If you have bills to pay or children to take care of please do not work here because they do not pay on time...it took one whole month for me to receive one paycheck and now im most likely going to have to wait another month to recieve the next paycheck
That lady that works in the front desk in the bronx location 3 av Anna is straight rude shouldnt be working their unprofessional
I didnt like at all how they treated me. I was applying and had everything up to date with my document But the strangest thing that I found was that they called me and the lady took my paperwork and I checked it without being present and then it comes to me that almost everything is most likely for me It was that he took out paperwork so as not to settle the application because I was offered a paper that is sure to come because I am not crazy. Because two weeks before me I saw applied in two different agency and there was no problem that I was fartavada something. I who is my physicist for that and had everything right. But to that lady who attended to me that God multiplies it
I applied here and they did not accept me for the simple fact that I come from a not very good agency. But that does not imply that their workers are so. I am very sorry for their treatment of me. Do not waste your time applying here do not take anyone from another agency Unless requested by the patient
I am two and a half years old it is very good its staff is very attentive and I recommend it. We fear the free courses you can take care of your family and friends there is always work available the supervisors always very attentive you have Union
I am here for many years, I like this company because it has many good, friendly, responsible and respectful things, I can recommend it with my eyes closed, because it educates you, teaches you and most importantly it always has work available.

2020-02-08Work at special touch, I truly don’t like it at all the paychecks I get is very low, I try’s to tell them that can I get longer hours and told me no. So it’s whatever I am not going to waste my time at all, because all of these agencies are terrible. All these coordinates tells us that we get unions and benefits and you seem happy and all, but when you start working in these agencies they give you less days, no overtime, no sick pay days, no holiday pays either. Don’t waste your time doing home care. Every time I calls the coordinator they never pick up their phone, and don’t tell you that does the patient has pets? Like it’s so unprofessional when the coordinators don’t tell you these things all these home cares are so not worth it

2018-10-07This agency does not care about their patients at all. The home attendants come in and try to sit all day talking on their phones. The coordinators are so rude especially Iris. These coordinators do not even have the courtesy to call you and tell you who they will be sending to your house the next day. Everyday they send someone new without letting you know. When you call to complain about someone not doing their job or coming in late the coordinator will literally tell you what do you expect me to do? Then, when you call to speak to their Supervisors, the supervisors claim they will resolve the problem but they do not follow up or pick up the phone. It saddens my heart that they treat such a vulnerable group of people with no respect or care.

2019-01-07So un organized and few aids very unproffesional and unriliable. Are super amazing at sitting and watching my cable in stead of taking care of the patient. And God forbid they should actually feed the patient. they get paid to sit text and face time all dam day. So unhappy with this place definitely changing.

2019-12-22I applied with this company last weeks and they told me they would call me in 3 to 4 days but they didn’t. When I called to check the status of my application she told me that the system rejected it and never gave me a valid reason she just said it can be multiple reasons . A waste of time I need a job like yesterday 🙄

2017-08-29Worst experience ever. My Brother receive services from the agency and they are experts on patient abandonment. I spoke to the coordinator Cynthia and she said I will speak to my supervisor and nothing happens so far. This agency should be investigated by the Department of Health on the services and treatment they offered to the clients.

2018-11-01Very rude staff you would be sitting right beside them and they discussing you with other coworkers. They will be hint hinting about you with there fellow workers (while you are sitting there as if you are stupid not to know ) which is very unpleasant..so childish
