I cannot say enough great things about Spaulding Computers. My laptop screen was damaged and I contacted them via email to see if they could fix it. I was told to bring my laptop screen in whenever I could and theyd order the replacement screen and fix everything ASAP for me.The laptop is as good as new and their prices are extremely fair, you all should have no reservations about having them fix your tech. Its very rare to find a polite, quick and top-notch repair center like this...great business and great service!
This place was great and efficient. I have a 2010 MacBook Pro, the battery had exploded and completely destroyed the track pad as well. He gave me an estimate which was spot on later on, they ordered the new parts and called me within a week. Very friendly, cost efficient, and quick repair time! Would definitely come back.
I have gone to this business several times over the years and one thing remains the same, the owner is over the top helpful. I had a issue with my phone recently that I knew was hopeless, but they tried everything to save it and even offered advise on next steps, they are extremely knowledgeable with apple products and they will always be my first choice. I highly recommend them due to great customer service, honesty, and turn around time.
I first contacted TJ through a 3rd party site at a time his store would have been closed. He emailed me back regardless, in 10 minutes. I brought my laptop in the following week, and he properly diagnosed the issues, fixing one on the spot (no charge!), and providing a plan for a data recovery solution.TJ could not have been friendlier or more professional than he actually was. I have a 10 year old Mac laptop that will soon be running better than before, at a very reasonable cost.Do yourself a favor — see him first for any computer repair (and he does much more). You’ll be kept well informed, treated like a valued customer, and get your stuff fixed for much less than the big box stores.
I had a key on my laptop that I broke and I just walked in with out an appointment and he had a model just like I had and he replaced it while I was there, he didnt even want to charge me, thats unheard of especially these days. I have recommended friend to go to this business and everyone has had a great experience and have been very pleased with his service and his prices.
After receiving a suspicious verdict on my phone from the store named after a fruit, I took it to Spaulding Computer. They were super honest, and it was fixed quickly, easily, and for a great price. Its amazing how much more you can trust someone when theyre not in the business of trying to sell you a new device.
They did a great job of replacing my Ipad screen at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them. I had gone to another local repair shop initially. The check in process there was lengthy and then they were going to charge about 1/3 more than what they quoted me (which was a similar price to what I paid at Spaulding). It took about 2 minutes to check in/drop off the Ipad at Spaulding. Spaulding charged me exactly what they quoted me even though Im pretty sure it took longer than anticipated due to a bent corner.
These folks are great. For some reason Ive always shied away from bringing apple hardware anywhere other than the apple store for repair even after the warranty is expired.But this time when the charging port and headphone jack went out on my iphone, Apple quoted $300 for the repair. Spaulding quoted $50. I did the math. Several weeks later and I can say with confidence that the repair is holding up well!
Maybe the place is great for computers, but I had a horrible experience with my cellphone here. Had a quite common problem of dropping my phone into water, and the guy told me he wouldnt even try to fix it and the only thing that could be done was to dry the parts and transfer the data to my computer. He returned my phone a week later literally in pieces and forgot to put some screws and the sim card tray into the bag with phone parts. Very disappointed by this carelessness and absolute lack of effort.
Definitely come here if you need any tech repairs or anything else tech related. Visited Spaulding a couple times for iPhone repairs and every time I leave assured that Ive received expert, top quality service, far superior to anything in the mall for the most part. Phenomenal customer service. Support local business! Also if you have any unused parts laying around your house, bring them to Spaulding! They may be out to good use! Keep it up guys
Fantastic, great customer service. Needed a quick turnaround and had it fixed and ready to go in less than an hour. Very reasonable repair cost as well. If I need any future repairs I will definitely return. I highly recommend this business. (By the way, I dont usually take the time to do reviews.)
Such a honest and intelligent guy. Looked at my water-damaged laptop for free and didnt try to push me into repairing it because he wasnt sure it was worth it and gave a thorough explanation why. Not many places are like that nowadays. I will definitely be returning to have him recover my files. Thanks for being so awesome
Absolutely wonderful staff!! Extremely helpful!! I have yet to do business with them but I spoke with them regarding a new PC I purchased. After dealing with money hungry chain stores it was extremely refreshing to deal with people who care. Any future computer related business I have will certainly be taken here.11/10
TJ is absolutely amazing! I go to Spaulding Computers for all my computer needs, whether big or small. He saved my old laptop on more than one occasion without reinstalling the system and that takes some talent. Highly recommended!
I only use Spaulding. They are so good I asked if they contract for business IT support (which they would consider). The young man who runs it is good at what he does. He is smart, insightful, resourceful and focused. He has never disappointed. He is the only guy I will go to, and I am an IT girl.
This place is beyond amazing. Its run by an amazing guy. Their prices for fixing your computer problems (Hardware or software) are very reasonable compared to Dell, HP, or even Best buy. Their service is perfect and trustworthy.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, and reasonable prices. Have bought an Ipod mini and two laptops from Spaulding and have not been disappointed. The selection is limited but will likely meet the needs of most computer users without breaking the bank.
If you are looking for the best computer or phone services, SKIP going to the apple store and youre local computer renaissance or local schmuck and come HERE! He apologized for not having the time to fix the laptop on site that day. Ive never gotten same day computer service, anywhere. Brought my boyfriends iPhone in later with a broken speaker and found it to be clogged with something. He replaced them in a half an hour. Thanks again!
T.J. Spaulding was very knowledgable about my iPad and was able to fix my problem in minutes. He is very nice and explained everything to me in a way that I, as a computer illiterate, could understand. He has my business and I recommend him highly.

Brought in my iMac with a corrupted hard drive. He had it fixed and upgraded in two days. The prices are much lower than it would have cost at the Apple Store since my Apple Care Warranty has run out. Highly recommend!
Fixed my broken laptop that I dropped, by replacing the hard drive. He was correct when he thought that was the problem ( he offered to give me the laptop back free of charge in original condition if it wasnt). Nice owner, easy to work with.

TJ Spaulding is a very reliable and intelligent. Constantly keeps up to date on new tech trends and learns how to fix anything and everything. Hes the only guy I go to for repairs. I also send my family and associates for anything they need. Hes repaired laptops, cell phones and tablets for my family and myself, as well as customized my sisters and my IPhones.

2021-02-06TJ was super friendly, helpful and informative! He gave me a great price too. My laptop’s power jack was loose and just needed to get re-affixed, and he explained everything he did to fix it, and also showed that it was fixed and charging before I paid and left.I looked around a lot beforehand to find somewhere with good reviews, and I’m really glad I decided to go here!

2021-10-04Couple weeks ago a lightning strike took out my computer.... Brought it over to Spaulding Computers based on reviews....As prior reviews I found TJ to be the man! Knowledgeable and great to deal with....He diagnosed on the spot and told me a new machine was needed...Once I secured another machine he would copy the old Hard Drive on to that machine..... Well I was lucky enough to secure the exact same machine as the prior one....Brought it over to TJ and he checked it out and said...Wow...we can do a direct HD swap...no need for the tedious and more costly HD copy....Within minutes he had swapped the HD....Brought the machine home and been running exactly like the old one.....I definitely recommend TJ for any of your Computer issues....

2020-12-02Its been a while since I have been here but never got the chance to write a review. I saw the reviews online and I needed some stuff done so I decided to give this shop a try. I have taken three computers here to be worked on for various reasons (broken screen, new battery, software issues) and I have never been disappointed once. Never overcharged me, always had the work done on time, was very polite. A couple times I took my computer there and he gave me advice on what the best thing to do was, even if he didnt make money off working on my computer.Much cheaper than the guys at best buy, who need more than $120 to just take a look at your computer. Support your local business, if you need any computer help go here!

2020-12-30TJ is the best! Ive used him for a variety of Mac/PC repairs over the past few years. Hes always come through and his prices are more than fair. Ive never had a complaint. In fact he built a desktop PC for me a few years ago. He helped me pick out the components and he had it up and running for a VERY reasonable price. He is also a patient listener as it is often tricky to communicate mysterious tech problems I wouldnt even think of going anywhere else.

2020-10-09Awesome service! I called in a complete panic because one of my main drives had failed and it was locking up my computer. I was able to walk in without an appointment and they fixed my computer for me in less than two days at a super affordable cost. Additionally, I asked about getting some additional hardware put in my in pc and rather then just taking my money and doing it, they recommended a cheaper way to get it done. Highly recommend.

2020-08-21My macbook was not turning on. The apple store looked at it and they replaced my battery. After bringing my laptop home and realizing it still would not turn on I went back to the apple store and they ran more diagnostics. They said they could not figure out the problem and would have to ship it out and disassemble the laptop for approximately $350-$400.I brought my laptop into Spaulding Computers and they figured out the issue in maybe 5-10 minutes. They are intelligent, professional, and helpful. They explained in detail what was specifically wrong with my Mac. The CD drive was shorting the power management system causing the battery to not charge or turn my laptop on. I could not thank them enough. They saved me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend!

2019-11-26Amazing service! Emailed TJ and he responded within an hour and asked for me to bring in my desktop computer that was not turning on. He spent 15 minutes running diagnostics on it and fixed it there on the spot. Charged me an incredibly reasonable rate. Cant say enough good things about his customer service and transparency.
