Jack was very helpful, I came in and he noticed my Steelers face mask. He showed me the new Steelers shirt that just came out and I couldn’t help myself. He was great!!
Andrew did an amazing job. He was able to answer all my questions and even took the time to show me where products were so I didn’t have to look forever

Sportszone is an awesome store with great staff! They have a variety of sports shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, and just about anything you can think of that can have a logo on it! I went in to get Eagles merchandise and was greeted by friendly associates who helped me find exactly what I wanted! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Definitely dont buy Pokemon cards from there. These people are really just scalpers reselling their Pokemon cards for 6x the price. So insane.
I went in to purchase some new jets clothing and found a large variety of t shirts and sweatshirts. There were even more jets items such as socks blankets cups and other great merchandise. Staff was very helpful and good looking if I may add.
I never thought some of the stuff inside ever existed. Giant with tones of merch from tooth brushes too wooden statues. I’m not sure if its all official but it’s a great place to find gifts, decorations and souvenirs. Staff talk to each other which is not bad but it makes you feel like they notice you.

The customer service at the Sports Zone in Colonie Center is top notch! We were looking for a specific NY Yankees old timer and the owner. Jay, went above and beyond to make this happen. Highly recommend this store - you will not be disappointed.
Great store that had all the Patriots apparel that I was looking for! They also have a nice selection of items from clothing to framed photos for almost all sports teams. I will definitely be shopping with this company again for all of my sports apparel, and memorabilia.
I was in Lake George for the day and went to the Sports Zone location, in the outlet center, to see if they had a Winston shirt. Sadly, they didnt have my size but the gentleman working, since he was a fellow Tampa Bay fan, he called the Albany store to see if they had a shirt in stock, in my size - sure enough they did. The guy who helped me was great! He had the shirt shipped to my VT home that day, just in time for the weekend game. Ive never had this type of customer service, ever. Thanks again guy in Lake George who helped out. Also, thanks for informing me about Hard Knocks on HBO. :)
CJ was fantastic helping me find everything I was looking for. It’s unfortunate that he is a Bills fan, but I won’t let that affect the great customer service!

2021-12-16Pretty good collection of stuff, but everything seems to be marked up significantly. 200% to 300% from the items I looked at. I just purchased the same items elsewhere for less than half the cost.

2020-12-16I stopped in today to buy a secret Santa gift for a sports fan, and Chris was incredibly helpful. The store has a wide variety of items from clothing to memorabilia, car decals, masks and man cave decor. Went in feeling lost and came out with the perfect gift. Highly recommend if youre a sports fan or shopping for one!

Has NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL EVERYTHING!We got a new hat, two shirts and two masks for like $100!Chris, the Redskins fan knew exactly where everything was and when something wasn’t at the physical store, it was brought in within an hour!I would give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could!The owner Jay Dent, told me if I needed anything I could call him personally!Thanks guys! 2021-01-09Sales person was very pushy, made it seem like he was giving us a great deal. Never once told us all sales are final. Went in today to exchange for a larger size, which they didn’t have. He told us he doesn’t have to tell us all sales are final as it’s on your receipt that you get after making your purchase. Now I’m stuck with a very large $50 hoodie. Shifty shady little guy!

2020-12-16Sports stores are a dime a dozen, but employees are not. The staff at the Crossgates mall make the difference. Even though Chris is a Redskins fan, he’s still very knowledgeable, regardless of the team or sport. Great place! Will be back.

They had an extensive amount of product from everything like jerseys and shirts, car accessories, things to decorate my kids rooms and my man cave, and even offered customization on pictures! I will definitely be going back and recommending them to friends and family!
