Dr. Allan was extremely nice, extremely chill. He saw me right away, moved me around, and I instantly felt better. A few hours later my shoulder was freaking out and inflamed and I was in more pain than when I had gone in but I chose to trust him and waited a night. Today its like I never had the problem in the first place. Dont wait. See this man. Feel better.
I hate that every review isn’t five stars for Dr. Allan. Saw him for back pain and in passing I mentioned I had chronic headaches. In three sessions he was able to eliminate the headaches and back is feeling much better. The worst part about living in LA is not having someone like this guy.
Dr. Allan Sicignano has changed my life. After being a patient of his I can confidently call him a miracle doctor. After struggling with injuries for over 5 years from an accident, he has been the only doctor to correct my damages. Too many doctors were too afraid to work on me, but not Dr.Sicignano. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.There is truly no doctor like him. He office is lovely and spacious. If you have ever been timid to try chiropractic work, call Dr.Sicignano. I met Dr.Sicignano around 2007, in desperate need of help . I had been to many doctors looking for help and relief for the chroncic head and ear pain that i was experiencing . no one would could help me , until i met Dr.Sicignano ! He was the first person that said i think i can help you, and for me that meant a lot . we started working together immediately and immediately i felt result . TRUE STORY ..changed my life . I still see doctor Allan when i need to but overall Im truly grateful that i met him ..#THE BEST OUT THERE
Dr. Allan is amazing, I have a chronic lower back condition and he has been able to take me from extreme pain to feeling great in just a couple visits. It’s like magic, I just can’t say enough about the positive results I’ve experienced! Thank You 🙏
Be wary, takes no insurance and if he takes xrays will refuse to send them to another doctor through fax or email—requests you come in and take photos and then won’t answer the door. There are plenty more legitimate chiropractor’s in NYC.
I have been here a few times and each time I have walked away feeling 100 times better—back, neck, shoulders and hips pain free and I swear I feel like 2 inches taller. The hours are convenient and it’s easy to get to.
Dr. Allen did amazing work on my back. Taught me a lot about my posture among other things. I am a costumer for life.
Don’t go here. This chiropractor does not care at all about his patients. He kept running out during my treatment because he doesn’t have a receptionist. Worst care I’ve gotten in years.

2022-03-18Allan is is by far the most talented chiropractor I have ever seen. I have been in pain for years and thanks to Allan, I am doing so much better. I finally have hope that I will no longer have back pain. No one else has been able to treat me and make me feel better other than Allan. He is truly a magician. I couldnt recommend him enough.

2022-04-28I was in a car accident almost 30 years ago and started having really bad neck pains about 15 years ago. My BIL had been seeing Dr. Allan for regular adjustments and recommended I give him a try. Having never been to a chiropractor before, I was a bit skeptical. Dr. Allan was able to alleviate my immediate neck pain on my first visit and Ive been going to him since! He truly is a master of his art! You really dont realize how much better you can feel with regular adjustments until you get one. I highly recommend Dr. Allan!

2022-03-23I came to see Alan with a complex multi level neck problem looking more like surgery was going to be the only option . Within a few visits my symptoms started to improve. More importantly, Alan took great care and time to explain in detail what he thought the issue was and exactly how he could correct it. This is a veteran of the trade with a vast resource of knowledge of the spine.

2022-06-10I’ve had an issue with a herniated disc in my neck and Dr. Allen has made the numbness in my fingers go away almost completely. I believe I will be 100% after I finish with him. I’m so grateful for his kindness and professionalism. I had tried physical therapy for 3 months and was told surgery was my next option I hesitated 9 months hoping my body would heal and it would go away. I eventually went to Allen. I never knew that he could correct the issue and I would see results so quickly after 4 sessions I’m almost 80%. Can’t wait to see him again.

2022-06-08Came in with excruciating pain. been dealing with chronic pain for years but was experiencing an awful flare that i couldnt manage on my own. got an incredible adjustment and some kinesio tape on my traps and am feeling sooo much better. will definitely be coming in regularly to keep myself feeling good!

2021-12-26I came in for a walk-in treatment this November. Dr Allen Sicignano assured me he has time on the spot, so I agreed. The session was regularly interrupted by phone calls the Dr took up at the reception desk. The treatment ended after around 20 minutes, of which perhaps half was dedicated to me, because his next appointment was due. During checkout, Dr Sicignano accused me of wasting his time when my credit card didnt work with his machine. Finally, it took five e-mails and many more phone calls to receive my invoice (an e-mail full of typos, lacking my address and his signature) three weeks after the treatment. I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but my experience at Spring Street Chicopractic was disappointing from beginning to end.

2021-07-27Im a Chiropractor who has practiced in Asheville NC for 42 years. I was recently in NYC and stopped in and got a great adjustment from Dr Sicignano. Ive been adjusted by hundreds of chiropractors and I put him right up there with the best, thanks for the adjustment Doc.

2018-07-13Dr. Allan has miracle working hands. I had strained my lower back and hadn’t been able to walk for 4 hours yet he worked on my back (painless) and cleared up whatever was causing my pain. He aligned my spine and pelvic bones (painless as well). I have lower back pain that is genetic and he fixed that issue as well!! I am just so happy I can walk again and feel like a new person.My husband has been going to a physical therapist for years to work on his shoulder problem but saw minimal improvement. Needless to say Dr. Allen saw him right after me and did his miracle work and for the first time in years my husband is not in pain!!!I can’t recommend Dr. Allen enough. He is extremely knowledgeable and talented. If you have been suffering with neck, back or shoulder pain I recommend you see him!

2020-02-06I randomly walked by this place and decided to give it a try. I’ve had pain in my neck from an accident 15 years ago and from a recent seizure. I couldn’t even turn my head properly.After one visit, Allen gave me an adjustment and it changed my life. Not only could I turn my head but the pain disappeared. I only had time to see him a few more times before I had to leave New York.I’m now seeing a chiro but I wish I could continue visiting this place. I was highly skeptical about chiropractic and he showed me the light.
