Went there to check out a few new bikes. Found a 2020 street bob I liked they gave me top trade in value for my 2013 and discounted the 2020!!! Great people to deal with. Jeff did everything amazingly fast and Debbie was awesome offering a discount on the 2020. Now Im just waiting on forward controls. Also that Milwaukee M8 is a torque monster.
Jeff and Sandy were great to work with. Jeff knows his stuff and pointed out multiple features about the two bikes I was considering. No pressure. He let the bike do the work of winning me over. My wife and I were at 3 other bike shops trying to find one for her and practically had to fight to get any attention. Not the case at Stans!
I have been dealing with Debbie, Darryl and the entire team at Stans Harley-Davidson since I bought my first leather jacket from Stan at the original location on State St. in 1974 when I was 16 years old.The staff is completely Knowledgeable and welcoming. The selection they have is awesome in everything from new and used bikes and parts and accessories. Their Service Dept is top notch and will keep you up and running strong.

Extremely nice people. We showed up at the dealership 5 minutes before closing and they told us to take our time. They were very friendly and accommodating. Especially the girl working in the clothing department.

Contacted Stans to purchase a 2014 Breakout at 11am on 1-26-2021, told Daryll I would be in to purchase the bike in about an hour and a half. Drove through snow and ice storm 60 miles to find out they just sold it. I was told that someone bought the bike that looked at it previously. I believe they contacted an existing customer and told them I was on my way in to purchase the bike. I dont believe this was a coincidence. I would give no stars but its not an option.Edit on 1-27-2021I checked Stans website to see if bike was removed because it was sold. Not only was it not sold they raised the price!!!!!!The first screenshot is from 1-26-2021 with a price of $10,855, the second is from 1-27-2021 price $13,500.Very dishonest dealership.
From service to in store sales, the staff here has always treated me fairly and with a smile. They greet you when you walk in, and they are there to help when you need it... With no high pressure. They have a great selection of merchandise, and they stand behind it too. I have another dealership 6 blocks from my house in Buffalo, and I drive 30 miles to go to Stans... That pretty much sums it up.

Absolutely this dealership must be given a TOP RATING!They treat everyone like family, they are friendly and never pushy with salespersons treating people with respect and dignity - often taking plenty of time getting you and the best style bike aquatinted and your deal perfect.Service is fantastic too - although quite busy, because most Harley bikers from eastern Buffalo, and Niagara Falls areas as well as most from western Rochester and of course points below these cities are using their skills. Still, I’ve never found them too busy and they have assisted every need quickly and efficiently. I trust the mechanics there and have discovered they are pretty much on the VERY SKILLED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and still they are patient enough to explain every detail of a repair.The accessories department people are sharp, helpful, and downright friendly! That department has loads of great Harley-Davidson related items and are sharp, knowledgeable, and quick to look up parts, stock equipment and even will help find other bike items for customers.

Everybody at Stans is friendly courteous helpful and they know their products they can answer any questions their service department is terrific I drive an hour to Stans and theres another Harley dealer 10 minutes from my house that tells you how good they are

I am very irritated that Stans Harley Davidson DOES NOT honor our heroes that fight for their right to run their business in America freely! For ANY Harley Dealership to not give our Active Duty and Retired military a 10% discount like 50% of the other Harley dealerships that do, is a slap in the face! Harley is such a MADE IN THE U.S.A company, they dont respect our men and women that are currently Active duty and those that have given most of their lives to the United States Military along with doing numerous tours to different locations fighting freedom and democracy around the world!!! These Harley Dealerships that dont give a discount to Veterans, ESPECIALLY Active duty AND Retired ARE ANTI-MILITARY AND ANTI-Veteran and to call themselves an ALL AMERICAN company is a disgrace and a farse as far as Im concerned!! I will NEVER shop at another Harley dealership that doesnt honor our military Heros EVER AGEIN!!!!

2022-05-17Bought my bike here and honestly that was the only decent experience I’ve had here. Selection is pretty limited and customer service is unfortunately lacking. My husband and I walked around for an hour here and no one offered help or asked us if we needed anything. Getting service done is difficult. We had a minor issue with his bike and the lady at the service desk was immediately having a bad attitude from the get go. She didn’t know anything about the parts we were asking for help with and instead of genuinely wanting to help she left the desk and came back a second later saying no one else could help us. This is not the first time it’s happened. It’s unfortunate that this is our closest HD Dealership in this area but we will be going out of our way to take business to Buffalo. I’m sure we aren’t the first people to have this experience but since there isn’t any other HD within an hour of this region that may be the only thing supporting their business.

2021-11-11Its far from my house but we go to the rez for cigarettes and sometimes stop in at Stans while out there. Sometimes they have good sales. Otherwise its typically expensive since its Harley. Just wish the materials were more robust.

2022-01-11Bought our new Freewheeler there last Spring. Very nice Dealer and the Staff is always friendly. Their Service shop is manned by qualified Techs and have never had any scratches or grease on my bike after they finish.

2021-08-26Very nice place and and nice people. We got in close to closing but they kept it open so we could buy a few things. Some very talkative people there. I wanted to look at the new live wire but I didnt see it.
