The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Every employee greets you, very friendly. Some great finds in sales and clearance. Wish they had a better selection on tablets though,but this a corporate thing not store level. Store is clean and organized.

I received excellent service at Staples. Tyler helped me to pick out the most comfortable desk chair for my needs. Hes an excellent salesman, and we were able to have a great conversation. Im very satisfied with my purchase and I plan to buy my ink from Staples from now on.

Specifically the printing department staff was terrible. Went in to print a larger document and have it bound. After previously having a phone call telling me to bring in a flash drive for easiest experience and I could print it myself I went to the store to do so. I asked an employee in that department if I was in the right spot as she started saying yes the other employee yelled at me No you cant do that here. And that was all that was said until I asked if she was talking to me. After some back and forth it seems there is only one person who can work the printer and they dont work until tomorrow morning. Now if at any point in my prior phone conversation it was conveyed that there is only a single staff member that can print or when one could come by to print or even foregoing all of that something other than yelling at me no I cant do that with no explanation or courtesy I may have done business there but based on my experience I wont. Your mileage may vary and again this was specifically the printing department I cannot speak to the rest of the store or staff.

Staff was very rude and unhelpful. Told us to wait for an employee because we couldnt do self copy, and that employee got mad at us for not doing self copy to begin with. Please learn how to hire friendly and helpful employees.

Andrew in the print center provides the best customer service Ive ever received. I do not have a printer at home, so I frequent this print center often and every time I come Andrew is beyond helpful, always smiling, and makes my experience excellent.

A great, large and clean Staples Office Supplies store. Great deals in the clearance section and always well stocked shelves in every other department. They also have coupon offers you can load to your smartphone.and a great rewarda program. Checkout is usually very quick and accurate. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Aisles are well lighted but can be a bit cramped if two carts trying to pass lol. All in all a great chain of stores and this is no exception. Parking is great but its in a strip mall with many other stores.

Staff was very helpful. I was looking for a way to unload photos from my phone onto a flash drive. With the help of their very knowledgeable IT person I had a solution and what I needed was ordered. It was not expensive.

Nicholas, the tech center supervisor, who was also in the print station, was excellent! He did a great job and acted very professional. I look forward to going back to this Staples again.
