Only good for the penny deals and other stationary sales during the school season. Be aware that the lines can get very long during the school season. I once stood in a line that went all the way to the back of the store.One time I had an urgent need to print just one page, but the Copy and Print associate refused to print and asked to come next day because they had a huge print job at hand. One other time, I was told that they could not make a copy of my foreign transcripts because they were legal documents. Apparently their poster and business card prints are generally desired.
Paid $20 for 10 min using a computer to print 15 black and white pages and 6 color. I received only 2 color pages but forced to pay for the whole amount. Rude personnel, bad quality and tremendously expensive services. Avoid doing business with them. If you need to print more than 20 pages, its cheaper to buy a printer.
I got a $10 coupon in the mail. I went picked out a post it, thought it was 9.99; went to the cashier, she told me it costs only $6. cant use the coupon. i said i should go back in and shop a little more then. I came back with one more stationery; put them on her counter. Without looking at me, the first thing came out of her mouth was so annoying. Then she started ringing my stuff and the coupon. Very upsetting but I didnt say a thing, I was quite sure that was meant for me because there was nobody around.
The young man today (between 3 pm and 5 pm) with dark hair and thin working the copy/UPS was unprofessional. I didnt appreciate the snip response when asking the website for the Staple UPS Label. He was insistent there was no such thing and the create the label on the Staples site had to be emailed.
This COULD BE a great store if it wasnt for the HIGHLY annoying customer base, clearly making it nearly impossible for the hard working employees to get anything done. Apparently the folks of the greater plainview, hicksville woodbury area cant do a single thing for themselves, including using their god given eyes to look for something. As a further kick in the pants, the majority of the customers are RUDE as anything. Glad I dont live in any of the aforementioned towns...Id be mortified by my neighbors and their behavior.

2022-05-05I got some printing services done a few months afo. Idk about the others but these employees named Ben and John were great and professional. They were very kind, patient, and understanding. Not to mention fast service. I would go again definitely

2021-12-05Excellent customer service. Their staff was very attentive, assisted me in finding the item I was looking for that was no where to be found in their display section.He went above and beyond by going to their stock room and came back with my treasured item. This is the real act of kindness and 101% customer service. Highly recommending this Staples store. Kudos to their employees.

Sending PDFs files on their computer and the young lady by printing stopped what she was doing and patiently showed me how to download, save, attach the files and delete after they were sent. Some of these other reviews on here are quite laughable. Great customer service

2020-11-14The terrific lady supervisor in the printing department and new manager were absolutely amazing to work with. Helped me with making my daughters school posters for a signing in a rush. They were truly so caring and unbelievable customer service. While standing there, most obnoxious customers treated them totally unfairly. They handled it so professionally but I had to put a man in his place as he disrespected the hard working young lady. I felt good to speak up as I know she wanted to but probably couldnt. Outstanding work...keep up a perfect representation of customer service. Thank you,

2021-08-20Staff too busy with four members chatting with a customer and too busy to give the proper assistance. I asked for paints and canvas and they sent me down the isle for finger paints and no canvas. I asked again and they said they didnt hear. too busy chit chatting to listen.

2020-09-10I came for a pair of AirPods and they had them. Service is a little slow but the people are friendly and helpful. I would come again if I needed something. Print center is full of people and they are helpful as well.

2017-12-22Excellent Customer Service! Called for assistance on Christmas cards, online order processed at this location vs NJ (not their fault) and needed them asap! Sarah and her team were very attentive and understood the situation and delivered them next day to my home address!.Thanks again for your time and effort =)

2018-12-02For some reason, they split my order into 2 bags unnecessarily. Then they only gave me one bag to take out of the store. Of course, I didnt realize there was a problem until I got home. It took 15-20 minutes to get help on the phone. They had the items and I had to go all the way back to pick them up. Was offerred nothing for the extreme inconvenience. Watch how they bag at Staples.

2017-08-18I deal with this store frequently. Many of the comments previously stated ring true to me. E.g., I have observed the print ladys snarkiness.Here are other personal experiences. First the bad.1. It is a smaller location compared to other Staples and they are frequently out of stock on items.2.i dont find the signage by aisle particularly helpful and consequently find myself roaming around as if I am in Home Depot.3. It is hard to find help to ask questions.The GoodThis morning I called the store about the need for an on-line receipt to complete a rebate request since the paper receipt was crushed by their printer.Gary, the Manager provided amazing service by actually putting through the rebate for me.Now thats service. Kudos Gary.
