This place is good and the wait is okay. The manager name is sally and they have people that speak your language other than English. Make sure you give them your parking ticket to stamp it. Only 2 hours in spectrum and make sure to sign in when enter store and wait till they call their name. Had gone to a man named Sam Shen who is a good guy that help us. This used to be Time Warner cable that had a Location on kissena Blvd before rebranding to Spectrum and moved to sky view center
Terrible customer service etiquette. Cant be worse when I met this lady who didnt know how to properly greet, then she didnt have patience to properly address the issue, then used bad excuses to deny the wrong- doing by spectrum, and thats not all, then she came up with laughable reasons, pretended she knew something, but nothing at all, why spectrum failed to help me on something I needed.
Summary: try other store because you need to wait long in the line.Saturday 1pm. I waited about 20 mins outside the door, once I get in, i found out I need another line. They have another waiting system, and also people comes later can get in front of you because they made their appointment. I just want to return equipment, I didnt do enough homework. I didnt know that I have to wait that long. I should have mail it as a package or choose some other less busy and authorized store. After waiting about 1 hour in total, I decided to leave without waiting even longer.
This company is a scam. They get you as a customer with cheap prices, raise you at least 30% after the 1st year and then blow you off when you try to negotiate a better price. I was quoted a new price for my services, placed on a “brief” hold and then purposefully disconnected and not called back so I had to start all over again. After that, I was given the complete runaround and told that the price I was quoted was a “mistake”. A company full of liars and cover up artists. Now I am told that they will review my last phone call and get back to me. Run as far away from this company. Choose any other company if you want to be treated fairly and with respect! I’m leaving myself.
I probably is 10 to 12 PM on Wednesday the company, there are some people standing in line, in fact, I just want to ask I was paying on the net, but why the company sent me a message saying that my Internet stopped immediately, I just want to know why, they let me in line, I would line up outside, I have been waiting outside for nearly 30 minutes, and then was called into the room, and then continue to wait for 30 minutes inside, because Im on my way to work, so I asked about the receptionist said probably still need how long, I only asked him a total of two times, but his answer was too surprised me, He said if you dont like we or our service, you can choose to change any of the network company, do not need to stay in this, I was in America for more than 10 years, first met such a big company will have such service attitude, and is the receptionist, and at the same time, about 80 or so a old man in the queue, because he cant speak English, is also the receptionist ask grandpa name in English, because grandpa simply couldnt understand, so he has been saying you want to speak English I dont understand Chinese, before this company is quite good, dont know why I become like this now
The speed is really slowly, and every month I have to pay more than $90. I just cancelled the network. When I call them to help cancel the service, some one has really bad attitude. Let me return the equipment to the store, and didn’t tell me the serial number of the equipment. When I want to continuance to ask, she just hangs up the phone. I have never seen such a terrible custom service.
Spectrum is one of worst service company. If you visit store in here, you need to wait at least 1 hour for their poor service as well as online customer service. Finally, I changed company to Verizon service because Im tired of Spectrum poor and slow service. I wont never come back to Spectum service again.
I was very impressed with their sense of professionalism and customer care! I was not sure what to expect. The Spectrum team from the customer service representatives to their security officer provided excellent customer experience! The representatives even made sure they pronounced my surname correctly as to show respect for my culture! Those little touches nowadays, mean a great deal! Additionally! They were super efficient, knowledgeable and there was no wait time on a Saturday!!!
Quick and easy at the location. But beware of extra charges on your bill. They have workers who successfully double talk their way into tricking you that the charges are legit but theyre not! So make sure when they try to pull that stunt you ask for a manager. If youre on the phone with them make sure you have it recorded as proof. They did this when they were time warner, but the workers remain the same so beware. It was a women who tried it on me. Got a month of service free
Never have to wait long for a customer service representative to help. Its a very organized place, there are greeters who direct you to a service, so that you are not just standing there cluelessly. Ive been there 3times so far, everytime my problem was solve. The processes were quick for me.
The place has a sleek open design with comfortable seating. A greeter welcomes you upon arrival and directs you to an available rep. Service has always been friendly and efficient. Not to be confused with Spectrum cable TV which is mediocre to average, or internet which at times can be glitchy and unreliable.
Called 2 times to get help with billing. Asked to speak with a supervisor, waited for 20 minutes. Had to hung up after 20 minutes waiting, Had to go to workMy luck? or a Spectrum trick so the customers give up and hung UP?Thanks Spectrum and Charter Communications for your service.
Terrible customer service. They offered me TV promotion which cost $21.99.then the next month I receive my bill $146,my bill before is around$44. so I called customer service, the guy seems very unpatiant on the phone and the phone was cut off on the half way, when I call back its another guy picked up the phone I explained everything again. I said I better cancle the TV and he said ok I will cancle it and have a nice day. thats the end of our conversation. this is so unprofessional. I mean I want to make a complain to this guy. he should not be working as a customer service department.Shame on him.
Im not writing a review for this location, but a review for the Spectrum company. I ordered a self installed kit, which arrived on September 25th, I could not complete the self installation as there were no cable connection for Spectrum on the building. I called a customer service, the representative told me, shes going to have a technician to over, set to come on Sunday only to say blah blah blah. I have no service connection and they wanted the first payment by October 12, billing start September 25th. How can billing start September 25th when there is no connection and due date is October 12th? I called and cancelled my service before it started. Spectrum started off poorly so I had to cancelled.
I havent cable in some years now so my mom and I decided to go finally get some. Ive been here about 3-4 times trying to gather correct information on that best fits our budget. I had a pleasent experience Maria ( probably wrong i forgot what it said on the paper i believe her last name is Rodriguez Red or burgundy hair ) she made me feel super comfortable and gave me the break down and wrote everything out ❤❤. LOVEEE ITT!!! I came back with my mom and spoke to another lady named Winnie today and Im proud to say she was very clear and made sure we understood everything and we was being charged correctly. She even double checked things to make sure everything was okay. Idk about everybody else but being there a couple of times i was checked in less than 5 mintues of waiting in all occasions. As of next week Monday I will be getting my cable installed and lets see how things go from there. Thank you so much for your services and kindness i really apperciate it much👏👏📣📣💚💚
DON’T USE SPECTRUM. AVOID SPECTRUM. This company is horrible. Charge unreasonable. When their system or their service got wrong, they ask client to pay the extra money or late fee for their mistaken. They raise up WiFi fee over too often. Once you wanna close account, they will find many excuses to ask you pay even more in order to let you close account. This store location service is good. SPECTRUM is HORRIBLE.
Very nice staff , but spectrum service is horrible . They advertise all day long how reliable they are but in reality the dont even deliver 90% of the time.The internet service is very poor and never constant. The cable channels dont always function . If I could I would dump this trash service but my building does not have Rca or fios yet.When I call in for a credit they offer me .20 (20 cents) saying I must call in every day in order to get a credit. ( ARE YOU F### KIDDING)I hope this company goes bankrupt for stealing from all the clients and charging money for services they NEVER DELIVER.
Kenas was the representative that served me. But before I comment on her, even the waiting experience was lovely. He was informative and attentive. Kenas was patient and thorough with all the charges to expect. At first I thought it was too business-like but she knew how to turn on the social side of herself and connected with us. Worst customer service ever!Not even worth for 1 star.My name was called and someone cut in front of me and the rep thought that person was me then I had to tell them I was skipped then I was sent to a new representative who was not fully trained and I was wasting an hour without getting anything done.
I went to have my bill adjusted after signing up a week ago to an offer that was sent to my home. I signed in to my new account online to make sure what I was going to be charged was the same as their flyer. The amount being charged was higher than the flyer. Spectrum was doing a bait and switch. After speaking to three different operators for over an hour on the phone. I called the number on the flyer and they suggested I go to a local Spectrum store. The supervisor originally said they couldnt honor the price. Then she said she will call to see what they could do. She came back out and said Spectrum would honor the price because I had the flyer. I will change my rating to five stars when I see the adjustment is made on my bill.
Okay, I know that everyone who has Time Warner internet basically hates them, but the customer service in this store is second to none. The representative I spoke to was knowledgeable, helpful, and made me wonder why anyone had anything bad to say about TWC. Alas, if only their internet services were as good as the experience I had here.
I was a Verizon customer for all four years before I move to Flushing, and my router had dust on it when I moved. Do you know why? Because I never ever had an internet outage and never had to reset or rewire my router from the day it was installed to the day I moved! With this company Ive moved into a building and unfortunately its the only choice and the internet is so terrible! The service is so terrible and the customer service is piss poor! I see why New York City has a lawsuit against them. Im currently exploring other options for internet for my apartment if possible.
This Time Warner Cable store recently opened, and has a comfy lounge-like waiting area seating and a gigantic touch-screen interactive display for ads and promotional video clips. The staff is helpful and you can pay bills and bring in equipment returns/swaps without too much hassle.
Friendly but ridiculous... always a wait and not many people in the place ... not sure why theres so many people behind the counter and less customers in the store. The whole renew contract is getting old ... lugging equipment back to have them drop the bill is retired.
I would give Queens Spectrum 0 stars if I could. Upon the occurrence of Tornado Isias, the internet went down on Tuesday at 1:30P.M. I am currentlt working at home and desperately need the internet. However, everytime I call Spectrum they make false promised like Your zipcode will be restored in 2 hours. It is Saturday and I have not had internet the whole week. Do not use Spectrum. I will change the internet provider and never use Spectrum again.
If I can give 0 stars, I wont give a star! The service is really rubbish! Even tricked! Especially there is a Chinese girl! Obviously it was 49.99 a month, and the result was 54.99! My downstairs and other neighbors are both at 49.99. I found a Chinese manager who didnt understand the problem at all. He looked indifferent. He just said that different places have different prices. I lived in this house before, and it was 49.99! Doesnt make sense! Do you cheat if you see an old man?
I had made a appointment at 3:00pm today. Its already 16:25 pm. Installation staff has not yet come to my home, harm me to wait for an afternoon in vain at home! Waste my time! Nobody installed it at the end ! What kind of company is this? Very bad experience. Make an appointment and come over to install the network today at 3 oclock! The installation staff did not come to install! Did not call me either! Let me wait at home all afternoon for nothing! What garbage company! Calling customer service will always ask you to wait online
The service is really good in the store. They are very helpful and answer all your questions. There is a waiting list, so you know when is your turn. 2022-05-14This place doesn’t know what they doing, I came here 3 times to get a phone line for myself. Every time I came they asked me for new paperwork that I didn’t have with me. I was neglected to take out a phone line cause apparently there system was down, and they didn’t have any iPhones.

2021-10-14I read terrible reviews for this location. But my experience was incredibly good. I got there at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. I was meeting my husband to open up a phone service plan. He was running 40 minutes late. The man checking everyone in was very understanding and encouraged me to sit and wait for him. When my husband showed up we had the pleasure of doing our transaction with Customer Associate Juan. He took the time to explain everything to us. We felt very confident in our choices of phones and service plans. Thank you to Juan and all the other pleasant associates working that day.

2020-12-20Online hours are different. I got their at 7:30pm and they locked the doors. Online it says closes at 8pm. I requested the rep that I am just dropping off equipment and showed him that online it shows that you guys will close at 8pm. He agreed and said that he understands but wont help and its closed. If this store is not updating hours online then its not customers fault.

2021-07-27Long wait times and unprofessional staff. I observed a large majority of Chinese speaking customers wait on the queue only to be turned away because this store only had one representative that spoke Chinese at the time...this is at 11 am on a Tuesday morning. As for my experience with them, I came back to return some items owed to the company, I had made a couple inquiries about the status of the account when the female staff member lost her patience and raised her voice with me...I find that between the long wait times here the staff members would be more understanding that the customers here have needs and inquiries to be met. I believe the staff needs to be retrained in how to conduct themselves especially with maintaining a professional appearance and having the proper etiquette and conduct with customer service.
