I have been buying my computers here and the staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. My old computer died unexpectedly and Staples had what I was looking for at a better price than Walmart, Best Buy, and Target. I would highly recommend this Staples to anyone.

***Constructive Copy is right down the street, and they have the resources to help out immediately.***The district manager was there today and literally said Theyll be with you shortly, and then I waited literally two hours LOL. I would not be reviewing if she hadnt made such a clueless comment, and clearly this person has no idea what her staff is going through.Honestly some of the worst customer service today was based on factors out of the employees control (why are you prioritizing online orders and ignoring customers in the store?).Finally gave up on Staples for good after a two hour wait today and a disagreement over whether I could just upload my engineering CAD PDF files to the companys awful website. Not sure what happened to Alec, but I understand if he left and those employees really do whatever they can. Horrible, sad experience.

Had an appointment for TSA pre-screen. I called them before leaving for my appointment and they said I can come in to have the TSA pre-screen done and when I got there they said I cant have my pre-screen done because there was no TSA person there. Some others at the store had driven an hour for their TSA appointment and were in the same position as me.

This store has always been stressful to go to, unorganized and with staff who didnt care.UNTIL NOW, This store has a new manager who is personable, kind, hard working and truley a leader.I cant say enough good things about the change in this store. I watched this person motivate and teach the staff HOW to take care of customers. GREAT JOB STAPLES for getting the RIGHT person to take care of this store. I am certain as another bussiness owner that this person will be worth thier weight in gold. Keep up the great work.

The identiGo here is no help. They told me over the phone that they do walk-ins for job fingerprinting and I drive almost 2 hrs to come here on Thanksgiving week because this is were my job referred me to and they told me in person that whoever told you that was wrong and that there is nothing we can do for you unless you made an appointment online and we cant help you today. You would think that the people who work here would would be more flexible for wasting your time because they told you incorrect information. Great customer service

Dont go here, especially for TSA Precheck. The computers are always down and as a result will always have a long line even WITH an appointment.I understand that retail work is difficult. I understand there needs to be patience and understanding between customers and workers, especially during this time.However, when everybody at the store has a bad attitude and cannot fulfill the services you offer, it makes it hard to support this location.Save your money, save your sanity. Literally go someplace else.

The worst customer service I have experienced. My fiancé and I printed our save the dates here on a specific type of card stock which is not the product we received. When he picked them up and asked about the product he was told “it was his order” and the employee walked away. The next day we both went in to ask about the type of card stock to see if there was someone more helpful to talk to and possibly see if this could be fixed. The employee we talked to then told us that we were wrong and then picked up a phone call on her cell phone in the middle of our conversation. Wishing I had never spent my money here and will not be doing so again. There’s no need to be so blatantly rude when we just came in looking for help.

Just bought a brand new iPhone XS Max yesterday and wanted to had a liquid armor. I expected they were good since I used to get new screens there. After doing the liquid armor, I find that they left some scratches on the corner of my brand new expensive iPhone!!!The liquid armor was supposed to prevent scratches, and they already got me some good scratches when installing it!And this is just the beginning of the nightmare. They agreed to find some “solutions” for me, the manager said he would call me the next day between 12 and 2 pm.But this noon, no call until 2 pm. Surprise, surprise! I called. Someone picked the phone and said they would go and get Matt. And THEY JUST LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR ALMOST 20 MINUTES UNTIL THE CALL DROPPED BY ITSELF!!!!!! I called again and the same. They seem used to just hide and ignore until you have no time to waste and retreat.UPDATE 1: the manager called me and apologized. And he quickly refunded me the money I paid yesterday. So I changed the review from 1-star to 2-star.Update 2: I complained to their president’s office. They responded quite well. The shop manager agrees to compensate me the whole amount of money I paid to buy this phone from Best Buy so I can get a new one. So I decided to upgrade the review to 3-star.Update 3: It has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for their compensation check. The manager told me that the check is still “waiting for signature”!Update 4: The check finally arrived this Monday by mail. So this thing finally comes to an end. It takes almost a month.

Had a great experience this morning with the young man on UPS area. Kept busy by a few people asking questions and had a smile on his face the whole time. Easy process to email the shipping label I had for a package to the store for Staples to print out.
