I went in to purchase some binder clips. The shelf tag said they were 4.49. It was not until I got all the way home that I realized that I was charged 4.99! I called the store and was told that the tag was old. They said I could come back and get a refund of the difference. I did not because it would not be feasible so I told them to make sure they changed the tag.
Ordered business cards last night. Asked this morning if they could be ready midday and theyd already been printed. Picked them up and on the road again in minutes. Excellent service!
Always able to find whats on my list plus anything else in the clearance section. Today I was lucky to get a set of Martha Stewart folders marked down from $18.00 - $4.40!

2022-01-26I know this may not seem like much but I really would love to give a shout out to Christina at Staples (by Stop n Shop in East Islip)My grandfather passed away the other day and I had well over 100 pictures to scan into a USB. I asked for help to see if I was doing it right and Christina was just like give them to me and Ill scan them for you individually and have them ready for you by tomorrow. I know it doesnt seem like much but that is a HUGE undertaking. It probably took forever and they came out absolutely perfect! It may sound like a small gesture but they did not have to do that but it was so kind. I hope this gets back to Christina somehow that they are really really appreciated during a hard time right now. It meant so much

2021-11-02I called the E Islip store with a few questions. I am a realtor in Montana and I had an elderly client who was staying in the area who needed to sign and fax some important paperwork. It had been sent for electronic signature but he was unable to complete the signing so we needed to find a different method. Christina answered and graciously offered to help. Within a half hour, my client was in her store and she successfully helped him get his documents signed. I was so happy to find a kind stranger who went above and beyond to help someone. I was so impressed with Christinas willingness to help without being paid. She went above and beyond!

2021-08-19The tech support guy Mike was fantastic and fixed my laptop within one visit. I was at the patchogue location and took five visits there through the span of 5 months and they couldn’t fix it. it took Mike one day with it to fix it. Thank you Mike!

2021-03-23Bad attention by the person who worked 03/22/2021 after 2pm I couldnt see his name but his attention felt like rasismo, I just asked him for help to make a copy of my passport and he said that he was not authorized to do it As far as I know it is forbidden to make color copies but not in black and white. The point is the attention of your affection and tone as it was expressed totally humiliating that it hurts that there are still people like that.

2019-05-31Very nice people work here. Had trouble using the fax machine. Young lady named Ashley came over and did it for me.She was so sweet .Nice asking for help and not getting a cranky employee.

2016-07-31I had dropped off pictures to be copied for a funeral services for my uncle. I dropped them off to be copied on photo paper at around 5pm and asked them to have them ready the same night. They told me they would work on them and have them ready in an hour. I had other errands to run and almost forgot to pick yhem up. I called the store to ask them to please stay open for me to get my pictures as I needed them for the next morning. They explained due to liability reasons they werent able to keep the doors open. I got to the store at 9pm on the dot. The manager opened and unlocked the doors for me because it was still 9pm. They were so helpful and understanding. What a terrific staff.
