Customer sevice really needs to be improved. Half the staffs were just chilling and walking around the store (I’m not sure what they’re doing). Only one person is actually working and taking customers. Extremely slow as a result.

(1) I returned a TV box. Agent said my bill for next will go down by $10.But the bill has not changed. (2) In 2015 we paid $100 for TV and internet. I removed the movie and history channels. Now the bill is $200! (Except that it should be $200-$10). The price has more than doubled in 7 years. Agent told me there is nothing you can do about it.

Only giving one star because I cant give a negative 5 stars. I waited almost an hour and a half to exchange my broken cable box. When they had a dedicated location just for cable customers this would take 10 minutes.Spectrum needs a dedicated place for cable customer service. They should decide if they are a cable company or a cellular phone provider. Not that they care, they have a monopoly, have no other choice for cable.

Just wanted to drop off my cable modem but had to sign in and wait for a cellphone salesman to be available to help me. I think not. Left and they can pay for FedEx to pick it up from me.

Place is rediculous go in to pick up an install kit line of people while the staff sit there and gossip the wait time is rediculous 4 staff members only two doing anything one is just sitting here with his feet up the hell is that thats not customer service need to have a store just for cable customers

Very kind, helpful staff. Austin is wonderful! Its also very easy to put yourself on the waiting list as soon as you enter the store.

6 employees 4 people sitting around waiting to get called up and I was returning a cable box so after 15 minutes watching employees on computers I went to ups store across parkway was out in 3 minutes and shipped it free to them Ridiculous.

Signed in was placed 15th in line. Asked the person ahead of me how long they where here and she said half an hour... She was fifth in line... They had five staff behind the counter when I got there then all of a sudden 3 of them disappeared... While there where 15 people wating in line... I eventually left since I had things to do and couldnt wait all day just to drop a modem off...

Waited in line a long time. Several associates on site but only a few assisting customers. The others ... Seemed lost themselves. Had questions about phone service and left without answers as they seemed not to exactly know. Poor customer service
