Service was good.. but the cleaning was not as I hoped. It seems like a basic wash its just water thrown at the Car and then drying it.
As with most of the car washes, the wash is just general... If you want a good cleaning it is necessary to pay a detailed service
I went to this car wash yesterday and ended up with a $50 full service wash plus additional 20 min detail inside. My car was so dirty and it was amazing when it was done. They were really professional and did not wait long. The girl who helped us was wonderful explaining exactly what we would receive and it was a very well done transaction. My car looks brand new and the people were friendly, and professional . Would definitely go back .
Not sure what their definition of a “brush” is but mine is spinning cloth that rubs up against your car. I went here because it was advertised as “Brushless” but you can see from the photo it isn’t.For a brush car wash it’s ok. Staff was nice and the people who dry were friendly.
Their unlimited service isnt really unlimited. Its a lie, you can only do one wash per day. I have been a customer for 5yrs and only once I went for 2nd time in a day and they told me I cant unless I pay for it. Very unprofessional.
Quick and reasonable.If you become the works unlimited monthly member and wash your car every week, average cost will be below $15 each time. The works includes everything, exterior, interior, and tire shine. I think it’s worth the money.
Better then the Kensico location but could be better. Tires arent completely cleaned nor is the vehicle completely dry along the sides. Windows are cleaned properly. My vehicle always smells good. Thanks Splash.
This is how they wash their car when advertised as brushless car wash!! Even tho the car went in twice... still not clean, did I mention they are expensive too? Go somewhere else where they actually brush ur rims! Terrible! People are nice there though!
Super awesome staff and great service. Got an interior detail following a spill in my car and the inside is good as new. They even cleaned my second set of mats in the trunk. Cashier was really nice and helpful. The man who returned my car walked me through everything they did and was also super helpful. Highly recommended and pretty fair pricing!

Left with a crack in my windshield. Told the manager I had dash cam video of the windshield before and after the wash. I went in with no crack and when they were drying my car there was a crack. Spoke with Anthony the manager and right away he was on the offensive once I mentioned I had video and offered to share. He wouldn’t even let me speak, kept talking over me. He told me to call customer service. Called right after and they opened an incident report and advised me that a regional manager would get in contact with me, still waiting for the call two weeks later. I call back a half a dozen times and still no response. Poor management and poor customer service
I spoke to the manager Anthony and he was very helpful and made sure I received all the necessary services. Very attentive and thorough. Very pleased with the service. My car looks brand new with the polish work done. The vacuuming could have been more detailed.
I have a monthly membership for the unlimited wash plan. The team here does a great job helping me maintain the cleanliness of my vehicle. Its always a pleasure going here. Staff and management are personable and engaged.To note: the car wash updated late 2021.
First and last time going. I have NEVER felt the need to make a bad review anywhere but this warranted it. Not only did they leave a car infront of me out of gear and it rear ended the car infront, but they didnt say a word to either car owner who had both walked inside to pay. The manager then stood infront to see if they noticed and still said nothing. Then I get in my car and its barely vacummed, super dirty still. Cup holders, side panels, dash were visibly not cleaned at all and the floors, trunk and seats were majorly dirty still. The staff were polite and friendly but thats about it. $30 including tip I could had definitely saved and done it myself.

On Friday I went to get my car washed and paid extra to get it vacuumed. Luckily I stoped at store near by and noticed that the employees hand not vacuumed at all. When I came back they looked like they knew what they had done and laughed at my face. I was told by one of the employees that probably the manager had been rushing the employees because they were busy. The front desk lady was very helpful in solving my problem and an Ecuadorian girl helped me vacuum my car properly. That does not take away from the fact that they are stealing from those that don’t check their cars to make sure they have in fact been vacuumed. Check your cars before you leave!
Amazing staff and quality car wash, I brought my car and tried a detail, and they did an astounding job! I can see the difference between detail and regular wash! I definitely recommend the detail over the regular wash. You definitely won a new customer!

Paid for The Works and got no tire shine, didnt see any wheel bright and interior vacuum was average. Its unfortunate because they used to do a god job.

Expensive and did not properly clean my vehicle after spending $60.67 + $10 tip.The rims were not properly cleaned and I requested a full interior cleaning which I found crumbs still in between the seat and the center console.I won’t be returning.

If you don’t care about a quality wash… then this is the place. They didn’t wipe the door jams down, the lower cladding / side skirts or the roof of my cuv.
Looks as if just opened... new equipment +. Fully staffed crew keeps the flow of cars at a steady pace...everyone driving away happy with a clean ride.
I love this car wash! When I lived in the area I had the unlimited express membership and my car was always shiny clean! The staff there is absolutely wonderful and friendly! Their service is quick and effective. I would highly recommend this car wash!
People who work there are very polite, but when you get the unlimited washing they clean your car amazingly but as the time pass they dont do the same job anymore my whole car was a mess car seat full of crumbs garbage under the seats and they didnt even wipe where my radio is i pay the inside and out I was paying $60 per month but I didnt like it anymore.
Horrible management... they just changed their so called insurance policy and because of that they don’t let you stay in your car in the car wash behind the wheel.. . So ridiculous, won’t go back!
Not good. I paid $23 and the inside of my car was still dirty. They didnt wipe anything down.
My car was filthy and it needed the works! The VIP package was expensive but did not disappoint. I was told it would be Showroom Ready when I picked it up. I made an appt. and they called 2 1/2 hrs later. It looked like the day I bought it. I did a thorough inspection before I left and they passed with flying colors. Im not sure how they did it but they did an outstanding job!
These people charge you practically 30 dollars. They didnt even armoall my tires. Did not wash my plastic mats. Left the back of my car wet. Just a complete horrible job. Do not recommend this place at all.
They have so many customers that they dont pay attention to details and that is upsetting when you just paid the highest option on the car wash menu.
Paid for a Gold car wash. Literally spent 10 seconds vacuuming the car (poor job), plus didn’t even wipe down dashboard, door panels, or console. Don’t waste your money here. Worst car wash ever
I work in the city so when snow falls, my car gets caked in ice and salt. I drove in a month ago looking for a simple wash. The staff at the front helped me figure out the best package and I ended up getting a car wash with under side cleaning, mat washing, and vacuuming. I was able to watch the process from the store front. Quality service and reasonable pricing. Will be returning the next time I need to wash my car.

I went to get my new car washed for the 1st time and was very disappointed... I selected the works,I think it was about $28, the car was still dirty after going through the wash and interior was not cleaned
I get the unlimited wash deal for two cars. The wash is ok. Can be better. And you have to pay more for rubber mats. I’ve been to many car washes around trust are and this one is average. I just bumped it up from a three star to a four star because the service is friendly and the prices are fair.
They did a great job detailing my car!!! I had a substance all over the hood of my car that leaked from a parking garage ceiling and they got the whole thing out. My car looked like new. Anthony, the manager, worked with me and was very helpful.
Very disappointed with todays service.Considering my glass was meant to be cleaned they did a terrible job. The inside of my windshield looks more like a tiger the way it striped between being half clean and still dirty.

Pretty quick service for a mid-level detailing on an SUV. Loses one star for taking 15-20 minutes longer than it was supposed to,, although they did a great job. Karr is 16 years old, but sparkled inside and out when he was all finished. They have club levels for people who wash their cars on a regular schedule that seem reasonably priced. I only drive the car once a week, so not worth it to me.
They dont dry your car too well. I have to constantly ask for it to be done.
I must say, I went to Splash on central avenue for the first time today... any car wash I have ever been to the first thing i mention is that i want the inside done very well. The customer service here was great, the manager Anthony was beyond expectations and actually inspected my car and let me know what he felt was needed- I personally believe the prices are fair considering it is a service I am being provided by very nice and hard working people I may add. The expectation on my end was that my car would most likely look like any other car wash it would be clean but not to my standards... BOY was i wrong! I was personally walked out to my car, I inspected to make sure it was clean to my satisfaction although I did trust the manager. My car looked like the first day i bought it, immaculate. Every single detail in my car was clean, my speakers actually sounded louder. This will be my new car wash from now on, I was extremely pleased with my service this evening as well as I will be back during the week for another treatment that was recommended to me by Anthony (on my end i have to go back as i had a full trunk and did not want to make anyone take things out and have to put them all back) best car wash experience i have ever had and I wish the owners of this establishment could have seen what a 10 star experience i had today looked like.

If I could give them a zero I would. Ive been there 3 times. The first time I paid for the expensive detailing and I left there with none of my cup holders and console cleaned.the second time I went there I got the regular deluxe and once again my cup holders and console was not cleaned neither was the backseat that had fingerprints on it. I mentioned something to one of the cleaners and they said oh thats the guy in the other shirt that does that. I got home and called the number and told them that I was very disappointed in their service. They gave me the name of danori deanery and said that I will get a free credit the next time I go over there.I go there just now and they are not going to warrant my credit saying that it was for the kensico carwash. Well I went to that car wash. I said forget it just give me a regular car wash. I get to the end where theyre cleaning the inside of my car and yet once again nothing was touched on the inside of my car. I complain to the one guy hes in Disney inside for me and I mentioned it to the guy in the red shirt and said did you clean the inside of my car and he said yes I said no you did not. I will never go back there again and I highly recommend nobody else go there either.

Terrible wash, Wheels were dirty and dirt marks all over the car as well. Guys didnt even dry the whole car, had to walk around and dry it myself. Then they had the audacity to ask me for a tip...gtfo

Not detail oriented. Careless and uninterested car wash workers that don’t take any pride or involvement in their jobs. Only reason I use them is because of the the convenient location and unlimited package. I have never been satisfied with a single wash even though I get “The Works.” Which doesn’t include washing the mats. Single use car wash cost is beyond ridiculous. And my brand new car has scratches from getting my car washed exclusively there. After one month of unlimited, I won’t be going there anymore.
Worst car wash ever. Minimal vacuuming done. Interior cleaning not done at all.Wish I had taken pictures, as the saying goes, a picture is worth a 1000 words.One time & done...will not return. Got an email from then & replied the same, no more emails from them.

This car wash washes your car very well however their hours of operation are horrible! They advertise they close at seven they actually close depending on weather at 6:15 or 630. When it looks like its going to rain outside so today they close early like today at 1 PM...I called and no one answers the phone. Mind you theres no rain yet. They better not charge my card for the monthly unlimited package again!
The wash was fine. That said,they got window cleaner on my seats and pushed my windshield wipers so far out of alignment, I had to push them back into place.

A 0 star rating! First the service is so bad, you don’t get the service cleaning you are paying for! And to pay $30+ to just have your outside car cleaned and barley vacuumed inside is crazy.- Second They STEAL today I got my AirPods stolen by one of the employees that washed my car , PLEASE BE AWARE of your surroundings AND TRY TO AVOID this place as much as possible is not worth the money for service your getting!

I pay for full service which includes vacuum and they dont vacuum under my seats and when I ask them to the guy is in my face telling me he has a line and I payed for cheap service.He then hops in my car speeds off and bumbs my car. I will not be going back.
Under new management as of Oct 2016, owner works on site most days so I would expect things to turn around. My wash was good. They just missed a few areas in the interior.Went a second time and outside still good but they need to do better with interior. Still crumbs on seats and door jam areas. Also floor mats just banged out vs spray cleaned.

Hands down the worst. Car not vacuumed properly then they wanted me to get back on the longgggggggggggg line so they can redo. The only reason they get 2 stars was because they gave me a comp for next time, which I will use and hopefully have a better experience and revise my review.
This is hands-down the most overpriced car wash I have ever been to. I paid $37 for their platinum wash (most expensive normal wash for them), to get my car cleaned. They did not touch the trunk, and I still have dirt and dust in multiple areas. When I got into the car, I noticed multiple spots where they sprayed, and did not wipe up. They were in such a rush to get me out of there for some reason. On top of this, they did not open any compartments within the car, I did not expect a full detail, but for double the price of all the other carwashes in the area, I at least expected a better job than what I received . I would understand if they were very busy, but I was the only person there.
I brought my work vehicle in today to remove some old decals so I could put on new ones. I tried everything myself and could not get them off. Not only did Splash get them off, but they made the van look new! They went above and beyond and the price was fair.Anthony (the manager) also told me about the Current specials and after my work van was done I brought in my Land Rover and again they made it look brand new. The crew that worked on my car wasn’t just there to work they were there to do their job and do it right. I may be getting a little to excited about this review, but as a business owner I appreciate dedicated employees and work well done. I will continue to go to Splash. Very happy and impressed! Total waste of time and money. Upgraded to silver wash today and I ended up drying the car myself with my own towel. The cookie crumbs are still in the cup holder since they didnt even bother to vacuum. This place went down the hill after management changeover. Who cares for free coffee. I just want my car clean.
This is another car wash in White Plains that I frequently use. It is a bit pricey but the service is good and the cleanliness of the car is evident. They do detail cars as well. You have a variety of options. There is a little store inside to by air fresheners and other little items for your car. They have an after hours wash thats greatly discounted. There have been workers here for many years. It has gone under several owners in the past 10 years. Who knows what that means? I will say that you can be satisfied with their service. Try it! Come soon!!
I get a nice value for my $22/mo. for an outside wash, which includes a wipe down of dash and door wells.The lady is polite, at best, the guy SUCKS!!! Not personable at ALL!Fish rots from the head as a results, it shows w/ his front end staff- too bad for all.We all need to do better.

Rushed services. I got the superior interior and my car backseat carpets are still dirty. As well as my backseats.
So as I write this I just left that place and the workers stole $.50 from me. Now it’s not a big deal but imagine if you tip them and they take money from your ash tray or central console without you knowing. If they continually do this to people it adds up.How I know they stole is that I ALWAYS keep $2.00 worth of quarters in case I need money for a meter. I checked after I left and now there is a $1.50. Must be a tough world for businesses when they can afford to lose $100s of dollars in business for $.50 by hiring unscrupulous staff.Now to the quality of work. Subpar. You pay good money for a car wash and get a rush job that still leaves streaks and missed spots. I don’t expect things to be perfect, ever, but in such obvious areas you wonder why it wasn’t noticed. Are they just rushing to get the job done or taking the time to give their customers a good experience. Now to find a new car wash.....

Good car wash but you have to be specific with the cleaning inside the car that you want.
Worst car wash ever! They are rude, lazy and ignorant. I asked them to clean out the leaves trapped in the sunroof wind guard and the guy says theyll do it at the end. At the end, a guy used a blower to get the leaves out and all over the roof of the car and tried to leave it like that! I pulled the trunk mat out for washing and they put it back in before vacuuming and gave me an attitude for pointing it out. They do a lousy job on the interior too, not doing any of the cup holder or other areas that collect dirt. If you want to pay $30 for a horsesh*t car wash, go here.
We were there on Saturday to take the 2005 Porsche Cayenne in for a wash. The car came out clean and missing a mirror. When we turned around to tell them they said we had to talk to Freddie. He went through the wash and found the mirror all cracked and unusable. He handed it to me and asked if it was all good. I told him no and he said it could have been loose when we brought it in. I am more upset that they didnt even mention it had happened and just hoped we wouldnt notice. I will be talking to the big manager tomorrow and give them a chance to make it right. Completely unsatisfied, I went to get my car cleaned like everyone else in need of it due to the weather and paid $ 34.13 which was a COMPLETE waste of money. The “manager” was stationed at the cashier.. he was quite busy on his phone and took him literally 15 sec to look up and say “oh hi how can I help you?” That’s one.. TWO: when I told him I was upset on how the left my car he seemed careless. I am absolutely disgusted with the service and so upset only because when I usually do go there they do a great job. If your going to be in Customer service .. your service has to be 100% all year. Plus I will be attaching photos on yelp. Never again going here.
The worse service and customer service I have ever seen in my life. If I could rate this service -3, I would do it because the service does not deserve even one star. I bought a Groupan coupons for De Luxe Ultra includes Super Express Wax,Super Express Rain-x, Wash Rubber Mats, and full service(Exterior Car Wash & Towel Dry, Interior Vacuumed, Doorjambs, Ashtrays and Dashboard Cleaned,Windows Cleaned In & Out). The first time I took my car they did not clean inside well, just light vacuuming no wiping and cleaning window from inside and outside was ok. The second time I took my car, I mentioned I was not happy with inside. What they did: they did not even vacuum and clean inside, and outside was full of visible stain and cloth marks from the dirty cloths they used for cleaning. The whole time took for Delluxe Ultra service took less thank five minutes! When I told them they did not clean inside the Owner came and told me they are all stain, when I showed all food drops, paper pieces, and picked up dirts, leaves by my hand, he told me we do not clean this items. He was so unprofessional. I could find this service in most of the gas stations for free , not for $34.99. I seems they do not care about customers and service.
I can say it was OK. It was not the cleanest job, but it was also not the worst. I think 2.5 stars would be a better description for the place. I wish they had more staff that can handle the pressure of the weekend.

Waste of $$$. Truck was not completely cleaned and they dont clean underneath after I specifically asked if they clean underneath since with all the salt on the road in winter that is what will rust the bottom of the car/truck and is important. Completely bone dry underneath right after the wash. Missed a bunch of spots, also didnt dry it everywhere and still had some soap residue on it. Complete waste of $$$. FYI - Also they put a sign up of a cheap $8 wash but dont offer it in the winter and only certain times in the summer.

Okay this became my favorite car wash place within a few minutes. As a person who understands the detailing of cars I noticed some impressive things they do here. Good friendly customer service and good package deals. Everyone was very friendly. Excellent vibes. These guys are not just average car wash dudes. They have extensive understanding of detailing. They offer compounding, paint corrections, polishing and waxing. One of the detailers named David knows his stuff. He said he’s got some experience in detailing when he apprenticed under a Lexus autobody tech. They use the good stuff like meguirs 105 meguirs 205 compounds/polish. Oh yea they have free coffee inside.They have good attention to detail. The greeter immediately noticed the red bird poop stains in the paint and made it known it could damage clear coat. A detailer in the front approached me and said the same thing and CARED about it and offered to do some clay bar correction, compound, polish and wax. I declined because I do some detailing as well. But I am surprised by how much they cared and their knowledge.Lastly at the end, they used CLEAN MICROFIBERS to dry my car;they opened all the doors and even the trunk to dry the doorJambs.Man these guys are good. Defiantly very impressed. Give them a visit you won’t regret it.
Poor job cleaning up inside, plenty of dirt and debris were all over the floor matts after they were done definitely will never come back, especially not for $27
$30 a month for daily car washes, if you please, especially during the winter? Yes, please! The car comes out looking really shiny,even if it was the saltiest on the road. No salt afterwards, 90% dry, they always miss the driver side mirror, but eh, not a big deal. Not a fan of the broom-style cleaning method at the beginning of the wash, but as long as its not scratching my car, its not an issue. Car is washed by cloth-material like things, basically, NOT a laser/pressure wash. Cool side windows inside the building where you can see your car being washed. Never seen anything like that before. Kind staff.
First time I came here in a while. Seems like it maybe be under new management. I knew the car was dirty and asked if I could go a 2nd time on my visit. They declined. After showing the person at the desk my VIP rewards card, they explained that I had a free 2 day guarantee. So I stated that I would take advantage since the car would probably need it and they said that was fine. I came for the 2nd visit and they said I can only get a “bronze” car wash ($14.99) and not the “platinum” car wash ($29.99) that I paid originally for. Not the end of the world, but all the other places I have gone to would have guaranteed and would redo the service that was originally paid for.
Horrible .Will never go back here !!!I got the monthly pass where you can wash your car unlimited and every single time they never vacuum properly . Ever .My back set always has crums on the floor , dirt . I found fries under my mats on my passenger side , how is that possible if they vacuumed ?You would think especially with the area because of who they cater to they would clean everything to the best of their ability . No.If you take your car to the south Bronx, a detail van they do a 100% better job.

The first drive through wash for my truck since I owned it for six years . I always hand washed it myself and Im very fussy! I got busy and have very little time so I went to Magnottas for the first time.I wasnt happy with the first pass so they ran it through again, apologized and made it right. I visited this location and at the end of my service my car had white swirl marks all over it. I approached the cashier (blonde woman) and explained the problem. She came out to look at it and said its sap! I explained I would pay extra to have the men remove it. She responded Im too busy to address it now. Run it through again. By that point my toddler son was losing it so I asked Can I just get a credit for your cheapest wash for another time? She nastily replied No! and she walked away from me. This is not the Magnottas I remeber. Clearly the new ownership does not want to maintain their clientele.
The wash was decent the work after drying was not very good, I rolled away wet in many places.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! Ryan Maffei is the owner and will treat you like garbage especially if you are African American or Hispanic. Not to mention when your car goes through the car wash YOUR TIRE RIMS WILL GET DESTROYED. I am warning all residents of our lovely county of Westchester not to go to this car wash. RYAN MAFFEI IS A RACIST who treats his minority customers and workers like garbage. He is rude, and the Magnotta name is being disgraced with Ryans name attached to theirs. I was warned but I didnt take heed. I learned the hard way and now my car destroyed. SPREAD THE WORD AND WARN ANYONE YOU CAN!!!!

2022-02-23There is nothing better than having a good team and machines do the good job but most important is having the great team working together. If you need it wash this is the place, if you need it shine then this is the place. If you need it extra shine and protected then the place can offer you the detail work. Totally recommended.

2022-06-30Be sure do not have bug spots on windows do not completely come off be ready to go somewhere nearby to clear any bug spots, dry off car too, plus way lined up cars in front of you awful, some leave doors open how do they expect you to move anywhere, anytime go there be prepared to get inconsistent service, guess thats what happens when youre not doing wash car yourself. Will be thinking about canceling as well since they promptly , sometime even earlier than the closing hours, even open hours bit late too......now they skyrocket and the new upcharge, say will get certain wash not so sure as well when check see theres film residue not getting good rinse as well...

2022-07-23Okay service, the bug stains and deeper stains did not come off even though i got the higher package. Tire shine was subpar and underwhelming. Had to come home and shine them myself. If you need a quick simple wash then just choose the exterior basic package and you’ll be alright. Have gone to the pelham manor car wash a few times and they offer similar prices for better quality work. Overall okay experience, staff was friendly.

2022-07-23Its probably the most confusing experience Ive ever had. We asked for the mat cleaning along with the car wash, but when we got in the car, the mat on the drivers side was missing.We were like: one mat is missing.The staff: you only have 3 matsUs: yeah and if you count it, theres only 2 in the car..After many back and forth between the staffs,The staff: there were only 2Us:... But you literally just said 3, and clearly one is missingStaff: you can check the cameraThe camera only showed they only brought 2 mats to wash, which was consistent with what weve seen. When we had a closer look, apparently the mat on the passengers side was misplaced. It didnt even fit. It was supposed to be on the drivers side. And then we found the passenger s side mat in the trunk, unwashed...So I understand that you can misplace the mats sometimes, but I have no idea why they decided to hide one mat in the trunk. During the entire process, they had plenty of chances to catch it and fix the problem since they opened the trunk a few times during the wash and also after we pointed out the issue, but they insisted there was nothing wrong on their end even a mat was literally in the trunk for no reason...It was too hot and we didnt want to argue any further. We will not come back anymore.

2022-04-29Not thrilled...Went today and opted for the highest package and was asked if I wanted the rubber mats cleaned. I thought this would have been included. I decided to not get upsold.Then they didnt even vacuum the rubber mats.Also, in general, there is still dirt inside the doors, none of the cup holders or dashboard shelfs were cleaned.I feel like to charge almost $35, they would have done a better job.

2019-06-09My car was pretty dirty and in need of a serious cleaning when I drove by the new Splash Carwash on Central Avenue in White Plains. I decided to have them do a major cleaning of the interior for an extra $30. I wondered if I might be getting “ ripped off” but I was very impressed by how dedicated the Splash team of employees were as they not only vacuumed every crevice of the interior of my car but really cleaned it! By the time they finished, the car looked ( literally) as new and spotless as it was when I drove it out of the dealership, the day we bought the car! The cost of this service, of returning my car to the pristine condition of looking “ brand new” was a bargain! Given how expensive it costs to just give cars a satisfactory cleaning, I highly recommend that you experience what a great difference it is to have your car washed at Splash!

2022-02-13On the nicest day of the week, I was very happy to have my cleaned here. Because it was the warmest day of the week, the car wash was busy but it did not take long and my wife and I really appreciate the service they provide. Car looks great, to bad it snowed the next day ☹️.

2020-03-07I went to get my car washed today as I am installing a new car seat in my car. I wanted everything on the interior to be fresh and clean. I selected the full service express wash with super shine package after speaking with the worker who takes your order and explaining to him what I needed done. The full service express wash lists that the interior clean includes a dash and door jam wiping. I paid $23.83 for entire thing and was horrified when I got back into a car with a dusty dashboard. It didn’t even look as though a rag was wiped across the top. I ran my finger on my dashboard and dust was everywhere. I went back to speak with someone to first see if I misunderstood the level of cleaning that was suppose to be done. I was told by a worker that they were sorry I was not satisfied, however if I chose to spend an additional $20 I could get my dashboard “actually” cleaned. I tried to keep my composure as I ran my finger across my dash to show proof nothing was wiped down. In the end I refused to spend another dollar so I left. I will NOT be going back to Splash on Central Avenue in White Plains, NY. The sad part is I love Splash and I used to always go to the location on Kensico Avenue in White Plains, as they do an amazing job cleaning cars. It’s worth the extra 5-7 minute drive. Don’t waste your time at this location. I will include pics of what my dashboard looked like after my car was “cleaned”...disappointing.

2022-02-23HORRIBLE!!! Had to call the cops on them to get my refund back. I got super shine interior wash for $60, my mats were still dirty. They scratched up my car. Never going back again
