The staff service is really bad, I just don’t understand what to ask. The staff member said that he had to solve the problem by himself if he was not within the scope of his service. Oh my God, I can’t believe it, I turned out to be a guest staff member. You have to do your part to help me, but they didn’t, they chose to ignore me.
There is one gentleman that is very helpful unfortunately he was busy and I got this lady that had no idea whar she was doing. I went on to store because my phone keeps hanging up amd few other issues. She looked at my phone and just kept asking how long did I have my phone for. She didnt help she was useless and for that Im paying off my bill and looking to switch company by the end of the month. I also just called and customer service was HORRIBLE!!!!
Customer service gave me wrong info about canceling my service by saying that though I’m not the official account holder, I could just return my equipment to the store, and it would be canceled automatically.Got to store; male employee says no, I need to be an authorized user or the account holder has to be present (my roommate went back to Asia so she can’t). Employee says I can still return my equipment since I brought it already.Fast forward 1 week. Roommate added me as authorized user but somehow it wouldn’t update in Spectrum’s system. She’s forced to internationally call to cancel.Spectrum then bills us for missing equipment. I call letting them know that I in fact returned it to this very store. They open up a ticket to find the equipment. Fast forward 2 weeks. They’re STILL “researching” the issue.Incompetency on the company’s end, the system’s end, and the store’s end.

How to improve their performance in business.6/29/22 I went to this network company again today, the customer service representative was very unfriendly, and the deception made me prepay a months network fee. The companys representatives need training, knowledge, attitude, etc.! Very disappointed, I will no longer use this companys network in the future!I very much hope that the attitude of the customer service representative last time and the performance of all aspects!

2021-07-24Everything worked out. Even though the 1st person I spoke with had no clue. And was telling me something that was completely wrong. She was very nice. And then just called someone else to come over and help. I was done and out in a few minutes.

2022-05-311 star not for the location but for the Spectrum services in Bay Ridge. Never ever get Spectrum! if you have other options go with whatever but not Spectrum! the WORST INTERNET SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!
