I called last minute on 6/30/22 to have my truck detailed and I got Paul on the phone. He went above and beyond to accommodate me on such short notice. I am so grateful because I had an event scheduled for the weekend and needed the vehicle detailed. Paul is a true professional and knows how to make things happen! Being an owner of a business myself, I know how valuable a team member like this is. While I was waiting, I saw first hand how he handled multiple customers/phone calls at a time with ease. Tried the hand wash and was pleasantly surprised. The car came out so fresh and so clean without the nasty scratch marks you get from the regular car washes. The interior wipe down was incredible and I can only imagine what you would get for a full detail at this place!
They did a fabulous job detailing my mom’s Saab. Huge shoutout to Tony and Paul for their work spiffing it up so beautifully. This car is her pride-and-joy and they cleaned it with car and made it look new and like a hot ride all over again. She is so delighted with it! We’ll come back again.5 stars!!!!
Went for the full service exterior wash with all the bells and whistles, fully expecting a clean car. When it came out and finished being hand-dried, the front and rear ends of the car along with all four wheels and wheel wells were completely dirty. I’m guessing this is just a design flaw in the machinery being used but for what I paid I definitely did not expect salt and dirt to still be on the car.
Paul, the car wash manager, manages the crew and operations so well. He personally took the time to do a paint touch up on my new Honda! He is friendly and responsive and the same goes for all the crew members. Best run location!

I never let anyone touch my car but I had no time to clean it myself. I should have left it dirty. I had just done my own paint correction back in the fall for it all to be undone from the people using dirty rags to handwash my car. The swirl marks look like it was dragged through the automatic. If they do not use clean rags for each new car, which I assume they didnt , you car will end up covered in scratches all over and it looks really bad in the sun. Now i have to try to spend hours of correcting what they did before winter. Really mad I spent money here. Stay away unless you dont mind swirl marks added to your paint.Update: Emailed the owner as directed - no response. Not that I expected anything but this just validates the bad business. Save the money and do it yourself.
Very hard workers. I had road salt washed off of my car here on an extremely frigid day. Workers cleaned my car immaculately in cold conditions. Safe, clean, friendly environment.
I’ve been going to splash for as long as I can remember. I just got my car fully detailed and it looks amazing! Paul and Tony Ortigoza took great care of me. The seats in my car look brand new after they were done. It’s honestly unbelievable the work that they do. I will be back!
Paul and the crew at Splash did a thorough job with a complete detailing of my car, both interior and exterior. I called to get 2 big scratches removed from the side of my car and when I arrived Paul was ready to remove them right away with no wait time. I had gone in the the very clean lounge and the cashier had already been informed of my service amongst my arrival. Paul removed my scratched FOR FREE and wouldn’t except any money I tried to give him. They had excellent service and Paul was an exceptional manager.

I typically write positive reviews, but when I get ripped-off with such low-quality service, I need to speak out! Im surprised theyre still in business.What a TERRIBLE job!! I paid >$30 for The Works, hood to hatch cleaning. Ive attached pictures of their idea of what clean is. Ill go up the street to another car wash. NEVER AGAIN will I patronize this place. What a waste of my time & money. Whatever happened to taking pride in ones work?One last note: The tires were supposed to have Armor All...it flew off on my way home...Hahaha...as If.UPDATE - I mentioned this terrible experience because this was the 2nd time Ive been there, and it happened BOTH times. I specifically mentioned the wheels to the crew manager, wearing the red shirt, and the picture was of one of the wheels that he supervised being cleaned. Really? Im sorry. I dont accept that response from the marketing person.
Splash Car Wash in Bedford Hills is an awesome 5 STAR business. I give them my highest recommendation. I brought my car there with a particularly difficult tar problem on the paint and wheel rims from a poorly supervised highway project. Paul (the manager) and his top detailers first removed all the tar, then restored the paint job and wheel rims to perfect condition. Ive been going to Splash for many years for regular car washes and I will certainly return for special detailing also. I am very satisfied with the professional job they did fixing this unusual tar problem and Im happy I trusted Paul and his staff.
Their detailing is sub-par. Kids at high school car wash fundraisers do a better job, and also have more respect for your vehicle.I had my SUV interior/exterior detailed and car exterior detailed. It was scheduled to be there for 4 hours. I paid for the Five Star Detail, which totaled $500. To me, that level of service should have ZERO discrepancies with the cleanliness of your vehicle.Instead, upon inspection of the SUV, there was fur all over the seats and upholstery, areas on the body that had layered dirt, solid dirt inside the wheel, and dirt above the rear license plate. I also did not believe that the interior was shampooed, as required, because of the multiple specs of dirt on the floor and under the seat. There was layered dirt on the lower part of the windshield and front bumper cover.I brought these issues to the attention of the owner/manager who had the crew correct it immediately, but he initially made the excuse of Well, we really dont have them touch the INSIDE of the wheel, but we can do that.Nonsense.There should be absolutely no dirt, anywhere, on a Five Star Detail. The wheels should have been spotless, inside and out.No excuses.When I inspected my car with another manager, I noticed that there was layered dirt on the lower part of the windshield and front bumper cover. I told him about it, and his response was, Oh, yeah, that is dust., which is completely untrue. A black smudge mark on the windshield was not dust, nor should it have been if it was properly washed, waxed, and polished.The owner/manager also told me that the detailer has been detailing vehicles for over 25 years. It may be true that the detailer has been in the business of detailing for 25 years, but the other employees assisting him have clearly not been, as it shows in the work. I have been detailing cars, both privately and professionally, for over 23 years. I hold a higher standard and I would never release a vehicle to a customer if the condition was such.Overall, it was a decent job. In my opinion, for the service that I received, it was not nearly worth what I had paid.Another problem with this location is that the automatic car wash crews are very careless, for several reasons:• They step onto your wheels and use it as a ladder to climb up to dry the hood or roof of your truck. (Rather than use their own step stool)• If they cant reach an area, they swing the towel at the car, smacking the surface, rather than drying it with care.• Half of the time, they do not look for the service ticket to see if you get Armor All (wheel dressing) on the tires.I will say that the manager did offer to redeem the services and he was very polite and considerate. I just do not have the valuable time to be wasted because workers cannot perform their job well. This is a business where the name says it all: DETAILING. If you fail to give the attention to details, then you failed to do your job.
I went here yesterday for the first time since this place came in highly regarded. I was immediately impressed with the very well kept buildings and up to date facilities. I wish I could give this place 4.5 stars and not just 4 lol. The only reason I don’t give 5 is because it was very expensive. Cost me $70 for the works (machine and hand wash, tire shine, and a vacuum) that took about 40 minutes. The car did have some dirty spots that I found after I got my keys back, so I asked him to vacuum those extra parts for me. The man was super nice and helpful, and asked me if there were any more spots I would like touched up again before I left. I also enjoyed walking around in the shop while I waited. I take it that the owner loves dogs- haha. Overall experience, this is the best car wash I have been to so far with an enjoyable experience. I will come back!
My family has been taking our cars here for many years & they do an Amazing job! The manager Paul D’Amato is a great guy. I took my car in for a wash,detail & head light cleaning. Always a treat to go to splash and get my car detailed and washed. Finally signed up for the monthly plan and now go every week to get my car cleaned, feels so nice and refreshing. Prices are great and always professional service given. Took my husbands car today for a detail and wash. After they were done, it was like a brand new car! Always satisfied with the service, especially at the Bedford hills location and cannot wait to go back.
What a pleasurable experience I had at Splash car wash in Bedford Hills. Everyone was so friendly and happy and my car is immaculate. Paul, the manager, came over and introduced himself and told me to come to him anytime if I needed anything. Ive just become a loyal customer.
I came in with a car that had some sort of paint on the windshield and passenger windows from an impound, and didn’t want to chance removing it myself and potentially scratching the glass (soapy water did nothing).Paul, the manager, personally inspected and carefully tested an area, determined how to remove without damaging the glass, and took care of it, removing it all completely. No extra charge, merely excellent customer care and service.They’re the best!
Very nice car wash. The lines move quickly. There is a nice selection of car accessories, snacks, and other items for fair convenience prices. They do a thorough job on inside and outside of car. Get the monthly pass it is well worth the price. You can go daily if you like. The monthly pass pays for itself in aprox 3 trips. You can opt to have inside and outside cleaned. Or they can just do the outside in a express lane.
I was there getting my car washed when the manager Paul, calls me over while they were drying my car. He asked me what happened to the hood of my car since the rest of my car looks immaculate. I explained that the hood looked like the previous owner had a tarp on it that left it worn looking and told him that we were actually considering getting a new hood. Paul called over one of the detailers who’ve been doing it for a long time and asked him if he thought that he could do something about it. He proceeded to try a compound on it in a spot and it looked better. Paul said if I had the time, he could have him do the whole hood in a half hour and for the price, I said why not. My hood looks 100% better! I would definitely recommend going there whether it’s just for a wash or to get your car detailed. They also do headlight restoration and I will be doing that in the near future.
Superior customer service at this car wash. Paul was very accommodating with my time restraints. His team did a thorough job on the interior of my sons car that hadnt been cleaned in a long time. It literally looked brand new! Highly recommend. You wont regret it.

Just bought an old car…. Turns out there was a mice nest inside!! blahhh! Best idea I ever had was to bring it in for detailing. They found the problem and fixed it with impeccable customer service. These guys are pros, super professional and detailed. Got the job done right despite it being such a disgusting thing!!! Thanks will def come back.
Today on short notice I visited Paul from/car wash located in Bedford Hills after picking up my new-to-me car. When I got there Paul was outside and ready to greet me. He took a look at my car and recommended the full service wash that would remove the deep embedded stains in my seats and floors. The whole process took about 45 minutes and I have to say my car looks brand new I still can’t get over it! Paul and Juan did an excellent job, I can’t wait to go back and get my next car wash this winter! 20/10 recommend! The pictures speak for themselves!
My car was detailed well but they broke my radio antena and refused to pay to fix it. Now my radio is static . Dont go here awful customer service and they damage your car! Yes they do a good job cleaning and detailing but have no regard for damaging your vehicle. They also stole a coin holder in my console.
I am a regular customer of Splash in Bedford Hills. I drive a blue Toyota Tacoma pick up truck. I try to take good care of the truck. It was recommended to me that after the winter, I get the Diamond ceramic coating to protect the paint. My family gave me a gift certificate for a full detailing. So over the weekend, I got my truck washed and spoke to Paul, the assistant manager, about getting the Diamond coating. Paul was very helpful in explaining the coating and how it protects the paint and finish on the truck. He set me up with an appointment for the detailing and the coating. I brought the truck in the day before and he made sure it was parked overnight in one of the detailing bays.The next day I got a call around 1:00 letting me know the truck was ready for pickup. When I got there, the truck was parked outside and glistening in the sun. The finish is unbelievably smooth and shines like new. Paul pointed out a few spots where there were rock chips from the road or very small scratches. I told him I would get the body shop to touch them up. He told me to bring it back in and he would go over the newly painted spots and smooth it all out.If you see pictures of a blue Tacoma pick up truck, thats mine after the Diamond ceramic finish.Splash has the best service. They always serve with a smile. If you have a problem, they will make it right. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Had a small communication problem that escalated. I needed my convertible hand washed, that is, washed by hand. The young man at the front said yes, hand wash, three times then ran me through the automatic wash that forced water into my car and dripped all over me and the seats. This was after charging me $11 that was apparently for a monthly membership despite the fact I never signed anything of that sort and was very surprised when another $11 charge was on my credit card bill a month later. I went in and got them to cancel it but after explaining what happened I was steamed up all over again.When the folks who hand dry the cars were trying to be helpful and dry my car seats I asked for that guy at the front who was responsible for this SNAFU to come over and explain what had gone wrong. He blamed me, said I shouldve known he was putting me through the auto wash and I couldnt back up and go around, never said he was sorry or offered a refund. At first he actually hid around the corner until he realized I wasnt going anywhere until he came over. I asked him what hand wash meant to him and he just stood there frozen. Well, I told him what hand wash meant, that meant washed by hand. -.-So...after a month of not using their service they go ahead and bill me even though I never signed up for the monthly deal. Shame on you guy who was afraid to say he was sorry when give the opportunity to do the right thing! Just be careful folks, slow down the schiesty fast sales pitch and check everything twice, otherwise they seem to do fine work.
Went with the Works after a long road trip. Front of the car was plastered with dead bugs. Splash took care of that. The car looks brand new.

Great car wash in a world of not-so-great ones. Clean and modern, exceptional young energetic staff and prices that won’t kill you. Manager is on site, visible and clearly cares about the work they do. I’m from LA and wish I could find the same type of quality and care that Splash provides. Even the shop and the bathrooms are clean and free of clutter.
On September 25 I went to Splash Careash Bedford right before closing. In an hurry preparing for a family outing, they were nice enough to accept me. I had my roof rack on the top of my car and the keys on the seat. After leaving Splash I realized the rack top key was missing, I called immediately to my surprise the manager Paul D. answered, and when he was made aware him and another on his team immediately began searching. I watched as both emptied the garbage cans and jumped into the smelly putrid dumpster, unfortunately no key. The following morning right at opening Paul D. the manager jumped into the dumpster in his work cloth and helped me search foe 11/2 hours. Unfortunately we weren’t able to locate the keys. He them proceeded to call a lock smith who met me at my home to assist with opening my rack. This effort went above and beyond my expectations and it was greatly appreciated.
My mom goes here often, and she brought me here. Best car wash Ive ever been to. Incredible service and customer attention, and friendly staff. I got something called the 5 star package i think, and it was a 5 star service too!! My car was so dirty, dusty, and seats stained. 2 hours later, it came out like new, with a lovely and clean scent, and 99% stain free! Highly, highly recommend this place!!

The people are nice, and facility is nice, but zero quality control and dont seem worried about whether the vehicle is clean after.. After paying for the works my vehicle came out very diety and they didnt even notcie. I showed them some of it and they fixed a bit of it but did not think do the rest of the dirt next to it until I point to it. It was blatant too. I saw one person just flick the cloth at the car on the right side because they couldnt reach. Well that doesnt work. The dirt should have been removed in the wash its self. They completely missed the middle of the roof and the middle of the hood and seemed not to notice. No quality control. You get a better wash through the cheap automatic wash they have. Now I remember why.i stopped going there before. Waste of money.

We have a family monthly plan with this place. Staff get overwhelmed sometimes on busy season and miss few spots . Front Spanish guy who takes in your car, Danny, is very nice, courteous and so different with the other one. We are happy customers so I highly recommend signing up for a monthly subscription most especially if you live around the area.
My son was selling his car to my daughter - and like any mom, I wanted all parties to be happy. I decided to have the car thoroughly cleaned before dropping it off to my daughter and had no idea where to go. I went to Splash & was very clear in asking them if they could make the car look perfect - and make it look perfect they did!It was not cheap, but neither was their work or the final product. The exterior looked brand new. The upholstered seats were shampooed & haven’t looked that good in years! I could not find a speck of dirt, dust or finger prints - and believe me I looked!! We had one mishap where a paper in the well was lost - but Antonio received it from the dumpster - above & beyond customer service !Jefferson & Danny were pleasures to work with, from start to finish, as was Paul who oversaw the whole service.I told them I have a big mouth & that when I like something I let people know, which is why I am completing a review as I am not known to write reviews. Now - I hope my daughter & her family can keep it that way, at least for a little while. If not, we now know where to go !Thanks Splash !
Paul is probably one of the most accommodating managers I have. Attention to detail is crazy..Everyone here makes you feel that your business is appreciated. They get right to work dand do a great job. I have not had one single bad experience at this location. Monthly unlimited program saves a ton of money if you even wash ur car 2 or 3 times every few month. They always go above and beyond. In dont write reviews so this says somthing lol.
I love this place! Professional staff who do excellent work. I brought two 20-year old trucks to these guys for a full interior/exterior detail and they came back in near showroom condition. I had the pleasure of working with Paul who is an absolute gentlemen and makes the process as quick and convenient as possible. I asked them specifically NOT to touch the trunk of my car as I had some very delicate items that were organized the way I wanted. I made this very clear and the lady who took my keys confirmed that she understood. Just before getting my car back I asked if they had left the trunk alone as I had asked, and two employees lied right to my face. It was not the fact that they made a mistake that bothered me as mistakes happen and I understand that, but it was that they lied directly to my face and did not take any responsibility whatsoever that made me mad.Other than that they did a good and thorough job vacuuming and cleaning the inside of my car.
Last week I had a Five Star Auto Detailing done, I was so happy with the results I went back a few days later to give a better tip. The Manager Paul said it would be done within a certain time & it was done as promised. Im already enrolled in the monthly exterior car wash which is totally worth it. I suggest everyone go and get a car wash the employees are professional & hard workers.

This is the second car I have brought to Paul at splash. both cars were detailed meticulously.Paul is trustworthy . one of my baby’s is a 1991 porsche Carrera 4 . He treats every car as if it were his own . He’s very easy to talk to and he listens and delivers 110%. . His car is always kept meticulous and the reason I know that is he was kind enough to give me a ride to work. My theory is if he takes care and pride in his car then he will treat mine the same and I was right .

Brought my new Toyota in for a car wash and noticed a discoloration after it was completed. The staff could not have been more helpful. Paul the manager explained the issue and asked one of the workers to compound the area This is a place that I have always liked because of great service and yet another reason to keep coming back!
I’ve been using Splash Car wash for over 6 years and I never found a location so clean and where every employee is really trying so hard to do their jobs quickly and thoroughly. The owner is there to supervise every car!! Amazing service!!
Ive been a monthly member for about a year (or more) and its worth every penny. The crew is very attentive, my car always comes out looking spotless (which is tough for a black car ), and everyone is super polite. I go with my kids at least once a week and they are always so sweet to them and courteous to me. Like I said, worth every penny.
They do a nice job. Better job done on weekends when busy. Otherwise its questionable, they need to be watched when cleaning it. Often miss inside rear windows & clean tires and rims but not mud flaps. Also roof tends to dry with water spots on hot days. Unable to dry by towels. You should walk around your vehicle before you leave. $30.00+ is a lot of money, to leave the car wash and find they missed a lot. Also, they often miss the inside rear side windows on an SUV when they open the hatch back. They will gladly clean almost anything, but you need to watch them and point it out. Also they often remove the chrome looking letters on the rear of the vehicle when drying it off.
I have had few experiences with Paul that left me with feelings of gratitude and appreciation. When it comes to Splash in Mt Kisco, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. 🙏

New place finally open, yippee and WOW!!! Nice big place with two types of services available. I went with the hand wash and was impressed from start to finish. Was greeted very politely and my car was quickly vacuumed and sent on its way into the wash. What a store, I really like the giant lite bright! Very impressive upscale setup with a great selection of items available with a card for just about every occasion. My car was waiting for me outside cleaned inside and out before I was even out of the store, will have to go back and check it out again. Great value, great service. They do a great job on a regular wash. Was disappointed with a full detail service. There was grime around my license plates and around door sills. Definitely not what I was expecting.
One of the best car washes in Westchester. The team there always leaves my car in mint condition. The owner Paul is especially nice and respectful to his customers.

I recently spilled a container of liquid tide in my trunk. It was everywhere. Paul the manager was amazing he was so helpful and took control of the situation immediately. The detail department at splash made the carpet look brand new. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Splash in Bedford.
My vehicles consistently smell like vomit after every wash at this location. I am a monthly member and none of the other Splash locations leave my vehicles smelling this way. I have spoken with employees at this location about the problem. Other customers also complain of a similar odor. I don’t know if it’s the water, the soap or the method in which the facilities are utilized but it’s clearly a problem. Unfortunately, I now need to go well out of my way and drive an extra 10 miles in order to wash my vehicles at any of the other locations - which is hugely inconvenient and probably warrants looking at other car wash vendors.
Paul & the guys at splash car wash are the absolute best in the business hands down. Absolute perfection every time. 5 stars.

This review for for the Splash Car Wash accessable from the Northbound side of the road. Being that this place is relatively new, it was very clean, and its machines were very effective.Location: Smack on the main drag, there are (2) Splash Car Wash facilities right near each other, one on the Northbound side and one on the Southbound side.Prices: While their most basic automated exterior only wash is around $11.00, its very easy to be well in excess of $30 per wash. Being that this place is relatively new, their automated system is still effective.Quality of Wash: Exactly what youd expect from an automated carwash. The only (2) reasons this review did not earn that last star is because the undercarriage wash was essentially useless, with many dry spots proving its coverage as being useless, and the second reason for it missing that last star is due to the numerous missing rollers on the blower tube when it contacts your vehicle, creating a major scratch hazard.Overall, worth it for a basic cleaning, I wouldnt find the cost worth it for the more expensive washes, espically when undercarriage cleaning is a concern to you.
Management is great but notice the staff does not treat me with the same respect as a customer. As a female the male attendants walk away when my car comes out from wash to be dried. The female attendants look and laugh and make comments in another language. As a monthly customer not feeling welcome here anymore.
Everyone at Splash in Bedford Hills is a delight to interface with. Paul (the manager) provides excellent customer service and puts customer satisfaction first.

If I could give zero stars I would as we had a pretty terrible experience when I was last there. So when we decided to visit Splash Car Wash, it was rather busy and they were basically packing cars in to a point where the gates in the front would go back down, and they had to then manually open them. We decided to go for the options that had the disco foam and undercarriage wash. We noticed that as we were going through, we didnt see and of the multicolored foam which was odd but we shrugged it off. Then we neared the end of the car wash and all hell broke loose. A car in front of us had gotten his windshield scratched up and was parked very close to the exit of the car wash, we tried to pull up as far as we could while the staff was talking to us until CRASH the garage door to the car wash came SLAMMING DOWN ON TOP OF OUR CAR! While we had previously been ignored, several staff members ran over and had the gentleman in front of us pull up. Due to the dust from the garage door, they had us go through again to wash off the dust and check for damage. Lo an behold, they had scratched up our car and even with a second wash, there were streaks and dust on the car still! They directed us to Garys Auto Body just across the road, and they said they would take care of the damages. It has been more than three weeks and we had not heard anything back from Garys so I finally decided to call him again. He had never sent us an email for the estimation of the work, but we finally got that sorted out only to then have him say that I might have to talk to Splash Car Wash again in order to get them to pay for the work.Buyer please be wary, I am not normally ac critical reviewer, but dealing with this car wash has been a nightmare!

Regularly go there once a month and get the works. Sometimes its great, sometimes (like today) not so much. For a while I had to specifically tell them to clean the wheels. Did not today nor did they do tires. Called them on it and they responded but when I got out of the car at the next stop I realized they only did tires...NOT wheels. The guys upon exit frequently seem distracted and I should not have to be worrying about the details! One more try and I am done!Since originally posting this review Splash contacted me and handled this issue very professionally. Went back recently and received 5 star service!
After spilling an embarrassing amount of coffee in the front seat of my girlfriends new car I rushed down to Splash. Paul and the crew took over with confidence and actually got the black coffee stain out of the light-colored cloth seats! I could not be happier with the final results and my experience there, I will be back!
The manager Paul and his team are always available to do a quality job. I visit often and my car is always sparkling clean when the are finished.
Paid $62.00 for a wash and interior vacuuming and cleaning of my two year old pick-up truck. When Jefferson and his team got finished, it was like it just came out of the showroom. They did a super job - well worth the money!
I took my car there for a quick hand wash as to not scratch my newly polished finish and I was very disappointed. I specifically told the washer to apply light pressure with the wash mitt and was completely ignored as they went on as normal. I wasnt sure if it was the water or the soap they used but it smelt weird. The car was dried with a beach towel. As soon as I was done I got out I realized Id made a mistake and checked to see if there was any damage and there were newly installed swirls and scratches in my previously polished paint. Youd think using their hand wash would be safer on the paint but you might as well of gone through the automatic wash
I had my Audi s4 receive a 5 star detailing by a 5 star business, if your a car person, this is the car wash to have your car properly detailed. The manager of this franchise Paul Dmato had his team take remarkable car of my car, and I could not be happier.

This is my last time getting my car washed there. Way overpriced for the job they do. They do a horrible job at drying it and each time the inside of my car smells like wet dog. It must be from the towels they use. Horrible never again!! Another reason is the rude woman at the register, she looks at you like you bother her. Terrible.
I brought my husband’s filthy 4Runner from Nh to visit my sister in Ny, and couldn’t bear it! I brought it to Splash in Mt Kisco, and suffice it to say, next time I’m bringing MY car down there to get cleaned. They did an excellent job, service was wonferful. The express detail interior, exterior, rugs and seats for $150.00 took 2hrs and was enough to get hubby’s 10 year old car looking like new. Thanks!!

Generally not one to leave reviews but—I left having my car still dirty (especially my tires which came an extra cost to be cleaned) and with me feeling dirty having multiple employees working there hit on me, ask me my name, age...GROSS. I just wanted a car wash. I miss my old spot, now too far away... I will not be returning here; I’d sooner clean my own car.
Car looked great after wash except smelled like throw-up. Not sure what is going on but inside and outside smell. Have to go somewhere else to get it re-washed to get rid of smell. Too bad.Follow-up...received nice reply from Gina at Splash apologizing for experience and offered free wash. Sent a reply and waiting for free car wash certificate.
Prices have skyrocketed. Unlike their other locations, this one is not ideal for a quick and inexpensive wash. Plan on spending $25+ for a simple wash.
Terrible customer service by cashier. The rest of the crew was wonderful. Cashier was rude and argumentative. Even as another employee who I think was a manager was present. When I confronted cashier about customer service she continued to argue. All of this as I am spending $67 on a car wash!!!! I will never return to this car wash again nor will I recommend this business. I would give it 0 stars if I could!!!
Splash in Bedford Hills has been great. Over a year of taking my black Mercedes to Splash has keot the car gleaming and me beaming. Juan and Paul the general and assistant Splash managers, have done a fantastic job through two 5 star details and a ceramic coating. Car looks better than new. But best of all, Michelle, the office manager has kept me and my 6 year old happy while waiting for the car. Cant do better. Keep it up.
Very disappointed.I choosed a $ 20 monthly membership and I was charged $ 32.50 membership monthly.I have been calling their costumer phone services for two days, leaving a message and not response from them.I will cancel my membership immediately and ask for a refund if they will finally pick my calls.

Had coupon for $15.99 and wanted to add in wax and they told me I could not and that I would have to get $30 wash with works for wax. So I paid the additional and the car came out with dog hair still in the carpets and dash and console dusty and and not wiped down. Wheel covers still covered with brake dust and dirty. Not sure if wax even applied. Will not be going back there ever......very poor service for high price.
I went in to get my car washed and it’s a shame to see an employee hurt working in such conditions. The guy was limping and you can tell he was in pain. As a businessowner myself this is unacceptable and it tells a lot about the mangers running this car wash. I can not continue to give my money to a business that treats their employees this way. The employees are the heart of a company because without out your heart you can’t survive which means that a company would not stay open. I took a picture of the employee and got the names of the mangers running this place.
Generally a good experience with the hand wash. They arent the most detail oriented. Often have to point out areas the final detailers missed. Obvious stuff...Like the windshield. Going through at non-busy hours doesnt seem to make a difference.

GREAT EXTERIOR. my car was dirty, and there were still spots of dried on grass on my car after the wash, but those were hard to get off ( I had to scrub it myself for quite a while to clean it). however, the interior wasnt the greatest. the cleaning agent they use is very oily. When I sat in the car, my feet slid on my rubber floors mats like ice. My clutch, brake, and gas pedal were also like ice and I slipped off the clutch, almost hitting another car. my hands got all sticky and gross from the steering wheel. my dashboard was spotty from where the oil just didnt wipe on right, and I had to use my own cleaning spray to clean it up.
All of Splashs employees provide fast, excellent service and are above all kind and personable. Shout out to Paul and Michelle who recognize me even with a mask on! Thank you so much; Ill be a life-long customer :)
I used to take my wifes car here, as its the closest one to the house. I usually get The Works, or whatever its called: the high-end detailing package. The outside of the car is generally acceptable - except for the very bottom of the car, where apparently its difficult to lean over a little and clean it - but the inside of the car barely gets a rag waved in its direction. Its ALWAYS still dusty, NEVER properly polished, barely vacuumed, and no attention paid to the bare bones of detailing a car. They also insist on using some horrible-smelling perfume... it makes the interior smell like chemical flowers. Disgusting - and this after my insisting that they not do it.Theyve lost a customer, along with anyone else I talk to about their shop. Horrible service, horrible job.
The “Pro’s” of Splash 💦 This is the only place I go with all my vehicles. Paul, Jefferson, Fernando, Alex, Michelle and the crew are all personable with their customers and detail oriented in their manner of conducting business.
I paid for the wheel express which includes interior vacuuming and wipe down. The car was barely vacuumed and nothing at all was wiped down. Go somewhere else, very poorly done.
Dont go to this car wash. The homeless guys in the city who spit on your windshield and then smear it around with a dirty news paper do a better job. Barely any soap touched my car. Essentially its a guy with a hose and two people with dirty rags at the end who will smear around any dirt so bad you cant see out your windshield for the car ride home and this will cost you $14.
Stopped by and Paul took very good care of me. Helped me out with some paint I had on the side of my car. Removed it for me with a smile. Always helpful.
Good service, bad attitude by certain employees. What a damn shame. I questioned thick lady cashier why I was getting charged $37 something dollars when my ticket clearly said $27.99 for exterior wash. She said thats because I had asked my mats be washed...how’s that possible when I told them do not touch the interior cause I do my own thing. She prob. made a SIMPLE mistake and got me mixed up but rather than own up to it, she would rather argue and ended up walking to the back office whilst talking Espanol. Probably talking sheeeyat about me lol. Oh well. One star beats a blank right? Manager seemed pretty cool though fixing her mess but i prob won’t be coming back.

Today was the first time I went the new Splash. Unlike the old one which was consistently thorough, today was a huge disappointment. My car was not that dirty and yet the inside was pretty much the same when I left as when I arrived...crumbs in the drink holders, dust on the dashboard. The console area was full of crumbs as well, clearly they didnt even wipe it down nor did they throw away the empty soda bottle in the door. Very disappointing. I asked for a squeegee to get the three inches of water out of the bed of my pickup truck so I could put some packages back in, and they told me they didnt have one...they actually didnt make the slightest effort to accommodate my request. I was shocked...if it was my business re-opening, I would bend over backwards to provide excellent customer service. I will not be going back!.
Overpriced and under done. They have a person at each side and a big window so you can watch. Driver side person was very dedicated and did a great job passenger side person didnt do anything just stood there and sort of mocked the other guy for working so hard. The results show.

I just spent over $100 to get it cleaned and it looked like they just drove it through the wash . Dirt still on headlights and bumpers the drivers door was still dirty ... WROSE JOB IVE EVER SEEN .. and when I pointed it out they told me it was STRAY FOAM WAX.. I could post pictures on here... not good customer service
They moved across the street from their original location from years ago and have made an incredible upgrade to their facilities. Its now a self serve, drive through car wash AND a detailer with a nicely appointed lounge for you to wait in while youre getting a wash. Great facilities.

I usually go to the Greenwich location, but this Sunday I visited the Bedford location. My 2 cup holders behind my seats, and the door handles were not vacuumed or cleaned. When I pointed it out I was told that the works does not coverThis that I would have to pay for detail service.The Greenwich location does this all the time.I dont recommend the Bedford location.Carol

Pretty good service not bad at all I enjoy the washes and the detailing however the way the staff treat their customers is onheard of for example when I received the money from the staff she did not had me the money she placed it on the table and gave me a look. I don’t understand why people come to this place pay money and get bad service from staff. There should be at least some respect for the customers.

They wash it great, but the drying is awful, have to spend 20min after every wash drying it myself. Just once Id like to leave and not have to finish what I pay to have done.
Big rip off. 30 dollars for the works even with a coupon was not worth it. It was not much better than the same thing I get at another car wash for $14. They really have a lot of nerve charging what they do. Will not be back.

2022-02-27I was shopping around for a miracle on a project car that was completely dirty. I would not have friends or family even get in the car because of how dirty and horrible it smelled. I spoke to Tony at the car wash and not only did he give me the best price he assured me the staff will do their best to make it clean. So for the price it was worth taking a risk as other detailing places was charging me $250 and up. When the car was done not only was it as clean as it could possible get but the smell of cigarettes and mildew is completely gone. I highly recommend this place and for the price they charge I promise you it’s worth it. It’s worth traveling within the tristate area to get your car detailed. Moving forward I will never go somewhere else. Thanks a lot Splash Car Wash you won a customer for life.

2022-05-19My Boyfriend Urbano Had Acura TL cleaned there and let me tell you that car was dirty there are some before and after pictures there. He then got another project car but this time the interior was dirty and the paint appeared faded. Well look at the pictures and judge it yourself. These guys do Amazing work the car is showroom clean looked brand new. Thank you Tony for always looking out and giving us the best service. We will continue to go to you guys.

2021-12-05I am more than happy with today’s service!I had a serious mouse infestation in my car. Although the nest had been removed the smell stayed. The nest had been under the back seats so while they were taken out to be cleaned the rest of the car, with emphasis on that area, needed serious cleaning and disinfecting.Not only was Splash open on Sunday, they gave me an appointment right away, and did a phenomenal job getting rid of anything the mice left behind.Thank you Paul and Katrina! My car is spotless and smells great. I will absolutely be back!

2021-11-28My brand new Honda Accord had poop on the seat. I cleaned it but I could still smell it. I called many car washes in the area and they said I had to replace my seat since it was leather and had the seat warmers. I went to Splash and they were very busy but found the time to detail the car, specifically the affected seat, in 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. $59 and my car was as good as new! Thank you Splash! Ask for Paul, he will take care of you!

2022-01-02I needed a complete overhaul cleaning on my interior. It was a complete disaster. They let me come even though they would have to stay open a little late. I said I had no issue coming back the next afternoon if it would be better and at first that’s what we were going to do. However, they could see how much I wanted this done and went above and beyond to help me. They also took the extra step of filling my tires, which were low on air. It doesn’t sound like much but to me, this was exactly what I needed to start the new year off right. Excellent customer service and top notch work at reasonable pricing. They also have a great shop inside with nice gift ideas not even car related! Greeting cards, lotions, adorable cutting boards, gifts for your pet…like a small novelty store. I will absolutely come back here, for my car and more!

2021-08-13I thought my car was a goner, it was completely infested with mold. Cars get salvaged for this all the time but I called splash with little hopes of success and to my pleasant disbelief. 2021-12-13My wife and I have been customers of Splash Car Wash in Bedford Hills New York for several years. It is our destination car wash in the area for each of our cars despite the many options available to us that we used to frequent prior to the advent of splash. We have used the reasonably priced unlimited monthly car wash as well as the detailing service inside and out which is always done with great attention to detail and expertise. Everyone from the managers to the person drying off your car is welcoming and friendly. It is a surprisingly warm place for a car wash. The exceptional combination of quality, customer attention, and friendliness, all to be found in a car wash, is why I am taking the time to write this review. 2022-07-08This is the best place to go to have your car detailed. I am always impressed with the professionalism and the work that they do. Paul, the Assistant manager went above and beyond to help get some scratches out of my car. He personally worked on my car and had the scratches out and my car looking brand new within ten minutes. 2022-03-02I go to a car wash with the expectation that the car will be a little cleaner than when I got there. That’s normally the case. Recently I haven’t been so lucky.One time the outside of my car was muddy. Splash uses a spray hose as the car enters. They open the door to get inside the door jamb too. Unfortunately they did not do the outside first. They ended up spraying mud all over the passenger area. Th he window, dashboard, seat, etc. Worse was that the person who did it didn’t do anything about it. Then the folks at the end who do the interior didn’t either. When I saw it, the manager told someone to take care of it with a rag. It was better but still not 100%.On my most recent trip I paid for a full service interior/exterior wash. My rubber floor mats were covered in dirt. I watched them vacuum. They did not remove them to spray them off. I asked if there was a way to pay an up charge to have them cleaned. They said that I could pay for an interior detail. Just to get my mats sprayed!I tried calling customer service last week. I was told that someone would call me back. There’s no email address on the website. I asked if there was someone I could email. I was told to wait to be contacted. It would be 24-48 hours. Now 7 days later and I’ve heard nothing.The photo attached is from after my car wash.

2022-05-19Thrilled with everything about Splash in Bedford Hills today! Was hoping for an interior detail appointment same day and they were SO accommodating with fitting me in. GREAT customer service, asked if I had any specific issues addressed with the interior, and also recognized me as a loyal customer at the location.
