Not willingly to work with you at all even if ur a single parent. Must make 2000 a month to live there if ur even a little short forget it!.

These apartments are very outdated. You cant be loud, the list of rules for this place is worse then being in a school library. And you have to have 600 minimum credit score, apartments start around 700 for a single bedroom if not higher, which is fine except you have to make 3 times the amount of rent. And you have to have a clean record and 3 good references. Why not just buy a house if you meet these criteria.

I used to live here for a few yrs before we bought our house. Its a great place to live and we loved all of our time spent there. If i had to go back i would. The staff is great and so is maintenance. Anything that is an issue gets solved. The pool is great and never too busy. The whole area is nice to just take walks around. And then you have the plaza just within walking distance and the restaurants. This is the perfect place to live if you are just starting out in the real world. Quite neighbors the entire time i lived here and i lived in two different buildings. Prices are actually pretty decent compaired to other places. Apartments are very nice and the layout is nice.

Poor Management, they allow tenants to break rules and they dont resolve any of the issues appropriately. They allow people to double park which is very disrespectful. Have fireworks blasting off next to where you live and your nice car, and postings state no fireworks at this complex, and it happens with no punishment, putting us at risk.
