush when i went to get my oil changed. ya really? You show me my old oil filter and said i need an engine flush because its dirty. Old filters are suppose to be black. thats the whole point of changing it.PLEASE DONT GO HERE and support such type of business.Ridiculous place...Car wash is very expensive and oil change is subpar because of the up selling snake salesman scam.MOST cars dont need engine flush... As it doesnt help.

I use to be a customer here and pay 49$ on my Ford Expedition oil change. Today, they charge me 79$ without any different service. Same oil, same car wash almost 40% raised price. Insane for me...
They are usually very good but I guess they were short handed because the inside wasnt vacuumed very well.
They try to sell you air filters and engine flushes you dont need when you get your oil changed. I told the tech to just do the oil change and I guess that upset him because there were 2 big tears on the glove compartment box after he was done.

Gave it 1 star because there is nothing lower. Called and asked if they could hand wash the outside of my car and she said yes. I waited over 10 minutes on hold for her to just give me an answer. Drove to the place and as soon as I said hand wash the outside the guy said no. Didnt even acknowledge that the lady had said yes

You have to watch them if youre doing an engine flush. You pay for a premium flush and they try to use a cleaning agent instead of the machine to do the flush. They used to be better.

It is not the place it used to be ,I brought a very expensive car for a oil change ,was very unfriendly, sloppy, Careless,abs spilled oil all over my fender,did not clean it well ,did not put pad on my fender,did not check fluids,or check in my tires ,I had to add air,and charged me a lot of money for just changing my oil ,will never go back ,or recommended them ever again.

2022-05-26This was my last visit at this car wash Before this I used to get the car washed every time here Do not apply this vacuum properly dust is in front but still it doesnt clean with vacuum Many times I tried to rate them 1 star but I used to stop I thought a couple of people are lazy but i was wrong All of them do not want to work Those who are sitting inside Those who are sitting outside & people who clean the car from the inside nobody want to work many times i gave them tip but they don,t care my family my friends wash their car from here but not now i don,t wanna give them even 1 star 0/star they deserved no recommendation.

However todays service was absolutely terrible.I checked my car after they cleaned it and it was still so dirty so I talk to the guy who cleaned my car and the manager. 2022-05-23I got the $45 VIP wash for my new car. But the engine cover and the top is still dirty after being washed (treedrop marks that can be easily removed with towel). And scratches left on the body.. Terrible, terrible war wash service.

They do have different light settings as you car is getting washed. Very detailed and great service! Will travel to come here to get my car washed! Recommend for sure!!!

2022-01-11Took my car here a while ago. Asked for the full package which included waxing and buffing. The interior was squeaky clean no complaints. It was fantastic HOWEVER, my paint had do many spots with buff marks. Especially on the lines of the car where they over buffed. Interior was spotless but the outside.... was another story. Im giving 2 stars for this.

2021-09-26I had water damage and mold from the storm getting water inside on my mats and carpet. I went to detailing and they did an amazing job. I was very impressed with the outcome of their work. My car was so clean and every little stain on my seats was completely removed. Well done. Worth the money
