Friendly well educated staff, its an equestrain candy store with everytype of saddle you could thing of, i have bought a westren saddle, enghlish saddle and english jumping saddle there. english feild boots, helmets and alot more, all good quality.
Awesome tack shop! Best horse store Ive been in since I was in Texas. Great selection on higher quality products and brands than the local chain store options offer.

Ive been shopping at Stagecoach for many years and its as wonderful as it always has been. Great selection of products, brands, styles, etc. The sales person was very helpful with size and fit of helmets for my son. They have a great selection of novelty items as well. Truly one stop shopping for all your horse and show needs.
Love this place spent 4 hours in it once just looking at everything. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back next time Im in town

The shop is amazing. They have over 1000 saddles of every type and size. No matter what your Equestrian riding discipline is you can get outfitted at stagecoach west. A day isnt long enough to see it all.
First time ever being there and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoying my new boots and will be going back for more attire in the near future

People are nice and are always welcomed in there.
Do not order from this company. They have items for sale that they will not ship you and decide that are no longer in stock. They still have these items for sale online months later after they decided to cancel half my order. Do not order any tekna brand items- you wont get them.
The customer service is fantastic however I felt that the stock was very limited, I would have liked to buy a second pair of these particular breeches but they only had one of each size and I couldnt find my size in a lot of products. I also felt the English apparel section was extremely limited, I wound up buying a different product than one Id researched because they didnt have the ones I wanted. Their western selection was much wider. Overall a good experience but I wish theyd had more available options.
It was great. Associates are very helpful and customer friendly. They just wanted to make you happy and help you find whatever you needed.
They have some amazing items. Will be back soon to do more shopping.
Great selection of work boots, cowboy boots, and winter boots. Good quality clothing for work, or causal, along with leather jackets. I love shopping for Carhartt products here as well! Lots of cool and unique things here, a must stop of you are in the area
There was a big mix-up with my order during the COVID pandemic in 2020, and Stagecoach West was absolutely fantastic with helping me to locate, and finally receive, the order. I just wanted to say that they are a stand-up business, and they are available and willing to help problem-solve, should a problem arise. A big THANK YOU to the staff and owner(s)!

Fantastic customer service. I ordered an elastic cinch from them. Unfortunately, someone sent me the demo unit that was used. I called them about the issue and the customer service person apologized for the error. They were out of the size I needed so they dropped shipped one from the manufacturer no questions asked. I appreciate this type of customer service, no quibbling, just make it right for the customer.

Very cool place, unique cloths, jewelry and decorations! If your into horses 🐎, this is the place for you. Even if your not, they have a ton of Boots for work, warmth etc.
Friendly staff, always kind and smiling. You can find name brand shoes and clothes, Crafted and hand made jewelry, Organic hair /skin care products, a huge variety of sports gear (plus a bunch more knick knacks and such) for a reasonably cheaper price. Depending on your location it can be quite a drive, but its definitely worth it. I saved 30$ on an classic pair of timberlands. Plus if they dont have the size or style / product youre looking for, the employees are super nice; they will call in any order for you, or help you find something aesthetically similar. It is an adorable cozy country style business, defiantly worth checking out if your in the area
Wonderful store ! There is a large selection of clothing boots saddles and more! I rate stagecoach a 5 stars for their outstanding service! They helped me find my groomsman wedding outfits! I was looking for a specific style and they matched it perfectly. The employees even sat down with me looking thru their purchasing books for vests and the specific style shirts. An employee even modeled a shirt too!!(I cant remember his name) Thank you so much for all your help Elmer, Candy, Jeremy and Paige!!! I cant wait for my order to come in!! Friendly people. Great service. We have purchased several saddles, blankets, bridles from here. Yes, to some a small fortune. Would always recommend. They also have workwear! Did I mention western boots too?
Great selection but very expensive! Some staff were friendly but others just kind of looked at me and kept chatting with people they knew. This was both times I was in the store. Just cant get around the high prices tho.

Went to a family wedding last year (2015) and stopped by and bought an Amish quality leather belt.Great place selling horse tack and western gear from boots to stetsons as well as small gifts etc. Im an Englishman and this place is VERY American. Loved it!

This place is amazing! Was able to get great boots and a leather jacket all quality for a good price.
Yesterday I went in for new spurs and spur straps. They had a great selection of different styles and sizes. Of course I wound up walking around and found more that I needed including a new shirt and a sports chair.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We purchased kids cowboy boots.

Extremely polite and helpful, Im from out west and usually boot shops around new york dont carry the mexican style boots but they do very good quality they have many choices for texanas as well
Great selection of work boots and Western boots.. But a horrible selection of Western work boots (ones steel toe.. Let alone steel toe AND waterproof). We asked the gentleman back in the shoes for help and he told us to just read the boxes and walked away. Was extremely rude and unhelpful. We complained at the cashier about how unhelpful he was and she just rolled her eyes as if she knew already and that was it.
Definitely put this on your bucket list! Whether you enjoy riding or not doesnt even matter. Its a great place to stop and look around and surely you will find something that you will want to purchase! :-)
I always leave there broke with both arms full as well as a employee carrying everything else. Very friendly staff and always happy to assist you in anyway
The employees in there are incredibly helpful and very pleasant. A couple of friends of mine and I showed up on our motorcycles and showed us where everything was that we needed.
Very cool place along 5&20 in NY 51 miles from PA line. Little bit a Wild West in the east. Good clothing and other stuff. Check out the horses.

Sales person very helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions for winter boots. Found a nice pair of Artic Mucks new model with a lower top to fit my big calves.
Deff a. COol place with lots of different items whether your a biker a co.struction worker or horse owner theres plenty of merch for u to pick up n purchase .. I go to Irving every weekend and my first time in store was today I got a pair of Carolina boots for cheaper the I could have from the. Carolina website mind u didnt have to wait for the shipping hahaha anyways wish I had more money o. Me the kids. Lothes are quite. Cute aswell

You know how every horse owner says you should check out Stagecoach West? Did they mention how they have you bring your horse over via appointment to get the perfect fitting saddle? What they say is true, you SHOULD check out Stagecoach for the bountiful inventory and they WILL find the perfect saddle and for a great price! No BS.
I brought my horse for a saddle fitting after many attempts at buying from other places with no luck at fitting my MFT with wide shoulders . Jessie helped me and told me why my horse kept getting dry spots . I had to custom order a saddle with a special tree due to her unequal shoulder size . I was very happy that she didnt just try and sell me a saddle , she took her time and explained why I needed to order one instead.
Katie was great helping us find the right Enish Riding boots today.
This is just a fun place to look around. Definitely reminded me of the shops Ive been to out west.

We went in today to inquire about stretching boots and the woman working the boot section was extremely rude stating that “if the boots don’t fit, you shouldn’t have bought them in the first place.” Disappointing as we WERE frequent and loyal customers.
This shop is always fun to visit. There is an Eclectic mix of clothing and farm equipment. Make sure to visit the pet shop next door as well.

I HATE THIS PLACE. MY FATHER TAKES FOREVER AND MY KNEECAPS HURT REAL BAD. I ONCE HAD A FRACTURED KNEECAP. HOLDING WHERE IT IS AND MY FATHER SAID ITS AN EXCUSE BUT IT ISNT I HAD MEDICAL HELP AND DAD GOT REAL MAD AT ME. WHY STAGECOACH WEST WHY?!?!? ITS LIKE MY DAD DOESNT CARE FOR MY KNEES. ONCE WE SPENT 4 HOURS WALKING IN THERE AND THAT MEANS 4 HOURS OF KNEE PAIN. SOME COULD BE EVEN MADE BY CHILDREN IN SWEATSHOPS CUS SOME ARE MADE IN CHINA. SCREW THIS PLACE AND DONT GO THERE.

2022-06-15It was my first time here. Nobody approached me or even said hi when I entered and started looking around with a confused please somebody help me look on my face, which I was a little perplexed by seeing as there were so many employees around. Really appreciate the employee who ended up helping me off the clock while she was waiting for her show to start out back. I walked away with a brand new circle Y which Im super happy with and have been putting miles on. Good selection of both new and used saddles, especially now with manufacturing delays everywhere. They gave me my cinch for free which was nice. I kinda got rushed out and didnt look around the rest of the store.

2022-05-17Dont get me wrong, this is the place to go for many horse tack, western clothing, hats .boots, purses, wallets, even Carhartt, n other brands, work clothes, they have expanded a lot in 8 years, but their childrens toy selection has shrunk to near nothing since I was there last. I was kinda disappointed about that as we are all children at heart . Also the selection of collectibles, like the ceramic painted horses, n such, wasnt there either.

Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Not just a clothing store either. If you have horses, they have everything you need. Also sell clothing and accessories for motorcycle enthusiasts too.

2021-07-17A cute place to see. They have a large variety of items. The employees were nice and tried to help but unfortunately they had limited size availability. Some items seemed way over priced while others surprised me at how inexpensive they were. If you can handle the overwhelming smell of leather or need something for your horse then head on in.

2021-07-08I always love coming to this place and looking around. They have a huge boot selection and tons of western wear. They have a decent sized section of motorcycle gear including leathers, vests, rain gear, eye protection, helmets, and gloves. Whenever Im in the area I stop by, even if I dont buy anything.

2021-06-20This business is located in Irving, NY on Route 20 South. If youre into western gear or not just take a Sunny day drive to see this spot. It appears small from the outside but inside youll be surprised. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and very eager to help you. A friend and I are very happy with our purchases. We felt the prices were right in line with the quality of the merchandise. My friend stated after visiting the store that she felt like buying a horse just to purchase a gorgeous saddle she fell in love with.
