Urgent care is awful. Brought my 9 month old in there last week because she was vomiting badly with a fever, they never even asked what was wrong, just asked several people in line to take a seat after we had all been there for quite some time already... the nurses just stood around socializing with eachother while my daughters fever just got higher... i ended up leaving and taking her to the hospital and the nurses behind the front desk actually had the audacity to laugh at me for leaving to take my 9 month old somewhere they actually care to help us... only reason I went to urgent care first is because i live 2 minutes up rt 30 and thought they would be fast with a baby under a year old... i was sadly mistaken. I am completely disgusted with the way things were handled, i will never make the mistake of bringing myself or my children here again, and i will be sure to warn everyone else i know in amsterdam of the unprofessional behavior from rao Pavillion urgent care employees. Absolutely disgusting...
Horrible experience. I had an appointment for 12:40. I arrived at 12:30 and they kept me waiting for 2 hours in the waiting room. Later when they called me they told me that my appointment was at 12:40 that they could no longer attend me because it was 2:20 pm. Terrible. I hope never to return to this site again

2022-07-22The staff at St Mary’s Rao iOutpatient Pavilion are the most pleasant hard working people.. everyone is so friendly and they go above and beyond to help you .. I can not say enough about the receptionists , the urgent care Drs and also the imaging center.

2022-01-28So… here is my story. I walk into the new office on route 30, walk up to check in and the woman won’t even look at me. So I move to the next window where there are 2 woman. One says sign in and have a seat. As I wait, I hear a woman confirming another patients personal info. She is yelling out all this woman’s info and the entire front of the building now has all her information as well. So a third woman calls my name and I go to window 4. She proceeds to confirm all my personal info in a loud and booming voice as she once again tells everyone in the front of the building MY personal info. None of these woman said hello or how are you. They were clearly irritated I arrived for my appt. A very kind man came for me and I had my dr. Appt. Then…. I go to the checkout. As I wait in line for my turn, I walk to the counter and this woman won’t even acknowledge me. I see another checkout with 2 women working and walk to that checkout. These women don’t even look at me and say someone will be with you. So I sit down, wondering why none of those 3 woman could check me out. I find a third checkout and this woman did help me. Someone, anyone, needs to address these woman and remind them what they are there to do and how to address patients. Not one of them showed any type of professionalism except the last one. Out of the 8 woman who were there to help me, 6 need to be re-evaluated as they suck at their job and do not care who knows it. Isn’t this the type of poor image that St. Mary’s has received in the past?

2022-04-20Nearly an hour long wait to have blood drawn even with an appointment. Only 2 techs drawing blood. Next time I will seek similar services elsewhere.

2021-08-17I was there for bloodwork. I had an appointment. I waited for over an hour. I didnt get the test because I had to leave for another appointment. The blood test should have taken only 5 minutes. They said it was there busy time of the morning, but they should staff up for those hours. I also witnessed that walk-ins got served before appointments. No rhyme or reason, so why make an appointment. Also they require face masks, not a problem for me, but not all were observing the rule. Social distancing is a joke there. I dont think I will be back.

2021-10-12Ive been to this place before and they were good those years ago, but lately they lack in many areas. The nurses and technicians are all awsome and kind, but the receptionist was rude and mean. The wait takes forever. Even before the covid nonsense. St. Marys is much much better, but I was forced to go here for my bloodwork tests...so overall...terrible. only good thing was the actual nurses and technicians there. Everything else thumbs down.

2021-04-05I cant remember her name, but there is a student radiologist that took my X-Rays earlier today, and made the process as painless as possible. She did a great job. Everyone here is very friendly as well.
