Samuel rocked it :) I will totally recommend his business. He was reasonable, and didnt try to overprice anything. We need more Samuels in the business world, and it is how customer service should be!
Update 8/2020 : Had contacted Samuel - SS Tech Plus in the past for a printer repair, was very happy with his service so I contacted him again for computer virus issues. Dropped my computer off within hours of contacting him; the repair was done quickly and my computer was up and running in no time. He is went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my speaker and at no charge. Samuel is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Prices are very fair and reasonable; can’t thank him enough!Extremely happy with SS Tech Plus service! I had been advised that the damage I did to my printer probably could not be fixed. I called Samuel based on these reviews, and am I glad I did. He picked up the printer from my home and he was able to make the repair that I thought was impossible (would have cost me almost $400 to replace). My printer is working perfectly! Samuel is professional, kind, and prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend SS Tech Plus for your computer and printer needs!
SS Tech Plus (Samuel) is great to work with. He is professional, personable and honest. His responsiveness and customer service are initially why I chose him to work on my computer, and I am very glad I did. All of my future tech work will go to him, he does a great job.
I would recommend SS Tech Plus to anyone that needs top notch computer work. Not only was Sam able to figure out what was wrong with my computer, he was transparent about the pricing the entire time & never did anything before checking in with me first. He was also gracious enough to let me borrow a computer for a few days, since the part I needed would take a few days to ship. He is personable, easy to talk to & delivers top notch customer service. We needed to get my sons computer fixed and my husband contacted SS Tech Plus. Samuel was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The cost for the repairs we needed was significantly lower than we thought they would be. Dont even think about going anywhere else other than to Sam! My laptop wouldnt turn on suddenly on Saturday night. I brought it to him Sunday morning, and he had it back to me good as new by Monday morning. The best part was that he was honest and up front about the possibilities of repair, as well as the associated cost (completely reasonable pricing too). So when I usually write a review, I write about the good, the bad and the ugly. But in this case, there was no bad or ugly, only good or great. First, Sam is very responsive. He asks all the pertinent questions to gain information and gives prompt and accurate estimates. In my case, he repaired a broken laptop touch screen. I had given him the info about 5-6 months earlier and was pleasantly surprised that he remembered our discussion and kept the information after all that time. We dropped off the laptop and Sam was very accommodating with pick up.His prices are very reasonable! I would definitely use his services again if needed. Thanks!
I had two laptops to be repaired. Both owned by my grandson. One just older and beat up the year old on had 5,000 viruses and malware. Samuel was called message left. He responded quickly and made arrangements to pick up both machines. After everything he had to do both are working wonderfully. He knows what he’s doing and it’s quality work. I’m so pleased with the results. I recommend him to anyone who wants professional quality work.
Samuel repaired 3 laptops and a desktop for me and was so wonderful that I brought him on as our IT guy at my office. Since he has been doing our IT work he has fixed an underlying server issue we didnt know could be resolved or how large of an issue it truly was and set up our new office computers making everything run so much smoother and more efficiently than ever before. We can text him any time of the day and on weekends and he is always quick to respond and rectify our issues. He was more than accommodating and fair with his prices as well. We have never been as pleased with our IT professional as we are with Samuel and SS Tech Plus. I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone.
I was very impressed with Samuel. I had a screen problem so I looked for a company close to my apartment to fix it. Luckily, I called SS Tech Plus. Samuel came over the same afternoon I called, ordered the parts I needed,and told me as soon as they come in, hed repair my computer. I didnt expect it very soon because of the New Year holiday. He called me on Jan. 2 and said he had the parts. He came over and fixed it a half hour later. Needless to say, Ive found my tech guy for any other questions or repairs that I ever need. I had a 1 year old HP Pavilion laptop used in my home office that wouldnt boot-up. It was just stuck on that spinning wheel of death. I tried every trick I could find on chat forums and YouTube to get it going again, but nothing I did worked, so I called up Samuel. He graciously picked up my computer and within two days, got it running again like new. I should have gone to him first. Samuel at SS Tech Plus saved me so much time and frustration. I highly recommend him and will definitely use SS Tech Plus again in the future.
SS Tech Plus (Samuel W.) is awesome. He is professional, courteous and super helpful. I came to him with a piece of electronic equipment that hed never dealt with before (a digital photo frame). Did he turn me away...NO. He did some investigating on line and found vital contact information for the company manufacturing the frame. Because of Samuel going the extra mile, I was able to contact the company and arrange for a replacement frame to be sent. I would definitely give him and SS Tech Plus 5 stars. Called SS Tech Plus told him my problem I was having with my computerHe pretty much analyzed the problem over the phone .I brought the computer to him (lives 5 mins away )Got a call a few hours later that the computer was up and running.So I picked it up and was back in business, at a most reasonable price.Subsequent to that I called him about a suspicious e-mail I received and he advised me as to the nature of it.Happy to have someone here in Lockport and close by to handle my computer problems!
My C drive malfunctioned and stopped working. I called SS Tech Plus and Samuel got my computer back up and running. He was easy to work with and very accommodating. Ill be using his services and not anyone else in the future.

I needed a new PC and heard about Sam so I gave Him a call. He was prompt and made an appointment to fit My schedule. He set Me up with a beautiful PC. Sam was very professional and willing to help. My computer would not turn on and I called him frantically looking for help... I need it for work, so I was in panic mode. Some questionable computer behavior prompted my first call to Samuel. I also had some security questions I needed to ask someone. We then discovered a large Microsoft update problem with my computer. It ended up being a string of problems to solve one at a time. He never gave up till everything worked again. I am amazed by his determination, and dedication to problem solving. He was also very quick to respond every time I reached out. I wish everyone with a business were like Samuel.
Samuel was a great help to solve problems with downloading an upgrade to Windows 10 on a desktop and to figure out a problem with a laptop computer. Samuel has helped us before in the past and he was able to help with new upgrades and other issues. He was very professional and easy to work with.

Saying my laptop was headache inducing mess would be putting it lightly. First, my screen was constantly fizzing due to a wire issue. Once that was fixed, the power button wasn’t responding due to a wire issue. Once that was finally fixed, my mousepad and corresponding buttons weren’t responding. Samuel was patient throughout the entire process and tackled every issue as it came up. The quality of service and professionalism were among the best that I have seen. Samuel responded in a reason able time and did a fix for my problem at a reasonable price. On a second call, months later he did a quick remote fix to a different problem and did not even charge me. I would highly recommend him for your technical problems..

2022-03-07Samuel was polite and professional. He understood the urgency to repair the laptop and worked on the weekend to fix the laptop screen blackout condition. I was able to drop off the laptop on Saturday and pick the laptop up on Sunday. This was a quick turn around and a fair price. I will definitely conduct business with SS Tech Plus in the future.

2022-08-11I needed my laptop fixed after i failed in updating my computer..I went searching on Google for a computer fixer nearby and SS Tech Plus was open and responded immediately. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and affordable. After just once in meeting Sam, hes in my phone contacts as my computer guy. I honestly would recommend to anyone.

2022-08-11I called SS Tech Plus on Friday at 5:00 and was able to bring it to be checked out as soon as I was off the phone. While on the phone I was given information that helped me feel more comfortable about my situation. My computer was gone over and has been working great. I was given peace of mind and my experience was very caring and informative. If I need any other computer help I will be going back without a thought. I have already told family about this company if they have a computer problem. I cant say enough how great my experience was.

2021-10-07We are 72 yr old technophobes. I searched for a computer repair service in my area and chose Samuel because his reviews were stellar. I made the best choice. He determined that our computer was fixable for a reasonable fee for an older desktop. I really wanted to buy an All-In-One to eliminate all the cords and wires. Samuel made several recommendations, sending us the links and helped us decide on the computer that met our needs for the best price. He then ordered it, transferred our old data, and came to the house and set it up. He demonstrated everything for us, connected our printer to the new desktop. We could not have asked for any better service. All of this was done within 4 days at a more than fair price point!

2021-12-08Over the summer my kids locked my computer with encryption, on accident. I called Sam and was able to drop it off that day and he had it restored and running great in 24 hrs. My husband is a nurse and has alot of online training so it was really important to have done fast. Sam is friendly, AFFRODABLE, and overall my first choice for any repairs. No need for big box Corp when you have a hometown business you can support!

2021-09-02My daughter spilled milk on my computer and the keys were sticking so, I called HP and they said it would be about a month until I was going to get it back.I did not have that much time I need it for school. I called and Samuel said he can look at it and fix it. He was very polite and friendly. I really appreciate him. He was a life saver. I would recommend him to anybody if you need your computer fix or simple just look at. I am very happy with the service and he kept me up to date on what he was doing with my laptop.

2021-07-18My PC was failing to bootup and I had tried a number of solutions before realizing I was beyond my level of expertise before contacting SS Tech Plus. After describing the situation to Sam, he was informative and clear and concise on the options he would try if I wanted him to take a shot. Through the entire process Sam the was tremendous to work with. He ran thorough diagnostics and after a couple unforeseen hurdles, he was able to determine the cause of the issue and offered simple solutions to keep things sensible and timely. I would highly recommend to anyone local looking for technical expertise and I will certainly work with again to general PC maintenance or should any other issues come up.
