Terrible company, they do not stand by there word. We have bought Thousands of Dollars worth from them over the years. This time the shoes just did not fit as labeled. We returned via their return label and have receipt for the shoes and weight of box shipped and received by Stadium Goods. They informed us of receipt of the return, then later stated the box was empty upon evaluation.We shipped it and have a weight listed at shipping and at Delivery by THEIR delivery company. We have been informed that they have misplaced the shoes and WILL NOT BE PROCESSING A REFUND! What terrible customer service. Avoid them.
Great experience thanks to Jeff & Ray. Went into the Soho location during a busy time and was waiting to try on a pair of shoes for 30 minutes until they noticed I never got the shoes. Was treated to a pair of socks to make up for the wait. Staff was very welcoming, helpful, and nice. 10/10 customer service!
I purchased two sneaker on Sun, May 29 (Your order #K5LJUJ). I returned both in the same postal box with their original boxes inside for each, tags, and everything. I only received my refund for one sneakers on June 8 ($227.90) and never received refund for the second item. Since then Ive been trying to get my refund by emailing them numerous times; however, all I get is we are looking into it. I hope this review will wake them up and do their due diligence of customer service and give my refund asap! Otherwise, they are unprofessional thieves who issued refund only for one item instead of two!
Complete scam. They sold me 3 pairs of shoes last year that were supposedly verified. Going through a separation and I needed to sell them. Sent the same shoes back in the same condition and ALL 3 FAILED verification. They’re basically worthless and possibly counterfeit. I could understand if this happened with a pair, but the company does not stand behind their product and impossible to deal with. Keep it moving and buy from StockX or GOAT.
I stopped in to Stadium Goods to pick up a pair of shoes that I had a difficult job finding in other locations, and I’ve got to say I’m glad I struck out everywhere else because not only did I get the shoes I needed but the service was amazing. The store was busy but I was spoken to by a majority of the staff there. The two that really helped me out were Mark anthony and Rey, they really went above and beyond to find the one shoe I needed, and it was the last pair! They really helped me out a tremendous amount and the way they interacted with me and treated me like more than a customer but like family. We had conversations outside of the shoes I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier with my experience at stadium goods. I’m definitely going to be back! Thanks again!
Before traveling with my family from London,UK we planned on visiting Stadium Goods to buy my 20 month old daughter her first Jordan trainers. We visited on the 12th of June. After having to wait in the line for about 30 minutes, we managed to get in and was greeted by the only friendly sales representative in the shop who helped me via the iPad see what shoe stock they had in my daughters size, after waiting for about 20 minutes the shoes came out and we decided on a red pair of dunk lows which my toddler (who loves shoes) was so excited to wear. I also decided to try a pair of Yeezys myself (waited about 40 minutes for them to get my size, and after asking several times what was going on the said they were coming, someone finally apologized and said we don’t have your size). Anyways I didn’t let that wait bother me too much and went to the till to pay for my daughters shoe, I was greeted by an extremely rude staff, I gave him my husbands credit card which I have been using my whole entire trip in various shops and he said he needed to see ID, my husband and me don’t carry our passports around NYC in the fear they might get lost. I said we didn’t have one, he said arrogantly if you don’t have ID you can’t have the shoes so bye. I was shocked in the way he delivered this message ( I get it that it might be customer policy, by the way you should display this better) but he should of treated me and conveyed the message in a different way, I have never been treated this way in a store, I was not purchasing a $10 item, they were $130 trainers for a toddler. My hungry toddler was so upset about the wait in the store and the fact we ended up coming out empty handed. As I was leaving the store, I did provide feedback to the manager who to be honest seemed like he really did not care. I am extremely disgusted at the way I was treated, train your staff to provide good customer experience, to not be arrogant.
Stadium goods is the best! Shouts out to Jia for giving the best customer service in the sneaker stores I have been to. They helped me surprise my son for his birthday. The management was great too! Shouts out to Cam, Rey, Markanthony and the amazing service that I got today. Will be visiting again and supporting this amazing business.
My first time ever at this store and I got my first pair of Yeezys :)The store follows Covid safety protocols - temperature check prior to entrance, mandatory hand sanitizing and all display shoes wrapped in plastic (not sure if this was a normal thing also prior to pandemic).You need to ask one of the guys who works there to check on the sizing and prices for each model as they vary greatly. Interestingly they dont have female sizing (for Yeezys) and it should be a corresponding size in male. All purchases are final.I heard that buying online should be cheaper but I just didnt want to try my luck and get a fake pair. Id definitely come in the store to see first hand which model suits you best and then order online.
NEVER DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN. I just purchased a pair of J3s yesterday. I went back today to look at a pair of J1s and inadvertently hit the purchase button. I IMMEDIATELY sent an email and called to cancel the order. I was told I couldnt cancel the order because it was already processing, even though I received an email saying it takes up to 1-3 days to process PRIOR to shipping while I was on the phone to cancel the order.I will not deal with them again...
COMPLETE FAIL. I am a first time buyer of Stadium Goods and I wanted to buy a pair of shoes from them as a gift for someone. I did research and looked on their website and while it did say items have been previously owned, they have an entire web page dedicated to their guarantee that all items are authentic and unworn. Unfortunately, that is simply not true. When the first pair arrived (images 1 and 2), I noticed right away that there were scuffs and marks on the back of the shoe; evidence that they had been worn. I contacted their Customer Service who acknowledged the error and said I would be refunded and needed to send back the shoes. When I received the refund, it was only partial of the full amount. I had to contact their team again to get the full amount refunded and for the inconvenience, was offered a Promo code to use on a next purchase. The Customer Service Agent was very understanding and accommodating, and gave me confidence that this was a one off occasion and that the quality they sell is very high. He reassured me that I would have no problems purchasing a new pair. When the new pair arrived, the label indicated it had been sent from FARFETCH. Very odd because I did not know this website and had ordered it from Stadium Goods. Come to find out, that this is a brother company of theirs and they had shipped out the item from their warehouse (even though I purchased from Stadium Goods on their website). Frustratingly, these shoes also had evidence that they had been tampered with (images 3 and 4). Nicks and scuffs out of the leather and a piece of glue at the front of the shoe (tried to pick it off and it wont come off and I dont want to rip the leather). I had to contact the customer service agent AGAIN and all that could be said was that they would send me labels to return the shoes to them with a refund, or I could keep the shoes and be discounted. Even with the discount, the shoes were going to be still over $300.Because of this experience, I have had to pay for long distance phone calls with their team, uber drives to the shipping depot, and interest on my credit card while I await for these refunds to come through. It has been a complete waste of my time and money. Not to mention, I have no gift to give at this point. I made sure to order at the end of November for Christmas and with these inconveniences have been left with nothing.For the amount of money they charge for their shoes and the fact that their company values state that they sell authentic and unworn items, it is completely ridiculous that this is the type of quality they are sending out. It is a fraudulent claim to make that they sell unworn items when they in fact DO NOT. As I mentioned earlier, I was a first time buyer and used reviews and their website to feel confident in making a purchase so I want other potential customers to know: If you are thinking about purchasing something from Stadium Goods, save the time, energy, and money and DONT.
A Boutique type of store if you are into rare sneakers and you have to have an exclusive sneaker. They have some great sneakers that are also very rare and expensive. I feel like this place is more for sneaker collectors rather than sneakers that a person would actually use.
Everyone comes here for the best and rare sneakers. We got our Yeezy sneakers here.Atmosphere: casual, crowded, good music. The staff is friendly and casual. No air. No snobs. All chill. Don’t be rude to the staff.Service: super fast considering the shoes are in the basement.A lot of tourists shop here too because its home to rare shoes.You pick your shoe, size and they will you the availability and price. Each size, colorway and style and brand changed in price due to its rarity. They have the Supreme x LV collaboration. They even have some super rare Jordan’s.
Do not shop with these frauds. I ordered a pair of Cool Grey Jordan 11s on 11/29/2021 and they took my $444.14 and will not send my shoes. They sent an email confirmation the day I ordered shoes and gave me an order number. After first couple days I ordered shoes, they never sent a confirmation Email saying they shipped shoes out, they just put my order status as “in transit” that was 5 weeks ago and still no shoes. Fed Ex informed me that the shipper created shipping label but hasn’t shipped product. They still have my money ($444.14) and I still have no shoes 5 weeks later. No one will reach out to me and tell me what’s going on or fix the problem. They just send a. Generic email saying they’re “lookin into it” and they will let me know something when they get more into. That’s just a lie and a generic email. No one has contacted me whatsoever and they still have my money. Nobody will reach out. These guys are frauds. Beware
I made a purchase through Amazon for a Christmas gift. I thought I ordered a size 9, received a size 10. I have been waiting on a refund for shoes received by Returns on January 12th, although policy states refunds within 2-3 business days. I have since repurchased from a different supplier with no issues. I would NEVER recommend this company.
My boyfriend got me a pair of Nike’s from here for Christmas. He ordered them in a size 8 which is also listed on the receipt, but when I went to take them out of the box I realized we were given a size 12. We’ve contacted Stadium Goods and they refuse to allow for an exchange or a return/refund. Now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that don’t fit because they couldn’t do their job right? Make it make sense.In response to the company:You should be apologizing that YOU have messed up our order. I’m disturbed at the fact that you can’t own up to this blatant mistake and aren’t willing to fix it whether it be a refund or exchange for the correct item. If it was in your “best interest” to assist us, your company would find a solution for the problem rather than giving reason not to. It’s embarrassing on your end, and from the reviews this doesn’t seem like a very rare occurrence either. Do better - learn how to make it right for the customers.
UPDATE: Stadium Goods did not offer any assistance or help even when I contacted their customer service. My fault was that I trusted them when I bought the shoes and did not inspect both of them thoroughly. They also never took them off the box when I bought them at the counter so I could inspect them. Be very careful, they know the tricks. A business that refuses to be accountable for what it sells, it is a fraudulent one. They are also very expensive since I paid 360 usd with a 15% discount, while competitive shop at Union Sq. offers them at 320 usd. Wish them good luck!Scams, stay away! I purchased a pair of yeezy from their Soho store. When I went back home I realized one of them had some excessive glue on the back stitching of the sole. It was the shoe that of course did not give me to try when I was there and when I purchased them they had already packed them in the box. I went back the next day and they did not accommodate any exchange, saying that they are not accountable for what is inside the box. Shame on such a business! Floor manager working on the Monday 01/17 evening shift was quite ironic saying to me lets this be your first time that a store does not accept exchange. Wish them good luck! Do not give your money in a business with such an attitude.
The lady working there with the teal sweater. Dread extensions and fake eyelashes, dark skin was very NASTY. I asked her if she could check what sizes they have in size 4. She said we’re very busy right now but she wasn’t doing nothing but singing. And then i asked another color and size she said they’re $500 is that good with you? With attitude, if you work in a high busy place, learn how to be polite and if you don’t want to help people than don’t work there. Lost me as a customer. And I’m never going back there. Flight club was way MORE POLITE AND HELPFUL.
Never order anything online! After numerous ordering and cancellations. Finally was able to but the shoe I want and than was ask to for proof of identity over email but wanting pictures or my debit card and photo ID. SOUNDS VERY SUSPICIOUS to me. Would never order ever
Please do not order from Stadium Goods. I have had the worse experience. They deserve a zero. I ordered some yeezy for a Christmas present for my daughter and they were to small. I immediately return them unworn and undamaged via fed ex. The shoes were received by Stadium Goods on Jan 3. They have yet to refund my money. I reorder the shoes without refund on Jan 14th because they were not responding to emails or calls. Today, I receive an email from them saying the shoes are damaged with a picture. REALLY after having the shoes for almost 4 weeks. I wish I wouldnt have reordered the 2nd pair. They didnt give me a refund or send the so call damaged shoes back to me. They are SCAMMERS!!!
This Place has a very good selection of shoes, one of the best places youre going to see in New York there is plenty so security so dont be afraid is going to try to come in and stick everybody up because Im sure there are plenty of people in the store you have to carry large amounts of cash some of the shoes range all the way up to $12000 nice displays for the shoes and the shoes are wrapped in plastic so you dont have to worry about getting them dirty when looking at them to see if you want to purchase
THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT!! They spent weeks giving me the runaround and refusing to give me a refund for an item that they had not sent out yet!!! They were extremely rude and in order to get my money back I had to get in contact with my bank and the Better Business Bureau to file multiple claims!!! I am not sure how they are still in business!!!!!!
I am not receiving the goods or services that stadium goods is known for... And it seems like they give ZERO Concerns for there online shoppers. I order a Travis Scott hoodie and when my package came in it was SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. They sent me a T-Shirt that’s not even on there website !! The t-shirt SKU had the correct product code for the hoodie I ordered with the incorrect item attached. My PACKAGE SLIP Receipt even had the CORRECT PRODUCT DESCRIPTION BUT YET I still gotten a t-shirt. I email them 2 days ago concerning my incorrect order with Zero response to my situation. I am truly a dissatisfied customer. And I just wanted what I paid for. It’s only been my second time ordering from them and they making back to back mistakes. Not a good look smh ...
Got 3 pairs so far from stadium goods Yeezy 700s, and 2 pair of dunks the shipping on them came quick it took 4 days for them to come not a long wait at all, the shoes came in great condition I would highly recommend them, They are a couple dollars or twenty dollars more sometimes then other websites like stock x and goat but I ordered from stock x and took almost a month for the product to even come
Is there a rating of -10? Purchased from Stadium Goods for the first time - never, ever again! A system error caused them to duplicate my order. Contacted them less than 2 hours after their mistake and said they cannot cancel orders. Charged me for both pairs and said that I had to call when I received the duplicate to request a return label then ship back and get credit. I guess, we the customers, need to invest our time and money to correct their mistakes!! By far, the worst online shopping experience this holiday season.
I usually always put just good reviews because the internet is filled with negativity but on this I had to write because I dont want it to happen to someone else.So I ordered a pair of Jordan 1s from stadium good and paid for express delivery. After 15 days over 11 emails that just got told my letter was being sent to a different department. 9 phone calls that they said they couldnt refund my money because the shoes were in the mail and I had to recieve them first then send them back. When thats not what happened tracking showed that just the sticker was printed and basically the shoes got lost in the shuffle and lost at the factory. After explaining that to them and telling me that I would have to get to the back of the order line even if I wanted to try to order the same shoes again I j just gave up begged for my money back. I went to another site g0@+ and in literally 3 days got the exact same shoes. Go with them do not do not do the headache with this company. Easily the worst experience I have ever had buying on-line. I lost my daughters birthday present from this on time just bad
This company is a joke. They give you 3 DAYS to make a return but make an extension exception for Christmas. I made a purchase 2 weeks before Hanukkah began and tried to return it after the recipient did not want the gift. They told me it was past the date acceptable for returns and would not make any exceptions. Knowing the state of manufacturing and shipping today, how would I assure to have the gift in time before Hanukkah (which this year began the Sunday of Thanksgiving) while still allowing 3 days for return!?! That is completely unreasonable, discriminatory and just poor customer service! Do NOT buy from this store!!!
Just bought my daughter her 1st pair of Jordans through your online store - Jordan 17 + Retro - for her 15th Birthday. Im hoping the experience goes well. She is super excited cant wait to get them. After reading some of these online reviews Im a bit skeptical after spending $350 If the process goes as expected Ill update this review.My daughter received the Shoes. She😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 them!Delivery was quicker than I thought.Was really skeptical about this purchase. Stadium goods had an incredible selection of shoes. I’ve never seen so many rare shoes or deadstock shoes in my life. The attendants were also extremely helpful in helping me find anything that I wanted to. I didn’t end up making a purchase but I would definitely go back here
First online purchasing experience with Stadium goods was not a great one. I bought the Jordan 7 Marvin the Martian on their site for an advertised price; when I receive the sneaker it was clear that it was worn and the heel collar was completely ripped. Like others I tried to email their support team to no avail, when I finally spoke to someone on the phone, they seemed too good to be working in customer service and was quite terse. The same shoe is now going for over $100 more than what I “bought” it for. I really just want the sneaker at the price you advertised it for, yet you won’t simply exchange the shoe. Your competitors have it at this price point, wanted to give you guys a chance. Thankfully I’ll be coming to the store as I live near by. To echo others sentiment - the online customer service is quite horrible. ive also attempted to reach out via social media.

BUYER BEWARE!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would! I do not want this to happen to anyone else! I ordered a pair of sneakers for my son for Christmas on November 25th! I received a shipment noticed that my product had been shipped as of December 2nd! In tracking the product multiple times, and seeing no movement, I contacted Stadium Goods NUMEROUS times to inquire about my product! They informed me that the product should have already been shipped and they could not explain why there was no movement as of yet! MULTIPLE emails and phone calls, they have yet to get back to me in reference to the status of my shipment! I was forced to purchase the product from another company, and will be delivered tomorrow afternoon! With that being said, I have contacted Stadium goods for a full refund, and again, no response! This is a scam company and Im giving you fair warning! Do not buy from this company!

These other reviews seem like people need to read the terms and service before they decide they want to return something a long time later
Spent about half an hour on a line waiting to enter. Place can be seen as a museum of sneakers since is pretty pricey (Air Jordans I goes for USD 3K). if you like sneakers and the line is not long, spend some minutes looking at the store. Bouncer was really polite and had a good mood.
What a rip Off, save you moneyPurchased nike air max 97 metallic gold, never received item. Purchased it 11/30/2021. They supposedly had FedEx delivered it to me 12/09/2021. Home all day to expect package to arrive, only to find that for FedEx to tell me delivered, I live in a apartment complex with a apartment number for FedEx to say they delivered it to the resident which would be the building and not the apartment. I called stadium about the issue since I gave my money to them and they hired FedEx to ship item. They say there not responsible, and FedEx tell me Stadiumgood require No Signature and for FedEx to leave it at front door. No sneakers and FedEx try to get stadium goods to file a claim only for stadium goods to tell me to do a investigation on FedEx. Buyers Beware !!!!!
I must say that the reviews had me a little iffy about ordering but my daughter really wanted a pair of Shadow Red/ Jordan Mid 1’s the store sold out before I got to go on there site I googled And got Stadium Goods shipping took some time but when reaching out, the customer service was very helpful and I just got my package yesterday took 14 days but I got my shoes for my baby. I placed an online order on Feb. 13, 2021 for a pair of shoes and paid for express 2-day shipping. I called the same day as I placed the order due to weather alerts about a big snow storm coming to my area. I decided if the storm comes, all shipped items would be delayed and Id be better off going and picking up shoes that day from much larger retailer with stores in the mall because the shoes were a gift for a birthday party on Feb. 19. Upon speaking with Juan, who assured me verbally that the shoes would arrive by Feb. 18, I felt okay with keeping the purchase instead of canceling and I bought a similar pair of sneakers from Kicks Crew to just be safe.**My order from Kicks Crew came earlier than expected on Feb. 17 and the service is amazing.**I did in fact get an email on Feb. 15 that my shoes had been shipped from Stadium Goods however, when the snow storm came all orders were delayed and I did not get an update from FedEx on where my package was, which was fine because I had the other pair to wrap for a present. On Feb. 22 I called back to Stadium Goods as it had been way too long for me not to know what was happening with my shoes. I was informed by another agent that all that could be done is to contact FedEx and have the shoes sent back to the warehouse for a full refund. I agreed and got an email and did not get an update. On Feb. 26 my shoes arrived and I called back and was told that I would have to purchase a label to send the items back if I wanted a refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE BEWARE! TOTAL SCAM!
I felt like ordering off this website would be a little risky, the reviews I read were mixed so I took a chance. I ordered black and red air Jordan 1’s and received the wrong color shoe. When speaking to customer service about this, hoping they’d exchange the shoe (once it’s been returned) for the CORRECT color that I PAID For, I was told I would need to re order because they do not offer exchanges.. but it was their fault in the first place for not properly checking the shoes before shipping them out to me- total inconvenience. It’s seems to me like they aren’t thorough enough, I’ll order elsewhere. I do not recommend.

I was skeptical bc you don’t know what to expect when buying online , but especially J’s - Also I read the comments .I have purchased from Stadium Goods , but in person . Didn’t have a problem . Customer service could be better but it’s NY !So I recently ordered some Jordan 1’s … The online process was for the most pretty simple . I did express shipping I did receive them on the date given when purchased . Only bad thing I will say is that the leather on the white part … CLEARLY different . Went to the store on Howard St today, inside of the store was hotter than the surface of the sun, not sure how one could shop, let alone work in those conditions. Felt bad for the employees sweating inside of the store that was hotter than the hot summer day it already was. The store deserves zero stars, staff was doing as well as they could in those conditions and they are the only reason why this place should get any stars at all. With how highly priced the shoes are here it seems a little ridiculous that they cant afford a little ac in the store. Cant imagine having to work here in those conditions. I hope management is able to sort this out and give these workers a proper work place.
First off let me explain that I have never been to this store or purchased anything from here. My credit card was stolen and used to purchase shoes that were then delivered to my home. I contacted the store to let them know my credit card was stolen, and cancelled. I asked to send the shoes back but was told by Andre Z from customer care they do not take back shoes after three days.... for a pair of shoes I never even purchased! They said their return policy was strict even for fraudulent purchases apparently! What a SCAM! I would never ever shop at this company with archaic policies!
Worst experience I ever had with a retail company. Package never updated on FedEx after a month. Contacted the company they stated they did an internal investigation and the package was sent to FedEx and now there in contact with FedEx. I then contacted FedEx to find out they never received the package just the label was created and no investigation was put in through stadium goods. TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO REFUSES YOU A MANAGER CAUSE THEY WORK IN PORTUGAL and they refuse to refund me my money.
First time purchasing from Stadium Goods and it’s a complete fail. I ordered a pair of sneakers from them and it was supposed to arrive June 15, 2021. FedEx claimed the sneakers were delivered but I never received any package. I checked up and down trying to locate my package from both Stadium Goods & FedEx. Stadium Goods has yet to help me or even send me my sneakers that I ordered and paid for. Worst customer service. All I wanted is what I paid for!
Its my bad experience buying my Jordan air pairs of shoes with Stadium goods. I get my order with defect pairs of shoes.I try to exchange same product, but they didnt gave me option for me. They said No Refound No exchange they just 10% refund of total amount of $371.
Had exactly what I wanted. Received order in less than 10 days. The stayed in communication. I read a lot of bad reviews after I purchased and it scared me, but I decided to trust the process! I can’t relate to any of the bad reviews and will def be a returning customer!!
What company doesnt allow in store returns? Plus there was a huge line, I waited in the heat, and couldnt even exchange the shoes I ordered online! Plus, when you go there, every shoe is wrapped in plastic wrap, NOT sustainable! Not a fan of Stadium Goods. Suggest buying shoes elsewhere.
Came to the store with money in hand ready to buy a $1,000 pair. It was 6:47 while the reported closing time is 7:00. The useless doorguy with the worst tone said 5 times it was closed and with no respect just said get out of here guys. Nice way to lose a sale and a recurrent client. I would probably had been out before 7.For all those thinking on buying something here save yourself some bucks and try other options first (stockX, flight club, etc.). I was trying here because I wanted the pair right away.
Went in there to buy Air Jordan 1 sneakers. They said the price for my size was $450. When I went to pay for the sneakers they said the shoes cost $550 and they do not accept any returns even if the shoes are unworn. Plus their prices are usually much higher than other trusted resellers.Other than that great sneaker collection and a nice store in a good location.
Ordered a pair of UNC Jordan shoes for my nephews Birthday. I ordered a few weeks in advance since they were hard to find and low in stock. They did not fit him. There return policy has to be initiated within 3-7 days which I wasn’t aware of when ordering. Very disappointing!
I ordered two pairs of sneakers and had to return them due to sizing issues. Beyond the fact that they offer no prepaid postage on returns if you are making a return you will be out the return fees and a restocking fee which is 10%. DO NOT buy into their reviews about being courteous and have high ratings! Only store credit is available which is a bunch of BS..After paying to send the items back and any other fees related to the purchase I would have NEVER used this merchant again!!! Let’s see how long they take to post my credit!!This site SUCKS👎🏼
I only gave this company 1 star because I would not have been able to post a comment without leaving a star but let’s be clear.. This company doesn’t deserve the 1 STAR! Working with this company has been a nightmare. I’ve seen reviews stating don’t buy from them and I should have listen. By refusing to listen I’m now paying for it. This company had no problem taking my money but refuse to give it back when they don’t deliver the product I purchased. I placed an order on August 31, 2021 and today is September 17, 2021 and I have yet to receive my ORDER or a REFUND. I received tracking stating it was shipped via FedEx, called FedEx and FedEx states they never received the package from Stadium Goods. Call Stadium Goods and I was told that FedEx did receive the package but it doesn’t show that they have it so they may have lost it. At that point I did expected the customer service rep to say, I apologize for the inconvenience, what I can do is either resend it or issue a refund but noooo I wasn’t told either. I was told that they will do an investigation and someone will personally call me back within 48hrs so I thought to myself, okay I can work with that. 48hrs isn’t bad. Dayssss, even weeks later, no phone call regarding the matter. In order to find out what’s going on, I have to keep calling them, just to be told the same thing over and over and over again, “they are investigating the matter”. What I don’t understand about this entire process is that all carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc) offer insurance for things like this so when items get lost, stolen, etc, the company can be compensated for their lost so I’m really baffled as to why I haven’t been offered a replacement or a refund at this point. again, today is September the 17th and the order was placed on August 31. I’ve really tried to be patient with this company but my patiences are running out. I’m so disappointed with their lack of empathy and compassion that I don’t even want the item at this point I just want my $410.00 back on my card and if I don’t have an refund issued by today I will be contacting my bank on Monday. This is by far the WORST Experience EVER! Future buyer, CAUTION‼️ CAUTION‼️ CAUTION‼️ BEWARE❗️ keep your money, don’t waste your time, listen to the reviews, spend your money with local stores in your area who can offer what you need and if you live in NYC DO NOT visit their store bc I read in person experiences are just as bad as online. I just ordered Jordans for the family. I’m very worried given all the bad reviews. Hopefully everything goes well and I can update this rating to 5 stars and have a new place to buy our Jordans.Received my Jordans and was very pleased with how quickly they got here. 3/4 days from ordering and they were here and could only be dropped off with a signature which was great.The size was perfect for the whole family and the personal email from customer service was a great comfort. I will definitely be shopping here again, I’m glad I took a chance despite the bad reviews.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!! They will rob you be careful. Ordered a pair of Jordans on the labor day sale of 15% off. The shoes I ordered had a price of $270 which was a good price for these Jordans. I put them in the cart and checked out. Got the email confirmation and they charge me full price $319. Contacted them and because I didnt have a screen shot of the price they kept the overcharged. I only take a screen shot of the completed order showing payment confirmation so if I have a problem I can prove that I paid for the item. Ive never had to screen shot the actual price. Never will purchase shoes from here again. BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY, COVER YOURSELF WITH PICTURES OF EVERYTHING BECAUSE IF NOT THEY WILL PULL THE OKIE DOKIE ON YOU ALSO AND OVERCHARGE YOU!!!!!!!!
Have yet to have a bad experience here. I always go in knowing what I want and I get it within 5 minutes. The staff is extremely friendly and the store is always well organized. Not really sure what all the bad reviews are about, its a shoe store, theres really not much to it, and everything in there is authentic.
Received my order, box damaged but I’m not worried about the box. The sneakers have a few visible flaws that lead me to believe they’re not authentic. So I’m having them authenticated. One sneaker looks like it is crooked. I don’t know how to explain that lol but you hold the sneaker straight, and the tongue, laces and everything is on a slant. So they’re either fake or somebody messed up during production. Let’s see 🤷♀️
I took 3 pair of shoes to the store in New York to sell, the employees where very nice and explained everything clearly. The shoes took a week to ship to the warehouse and 1 day after arriving I already sold 1 pair for a good price. I had some questions during the shipping process and again they answered all my questions quickly. Overall a really good selling experience with this company until now!
My confirmation email said that I only had one pair of shoes shipping when I ordered two pair. I reached out to support and they were very prompt, courteous, and accurate in their assistance. Because of this, and their phenomenal sneaker selection, Stadium Goods will forever be my ONLY source for dope sneakers.
I ordered a pair on April 17 and reviewed it 10 days later on the 27 they didn’t tell me that it was a conditional pair such as fading on back not coming with original box. Jordan 11 usually come in special pullout box. It was missing the correct shoe trees and have cardboard ones. Box was also damaged and shoes had overall defects. They then told only a 10 percent refund for box or I could return with a 10 percent restock fee. I will accept with disdain the return with the restock Fee but if that looks as complicated and horrible as their lack of description then i will involve my bank and PayPal. Horrible product description.Update 1 helped me with an alternate solution but are now ignoring my emails. I’ll give them the benefit of doubt and time but If I won’t receive communication then my rating goes back sown I’m giving them half a review for the solution but I’m waiting on an update from them. If they help with the solution throughout I’ll revise for a positive experience.Update 2A member has been in contact and has Helped me greatly will continue as progress ends.
We bought a pair of air jordans on the website. The price was advertised as one price, but when we were charged it was $20 higher. We complained to the customer service by email, and they said it is out of their hands, s they are only consignment, and dont set prices. Basically ignored my complaint. Classic bait and switch. Avoid this website.
Stadium Goods has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in online retail. I would not recomend this store to anyone. I recently needed to returned a pair of shoes for a half size up. Ordered the correct size same day and filled a return. Had to pay for return shipping and potentially a 10% restocking fee so Im already going to be 45 dollars out, but it gets worse. I dont hear back form them about my return processing until I email them two weeks later. They inform me that the return was denied due to significant wear and they will be sending the shoes back to me. I emailed back to try and resolve this issue, but never heard back and still have not recieved my returned shoes (over three weeks since return). They took my money and my shoes?
I am only putting one star because I had to. I wouldn’t put any star if it would let me. I order a pair of shoes for my son’s Christmas gift. I got them today to find out that they are the correct shoes but the wrong color. I have tried calling their contact number several times at different times of the day and they say no available agent is available. Which I find that hard to believe. I have sent an email but not have not heard back from them. This is my first order and my last order. It tells you a lot about a company who you can’t contact a live person. Not happy at all and unfortunately I will have a son who will be disappointed this Christmas!!!!!
Awful experience and terrible communications. They emailed me authorization and I sent the sneakers but they rejected them. I sent them their own email and they still sent them back and I had to pay return shipping. The entire process took forever as well......huge disappointment.
I made a purchase with them and then made a return/exchange. Payed the Fed Ex fee to return... and they took 10%off witch I knew from the beginning so that’s it’s fine...They seemed to have a very simple well explained return process.I returned the shoes and followed up on the tracking. They got the shoes but they never updated me on they receiving my returned! I had to get in contact with them so that they can work on my store credit.. they said I would get the money credited onto my account within 24hours and get an email telling me how to access my store credit, so I could make another purchase. Stadium good took 9 business days to credit my money into my account. I called and was specifically told “ whomever handled your exchange just forgot to credit you”. Horrible upkeeping and bad customer service. As quick as payments are taken from you I would think they at least would care or be on top of exchanges being done, but no. Never going through the hassle of returning or having to deal with their service.If I could give them 0 starts I would.
When I started buying shoes in this store, it seemed great, but suddenly there was a problem that I see is very common. I applied for a store credit for shoes that were too small for me to buy bigger ones, everything was fine until I sent my shoes back. They received my shoes on 8/12 and today is 9/3 and I dont have my credit and the worst I have no answer from anyone I have sent many emails and called many times but nobody attends and bothers me a lot since I bought 7 pairs here and now this happens to me Royce was helping me until I sent my shoes there and they didnt give me any solution. I emailed them on 12/7 asking about my sneakers and this guy name Royce replied “We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Please be advised that we have escalated this matter with our Shipping Department and they are currently looking into the delay. Once we receive an update you will be notified promptly.” On 12/10 I asked my order to be cancelled again Royce responded-“ We received your recent cancellation request for Order #. While we will do our best to cancel your order, we cannot guarantee that we can fulfill every request. Since we try to ship orders as quickly as possible so they get to customers faster, we cannot cancel an order after our shipping department starts to process a completed order.If we are able to process your cancellation, you will receive an email notification informing you of this. Should this occur, you can still return your product and receive store credit for the original purchase amount, minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. Placed my first order for 2 pairs of shoes. I decided to cancel the order, as I read in their FAQs changes could not be made. They did cancel one of the two pairs (no problem, the others needed the change) but still charged me the full amount. Upon realizing this, I emailed and called. They had the refund issued within a matter of minutes. The first set of shoes arrived and were perfect, just as pictured. I spoke with Branden from the Customer Success Team on the phone. He was great! He was professional and quick as he could be. Good store, will buy again. Currently hunting a set of J11s....they have them in stock. :0)
If I can get a zero star, I will give it to this store. Guys, I swear with my life, the customer service experience in this store makes me feel so uncomfortable and sick. I feel the staff have racial discrimination to me. There’re so many places that you can buy the shoes like. It is really really not necessary to come here and lose your good mood. Before I tried the shoes, there’s one staff asked me:’ it is *** dollars, are you sure you want to buy it?’ In addition, I asked the staff three times to have a try on the shoes and waited for a really long time until they gave me. There was even one time I said something to the staff in front of his face and he didn’t have anything to do or anybody to speak with and he just ignored me. I didn’t dress up today, but I’m still tidy and clean. I don’t know why they treat the customer who didn’t dress a flashy clothes so bad like that.
I’m very disappointed. I made a purchase on Farfetch of a pair of nike trainers for my husband and them was shipped from Stadium Goods store. I was shoked to see that trainers are with different sizes (one shoes was eu 41 size, another 43 size), also with eronate info about size conversion on shoes tongue. They are definetly fake one

Awful customer service to say the least!I ordered a pair of Jordan 1s, I received a confirmation and my card was charged, only to receive an email 4 days later saying that the payment couldn’t go through. I contacted my bank who said that I was charged and the money went through. (So they took my money and still proceeded to cancel my order). Then when I contacted customer service the representative told me that her and her team could not figure out why my order was cancelled and this was an “unlikely situation” in which the system just decided to cancel my order. She was unable to help me in any way other than tell me to go and place a new order. This place is horrible and I surely would not recommend for anyone to shop here unless you want your money to be taken with no product sent out. Stay away!
Like many have posted. I would give negative stars if possible. My daughter received shoes as a Christmas gift. They are too big and they will not exchange because it’s been more than 3 days since they were delivered. They are a Christmas present. Not asking for a refund just an exchange for a smaller size. No one will respond to my emails. When you call there is no one to answer your calls. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Do not buy from them!!!!
Online buyers beware!! Some how Stadiums Goods got my card information and posted a fraudulent charge when I never heard or shopped with them. Multiple emails, poor communication and lied multiple times of issuing a refund, had to file a dispute with bank against them.
I never really considered buying Jordans online but after some browsing I found a pair that I liked and decided to go for it. I chose Stadium Goods because I would see them on Complex’s Sneaker Shopping so I figured it would be a good place to buy from. There are a lot of mixed reviews out there about SG so that made me a little worried about my order, also since it was my first time buying Jordans online, I just didn’t know what to expect at all. My order ended up coming exactly when estimated (just a little over a week) and just fine! It is now my favorite shoe of my collection! I wanted to leave this review because I personally had a good experience with Stadium Goods and I feel it would help others out to make a decision to purchase with them! Gotta give credit where credit is due! Thanks Stadium Goods!
My initial experience with this company was like any other just average, however I had the same issue twice and had to reach out to them again only this time I was connected with an agent by the name Julius when I tell you his level of professionalism was exceptional it was!! I’m sure he’s one of the best this company has. To me my issue was a big deal I was beyond angry, he was very polite & understanding he caught the problem related it to me and we fixed it!! Now I promise there is hardly anyone built like that in the service industry anymore. Promote him, make him manager or something.P.S This is not a paid promotion or friend, this is a satisfied customer!!
Would give 0 stars if I could. Thought I bought a pair of the newly released Jordan 3 UNC till I received an email 2-3 days after my purchase telling me my order has been canceled. When I called the store to see why they canceled I was told the ran out of the size. The clerk told me to check the website again while still on the phone, that they should be in stock. Only problem is now they were listed for double the price I paid and he proceeded to tell me that is what I would have to pay since its not them that list the price of the sneakers. Like seriously you cancel then try to double the profits on the same sneakers? Never considering purchasing from here again.

Purchased a pair of Jordans online for $330. They charged my card then emailed me 2 days later saying there was an internal error and they couldnt fulfill my order. Well, since they charged my card already that money is tied up until Im refunded and it was a bday gift (I paid for rush shipping) so now Ill likely be unable to find something else and have it shipped in time as this is a holiday weekend. They didnt even offer any type of discount for future purchases bc of the inconvenience or lack of explanation (internal error means NOTHING to a paying customer) or anything. First and last time dealing with them.
I shipped a pair of shoes to them that they approved for consignment. They were never listed on my account. They shipped them back to me two weeks later without any explanation at all. No email, nothing. They just showed up at my door unexpectedly. They were purchased from SNKRS. Deadstock condition and the box is not damaged. What a complete waste of time.
I purchased some sneakers for my husband for Christmas. He loved them but they were too small. We traveled for ten days after Christmas and when we got back, Stadium Goods wouldnt exchange them. I would expect a better return policy from on online retailer of this caliber, especially during the Christmas season. I wont be shopping here any longer.
Shipped shoes to the wrong address, forced me to accept a refund instead of sending me the shoes once the mistake was discovered, imposed a waiting period for my refund (until they could process the shoes that I NEVER received), and then tried to charge me a shipping fee. 1st, and last, time ordering from Stadium
I purchased adidas from them and to my surprise the sneakers didnt fit. It was the right size on the tag and box but the sneaker itself was a six too small. No this is where the fun begins. I return the pair to my dismay, they informed me there will be a 10% restocking fee to start with a store credit only, no refunds allowed. So I was stuck doing business with them through emails and postage, plus time at the post office all so that they can swipe $14.50 more from my credit. I decided to take a pair of sneakers that cost me $50 which was $35 less than what I originally purchased. They gave me a store credit of $76.50, but when I went to cask out, the store credit reflected $62.00 instead, a $14.50 difference on their part they owe me and have taken away. Needless-to-say, I will never do business with them ever again. This is clearly bait and switch. I could take them to court for this but why waste more time for just $14.50. Lesson learned.Oh, and if they decide to follow up with a reply to apologize for their corrupted system, it is not necessary. You have done enough. Your apology will only serve as an insult to my intelligence. So dont bother to save face with me. Save your apology for another victim.
I purchased some yeezy boost 700 for $370 and I waited three days to be emailed my selection was canceled. They took my money and canceled my order so I am waiting for a refund of my money. I have called numerous times to wait the max hold time (5 minutes) to be told no representative is available whenever the store is open. ( this problem was resolved and I received a 10% off my next purchase)
The front door person wasn’t professional/respectful to me at all. Although, this place is well known. Since it’s my first time in NYC I didn’t know the store had a Line, and the way he told me to stand in the line wasn’t nice at all! Please make sure the employers outside the store are well employed!
Was in town on vacation and wanted to stop by to buy a new pair of Yeezys. I saw the pair I wanted online the week before, I tried them on and the staff was super nice. I went to checkout and they rang me up for the shoes, they were 423 dollars when they had been advertised at 269. The lady at the registers only explanation was, the shoes are priced differently in the store..... LOL what? I checked again just now and even with shipping and fees they’re still 100 dollars less than what they tried to sell them to me for in the store. This place is a glorified pawn shop, I’m not sure why one would charge someone such a premium to buy in a store, but I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.
If you bought sneakers 2 days before a release date and got them 8 days after the release date, would you feel like the store you purchased them from did not have them in stock? You may not have, but I certainly did. I sent emails asking of the whereabouts of my Retro 6 Infareds and wondered how 2 day shipping means I would receive sneakers 10 days out from the original purchase date? Unfortunately the question given did not produce any consideration or answers.Like many others in this thread, my request for the return of the expedited shipping ($34) fell on deaf ears. I wasnt even mad that I got the sneakers ten days after I purchased them. Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered Nike air force 1 sneakers for my daughter for Xmas. They were not available anywhere online in her size. When I saw them online at stadium goods, I seized the moment and ordered them. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong size. I ordered 8.5 women’s, but they sent me 8.5 men’s. I went into the stadium goods store in Manhattan to return them. The manager told me that I could not get a refund, even though the online store sent me the wrong size. They gave me credit for the online store only. I could not even use the credit in the store. The manager told me that I was lucky that she was able to give me credit because the return policy only allows refunds within 3-7 days of the receipt of the product. Even though it was 8 days after I received the product, stadium goods didn’t count Xmas day and therefore she allowed the credit. WOW. Is all I have to say. What a waste of $145. If it is at all possible, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from stadium goods. They are crooks. Unbelievable policy. THE WORST!!!!!
DONT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAMNever buy from their online store they give you a tracking number and wont send the order. If you send them an email they will tell you that they will contact their fulfillment center and will give you an update in 24 hrs, after they answer the first email they will ignore the rest of your emails. If you try to call them it is extraordinarily hard to get them to answer a call. It takes from 30 min to 2 hrs to get them to answer, once they answer they will either lie and tell you that the order has been shipped or they tell you that they will look in to it and get back to you, they will never contact you.
I have ordered from them twice and both times they messed up my order. The first time, they charged me an extra 400 dollars and when I called they didn’t even say why they just said my purchase didn’t get approved so I’ll be refunded the money and I never was and one of the shoes in my order, they sent me two of. The second time, my order was approved but when my shoes got here they were a completely different shoe, I went on stadium goods, the shoes they sent me weren’t even on the app. I also have a friend that ordered a hoodie and received a purse and upon trying to return it was ignored and was never sent a box to return the purse. Would not recommend, use the goat app or StockX.
So this is the real feedback for anyone who is thinking of being Consignor with Stadium Goods. I shipped my Yeezy 350 V2 Zebra to Stadium Goods to sell for $400 in 02/01/2020. Regularly, it takes around two days to deliver to their destination from my place, Springfield Mass. However, somehow their system said they received the shoes after five days. Thats fine as long as you guys authentic check and give my paid as soon as possible. According to their email, they said they would need authentic check my shoes and listing the shoes online within 3-5 days, and I have to emphasize this 3-5 days. NO, ITS NOT 3-5 DAYS, IT TAKES FOREVER. I have to call them so many times, and like much feedbacks here, the consignor system doesnt have a phone number to reach and they only answer by email.After like 25 days tired of waiting for the shoes to be sold, they replied to me as below:Thank you for consigning with Stadium Goods. We received your CP9654 size 8.5, and unfortunately, we would not be able to accept it because we were unable to authenticate the item.We will need to ship this item back to you, and we will also send you an invoice via Paypal for the return shipping.This is the big company and pretty legit, how come it takes 20 days to authentic a pair of shoes or even could not authentic shoes that bought from Adidas. After being tired of their service, I decided that I want my Zebra back. They asked me to pay $12 shipping fee, thats ok as long as you guys ship it back to me as soon as possible. The terrible thing is somehow they charged me $182. I was emailing them asking for why they charged me that much, and what I received is NO RESPONSE.Now 02/27/2020, I think I lost my Yeezy 350 V2 Zebra + $182. So if anyone thinks of being consignor with Stadium Goods, please consider this feedbacks.
Made a purchase that didnt go through b/c of some technicality, twice in a row with was weird. Called in and spoke to Daniel who was super supportive, on various occasions, an noted on my account a discount that I may use for a future order. Placed and order for 2 pairs of kicks and called in to use this discount. After looking into it for a while and explaining the situation, Branden was able to help me apply the discount and save me a few dollars. Then some time past and I was concerned b/c I had not received any update on the order or shipping. Called in again and spoke to Max whom was awesome. Very polite, humble, and professional when attending to this matter. He looked up the tracking, updated me, emailed me and asked if I needed further support with anything else. Then when the package shipped it had a restriction and I could not get FedEx to deliver to my local pick up store, so finally Julius was able to look further into the matter and at least give me the address to where I may pick up the kicks, just in case I miss the deliveries. Overall, good team with great support. Thank you very much.
I am very pleased with the selection of shoes that Stadium Goods offers. I ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived in excellent condition (Nike Air 270). Unfortunately, they were too small and had to order a half-size bigger. Customer service was exceptional and although my item did not come with a tag they were still able to grant me a full store credit refund. Will be buying from again. Thank you Stadium Goods!
I bought my shoes on a Friday and they arrived Tuesday ! They are authentic as well and I love them!! I had a small question about my order and I received a response in less than 24 hours. I was polite and send pictures and they were polite and answered my questions .
I ordered Jordan 1s last summer (July 2020). Shoes were supposedly delivered by Fedex and signed by somebody. I was around the corner from my house when the shoes were delivered I hurried home to find nothing. I called Fedex immediately and wrote stadium goods customer service . I have been going back and forth with Fedex and Stadium goods because the Fedex driver stole my shoes! Stadium Goods hasnt been very helpful . They dont offer insurance on the shoes. Reading the comments I see somebody else has also had this problem. BE CAREFUL!
I went through Stadium Goods’ selling process and shipped them completely new and authentic shoes. They didn’t update my ticket in 3-5 days after receiving the shoes. I sent an email and asked for an update and Shaniqua told me the shoes were used which is completely false. I replied and told them to ship me my shoes back and they have yet to respond after multiple emails. I have pictures of my shoes brand new before sending which shows they are in the wrong.Update: I received the shoes back completely brand new and sold on GOAT with no issues. SG you owe me $15. (I will delete this review if they make things right and practice fair business)

They deposited the money back in my account without any email or explanation for cancelling the order. It would have been nice to get some kind of explanation of what happened.
NEVER sending shoes to your warehouse again, 10 pairs DS shoes sent, 2 became worn and missing packaging. No one even tried to contacted me and telling my shoes were rejected and that it needs to be sent back. Just customer service keep wanting to charge me to ship my NOW WORN and Missing Package shoes back to me and all theyve replied was I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Not our fault oops.The online consignment part is just like StockX, TERRIBLE.Would much prefer to put in shoes in person, those guys were cool.
Avoid consigning with Stadium Goods. Their high selling prices may be attractive, but when there is any problem their customer service is nonexistent. You never know when your pending sales will ever complete to cash out. It may take weeks to months. I also asked to withdraw a pair of sneakers and they failed to deliver them back to me after 4 months of processing. They said they were going to ship it back to me and then a few weeks later told me the shoe has been sold (at a price set 4 months ago, before the withdrawal request). Unbelievable and unacceptable.
Ordered 10/4. As of today 10/20 I still have no tracking number so I have asked the cancel my order and receive a full refund. I am told I can’t get one because my order is “preparing to ship” It has literally been preparing to ship since the first time I contacted them asking what the hold up was on shipping my order. I DO NOT recommend this place for online shopping. I hope I get a refund cause the lack of communication is suggesting that I may just be out of luck.

Please heed my review/warning, as I would hate for someone to have to go through what myself and many others have had to endure. I originally learned about Stadium Goods via Complex on Youtube. I assumed they were reputable business and therefore discredited/ignored the negative reviews I saw before making my purchase. Yall, that was a MISTAKE!!!I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift for someones birthday. Upon receiving them, I noticed the box they came in was absolutely tattered. There was no care in packaging. I am not sure if the shoe box was like that when they received it, or if it got ruined during the shipping process, but there was little to no protection; primarily just a box in a box. So if it got messed up during shipping, that was their fault. If thats how they received the box via someone selling them the shoes, they should have provided a disclaimer to anyone trying to purchase them, as many sneaker heads understand that value can also be held in the shoe box as well. Anyways, thats definitely not the worst part.I was upset about the arrival condition, sure. However, after opening the shoe box, I felt a lot better, as the shoes were clean and in pristine condition...then I realized they were fakes. I did not want to believe it at first, so I did thorough research to identify key indicators on their authenticity. Heres what I discovered:1). The barcode scan result on both the shoes and the box was did not match any results.2). The size tag was missing key elements, fonts were incorrect, and the ® symbol was illegible.3). The footbed was not the appropriate color.4). The label fonts, spacing, and numbers were incorrect.These were all incredibly easy ways to check the authenticity of the pair of shoes I got, and just nothing ever added up. I contacted Stadium Goods, informing them that the pair of shoes I received were fakes. They gave some spiel about how all of their shoes are checked by experts and are 100% authentic, but if I believed they werent then to send proof. So I sent them pictures via email, distinctly pointing out every flaw in the fakes and indicating exactly why it proved they were fake. They stopped responding.Some days went by and I got frustated with their lack of communication, so I left a negative Google review. Very shortly after I left the review - literally only a few hours later - they contacted me. Surprise, surprise. They gave the same spiel about how their shoes are checked by experts and are 100% authentic (like...really??), but because I was dissatisfied, I could return the shoes (in their original condition, packaging, etc.) for a full return BUT in return, they wanted me to remove my Google review. I agreed of course. [Sidebar: I was only offered a full return, because I specified to them in a previous email that I did NOT want to exchange them or receive store credit, as I no longer trusted them or wanted to conducted business with them.]So they send me a return shipping label, I print it off, and send the shoes back the next day. The shoes are on their way back now, and I send them my shipping receipt as proof. They inform me that they issued my refund, but it may take a few business days. Cool, cool. They message me again and ask me to remove my Google review. I inform them that I will gladly do so, but that I will not do it until the money hits my account, as I want to ensure theyre not trying to scam me. I then receive a message from literally EVERYDAY - occasionally even twice daily - asking me to remove my review, and everyday I inform them that I will do it once I receive my refund. Eventually they get tired of asking, and just respond under my review saying that their records show that the incident has been handled, which isnt true hence I hadnt received my money back yet. Eventually the money hits my account, and - as promised - I remove my review.I did what I did to get my money back, but Im leaving another review because people deserve to know!
Horrible online services, I shouldve read the reviews before purchasing my order last week. I still havent receive any confirmation about my order being shipped out. I had to emailed them multiple of times about my order and finally I got one replied back that said it will take 3 business days for the order to process and we will have your order shipped out soon. Its been a week already, still no confirmation email for the shipment. Decided to email them back again and of course, no reply back. I tried calling their store number, which is nonexistent, you are better off having a better chance of winning a lottery then getting someone on the line. Currently, I have to ask a family member to go to the retail store to get a hold of someone about my order. I find this ridiculous and unprofessional way to run a business. Customers rave how great Stadium Goods customer service are at the retail store, but the online store just blow my mind how awful the services are. I honestly dont mind having my order being delay, but a least communicate with your customers to ensure them that they are getting their orders and not make feel like they are being scammed out of their money. I thought I was purchasing from a honest company with confident, but now I am not so sure. I want to request a cancellation of my order, due to fact that they have a 3 days return policy. I am afraid that I will receive damage products and it will take forever to get a hold of customer support. I noticed that the shoes I ordered on Stadium Goods cost $50-100 more than other websites and retail stores, but I didnt mind paying the extra cash for a company that I thought will be uphold their honestly and premium customer services for the extra cost, I am deeply disappointed.
Zero stars due to poor business practice. I ordered mens size instead of womens. I contacted them via email, the same day, a few minutes later to inquire or request a refund for the product. They have no direct line to speak to anyone. Gave me the run around and still shipped the product four days after the communication and received the shoes I paid for two day shipping 7 days later. Now if I want my money back its less 10% restocking fee and two day shipping $23.00 plus shipping it back. Theives!!!! because they could have cancelled the order but choose not to.
I recently bought my son a $135 pair of adidas. They were delivered on 5/14/19. He wore them one day to school on 5/16/19. On 5/18/19 we noticed a large hole in the toe of the shoe. I contacted the company asking for store credit or a new pair of the same sneakers. Their reply was, “Based on the imagery submitted and the detail provided in the previous thread, Stadium Goods would not be able to accept this repair as we would not be able to substantiate when the damage occurred.” I could understand this if it was months after I made the purchase. But, it was only 4 days after the shoes had been delivered to my door. Even if my son wore them for 4 days, it is unacceptable that the shoes tore a hole! He didn’t do anything in them that would have caused it. I realize that this may be about the quality of the shoe, however, I purchased the shoe from Stadium Goods and they refused to even investigate further or give me a partial credit or anything! I will be contacting someone higher up to see if I get anywhere. As is right now, I’m very disappointed and had hoped to have a better customer service experience.Update: Stadium Goods contacted me shortly after I wrote this review. They are allowing me to return the sneakers and also giving me a 10% discount on my next order.
Will never order with them again. I placed an order online and paid for 2 day shipping to ensure I would have the shoes in time for my daughters birthday. It took them over 3 days to ship the shoes, they placed a restriction on the delivery that wouldnt even allow me to pick it up from the Fefex shipping center or upgrade the delivery online through FedEx. Why would I pay for express shipping if you are going to take half a week to process my order. There is no contact number for this place and even FedEx couldnt reach anyone when trying to contact them on my behalf utilizing the number they placed on the package. I have been emailing them for over 3 days. Customer Service is non-existent.
I will start this review by admitting I ordered the wrong size shoes. But in the 4 days from when I ordered the shoes to when they shipped, I was unable to cancel or change my order. They never answered their customer service number. It kept saying they are closed. I sent numerous emails with no response. They didnt respond until after they were shipped (how convenient). Then they told me I couldnt get a refund. I would have to return the shoes, get charged a restocking fee, and get issued store credit that was less than what I paid for the shoes. Absolutely horribly run business. Its all about the dollars for them; not obtaining return customers. Dont buy anything from this shady, awful company.
Went into the store during COVID to pick up some Black Cat 4’s. They unfortunately didn’t have any in my size but they took the time to show me what they did have in my size. The two representatives (wish I remembered their names) were friendly, and knew their stuff around the selections. They also took the time to point out the best deals. I intended on only purchasing one pair but due to their thoroughness I ended up buying the Maroon 6’s which were in perfect condition alongside the Sacai Waffle’s. I will be definitely back to make a purchase and I hope all their employees are as courteous and helpful as those two. Thank you.
I made an order during the holiday season and unfortunately the wrong size shoe was sent. When I notified Stadium Goods about the issue, they immediately responded back to me and helped me resolve the issue. The customer service was amazing and beyond helpful. And on top of that, I received compensation! I highly recommend shopping with them.
I ordered 4 t shirts from this site and I also picked the fed ex 2 day shipping option, which is an extra $100 on Nov 20, the order just arrived today on December 3 and I have a missing t shirt that I paid for and they didn’t add it with the shipping. They also didn’t refund the $100 two day fed ex delivery even though the order was delivered after 13 days since I ordered. When they sent the shipping tracking number it showed that they missed a t shirt, I emailed them back letting them know, but they completely ignored the email and sent me a message thanking me for my “patience” and that my order will be delivered today (the 3rd of December).
I ordered a pair of shoes online over a week ago and have yet to receive shipping information, like several other people who have ordered online. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. I thought the site was credible, but the frequency with this issue has me questioning if they are selling shoes they dont actually have. I have ordered from competitor sites and have always received shipping information within one day of placing my order. While the customer support team at stadium goods has responded to my emails, they are always vague and claim there is an influx of orders causing a delay or referencing the 3 day processing period, which had already past the first time I reached out. I am very close to canceling my order entirely, because at this point I question if I will ever get the shoes.
The website itself was good. But the ordering process was terrible, the customer service sucked with trying to get helping placing my order. There was so much back and forth & they kept canceling my order. There was no one to speak with on the phone which made the entire process worse.Long story short, good products but terrible customer service.Returning shoes was horrible they didnt even pay for the return packaging (didnt offer a prepaid postage).I will never order from here again. And if you do I suggest you comete the order the first time 100% correct with the right shoe size. Because if you make a mistake good luck trying to get your corrct order. They suck.

I should have read the reviews.I ordered a 300 pair of Jordans for my sons Christmas Girft on the 17th with them telling me my shoes would be here by Christmas. Today is the 27th and I still dont even have a tracking number. I have received a letter 2 days ago from a employee saying he would figure it out. Still no futher reply. They wont refund my money either. I just want to go buy them at a local store but now they are holding my money hostage. Im surprised online stores like this still exist. I have not had a online shopping experience this bad since 2003 on ebay.
I want to start by saying I DO NOT like shopping online per my previous experiences. However, On December 31, 2018, I purchased the Jordan’s Retro 11 (2018) from Stadium Goods. January 2, I emailed stadium goods inquiring about my order, on January 3, Julius Smith emailed back, verified my order and told me it takes 3 full business days for all orders to process at which that point I’d receive shipping and tracking confirmation. January 4th I received the confirmation. I chose 2 day FedEx shipping. Today I received my merchandise! I was very pleased! The shoes are Brand New, 100% Authentic, and Official! I will definitely continue doing my business with Stadium Goods! Much Love. No bad experience, miscommunication, or bad experience here.👌🏾✊🏾🙏🏾
Poor customer service. Purchased a shoe, didn’t receive confirmation email, charges my card. I had to email them to see the status of my order. A total of 9 days passed. When contacted they wanted all of my information then no communication once again. The customer service team stated they found my order and would forward the order the inquire to the shipping department. Ihad to reach out once again as to customer service since I didn’t hear back from the shipping department.(2 weeks after purchase) I received an email saying they can’t fulfill my order. They then hiked up the price of the shoes $150 and gave me a “So sorry!”, 5% discount. Will never use this shoe website again!
I was on their website and saw that they had some steals. I had also heard that they are notorious for cancelling your orders if the price is too good. So, instead of making one order, I made three orders so if one were to get cancelled maybe the other two wouldn’t, you know? 1300$ and 5 days later, they cancel all three of my orders even though the shoes are clearly in stock online. What kind of business does that? They weren’t taking a loss, they just had a lower profit margin. Basically took a $1300 interest free loan for 5 days. Do yourself a favor and shop on Goat or Stock X, you’ll save about 4-500$ on average and won’t have to deal with these bozos.
This company only offers a store credit if you need to return or exchange their items. If you know EXACTLY what you need, there is no hassle. If you need to return an item for any reason, you will only receive a store credit, not a refund. Their prices aren’t that great, not worth the hassle of not being able to return an item without a full or even a partial refund. On top of a store credit, they will deduct a 10% restocking fee. Not worth it. Other far better on-line retailers.

I placed an order 11 days ago, I asked them to cancel the order but understood if they couldnt.Well, its been 11 days and I dont even have an email stating that they have been processed, or if they are able to cancel the order. How can it take 11 days to pack up a pair of shoes?! Am giving them one star because their shoes are fake. I order a women’s 97 gold vapormax and when I compared to the actual photo of the release back in 2017 the Nike swoosh are two different colors. The gum bottle sole is much lighter. The shoes was $150.00 with shipment. They got me this time but I won’t be ordering in the future. Total scam.

My first experience with this store was terrible. I ordered a pair of shoes that were listed on black Friday for $40. I thought this was a great deal, and went ahead and ordered 2 other pairs so 3 all together. I get a shipment notification that only 2 items went out. I emailed, no response. I emailed again, they said sorry we cant honor the $40 price that I got on the website so I would be refunded in 5-7 days. (This was after waiting 2 weeks for my order to even be shipped). So they make a mistake in price and will not honor it, really such a big company not honor their mistake? I have tried to call them now every day for about a week and they dont answer the phone even though it says they are open till 7pm and its now 2:30pm. Lousy company to deal with, buyer beware!!

Even though if you do return you can only get store credit and their is a restocking fee.. tried to call for 3 days.. phones were not working. Emailed on 5th day.... 5 days after that I got an email stating they wouldnt return because they have a 3 day return policy. Seriously... When you purchase anything from this site you better think several times before you place an order,because their return/cancellation policy is really really bad! Some nasty greedy scunt write those rules! I order sneakers on Friday,Sat I canceled order,they say they cannot do anything with this and I receive shipping info on Wednesday! Isn’t it stupid? But you have to pay for return and 10% restocking fee. Would love to give a zero star rating!!! Ordered a pair of shoes over a month ago and am still waiting for the order to arrive! Have contacted the company numerous times and have heard not a thing! Contacted Fedex and they are not helpful at all either, have rung them over the past two days and am still waiting for someone to contact me from that company! The only good thing is I paid for the shoes, which was over $1000 through PayPal, who have been fantastic as I started a claim against Stadium Goods
My time with Stadium Goods was impressive and efficient. I had a few questions about the shoes and they were informative about every pair. Left with New Balances and couldnt have been more happy about my purchase. I definitely plan on coming back and will be recommending my friends.

Out of 500 dollars and no shoes for my fiances birthday. Going to report them as well, encouraging everyone to do the same. Let’s get this scamming shop shut down. Beware for all resellers do not I repeat do not send them any merchandise to resell they are by far the worse franchise I have ever dealt with in reference to consignment. I sent this company two pairs of jordan 11 jubilee a month ago and still have not received any update about my items that I sent only that there is a delay in processing due to Cov-ID 19. They even had the audacity to send me the exact same email twice from some young lady name Shaniqua which basically stated again there is a delay in processing due to Cov-ID 19. So you mean to tell me it takes a month after you receive my items to actually process and post to my inventory and it only took 4 days for my package to travel from Maryland to California. The entire experience with this company has been dreadful I should have known better and stuck with Goat and StockX. DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING.Worse company ever!!!!
Im giving 2 stars because I dont like the return policy. Make sure you read this before purchasing. Only 3 days from receiving item and ONLY store credit. Most things I looked at, the price is jacked up from what the retail store charges. I purchased Airmax and didnt like the weight of them for gym. Never worn, nothing. So Im out $125.
I placed an order on Tues. Oct. 1, (at 7 am EST) for a pair of sneakers. And paid for 2-day shipping. My order total was $410.75. The website states that orders may be processed same day, up to 3 business days. Meaning, my order should have been fully processed no later than Friday, Oct. 4th. And I should have received a shipping confirmation. I called the number provided in my email several times. Mostly, no one answers; which is sketchy, and unprofessional when you’re selling goods. Especially goods that exceed $200-$300. You should always be available for your customers; to put them at ease about their purchase. Someone should be available at all times to explain where their customers monies and orders are. And be honest!Luckily, I used Paypal for my purchase, and initiated a dispute. Given all the bad reviews, I became anxious. And I just wanted my money back. Ironically, after I initiated the dispute - I got someone to answer the phone. He told me that shipping info would be available within another “24-48 hours”. And could not provide any answers as to why the order had not been shipped [already] within the three business days as the website states. DO NOT BUY from them at all. But if you must, use paypal.
If i could give them 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. They literally have the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. Takes forever (over 2-3 months) to get your shoes back and their selling platform has so many bug that Ive dealt with such as missing shoes, wrong price etc. If you would like to sell your shoes, sell it on FLIGHT CLUB or STOCKX, anywhere else but this horrible store. I requested my shoes back over 3 months ago and they have replied to 3 of the numerous emails I have sent. They are also not clear at all as to where your shoes are, when youll get it back and so unnecessarily strict with changing your prices on your shoes. Avoid the headache and go somewhere else. There are many shoe stores in NYC.
I would never order online from them again. They offer two day shipping, which I paid for, just for them to wait over a week to even ship the item out. I would have gladly still ordered the item but not spent the $60 some dollars on upgraded shipping had I known they were in no rush to actually ship the item closer to the point of sale. I reached out to customer service to have my two day shipping refunded but they wouldn’t. Terrible customer service, poorly run business. I would never feel comfortable ordering from them again. If anything goes wrong don’t expect them to work with you to fix the issue. Good thing I paid an extra $60 on an already pricey item just to get it almost two weeks after I ordered it...really unprofessional. I’m in the process of trying to resolve my issue. I purchased air Jordan retro 11s and I did receive them on time however the quality of one shoe was poor. The left shoe was mailed to me with ankle creases! The show was a lot unlaced at the top and looked wider then the other shoe. The other shoe (the right one) was in perfect condition with factory lacing. I immediately emailed them since I couldn’t find a phone number for them and Jillian wrote me back the next day saying I can return if I’m not happy (I sent him photos) and that the ankle creases were from someone trying the shoes on and how that should be expected from a sneaker store!) my first thought was why only try one shoe ? He also said if I wanted I could return them for a store credit. I also asked why my Jordan box was sent damaged (the sides of the lid were split) there were no Jordan tags on anything just a stadium goods tag and them questions were never answered. Also the inside of the left ankle creased shoe has a floppy insole! I couldn’t believe this. Basically the right shoe was perfect as if never touched and sent from Nike and the left shoe was not in New like condition at all. I emailed again saying my other questions weren’t answered and I don’t understand why I would receive shoes that didn’t appear to be a matching set. Then Lamar emailed me back with a return label saying I could mail them back within three days for a store credit with a 10% deduction!So I take a chance on a store and order online (never again!) then I get a pair of over priced sneakers (they are a gift) that are noticeable NOT in the same condition, noticeably not the same manufactured set and lastly I Emial them and am told it’s probably from someone trying the one on (trying on a single sneaker does not crease them like that and my second response was to send them back for a store credit with a deduction of 10% as of I’d even trust anything mailed to me by them again. My final emailWas asking if I drove there in person can I do an even exchange and see the new product myself that I’d be getting as s replacement and I still haven’t heard back.Patiently waiting to resolve this issue.

ZERO STARS! DO NOT SHOP HEREI ordered a pair of shoes from these people online, when I did not receive a shipping notification after 3 days I emailed their support center. They told me it takes 3 business days to get a shipping notification. I then emailed them after 8 days of waiting with no response. I called the store, gave them my order number and after putting me on hold for several minutes they told me that the order didnt go through. More like they sold the pair to another customer and didnt care to notify me at all (probably in the hopes that I wouldnt notice and they could keep the money). Also the woman on the phone had an attitude like she had better things to do than. Answer my inquiry about the shoes I paid for. Honesty this is probably one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had and if I do not receive my refund within 5 business days I will be notifying the BBB. I collect shoes and this is somewhere I will never ever shop again . Terrible customer service and overall super disappointed and dissatisfied with the shopping experience. I really hope the business can see all the bad reviews, and see there’s clearly an issue and make changes where needed.After seeing all the bad reviews, I was a bit hesitant to purchase from the site but after sending them an email and seeing how well and quickly they responded, I decided to order from them.After purchasing a pair of Undercover sneakers for a total of $500 USD on May 16th, I wanted to see if there were any updates as it was May 25th and the shoes should have arrived or would be arriving soon.The tracking link they provided didn’t even work, I was redirected to a blank flow page, but the update on their website showed the shoes as been shipped on May 18th via Fed Ex and had being delivered and signed for May 21st in New Jersey.I don’t live in America, so I was a bit concerned when I saw the order was marked as delivered and reached out to their support team on May 25th for clarification. I received a generic email saying I’d receive a response within 24 hours from their customer support team.2 days later, I had still not received a response and I sent another to follow up. Within 20 minutes, I received a reply from one of support team members apologising for the “confusion in regards to your tracking information” but “your order is currently processing with our international fulfillment department. We have reached out to this department for an update.”At this point, I am speechless because my order hadn’t even been shipped, yet alone delivered and was STILL getting processed... 11 days after purchase. So much for the site saying orders take up to 3 days to process. What is so shocking, is that they sent me an email saying my shoes had been shipped (May 18th), provided me with a tracking number and after all that, there was no such thing.Had I not reached out to the customer service, I wouldn’t have even been informed with what was happening. The cherry on top of the cake was receiving a reply from Stadium Goods apologising for the delay and inconvenience and “once we receive more information from our international fulfillment department, we will update you promptly.”24 hours later, and still not a reply.You’d expect for a business that went through an acquisition worth $250 million with over 1 million followers on social media to be more reliable and know how to handle customer service, but I guess that’s not the case.So save your time and money, purchase from other online sneakers store that won’t leave you writing reviews like this.**UPDATE: 30/05**They still had no update from their international fulfillment department and I requested for a cancellation and refund which they honoured.
DONT BUY HEREA member of my family purchased a pair of sneakers. However, we regretted the purchase and scheduled our return even BEFORE we had received the package. We returned the package UNOPENED immediately, there are several witnesses that the box was not opened. Now Stadium Goods claims that the sneakers had been worn. This is an incredible lie!!
Worst experience buying shoes so far, they wont answer my emails regarding the whereabouts or status of my shoes and after calling for a week, I finally reached a representative who tells me its still processing which I can clearly see on the website. No answer as to why they havent shipped after over a week of no answers. They wont even give me a full refund or cancel the order. Please save your money, dont buy from them.Update: after a month they finally returned my money, only after I threatened with a lawsuit and got my bank involved. Their excuse was that they were having issues processing orders.
Terrible service from Stadium Goods. I put in a Xmas order for 5 items on 25/11/2018. I followed up the next day to find out the order will not be coming in together. I kept emailing and they kept responding part of my order was on the way and I will receive an confirmation email. I never did. And their tracking system NEVER worked. As it was getting closer to Xmas, I sent another email on 12 December to find out about my order. And received a message back on the 14th to say my whole order was returned as undeliverable! No email or any communication what had happened ... no concerns. Only terrible consistent robotic emails explaining nothing! Wondering how long it’s going to take to get a refund. One of the worst on line ordering experiences.
Theyre solid if you go to the actual store in person, online orders youre bound to get played. I ordered a pair of sneakers from them, they shipped it out and the day that it arrives in town they cancel the order and ship it back to themselves. They then email me saying theyll give me a refund, then I get another email saying its store credit because apparently I told them that the size didnt fit me ( that never happened ) so I re-order again and have to add more money, it finally gets to me and its not the size I ordered. I ordered a 9.5 and got sent a 10, and there is a small stain on the back of the sneaker...Im not even going to go through the whole resending and placing another other. Im going to just take the L but yeah....dont order online. Go in person.
I’m not a sneaker head, so I don’t follow release dates. I wanted a pair of Jordan 13s in high school(90’s), but couldn’t afford them. After watching his documentary, I realized I still wanted them and went with stadium goods........ Easy to purchase, fastest delivery ever and perfect shoe. Thanks for taking me back :-)
If I can give no star I will. I ordered a pair of Zebra Yeezy 350 I have yet to receive them. I ordered them last Wednesday and today is Wednesday and still no shoes. I contacted fedex they said they were delivered but I have cameras in front of my house which proves they never came. I contacted stadium goods multiple times via email and phone to get no answer. Fast forward I got an email today stating I received the sneakers which I never did I gave them my fedex claim number and no one has yet to get back to me. I will never purchase again. I just want my money back or another pair to be shipped. This is money I worked for.4/3/2019- 2 weeks later still no shoe or refund I just want my money. This is the worst experience ever.

2021-12-17DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME on this company. I purchased a pair of RED Jordan 1s for My son as a Christmas gift. 10 days later these showed up at my house! They certainly don’t look RED to me. Anyway, after numerous calls to customer service, having to send photos and documentation to them on the shoes I received, they sent me a return label to send back. I explained to the customer service agent that this is a complete hassle on my part. Taking photos, emailing, taking the box to Fed Ex, etc. and they should offer me a solution better than sending the shoes back and waiting 2 weeks after they received them for a full refund, just so I can then re-order the CORRECT shoes in hopes that they are even still available in my size! They didn’t empathize that this was their fault and I would most likely not have the shoes in time for Christmas! They suggested that I come out of pocket more money with their company, and I re-order immediately, without my refund being received. They offered me no coupon code for the hassle or anything to make my shopping experience with them more pleasant. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with a company’s customer service. Note: they have had my shoes now for 8 days and still have not processed a refund to my account!!!!! I’ve had to follow up again with customer service and they are giving me the run around. Also, note that every time you call, you are routed to a foreign country-I’ve spoken to Portugal, the UK and Ukraine! I would venture elsewhere and save yourself a lot of time and headache with this company!

2022-07-14They don’t even deserve a star. I purchased a pair of Air Jordan 1’s less than 6 months ago and only wore them 4 times. The sole started ripping off on the front on both sneakers and I contacted them and sent pictures and they told me they could not do anything. I paid almost 300 dollars for these sneakers!!! Stay away from Stadium Goods!!! They sell overpriced bootleg sneakers and are horrible at customer service. Just read the reviews!! Many people have been scammed!!! DO NOT PURCHASE SNEAKERS FEOM STADIUM GOODS IR YOU WILL BE SCAMMED AND REGRET IT

2022-02-21I placed an order with Stadium Goods and THEN read the online reviews. I almost cancelled the order based on those reviews, but decided not to. Glad I didnt cancel. I immediately received follow-up emails from them regarding my order; received a Fed-Ex tracking number by the second day and the sneakers were actually delivered earlier than expected. They were new and in perfect condition. Very happy with my order.

2022-07-02Employee Pili was so helpful and had amazing customer service. Our son was not present to select his birthday present shoes, so we had to insure we selected the right gift for him. Through FaceTime, Pili assistance, we were able to select the perfect gift for our son. We will highly recommend Stadium Goods to our friends and family from California.

2021-12-29I bought a sneaker, it wasnt cheap. Sellers are rude and not equipped to provide assistance. My sneakers came stained (I only noticed after arriving at the hotel) and without the stores seal. (the fact that they sold a stained shoe was disappointing, this is very dishonest)

This place has amazing customer service, and the highlight of my visit was the kindness and helpfulness of Andy, who stuck with us for over an hour and helped us find exactly what we wanted to leave the store happy. Will definitely be coming back for all our sneaker needs.

2022-08-19Absolute crooks! My husband purchased a pair of Jordans via Amazon where Stadium Goods was the third party seller. After receiving the sneakers, my husband tried them on and unfortunately, they did not fit. He immediately processed the return via Amazon and shipped the sneakers back to Stadium Goods. To his surprise, the sneakers arrived back on our door a couple of days later.He reached out to Stadium Goods via Amazon to explain that there must of been a misunderstanding as he was attempting to return the sneakers and they were shipped back to him. After sending the information, he received a response from Stadium Goods stating that they had returned the sneakers to him because the sneakers were worn and dirty. He was baffled at the response and took pictures of the sneakers (which by the way are in brand new condition) and sent those pictures to the seller, again requesting a return to be processed. Shortly thereafter, he receives another response from the seller stating that they were unable to process the return due to the same reason they mentioned prior. He was absolutely stunned!This seller, Stadium Goods, clearly has a history of attempting to defraud people of their money after a purchase is made and a return or issue is presented. Completely unethical business practices and they should be removed by Amazon as a third party seller.He had to contact Amazon to resolve the issue through their A-Z guarantee. However, this should have been resolved through Stadium Goods as we made every attempt to return these sneakers (which were $250) in good faith.We are baffled on how such a dishonest company could still be in business. Honest consumers should stay far, far away because this could happen to you. Buyer beware!
